        임베디드 군집 시스템의 상호작용 기반 간접적 군집 구성 제어

        Embedded swarm systems consist of a large number of robots that use local control laws based on spatial information nearby environment and adjacent robots. In this paper, we propose a new scheme for indirect swarm configuration in swarm interaction system to adapt the swarm operation according to the desired goal. Also, we provide a method for the operator to observe the state of the swarm, which results in providing appropriate input to the swarm. We analyze the stability properties of the proposed swarm system and show the simulation results.

        Biologically Inspired Node Scheduling Control for Wireless Sensor Networks

        Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are generally comprised of densely deployed sensor nodes, which results in highly redundant sensor data transmissions and energy waste. Since the sensor nodes depend on batteries for energy, previous studies have focused on designing energy-efficient medium access control (MAC) protocols to extend the network lifetime. However, the energyefficient protocols induce an extra end-to-end delay, and therefore recent increase in focus on WSNs has led to timely and reliable communication protocols for mission-critical applications. In this paper, we propose an energy efficient and delay guaranteeing node scheduling scheme inspired by biological systems, which have gained considerable attention as a computing and problem solving technique.With the identification of analogies between cellular signaling systems and WSN systems, we formulate a new mathematical model that considers the networking challenges of WSNs. The proposed bio-inspired algorithm determines the state of the sensor node, as required by each application and as determined by the local environmental conditions and the states of the adjacent nodes. A control analysis shows that the proposed bio-inspired scheme guarantees the system stability by controlling the parameters of each node. Simulation results also indicate that the proposed scheme provides significant energy savings, as well as reliable delay guarantees by controlling the states of the sensor nodes.

        Phase Shift Analysis and Phase Identification for Distribution System with 3-Phase Unbalanced Constant Current Loads

        Power grids are large complicated networks in use around. An absolute phase value for a particular unknown-phase line at a local site should be identified for the operation and management of a 3-phase distribution network. The phase shift for a specific point in the line, as compared with a phase reference point at a substation, must be within a range of ± 60o for correct identification. However, the phase shift at a particular point can fluctuate depending on the line constants, transformer wiring method, line length, and line amperage, etc. Conducted in this study is a theoretical formulation for the determination of phase at a specific point in the line, Simulink modeling, and analysis for a distribution network. In particular, through evaluating the effects of unbalanced current loads, the limitations of the present phase identification methods are described

        Psychiatric Comorbidity in Korean Children and Adolescents with Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder: Psychopathology According to Subtype

        It is well-known that more than 50% of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) cases also have comorbid psychiatric disorders. We evaluated the comorbid psychopathology of Korean children and adolescents with ADHD using a standardized diagnostic instrument. The Korean Kiddie- Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia-Present and Lifetime Version (K-SADS-PL-K) was administered and completed in 105 patients who had been referred to the outpatient and inpatient clinics at the Samsung Medical Center from March 2004 to May 2005. All of the cases were diagnosed as ADHD according to DSM-Ⅳ criteria. We analyzed their clinical characteristics and psychiatric comorbidities, and assessed the correlation of any comorbidity with gender, age and ADHD subtype. Among our 105 participants, 70 (66.7%) subjects were diagnosed with combined-type ADHD, 22 (21.0%) were the predominantly inattentive type, only 1 (1.0%) was determined to have the predominantly hyperactive-impulsive type of ADHD, and 12 (11.4%) were classified as not otherwise specified (NOS) ADHD. Eighty (76.2%) subjects had at least one comorbid disorder such as oppositional defiant disorder (n=53, 50.5%), anxiety disorders (n=35, 33.3%) and affective disorders (n=15, 14.3%). Our patients ranged in age from five to 16 years. Among the factors including gender, age, and ADHD subtype, ADHD subtype was the only one significant to comorbidity in our study. The results of this study suggest that psychiatric comorbidity in Korean children with ADHD issimilar to the results of previous studies in western countries. Out of all the ADHD subtypes, the combined-type group had a significantly higher ratio of comorbid disorders and psychopathologies.

        Decentralized Gene Regulatory Networks: An Approach to Energy Efficient Node Coordination with Delay Constraints for Wireless Sensor Systems

        Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) systems have been usedfor several applications from target tracking to environment monitoring. Recently, there has been increased interest in the designof WSN protocols for delay-sensitive applications, such as militarysurveillance, health monitoring, and infrastructure security. However, due to the strict resource constraints of the sensor nodes,WSNs pose critical challenges for network protocol design for reliablecommunications with delay constraints. Biologically inspiredmodeling techniques have received considerable attention for theirrobustness, scalability, and adaptability with simple local interactionsand limited information. In this paper, we apply gene regulatorynetworks (GRNs) principles to the WSN system and proposea new GRN model for decentralized node coordination to achieveenergy saving while meeting delay requirements. Using control theory,we provide conditions of system parameters to ensure systemconvergence and stability. Simulation results indicate that the proposedscheme achieves superior performance with energy savingsas well as desirable delay guarantees compared with other wellknownschemes.

        서예진흥 정책추진 현황에 따른 발전과제 제안

        본 연구는 서예진흥법 입법 이후의 정책추진 과정과 현황을 살펴보고 이를 분석하여 현재 서예진흥 정책이 마주하고 있는 상황을 객관적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 더불어 효과적인 서예진흥 정책추진을 위해 당면한 문제를 진단하고, 이를 해결하기 위한 발전과제를 다각적으로 제시하는 데에 연구의 목적과 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 관계자 질의 및 검색 등 직접 자료를 수집하는 방식으로 서예진흥법의 입법과 시행과정, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 정책추진 현황, 기타 추진현황으로 구분하여 정책추진 경과를 파악하여 정리하였다. 이후 정책추진 과정에서 드러난 서예계의 문제점을 진단하고자 서예 분야 전문가 11인을 대상으로 ‘델파이(Delphi) 조사’를 실시하였다. 서예진흥 정책추진 인식조사, 서예진흥법 관련, 서예진흥 정책추진 경과 관련, 서예진흥 정책추진 향후 과제, 기타 의견’의 5가지 영역으로 유목화하여 총 10문항의 개방형 질문지를 설계하였고, 참여자에게 서술형으로 응답하도록 요구했다. 2023년 5월 17일(수)~5월 24일(수)까지로 8일간 진행된 조사를 통해서 다양한 의견을 수렴하였는데, 이를 분석해서 서예정책 추진에 따른 현안과 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 여기서 얻은 데이터를 요약한 내용에 본 연구자의 실무 경험과 기타 문헌자료를 참고하여 다음의 발전과제를 도출할 수 있었다. ‘정책추진 전문가 그룹의 발족, 예술경영 체계의 도입, 전문인력의 양성 및 배치, 서예교육학 체계 확립, 서예 전문 플랫폼 구축, 파트너십 및 거버넌스 체계 구축’으로 구분하여 각각의 주제에 따른 발전과제를 간략하게 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구가 서예진흥 정책추진을 위한 현실진단과 서예계가 당면한 과제를 해결해나가는 데에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해본다. 다만, 각각의 발전과제에 따른 대안의 제시가 구체적이지 못한 것은 본 연구의 한계점이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 발전과제별로 심도 있는 연구를 추가 진행하는 등의 후속 연구와 정책 현장에서의 반영이 필요하다. 이러한 과정은 본격적인 서예진흥 시대를 열어서 서예가 K-Culture를 대표하는 또 하나의 예술 장르이자 문화콘텐츠로 자리매김할 수 있는 원동력으로 작용할 것이다. This study aims to objectively identify the current situation facing calligraphy promotion policies by examining and analyzing the process and status of policy promotion after the enactment of the Calligraphy Promotion Act. The purpose and significance of the study are to identify the problems facing the effective promotion of calligraphy and propose various developmental tasks to resolve them. In order to do that, the researcher first identified and summarized the existing policy promotion progress by categorizing the legislative and implementation process of the Calligraphy Promotion Act, the policy promotion status of the central and local governments, and other promotion statuses through interviews with stakeholders and direct research methods like searching and gathering relevant information. Next, a "Delphi survey" was conducted with 11 experts in the field of calligraphy to identify the problems in the calligraphy system revealed during the policy promotion process. A 10-question open-ended questionnaire was designed, and participants were asked to respond in narrative form. It was divided into five areas: an awareness survey of the calligraphy promotion policy, calligraphy promotion law, the progress of calligraphy promotion policy, future tasks for calligraphy promotion policy, and other opinions. The survey was conducted for eight days from May 17 to May 24, 2023, and various opinions were collected and analyzed to identify current issues and implications for promoting calligraphy policy. After summarizing the obtained data, the following developmental tasks were gathered according to the researcher's practical experience and literature review. The developmental tasks under each topic were presented and categorized as follows: establishment of a policy promotion expert group, implementation of an arts management system, training and assignment of specialized personnel, establishment of a calligraphy pedagogy system, establishment of professional platform for calligraphers, and establishment of a partnership and governance system. Therefore, this study can be used to analyze the reality of the calligraphy promotion policy and resolve the challenges facing the calligraphy world. However, the lack of specific suggestions for alternatives to each development task is a limitation of this study. Therefore, conducting further in-depth research on each development task and reflecting on it in the policy field is necessary. This process has the potential to catalyze the full-scale calligraphy promotion and establishment of calligraphy as another art genre and cultural content representing K-Culture.

      • 이동 통신 망에서의 트래픽 부하 균형을 위한 자동 셀 커버리지 설정 및 조절 방법

        본 논문은 이동통신 환경에서 셀 간 트래픽 부하의 균형을 이루기 위한 분산적 셀 커버리지 조절 방법을 제안한다. 셀의 특성을 표현하기 위해 커버리지-트래픽 메트릭을 설정하고 이를 이용하여 주변 셀들의 커버리지-트래픽 메트릭 값과 동일하게 유지함으로써 셀 커버리지를 조절하게 된다. 또한 새로운 기지국이 설치되거나 갑자기 서비스 중단이 일어나는 경우 이를 자동으로 인지하고 적응하는 self-organizing 방법을 기술한다. 모의 실험을 통해 제안한 방법이 망 상태 변화에 따라 이를 자동으로 인지하고 효과적으로 셀 크기를 조절함을 보인다.
