As computer industry has been rapidly developed since 1980's, it has been highly increasing to use M&S. The use of M&S can reduce development cost, time to market, and so on, and using it we can get the results of experiments which are impossible to test in real environments. But there is an important precondition on the dependability of M&S which is being developed or used. In this paper, We introduce the Key concepts of VV&A, and so forth, and We finally present the DM&S VV&A application and promotion method.

This paper focus on investigating the influence of the amount of water inflow and the engine speed on the joint reaction force of the connecting rod in engine. A connecting rod was modelled by MSC/PATRAN. the modal informations of it were obtained by the DMAP module in the MSC/ NASTRAN. and the dynamic force history was computed through the flexible multibody dynamic simulation in DADS.<br/> To analyze the dynamic force acting on the connecting rod. the 21 cases were investigated. The engine speed varies with 1000. 2400. and 4000rpm, and the volumetric ratio of water to the combustion chamber with 0. 40. 70. 90. 100. 150. and 200%. This study shows that if the amount of water inflow exceeds the volume of the combustion chamber, the connecting rod fractures and that in case of diesel engine with larger compression ratio than that of gasoline engine the amount of water inflow has a considerable influence on the stress state of a connecting rod<br/>

1. 목적 · 궤도차량의 수상 운행 시 발생하는 안전 위협 요소를 제거하기 위해, 고정식 핀 및 부력장치를 궤도차량에 장착함으로써 동적 피칭에 대한 수상 안정성 증대에 관한 방법 제시 2. 실험방법 · 기본, 핀, 핀+부력100Kg, 핀+부력200Kg의 4가지 유형 준비 및 차제 중량에 따라 모드 A와 B로 구분. · 모드 A와 B에서의 각 유형별 정적 건현 측정 · 수상운행(시속 4~4.5Km/h) 중 급 감속에 따른 피칭 변위 측정, 차체 전면 상부에 형성되는 포말 관찰 및 수상 안정성 증가율 산출을 통한 최적 개선 방안 도출 3. 연구결과 · 모드 A와 모드 B에서 정적 건현을 측정한 결과, 핀은 건현 변화에는 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 부력 100Kg 당 전방 건현은 약 20~25mm증가, 후방 건현은 약 10mm정도 감소함. · 수상 안정성 평균 증가율을 산출하면, 핀 13.3%, 핀+부력100Kg 14.5%, 핀+부력200Kg 15.2%로 나타남. 즉, 부력은 100Kg당 약 1%의 개선효과가 발생하였으며 핀은 약 13%의 개선효과가 발생함. · 수상 운행 중 급 감속 시 차제 전면의 물 흐름 변화를 확인한 결과, 기본 상태에서는 전면부가 완전히 잠김으로 인해 포말이 많이 형성된 반면, 핀 또는 핀+부력200Kg 일 때는 포말의 양이 급격히 감소함. · 기본 상태에 핀 또는 부력 장착 시 수상 안정성 증대에 큰 효과가 있었으며, 수상 안정성 증대에는 추가 부력보다는 핀만 장착한 경우가 가장 효율적인 것으로 판단됨. 4. 실무적 시사점 · 궤도차량의 수상 운행에 대한 불완전요소를 해결하고자 하는 방안에 대한 아이디어 제안 5. 독창성/ 가치 · 선박의 종·횡 운동을 억제하기 위해 적용되는 핀을 궤도 차량에 적용한 사례는 처음임. · 수상 안정성 개선을 통한 궤도 차량 및 탑승자의 안전을 확보함으로써, 소요군의 기대를 충족할 수 있는 전략적 방향 제시

In this study, the belt of the tire which is regarded as 2-Ply laminates composite. have been performed with the 3 dimensional FE(Finite Element) analysis, and it is considered of the result of shear stress and strain. This results have compared with the result of CLT(Classical Laminate Theory), and interlaminar shear strain in width direction has compared with the expressions of the Kelsey' s theory.<br/> In the analysis, the modeling of the cord hasn't been carried out with the fine element and rubber is assumed as linear elastic material. The cord-surrounding region is assumed as the orthotropic material composed of cord and rubber. the analysis has performed with 3 dimensional finite element<br/> In conclusion, it's known that imterlaminar shear strain which causes the interlaminar delamination the has the large value in the edge region of the laminates

However, while they were cooled, the residual stress was remained because of different thermal expansion coefficient a .<br/> Therefore, the residual stress makes stress singularity on the brazing joint surfaces and these stresses are one of the reasons to make fracture conditions. The object of study is to measure the residual thermal stress by using X-Ray method and to suggest the best thickness of insert metal.<br/>
궤도차량의 동적 피칭에 미치는 고정식 핀(Fin) 및 부력장치의 영향

In this study, the effect of stationary fin and buoyancy devices on dynamic pithing of the tracked vehicle was investigated. For this work, the stationary fin and buoyancy devices were installed in front of body and then pitching variation was measured when rapidly reducing the vehicle speed in water operation. According to the results of measuring the freeboard at each case, when only fin was installed, the effect on freeboard of tracked vehicle in water was negligible. However, when buoyancy devices were installed, front freeboard was approximately increased by about 20~25 mm and rear freeboard was decreased by about 10~15 mm per each addition of 100 kg buoyancy device. Based on the calculation result of pitching decrease rates, it was found that the pitching variation was decreased approximately 12.3 % by fin installation and approximately 2 % by installation of each 100 kg of buoyancy device. The case in which only fin installation was made showed the best efficiency in decreasing pitching variation of the tracked vehicle in water compared to the other cases.

In this paper, causes of wear on high pressure seals for suspension are analyzed, and the result of reproduction test and verification on improved design are described. First, by performing the observation of worn surfaces and its failure analysis, the primary cause of wear on the seals are analyzed. The result of analysis shows that the main failure mechanism of wear is a fatigue wear, and test criteria for failure reproduction are set up with consideration for frequency condition, surface roughness and pressure. Durability comparison test on the condition of low amplitude and high frequency is carried out. And, it is found that the durability of wear on seals by increasing hardness of cylinder and managing for surface roughness is enhanced.
