Piezoelectric energy harvesting from our surrounding vibration has been studied for driving the wireless sensor node. To change the vibration energy into the electric-energy efficiently, the natural frequency of cantilever needs to be adjusted to that of a vibration source. When adding 6.80g mass on the end of the fabricated cantilever, a natural frequency shifts from 136 Hz into 49.5 Hz. In addition, electro-mechanical coupling factor increased from 10.20% to 11.90% and resulted in the 1.18 times increase of maximum output power.

Energy harvesting from the vibration through the piezoelectric effect has been studied for powering the wireless sensor node. As piezoelectric unimorph cantilever structure can transfer low vibration to large displacement, this structure was commonly deployed to harvest electric energy from vibrations. Piezoelectric unimorph structure was composed of small stiff piezoelectric ceramic on the large flexible substrate. As there is the large Young's modulus difference between the flexible substrate and stiff piezoelectric ceramic, flexible substrate could not homogeneously transfer the vibration to stiff piezoelectric ceramic. As a result, most piezoelectric ceramics had been broken at the certain point. We measured and analyzed the stress distribution on the piezoelectric ceramic on the cantilever.

Objective : This Study is attempted to compare respiration training method on Sun-Do Training it is quadrivalence. Method : We used all books and paper, journal of inside and outside of the country on Sun-Do Training. Results and Conclusions: 1. Respiration training method on Mu-Eou-Do is spontaneous breathing, breath follows in individual`s respiratory. 2. Respiration training method on Suk-Mun, Guk-Seon-Do, Dan-Hak is all of the position differ, but all considers and breathes naturally abdominal region named Dan-Jeoun, the hypogastric center (丹田). 3. Respiration training method that intend in Guk-seon-do should be soft and slow and long and deep and the moment must not be stoppage. 4. Difference of respiration training method is that region that mean at practice differs. Suk-Mun and Guk-Seon-Do have respiration training method that do with anus as is special in practice process. Dan-Hak thinks that breath has entered as Myung-Mun(命門), means fundamental force.

역할기반 접근통제(RBAC)모델은 쉬운 관리성과 정책 적용의 유연성, 그리고 정책 중립적인 이점으로 인하여, 현재 많은 컴퓨팅 환경에서 적요되고 있다. 하지만 기존에 연구되었던 RBAC모델들은 대부분 단일 보안 관리를 가정하므로 최근의 협업 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 접근 통제를 설계하는 데 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 협업 컴퓨팅 환경을 다중 도메인 보안(Multi-Domain Security)으로 사상하고, 협업환경을 적절하게 고려하지 않은 RBAC의 적용이 야기할 수 있는 문제점들을 살펴본다.
신생혈관녹내장에서 Bevacizumab 유리체강내 주입술의 효과

목적: 신생혈관녹내장에서 bevacizumab 유리체강내 주입술의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 신생혈관녹내장으로 bevacizumab 유리체강내 주입술(1.25 mg/0.05 cc)을 시행받은 환자들에 대하여 주사 전과 1주, 1개월, 3개월째 안압과 홍채신생혈관의 변화에 대해 후향적 의무기록조사를 하였다. 결과: 총 10안이었으며, 경과 관찰기간은 4.4±0.9개월이었다. 안압은 시술 전 평균 50.7±6.5 mmHg(36∼59 mmHg)이었고, 시술 후 1주째부터 25.9±12.7 (15∼55) mmHg로 유의하게 감소하였다. 1개월째에도 30.3±12.5 (12∼50) mmHg로 유지되었으나, 2안에서는 시술 전 수준으로 증가하여 방수유출장치 삽입술을 시행하였다. 나머지 8안 중 4안에서 3개월 이후에 안압이 시술 전 수준으로 증가하였다. 홍채신생혈관은 모든 환자들에서 시술 후 1주일부터 감소되었고, 8안에서는 3개월까지 유지되었다. 결론: 신생혈관녹내장에서 bevacizumab 유리체강내 주입술은 안압 하강 효과가 일시적이므로, 추가적인 치료(범안저광응고술, 방수유출장치 삽입술)가 병행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: To evaluate the effects of intravitreal bevacizumab injection on neovascular glaucoma (NVG). Methods: Retrospective and non-comparative study was made of patients who received intravitreal bevacizumab injection (1.25 mg/0.05 cc) for NVG. Outcome measures included intraocular pressure (IOP), range of neovascularization of iris (NVI) at baseline, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months follow-up. Results: Ten eyes were included and followed up for 4.4±0.9 months. Before injection, baseline mean IOP was 50.7±6.5 mmHg (36∼59 mmHg) which significantly decreased to 25.9±12.7 mmHg (15∼55 mmHg) at 1 week, and sustained to 30.3±12.5 mmHg (12∼50 mmHg) at 1 month (p=0.007, 0.008). However, in two cases mean IOP increased to the level of before injection. So finally Ahmed valve implantation was done. Among the rest of 8 cases, mean IOP of 4 cases at 3-month increased significantly compared to that at 1 month, resulting in no significant difference with basal level. Regression of NVI was observed in all cases within 1 week. In 8 eyes, NVI remained regressed until 3 months. Conclusions: Intravitreal bevacizumab injection has a transient effect on NVG. It may be considered as an adjuvant to more definitive treatment (pan-retinal photocoagulation or glaucoma shunt procedures) in NVG.
