The basic factor that affect wear performance is the wear characteristics, which come from sliding friction between rubber compound and road. Thus, this study focused on friction and wear of rubber. This paper briefly explain some characteristics of friction and wear referring to the papers on wear of rubber that scholars researched on. Research activities to predict the performance of the rubber wear is also explained.

공간정보산업의 재무분석

본 연구는 공간정보산업분류에 대한 시계열 재무분석이다. 재무분석을 통해 재무적 산업구조를 파악을 위한 연구이며 공간정보산업의 변화를 추정하는 연구이다. 공간정보산업의 구조적 특성과 업종별 효과 제시및 공간정보산업 육성을 위한 정책과 전략 수립에 활용하고자 진행된 연구이다. 본 연구의 세부 목적은 공간정보산업을 대상으로 산업 구조분석 및 재무분석을 통해 공간정보산업의 업역의특성과 공간정보산업의 성격과 형태를 파악하는 것이다. 공간정보기업을 추출하고 산업분류 상의 대분류, 소분류를 구분한 뒤 전체 산업 대비 공간정보산업의 비중과 세분류별 공간정보산업의 규모와 비중을 분석한다. 산업 현황을 고찰하기 위한 재무지표로는 성장성, 수익성, 생산성 지표를 적용하였다. 세부 지표로는 성장성은매출액증가율을, 수익성은 자기자본이익율(ROE), 총자산순이율(ROA), 안정성은 부가가치율을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 기여는 다음과 같다. 공간정보산업 분류는 현재까지도 구체적이고 상세하지 않은 상황이며 산업의 범위와 규모에 대한 추정이나 정의도 확실하지 않다. 융복합 특성을 갖는 공간정보산업은 지속적인 확장과변화를 맞이하고 있어 지속적이고 체계적인 방식의 산업 현황조사와 구조분석이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라본 연구는 산업구조 분석 그리고 재무분석을 통해 공간정보산업을 새로운 관점에서 분석함으로써, 공간정보산업 발전을 위한 기초적 연구로서의 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

The Chinese societies in Southern East Asia are powerful economic groups, which maintain the credit-based economic relationships, as well as intimate groups which share their hometowns and dialects. The Chinese societies were established as the Chinese from southern province moved to Southern East Asia to find new jobs and create new opportunities, and consequentially have established their own groups based on their economic activities in the local areas outside of China. Many China towns founded in diverse places in Southern East Asia are the examples of their movements and their concentration. Among many of those, Sai Gon in Vietnam is the most representative example of the Chinese society. Sai Gon is originated from Cho Lon, a China town whereimmigrant Chinese built, and developed into a hub-city of economy in Vietnam. The Chinese people also built other China towns near Sai Gon in 17th - 19th centuries: Dong Nai, My Tho, and Ha Tien. By doing so, they made a large contribution to the expansion of Vietnamese territories in Southern part. This paper explores the sep up of China towns such as Bien Hoa, My Tho, Ha Tien, in addition to Sai Gon. Also, it investigates the movement of Chinese and the establishment of Sai Gon, and its political/economic implications as a result.

Today"s Vietnamese people frequently use the Vietnamese Chinese characters prover who translated the Chinese story in Vietnamese in the everyday life and the Vietnamese proverb which translated literally by interpreting its original meaning in Vietnamese. These proverbs are attributed to the fact that during the Vietnamese rule of China, which lasted more than a thousand years, the letters are not deeply rooted in Vietnamese language culture. Furthermore, even after independence from China of Vietnam, Chinese character are spread more widely in society through encouragement and dissemination of each feudal dynasty in Vietnam, and as a result, in Vietnamese vocabulary of today"s modern Vietnam Chinese character words which are read in the range are made to account for about 70% or more. The influence of such Chinese character shows that the biggest root of Vietnamese language culture is Chinese character as one of the biggest features of Vietnamese language culture. This means that two countries have many similarities in language culture. In particular, as a proverb is transmitted through many years, as a language of the common people inherited from the predecessors who have lived in each era, its traditional notions based on traditional beliefs, values, wisdom, etc. of that nation It is inherent in China, collecting the proverbs of Vietnam originating from the story rooted in the Chinese story, and investigating its meaning and its participation, not only the influence on the Vietnamese proverb of Chinese pretext, as well as China Culture may be a means to understand the influence of Vietnamese traditional ideas.

코로나19 시대 볼링장 내 서비스 품질 강화를 위한 중요도 만족도 분석 연구

The purpose of this study was to provide effective business information in the age of Covid-19 through IPA method on the bowling center. to achieve these goal, a total of 183 usable data were analyzed according to the following procedures. EFA, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics and IPA analysis. Based on this, the following results were obtained. Firstly. 1 quadrant included cleanliness, business hours, rain oil & dry condition, share SNS information, employee kindness, employee responsibility, cost of lesson. 2 quadrant included pin arrange system, parking facilities, cost of game. 3 quadrant included number of lanes, rain clearance, supplementary facilities, employee uniform, cost of shoes rental. Fourthly. 4 quadrant included employee expertise.

A steam expander has been studied for its usability as a power conversion device in a Rankine cycle, which can be used for on site power generation or waste heat recovery. Design of swash plate type expander has been practiced and its performance has been estimated. With the steam pressure and temperature of 35bar and 300℃ at the expander inlet, respectively, it was calculated that the expander produced the shaft power output of about 5㎾ from steam energy of 35㎾. Adiabatic and mechanical efficiencies of the designed expander were 86.5% and 96.7%, respectively. With the volumetric efficiency of 90%, the total efficiency of the expander was 75.3%.

개발제한구역 면적 변화에 따른 주택가격 및 토지가격 변화 분석

(1) 연구목적 본 연구의 목적은 부동산 정책변화가 주택가격과 토지가격에 어떤 영향을 끼치며, 주택가격과 토지가격 간의 상관성을 검증한다. 정책변화를 대용하는 변수로서 개발제한구역 면적 변화로 본다. 개발제한구역 면적 변화가 토지가격에 영향을 주고 이는 다시 주택가격에 영향을 준다는 것을 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 더 나아가 주택가격에 지대한 영향을 미치는 정책변화에 대해 효과와 방향성을 검토하고 시기적절한 정책 시점과 정책방향을 정하는데 도움이 되기 위함이다. (2) 연구방법 크게 총 세 가지 실증분석을 수행한다. 주택가격과 토지가격에 대한 축약방정식(reduced form)을 이용한 패널분석 및 시차더미를 사용한 분석을 한다. 둘째 토지가격과 주택가격 사이의 상관관계와 인과관계를 분석한다. 셋째 토지가격과 주택가격 사이의 관계가 개발제한구역 면젹 변화라는 토지정책 변수에 어떻게 영향을 받는지를 검증한다. 종속변수와 독립변수가 존재하는 패널 회귀분석을 기초로 하여 정책 대용 변수를 추가하여 일반 패널회귀모형을 분석한다. 1. CONSENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJESCTIVES The purpose of this study is to check how government policy of real estate affects on the housing price and land price and to get a correlation between the housing price and the land price. In this study the proxy variable corresponding to change in Greenbelt is change in government policy. By this proxy, I have checked the hypothesis of this study is that change in greenbelt affects on the land price, and then, land price has influence on the housing price. Moreover, I also check direction of government policy s effect, that is, whether positive or negative effect on. Based on this analysis, I suggest timing and way of government policy. (2) RESEARCH METHOD In this study, I did three type of empirical analysis. First, to analyze the policy, I employed reduced form of panel and time dummy variable about the hosing price and land price. Second, I analyzed causal effect and correlation between the housing price and the land price. Finally, I analyzed how the kind of policy to change the area of land, land policy of the government, has effects on the relation between the housing price and the land price. To analysis this, I employed basic panel linear regression model adding the policy proxy variable based on Panel regression analysis.
