본 연구의 목적은 장애인가정 결혼이민자의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것에 있다. 연구자료는 여성가족부에서 2018년 전국 다문화가족을 전수 조사한 자료인 2018년 다문화가족실태조사의 데이터를 분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 장애인가정에 속한 결혼이민자 1,066명을 최종 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 장애인가정 결혼이민자의 개인 체계요인 중, 주관적 건강상태, 우울정도(정신건강)는 결혼이민자의 생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인가정 결혼이민자의 가족 체계 요인 중, 배우자와의 관계, 자녀와의 관계는 생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애인가정 결혼이민자의 사회적 지지는 생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 분석 결과를 바탕으로 장애인가정 결혼이민자의 생활만족에 관한 정책적·실천적 함의를 제시하였다. This study analyzes the factors influencing the immigrant spouses’ life satisfaction of immigrant spouses in the households with disabled members. For research and analysis, the data of a survey conducted by the 2018 Ministry of Gender Equality and Family’s National Survey on the Multi-Cultural Families conducted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family with and the census method for data analysis, and an analysis was conducted 1,066 immigrant spouses in the living in households with disabled members are the subject of to the final analysis. The findings of the study were as follows; First, the results found that subjective health status and the degree of depression[mental health] among personal system variables have a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction of the immigrant spouses; Second, the results indicated that the relationships of the immigrant spouses with spouses and children among family system variables have a statistically significant effect on the life satisfaction of the immigrant spouses; Third, the results indicated that the social support has a statistically significant effect on the life satisfaction of the immigrant spouses. This study suggests the policy and practical implications based on the analysis of the immigrant spouses regarding their life satisfaction.

발달장애인 자조모임 통합적 지원(예산ㆍ행정, 교육)에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 발달장애인 자조모임 통합적 지원(예산·행정, 교육)이 발달장애인 자조모임과 당사자에게 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 자조모임을 통해 발달장애인이 주체성을 갖고 지역사회 안에서 살아가는 장으로 활용될 수 있는 지원방안을 마련하고자 수행되었다. 의도적 표집추출을 통해 A법인이 수행하는 지원사업에 참여한 7개 자조모임의 발달장애인 당사자를 대상으로 개별심층면접을 진행하였다. 연구참여자는 발달장애인 당사자 8명이었다. 주제분석 방법을 통한 분석결과, ‘돈에 대한 압박으로부터 해방’, ‘지원기관 의존에서 벗어난 성장’, ‘진정한 발달장애인 리더의 탄생’, ‘낯설지만 나와 같은 사람들과의 소통’으로 상위범주 4개와 하위범주 8개가 도출되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인 자조모임에 대한 예산·행정, 교육에 대한 통합적 지원이 지속되어야 함을 제언하였다. This study aimed to explore the effects of integrated support on a self-help group of people with developmental disabilities. In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 individuals with developmental disabilities. The results were categorized into 4 themes with relevant 8 sub-themes. The themes were: ‘being free from pressure of money’, ‘growth out of dependence on support organization’, ‘emergence as a true leader of people with developmental disabilities’, ‘unfamiliar yet communicating with people like me ’. Based on results of this study, a need to integrate(budgetㆍadministration, education) and continuing support for self-help groups of people with developmental disabilities is discussed.

항결핵성 Naphthyridine 유도체들의 2D QSAR

Antituberculosis activities of naphthyridine analogues were found to be in the range of pI50=5.02~6.87 with average inhibitor activity of pI50=5.79. The compound with the highest inhibitor activity was compound 28 (Obs.pl50=6.87) and that with the lowest inhibitor activities was compound 3 (Obs.pl50=5.02). And also, the deviation between the highest inhibitor activity and the lowest inhibitor activity was pI50=1.85. 2D-QSAR model (Ⅰand DI) was the best model as determined by Neuro network and PLS analysis. As naphthyridine analogues were smaller in GP0 (GP0>0), lager in GP1 (GP1<0) and MR6 (MR6>0)with logP (logP>0) were smaller and lager vpol (vpol<0), the inhibitory activities against M. TB was increased. Especially the molar refractivity (MR) of substrate molecules was shown more steric effect than polarizability.
