자기마커와 DGPS 기반 탐지기를 이용한 지적기준점 및 경계점 관리

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status cadastral control points and boundary points maintenance, and also to suggest the efficient management method based on magnetic field technology. This new management method of cadastral surveying markers consists of new types of cadastral surveying markers which have special magnetic marker and GIS database about location and attribute of them, and magnetic locator which can find the magnetic markers. In this research, new design of cadastral surveying markers is invented, and new model of magnetic locator which has DGPS and UMPC with GIS Database and navigation function. This new method has advantage that it can easily find the cadastral surveying markers which are buried or are hided due to natural reason and human error. Final goal of this method is that the government do easily and efficiently manage the cadastral control points and cadastral boundary points. The suggested method will lead the cadastral system enhancement, digitalization of cadastre, and efficient national land management. 본 연구의 목적은 현행 지적기준점과 지적경계점 유지관리 실태를 확인하고 자기장 기술이 반영된 새로운 지적측량표지(지적 도근점, 지적경계점)를 활용한 효율적인 관리 방식을 제시하는 것이다. 새로운 지적측량표지 관리 방식은 특수한 자기마커를 내장한 지적측량표지, 이것들의 위치와 속성에 대한 GIS 데이터베이스(Database), 그리고 자기탐지기로 구성된다. 이 연구에서는 자기마커를 내장한 지적측량표지를 새로 고안하였으며, DGPS와 GIS 데이터베이스가 구축된 UMPC를 내장하고 내비게이션 기능을 갖춘 자기탐지기를 새로 개발하였다. 이 새로운 방식은 지적측량표지가 자연적 요인 및 인위적인 요인으로 인해 묻히거나 숨겨지더라도 잘 탐지할 수 있는 강점이 있으며, 궁극적으로는 중앙정부 및 소관청에서 지적기준점 관리 및 지적경계점 관리를 효율적이고 능률적으로 수행하는 데 기여하게 될 것이다. 여기서 제시된 방법은 더 나아가 지적 선진화, 지적 디지털화, 그리고 효율적인 국토관리를 선도하는 역할을 할 것으로 본다.

한국어 정보검색에서의 복합명사 부분정합에 따른 순위 부여 방법

정보검색 시스템의 성능을 평가하는 일반적인 지표로 검색결과에 대한 신뢰도(effectiveness)와 검색 속도(efficiency)를 들 수 있다. 한국어 문서 검색에 있어서 신뢰도 및 검색 속도의 향상을 위해서는 한국어의 특성을 고려하는 것이 중요하기 때문에, 이에 대한 연구가 색인과 검색과정의 언어처리 관점에서 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 한국어 문서 검색에서 복합명사의 부분정합(partial matching)에 따른 가중치를 이용하여 검색 순위를 결정함으로써 검색의 신뢰도를 향상시키는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 기존의 순위 조정을 위해 역색인 파일의 정보에서 추가적인 정보를 요구하지 않으므로 검색의 순위 부여에 따른 오버헤드가 감소하였다. 본 논문에서는 붙여 쓴 복합명사만을 대상으로 실험을 했지만 명사구의 합성을 통해 복합 명사를 생성하고 그 결과를 검색에 활용할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 비록 이 구조가 한국어 문서의 특수성에 적합하게 설계되었지만, 타 언어를 사용한 문서 검색에도 활용될 수 있다. 예를 들어 영어 문서의 경우 구(phrase)검색에 대한 요구가 있는데, 본 연구에서 제안한 순위 조정 방법이 이 목적으로 사용될 수 있으므로 영어 문서에의 적용 가능성을 향후 연구로 남겨 놓고 있다.

경기북부지역에서의 택지개발사업 현황과 문제점에 관한 연구

The Nothern region of the Kyung-gi Province has been restricted to development and growth, because of the political situation that south and north korea is standing opposite each other and the specific regional condition that many military installations and establishments are located. Paticularly, there is more serious in the residential environment, the condition of the housing environment is remarkably inferior now, needless to say the number of house is very insufficent to the demand. So, the purpose of this study was evaluate the work results of the land development works carried out that region and to diagnose the point at issue in that process with investigating and surveying the phsical residence environment and making an analysis the situation extent in the northern region of the Kyung-gi Province.

운남 소수민족의 종교문화와 장례문화에 대한 소고 : 다리(大理), 리장(麗江), 샹그리라(香格里拉)를 중심으로

중국 운남은 51개의 소수민족들의 문화가 어루러져 자신만의 문화를 형성하였다. 독특하고 풍부한 문화자원으로 관광객을 끌어들여 관광명소로 부상한 운남은 그 아름다운 자연경관뿐만아니라 여러 소수민족들의 특유한 문화로 사람들을 매혹시킨다. 소수민족들마다 그들의 고유한 신앙이 있고 이런 신앙들은 그들의 생활 곳곳에 깊이 뿌리내리고 있다. 다리의 바이족들은 본주(本主) 숭배라는 신앙을 갖고 있고, 리장의 나시족은 동파교를 주체로 한 동파문화를 형성하였으며, 상그리라의 장족은 라마교라는 특유의 종교를 굳건히 숭배하고있다. 이런 종교문화는 그들의 생명관에 지대한 영향을 미쳤으며 그들의 장례문화를 통해 전승되기도 한다. 서로 다른 문화를 보존하면서도 오랜시간동안 서로 다른 소수민족들이 조화롭게 살아갈 수 있었던 것은 민족간의 포용력과 대자연에 대한 숭배라는 공통분모가 있었기 때문이다. 이 연구는 다리, 리장, 샹그리라에 집거한 소수민족의 종교문화를 살펴보고 그들의 생명관을 알아봄으로써 운남의 지역문화를 이해하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 체험학습 및 수업교류 활성화 방안

코로나로 인한 비대면 교육이 급속도로 활성화되었고, 일부 지역의 학생수 감소에 따른 소규모 학급이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해서 학생들의 체험활동 및 학생 간 교류 활동이 활발하게 진행되지 못하면서, 학생들의 사회성 및 다양한 경험 부족 현상이 심화되고 있다. 학교 현장에서는 교사 및 학생 지원, 교육 콘텐츠의 확장 및 실시간 피드백, 수업 융합 등 다양한 활동에서 교육의 효과성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 에듀테크 서비스가 활용되고 있다. 수업나눔박람회 등을 통해서 교육현장에서 다양한 에듀테크를 도입한 교육 활동이 공유되고 있으며, 최근에는 전국 시도 교육청을 중심으로 메타버스 서비스의 이해, 메타버스 서비스를 활용한 교과 교육, 온라인 전시 및 소통을 위한 메타버스 서비스 운영 사례 등에 대한 교원 연수 및 자료집이 발간되었다. 본 연구에서는 교육분야 메타버스 서비스의 연구 동향, 초등학교에서 메타버스 서비스를 이용한 교육 사례, 교육 현장에서 사용되는 메타버스 서비스 플랫폼을 분석하였다. 또한, 학생들에게 다양한 경험 및 온라인 소통을 통한 사회성을 높이기 위한 방안으로, 체험활동 및 마을 연계 콘텐츠 제작, 메타버스 서비스 환경에서 온라인 전시 및 학생 간 소통을 위한 17차시의 교육과정을 제안하였다. 교육과정 운영을 위해서는 교사 및 학생들의 디지털 소양 교육이 선행되어야 하며, 수업의 효과성을 높이기 위해서 교육과정에 다양한 에듀테크 서비스를 활용한 수업 활동을 제시하였다. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online education has rapidly become more widespread, and small classes are continuing to increase in some areas due to declining student numbers. As a result, students are not able to participate in active experiential activities and student-to-student exchange activities, which leads to a lack of student's social skills and diverse experiences. Recently, teacher training and publications on the understanding of metaverse services, the use of metaverse services in subject education, and the operation of metaverse services for online exhibitions and communication have been conducted by educational offices across the country. This study examined research trends in metaverse services in the field of education and analyzed educational cases using metaverse services in elementary schools. In addition, through the analysis of metaverse service platforms used in the educational field, the characteristics, utilization, and communication methods of each metaverse service were analyzed. To improve students' social skills through diverse experiences and online communication, we proposed a 17-session curriculum for creating experiential activities and village-linked content and exhibiting and communicating through metaverse services. To operate the curriculum, digital literacy education for teachers and students should be prioritized, and various educational technology services should be used in the curriculum to enhance the effectiveness of the lesson.
