In this experimental study, it is designed and used the test engine bed which is installed with the exhaust gas recirculation, and in addition to equipped using by oxygen adder. It has been tested and analyzed the combustion and emission characteristics, cycle variability and engine performance by controlling the oxygen volume fraction, EGR rate, engine speed and equivalence ratio.
Campylobacter jejuni의 groEL 유전자 산물의 대장균에서의 Chaperon효과

Campylobacter jejuni에 48${\circ}C$의 열충격을 30분간 주었을 때, HSP90, HSP66, HSP60의 열충격 단백질들이 합성되었고, 이 단백질들은 각각 E. coli의 hsp87, HSP66 (DnaK), HSP58(GroEL)에 상응하는 단백질들이었다. 여러가지의 제한효소로 처리한 C. jejuni의 chromosomal DNA에 E. coli의 groEL(4.0kb)을 probe로 사용하여 Southern hybridization한 결과, 이들과 상동성을 가지는 유전자들이 있음을 확인하였다. C. jejuni의 groEL 유전자를 pWE15 cosmid를 이용하여 recombinant plasmid pLC1을 만들고, 이를 E. coli B178 groEL44 ts mutant에 형질전환시켜 E. coli LC1을 얻었다. 이 pLC1에는 groEL 유전자가 존재하는 5.7kb인 insert DNA가 포함되어 있었고, 그로부터 subcloning한 pLC101에는 groEL을 포함하는 4.0kb의 DNA가 삽입되어 있었다. 이 recombinant plasmid들이 형질전환된 E. coli LC1과 LC101 균주에서는 C. jejuni의 GroEL 단백질이 과다 생산되었다. C. jejuni의 groEL이 cloning된 E. coli LC1은 42${\circ}C$에서의 생장능력이 회복되었고, ${\lambda}$ vir phage에 대한 감수성도 회복되는 등의 chaperon 효과가 입증되었다. The cells of Campylobacter jejuni heat-shocked at 48${\circ}C$ for 30 min synthesized the heat shock proteins of HSP90, HSP66 and HSP60. Those heat shock proteins were found to correspond to the heat shock proteins of HSP87, HSP66 (DnaK), and HSP58 (GroEL) of E. coli, respectively. By Southern blot analysis of the chromosomal DNAs of C. jejuni with groESL and dnaK genes of E. coli as DNA probes, the heat shock genes of C. jejuni which are homologous to the E. coli groESL and dnaK genes were found to exist in the chromosomal DNA. The genomic libraries of C. jejuni were constructed with the cosmid vector pWE15 and the groEL gene of C. jejuni were cloned in E. coli B178 groEL44 temperature senstive mutant. The hybrid plasmid (pLC1) was inserted with the DNA fragment (about 5.7kb in size) containing the groEL gene. E. coli groEL44 mutant cell transformed with the pLC1 could grow at 42${\circ}C$ by synthesizing the HSP60 of C. jejuni and regained the susceptibility to the ${\lambda}$ vir phage by expression of the groEL gene in the cloned cells. These indicated that the groEL products of C. jejuni had chaperon effects by synthesizing the heat shock proteins in the cloned cells of E. coli.

The multi-point fuel injection in a spark ignition engine is applied is guided through the inlet valve into the cylinder is mixed with fuel and the air before the intake valve, the piston rises and compresses the mixture through the crankshaft rotational motion. It is generated by the discharge in the spark plug in the compression top dead center electrode spark nuclear propagates in the compressed mixture. Thus, very important because the damage to the living organisms or environmental contaminants in the exhaust gas generated when the mixture is burned. While maintaining good fuel economy from the stoichiometric operation, it reduces both carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions, combustion instability or unstable behavior due to a misfire by the operating parameters are generating lots of exhaust substances that pollute the earth. And the engine constitute a damage.

The change in the oxygen volume fraction of the inlet air of the spark ignition engine configuration an experimental apparatus to interpret the effects of combustion and the exhaust gas composition and was experiments using a suitable measuring instrument, in this chapter discusses the experimental apparatus and method. When the volume fraction of oxygen in the intake air increases as described above, the combustion pressure was measured as a way to ensure that the combustion temperature rises, and increase the combustion speed. And the stability of combustion and analyzed using the apparatus for continuously acquired by the average number of cycles than the pressure of the pressure cycle. Depending on the combustion chamber geometry of the spark ignition engine is the ignition position, the flow in the cylinder, the ignition characteristics that are affected. But allows the case that the oxygen volume fraction as in the study change in factors related to the engine and the factor associated with the flow are able to determine the characteristics of the combustion, and analysis using the pressure change of the engine when the fraction of oxygen volume change since the same condition
OTT 플랫폼의 한국 드라마 서비스 확대와 드라마 제작사의 전략 변화 : 동적역량관점(Dynamic Capabilities View)을 중심으로

본 연구는 넷플릭스를 비롯한 국내외 OTT 플랫폼 기업의 한국 드라마 서비스로 촉발된 산업환경 변화와 이에 대응하는 드라마 제작사의 경영전략을 동적역량관점(Dynamic Capabilities View)으로 살펴보았다. 한국 드라마 제작사들의 최근 경영전략을 분석하기 위해 David J. Teece가 제시한 동적역량의 세 가지 클러스터 감지(sense), 포착(seize), 변형(transform) 프레임을 활용, 주요 기업 임직원 대상으로 1차 설문조사, 2차 심층 인터뷰를 실시했다. 그 결과, 대부분 한국 드라마 제작기업들은 현재 일어나고 있는 산업환경 변화를 정확하게 인식하고, 새로운 사업 기회를 포착하기 위해 기업의 자원과 역량을 새롭게 구축하고 있으며, 이를 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 드라마 제작사들은 급변하는 산업환경에서 기회와 위협을 간파하는 ‘감지’ 능력은 물론, ‘포착’의 동적역량을 구축하고 있는 것으로 나타났는데 기획 프로듀서와 작가등 인적자원에 투자하고, 웹툰, 소설 같은 원작 IP 활용 권리를 확보함으로써 시즌제드라마 제작에 대비하는 새로운 기획개발 시스템을 만들고 있는 것이다. 그리고 드라마 산업 내에서 기업 간 인수합병, 제휴 등 전략적 의사결정을 단행하는 ‘변형’의 동적역량 또한 활발하게 작동하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 드라마 제작사의 동적역량이 기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향까지 규명하지 못했다는 점에서 한계가 있다. 그러나 제작사 임직원 설문조사와 인터뷰를 통해 현재 나타나는 산업의 변화 양상, 기업의 전략 실행과정을 밀도 있게 분석하였다는 점에서 향후 드라마 제작사 동적역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 종합적 연구의 기초 연구로서 의미가 있다고 판단한다. This study examined the business strategies of Korean drama production companies in response to changes in the industrial environment triggered by Korean drama services of domestic and foreign OTT platform companies including Netflix through Dynamic Capabilities View. To analyze the recent strategic management of drama production companies, the researchers conducted for the first survey and the second in-depth interview for executives and managers of major production companies using the three clusters of dynamic capabilities – sense, seize, transform frame proposed by David J. Teece. According to the analysis results, most Korean drama production companies are building up and actively utilizing corporate resources and capabilities to accurately recognize the current changes and capture new business opportunities in the drama industry environment. In a rapidly changing industrial environment, it has been found that drama production companies have the ability of "sense" to detect opportunities and risks. They also estabilish the capability of "seize" to invest in human resources such as planning producers and writers and to create the new planning and development system preparing for producing seasonal dramas by securing the right to use the original IP like webtoons. In addition, the dynamic capability of "transform", which makes bold strategic decisions such as mergers and acquisitions and alliances between companies, is operating strongly in the drama industry. This study has a limitation in that it did not find out the effect of the dynamic capabilities of drama production companies on the business performance. However, it is meaningful as a basic study for a further comprehensive study to confirm the effects of the dynamic capabilities of drama production companies on business performance in that the current industry changes and the corporate strategy execution process were analyzed in a dense manner through surveys and interviews with the employees of production companies.

Objectives: This study was performed in order to investigate by questionnaire the factors affecting the occupational satisfaction of work-environment measurement workers, as well as to suggest fundamental materials for systematic, administrative and economic improvements which are necessary to create a vision for the future. Material and Methods: A structured questionnaire was used at a total of 152 institutions and 1,254 work-environment measurement workers throughout the country from February to September 2012. Responses came from 97 institutions (64%) and 941 work-environment measurement workers (75.1%). The factors affecting the job satisfaction of work-environment measurement workers were statistically evaluated through χ 2 -test and ordinal logistic regression analysis. Results: Major factors affecting the job satisfaction of workers in relation to work-environment measurement were working, financial, and psychological conditions (p<0.05). Conclusions: Considering the results of this study, the improvement of labor conditions should be undertaken because workers engaged in work-environment measurement are fundamental to occupational health.
