Synthesis and Evaluation of Novel 3-Allylseleno-6-Alkylsulfonylpyridazine Derivatives with Potential Anticancer Properties

A new series of 3-allylseleno-6-alkylsulfonylpyridazines and 3-allylseleno-6-alkylsulfinylpyridazines were synthesized from 3,6-dichloropyridazine for anticancer agent development. The inhibitory effects of 3-allylseleno-6-alkylsulfonylpyridazines on human cancer cell lines were investigated. The synthesis involved thiolation, oxidation, selenylation, and Se-allylation of alkylthiols. That is, sodium methanethiolate, ethanethiol, propanethiol, butanethiol, pentanethiol, and hexanethiol were inserted into the 6-position of the pyridazine nucleus. These new synthetic compounds exhibited antiproliferative activity against human breast cancer (MCF-7), hepatocarcinoma (Hep3B), and human colon carcinoma (RKO) cells in CCK-8 assays, and are potential candidates for cancer chemotherapy.

일본의 노오(能)는 가면무용의 일종으로 노가쿠라 불리었다. 무대는 사방 6m의 극히 제한된 공간을 사용하기 때문에 극단적으로 행동이나 무대 장치 등을 최소화하고 있다. 우리가 시간과 공간을 초월한 노오의 구성을 이해하지 않으면, 그것은 그저 지루한 예술로 보일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 일본 전통 예술의 하나인 노오를 대상으로 그 구조와 가면이 지닌 상징적 의미를 고찰하는데 목적을 두었다. 그리고 이를 통해 한국의 가면극과의 차이와 유사성을 생각하는 기회를 가져봄으로써 한국 탈놀이의 원형찾기 작업과 전인류에 내포된 공통적인 문화적 속성을 음미해 보고자 한 것이다. Japanese Noh called to the NohGaku referred to as a kind of mask dance. The theater is the art of music is. The stage is used extremely limited space of 6m everywhere. So doesn’t extremely used the acting and stage production and the device. If we do not understand the configuration of Noh which transcend of time and space, it will seem as boring art. In this study, one of Japan’s traditional arts, Noh is a target. The purpose of the study of Noh was investigate meaning inherent in the structure and symbolism. And would have the opportunity try to think about difference and similar between a Korean mask dance. The consideration results, as look at aspects such as the symbolism regarding contents of the music, movement, composition of actors, the comparison with Korean mask dance was able to find points. Noh and korean masks dance had the characteristics similar to and had to find different structures.

동화의 제시형태가 유아의 사회성에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 동화의 제시형태가 유아들의 사회성 발달에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고, 만4 세 유아 40명을 대상으로 실험하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 애니메이션동화가 그림동화보다 유아의 사회성 발달에 효과적이다. 또 사회성의 모든 하위영역인 친 밀성, 적극성, 표현성, 활동성, 그리고 적응성 발달에도 애니메이션동화가 그림동화보다 효과적이다. 따 라서 유아의 사회성을 증대시키기 위해서는 그림동화보다 애니메이션 동화를 활용할 필요가 있다.

Design, Synthesis, and Biological Evaluation of Selenium-incorporated Aminopyridazines as Anticancer Agents

A new series of 3-alkylseleno-6-alkylaminopyridazines, 3-alkylseleno-6-alkyliminopyridazines, and 3-alkylseleno-6-dialkylaminopyridazines was synthesized from 3,6-dichloropyridazine for development of new anticancer agents. The process involves the selenylation, Se-alkylation, and aralkylamination (or imination). The alkylamines such as ethylamine and the dialkylamines such as dipropylamine were introduced into the 3-position of the pyridazine ring. These new compounds showed antiproliferative activities against breast cancer (MCF-7) and hepatocellular carcinoma (Hep3B) cells in CCK-8 assays and could be promising candidates for chemotherapy of carcinomas.

착용시간 경과에 따른 신발 트레드 패턴의 점진적 변화

범죄현장에 존재하는 족적은 현장, 용의자, 피해자 사이의 연결 고리를 증명하는 매우 중요한 증거이다. 이에 본 실험에서는 캔버스 화 밑창에 조각칼과 압정을 사용하여 각각 2~3 ㎜ 길이와 3 ㎜ 깊이의 인위적인 손상을 가하고 피험자 10명이 2달 동안 신발을 착용한 후 점진적 마모의 형태와 점진적 마모에 의해 생성되는 새로운 패턴, 인위적으로 새긴 손상패턴의 변화에 대해 살펴보았다. 시간이 경과함에 따라 눈에 띄게 마모가 나타나는 곳은 발의 볼 부분과 뒤꿈치 부분이었다. 또한 신발의 특정 구역의 대조족적 상에서 중점적으로 새롭게 트레드 패턴이 생성되는 것을 확인하였다. 인위적으로 새긴 손상패턴은 점진적 마모에 의해 없어지거나 생성되는 시기와 위치가 사람마다 다른 것을 관찰 할 수 있었다. 따라서 현장에서 수집한 족적과 시간이 지난 후 수집한 용의자 신발의 대조족적을 비교할 때 서로 다른 신발이라고 해석 할 수 있으므로 판단에 신중을 기하여야한다. Footwear impression which is one of the typical impression evidence can be linked to a crime scene, a suspect, and a victim. Artificial cut marks, 2~3 ㎜ length made by a graver and 3 ㎜ depth made by a thumb tack, were cut into CCTAS outsoles of 10 pairs of shoes. The present study is an attempt to observe loss and change of the artificial cut marks and acquisition of new tread pattern on two-dimentional test impression during 2 months period. Results indicate that wear patterns appear more frequently in the heel areas and beneath the metatarsal area of the feet. Also, new tread patterns on two-dimentional impression in the specific areas of outsoles can be observed due to progressive wear. The section and time of disappearance and appearance of artificial characteristics differ from individual to individual due to progressive wear. Results suggest that the footwear examiner should pay more attention before giving a judgment, because the progressive changes appeared at the time of evidence collection can be varied depending on the usage conditions.

Synthesis of new diorganodiselenides from organic halides: their antiproliferative effects against human breast cancer MCF-7 cells

A new series of bis(aryl or aralkyl) diselenides5a–5q was synthesized by selenylation from aryl halide (oraralkyl halide) for development of new anticancer agents. The process involves the reaction of aryl halides (or aralkylhalides) with selenium, hydrazine hydrate under atmosphericpressure in the presence of sodium hydroxide, toafford diorganodiselenides. These new compounds showedantiproliferative activities against breast cancer (MCF-7)cells in CCK-8 assays, and could be promising candidatesfor chemotherapy of carcinomas. Among 17 synthesizedcompounds for inhibiting the growth of these cell lines,1,2-bis(chloropyridazinyl) diselenide 5a showed the highestpotency. This result suggests the potential anticanceractivity of compound 5a.

Synthesis of novel 3-allylseleno-6-alkylthiopyridazines: their anticancer activity against MCF-7 cells

A new series of 3-allylseleno-6-alkylthiopyridazines6a–6g was synthesized by two synthetic routesfrom 3,6-dichloropyridazine to develop new anticanceragents. These new compounds showed antiproliferativeactivities against breast cancer (MCF-7) cells in CCK-8assays, and could be promising candidates for chemotherapyof carcinomas. Compound 6e (3-allylseleno-6-pentylthiopyridazine)showed higher potency than 5FU forinhibiting the growth of these cell lines. This suggests thepotential anticancer activity of compound 6e.

민중사 속의 <용담검무(龍潭劍舞)>

Its position as one of ethnic dance will have to straighten 19세기 후반 봉건사회 경제체제에 대한 농민들의 불만은 봉건통치 계급의 무자비한착취와 외세 자본주의 침략에 대항하는 민중의 저항의식으로 발전되어갔다. 이러한 때에1860년 최제우는 ‘사람이 곧 하늘이다’라는 동학을 창시하였고, 삽시간에 민중들의 호응을 얻어 전국으로 확산되었다. 이어 1861년 한울님의 계시를 받아 칼노래를 짓고 그희열을 칼춤으로 승화시켰다. 이것이 <검결>과 용담검무의 시작이었다. 달밤에 산 정상에 올라 음식을 차려놓고 제를 지낸 뒤 모두가 하나되어 <검결>을 부르며 신명나게 검무를 추었다. 이때 춘 검무는 기존 무용사에서 거론되던 검무와는 달리 목검을 들고 무예적 정신수양에 목표를 두었던 것으로 이 <검결>과 검무가 역성혁명의 빌미로 작용하여최제우는 처형당하게 된다. 그 후 <검결>은 관변기록을 통해 남게 되었고 검무는 그 흔적을 찾아볼 수 없게 되었다. 동학교도들조차 대외적으로는 내놓고 거론하기를 꺼려했기때문이다. 그러나 검무는 동학의 핵심사상이 반영되어 표출된 춤으로 인본주의와 후천개벽, 평등사상, 각자위심은 물론 『정감록』에 담겨진 풍수사상 및 민족무예의 현묘지도(풍류도)가 담겨져 있는 제의적, 상무적, 강신무적인 춤이었다. 최제우의 사상과 그 표출양상은 조정을 불안하게 하는 한편 민중들에게는 도탄에 빠진 생활을 극복할 희망이자실천방도의 하나로 기능했으며 훗날 동학혁명을 일으키는 힘이 되었다. 민중사 속에서중요한 위치에 있던 검무의 재발견과 재조명은 당시의 민족무예와 『정감록』에 대한 연구를 통해 보다 구체화될 것으로 여겨지며, 민족춤의 하나로서 그 위치를 바로잡아 줘야할 것이다.
