It is summarized that potential causes of performance degradations and failure mechanisms of crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) modules installed in Middle East area. In addition, we also reviewed current PV module qualification test (IEC 61215) and the methods for detection of wear-out fault. The failure of PV modules in the extreme environmental conditions such as deserts is mainly due to high temperature, humidity, and dust storms. In particular, cementation phenomenon caused by combination of sand and moisture leads to rapid degradation in the performance of PV modules. In order to evaluate and guarantee the long term reliability of PV modules, specific qualification tests such as sand dust test, salt mist test and potential induce degradation test considering operating environment of PV module should be carried out.

산소 플라즈마 전처리에 의한 PET 기판 위에 Ga이 도핑된 ZnO 투명전극 (GZO)의 특성변화를 고찰하였다. GZO 박막은 RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 공정에 의해 합성하였으며 GZO 증착 이전에 PET 기판의 표면에너지를 높이고 GZO 박막과의 접촉특성을 향상시키기 위해 산소플라즈마 공정을 적용하였다. 산소 플라즈마 처리공정을 시행함에 따라 GZO 박막의 결정성과 전기적 특성이 향상하였다. RF 파워를 100 W로 하고, 플라즈마 처리시간을 600초로 하였을 때 GZO 박막의 최저 비저항 값인 $1.90{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}-cm$의 양호한 특성을 확인되었다. The effects of $O_2$ plasma pretreatment on the properties of Ga-doped ZnO films on PET substrate were studied. GZO films were fabricated by RF magnetron sputtering process. To improve surface energy and adhesion between the PET substrate and the GZO film, $O_2$ plasma pretreatment process was used prior to GZO sputtering. As the RF power and the treatment time increased, the crystallinity increased and the contact angle decreased significantly. When the RF power was 100 W and the treatment time was 600 sec in $O_2$ plasma pretreatment process, the resistivity of GZO films on the PET substrate was $1.90{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}-cm$.

The purpose of this study was to develop a functional senior mixed soymilk for seniors and to provide functional senior-mixed soymilk to prevent disease outbreaks. The isoflavone content of senior soymilk was 0.15±0.01 mg/g. The β-glucan content of senior soymilk was 9.82±0.01 mg/g. The weight gain of mice were significantly higher in the high-fat diet group than in the other groups. The serum triglyceride content was high at 102.67±40.61 mg/dL in the high-fat diet group, but significantly lower at 83.00±42.43 mg/dL in the 20% senior soymilk group. Thus, the results of this study comprehensively suggest that food intake should be ingested for each life cycle with reference to the dietary reference intakes for Koreans. In particular, the elderly in their 50s and older are deficient in protein and weakened immune capacity, so it is imperative that they maintain their health through various foods such as soymilk, which is evenly nutritious.

Recently, one-dimensional semiconducting nanomaterials have attracted considerable interest for their potential as building blocks for fabricating various nanodevices. Among these semiconducting nanomaterials,, $SnO_2$ nanostructures including nanowires, nanorods, nanobelts, and nanotubes were successfully synthesized and their electrochemical properties were evaluated. Although $SnO_2$ nanowires and nanobelts exhibit fascinating gas sensing characteristics, there are still significant difficulties in using them for device applications. The crucial problem is the alignment of the nanowires. Each nanowire should be attached on each die using arduous e-beam or photolithography, which is quite an undesirable process in terms of mass production in the current semiconductor industry. In this study, a simple process for making sensitive $SnO_2$ nanowire-based gas sensors by using a standard semiconducting fabrication process was studied. The nanowires were aligned in-situ during nanowire synthesis by thermal CVD process and a nanowire network structure between the electrodes was obtained. The $SnO_2$ nanowire network was floated upon the Si substrate by separating an Au catalyst between the electrodes. As the electric current is transported along the networks of the nanowires, not along the surface layer on the substrate, the gas sensitivities could be maximized in this networked and floated structure. By varying the nanowire density and the distance between the electrodes, several types of nanowire network were fabricated. The $NO_2$ gas sensitivity was 30~200 when the $NO_2$ concentration was 5~20ppm. The response time was ca. 30~110 sec.
중도ㆍ중복장애학생을 대상으로 한 실험연구의 동향 분석: 국내 특수교육 관련 학술지를 중심으로(2006∼2016년)

최근 특수교육에서는 특수교육대상자의 중도ㆍ중복화로 중도ㆍ중복장애학생들의 교육에 관심과 초점이 맞추어지고 있으며, 이들의 교육적 요구 또한 다양해지고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 중도ㆍ중복장애학생을 대상으로 한 실험연구들을 살펴보고 동향을 분석하여 향후 연구를 위한 방향과 시사점을 얻는데 있다. 이러한 목적에 따라 최근 11년간 국내 특수교육 전문 학술지에 게재된 중도ㆍ중복장애학생 대상의 실험연구를 분석하였다. 선정기준에 따라 최종적으로 분석된 논문은 38편이다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학회지 및 연도별 연구동향은 2011년부터 연구의 수가 증가하였으며, `지체ㆍ중복ㆍ건강장애 연구`에 게재된 연구가 가장 많았다. 둘째, 실험연구의 참여자 수는 3명 이하인 경우가 84.2%였으며, 연령별로는 초등학교 학생, 장애유형별로는 중도 지체장애학생이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구 설계는 단일대상연구가 78.9%로 주를 이루었다. 넷째, 주제별 연구 경향은 의사소통에 관련된 연구가 가장 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 분석한 논문들의 중재 효과는 전반적으로 의미 있는 효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중도ㆍ중복장애학생의 독특한 특성과 교육적 요구에 적합한 교육을 위한 후속 연구과제 및 방향을 제안하였다. According to an increasing numbers of students with severe multiple disabilities, educational needs for those students are being focused and diversified. This research are to analyzed the trend in experimental researches targeting students with severe multiple disabilities, and therefore to get a direction and implicatioms for further study. Based on the selection criteria, 38 experimental researches from recent 11 years of korean special education journal articles are analyzed. The reseults are as follows. First, research trend by year shows the number if researches is increasing from 2011. Also, `Korean Journal of Pysical, Multiple, & Health Disabilities` has the largest number of researches among academic journals analyzed in this study. Second, 84.2% of experimental researches have no more than 3 participants. Among participants, elementary students are the greatest group by age, and students with severe physical disabilities are the greatest by types of disabilities. Third, single subject research occupies 78.9% of research design. Fourth, the most popular subject is the study on communication. Fifth, the moderating effects of analyzed paper are significant. Based in these results, the subjects and directions for the education, which is appropriate for the unique characteristics and educational needs of students with severe multiple disabilities, are proposed.
