우리나라 기업의 통계적 품질관리 기법의 활용 현황을 알아보기 위하여 전국 4,500여개의 제조업체에 대하여 설문조사를 하여 설문에 응한 2,586개 제조업체의 설문결과에 대하여 통계적 분석을 행하고, 통계적 기법활용의 문제점과 그 대책을 제시했다. In order to know the situation of statistical Quality Control in Korea, we have surveyedabout 4, 500 manufacturing companies in Korea. Among the first 4, 500 manufacturing companies, 2, 586 companies have answered for the questionairs of the sample survey. In this research a statistical analysis is conducted for the 2, 586 companies and diagnosis of the situation of Statistical Quality Control is Korea in presented in terms of levels of development and degrees of implementation.

우리나라의 맞춤형 복지제도는 ’04년 중앙인사위, 예산처, 경찰청, 행자부, 경호 실 등 9개부처(기관)가 실시기관으로 지정되어 시행해 나왔으며, 이미 민간회사에 서도 한국 IBM, CJ, POSCO 등 150여 개 사가 도입하여 운영 중이었다. 이러한 수는 계속 증가되어 나왔다. 사실상 현행 공무원 후생복지는 공무원 개인이 원하 는 복지수요와 관계없이 모든 공무원을 대상으로 획일적으로 마련하였던 관계로 개인의 욕구 충족에 사실상 미흡하고, 행정환경 변화에 따른 대응이 곤란하다는 지적을 받아왔다. 이러한 지적과 함께 공무원 개개인들에게 배정된 복지예산(포인 트)의 범위 내에서 필수 기본항목은 의무적으로 선택하게 하고, 자율항목은 개인 의 선호에 따라 자유롭게 선택할 수 있게 하는 제도로 도입되어 시행 중에 있다. 역시 경찰공무원의 경우도 일반 공무원에서 활용하는 제도의 범위 내에서 동등하 게 2016년 현재 12년째 시행 및 정착시켜 나가고 있다. 2015년 경찰청의 경우 대상 경찰관은 115,700명이었으며 맞춤형복지 예산은 총844억 83,752,000원에 달했다. 이러한 총액은 전년도인 2014년에 비해 약58 억 가량이 증가한 액수이다. 2016년에는 경찰인력의 증가에 따라 약 5억 원 가량 이 증액되기도 했다. 눈에 띠는 특징은 기본점수가 2014년에 350점에서 2015년 400점(1점 = 1,000원)으로 전격 인상되었다는 점과 경찰청에서 경찰관의 평생연 계형 실손 보험을 동부화재와 제휴하였는데, 이는 신청자에 한해 가입을 실시하며 퇴직 후 의료비 보장방안을 마련했다는 점이다. 본 제도는 1년 단위로 매년 시행 계획을 세워 시행해 나가고 있다. 특히 본 제도의 가장 큰 장점은 의료비 부담과 순직, 사망 및 공상시를 대비하여 이전에 없던 큰 혜택이 주어짐은 물론 나아가서 문화생활을 즐길 수 있는 기회를 향유할 수 있다는 것이다. Korea's customized welfare system was increasing with 2004's the Central Personnel Committee, Ministry of Planning, national police, Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, security and etc, total 9 organization and private corporation like IBM, CJ, and POSCO was also adopted and were managing. In fact, these day's government employee's welfare system didn't listen individual's saying and just focused in uniform plan, so it's insufficient for individual and inappropriate for change of administration environment. So this made government employee to choose essential basic item in there fixed welfare point and for autonomic item, they can choose freely. Police officer also make that progress in general government official's system utilization for 12 years until now, 2016. For 2015's national police, there were 115,700 police officer and customized welfare budget was 84.4 billions and 83,752,000 won. It has increased 5.8 billion won than 2014. At 2016, police officer's number were increased, so 5 hundred million won was increased and decreased. Stand out feature is that basic score was 350 point in 2014, but increased to 400 point in 2015(1 point=1 thousand won), and national police alliance police officer's whole life connection form actual damage insurance with Dongboo Insurance, but people who apply can sign up, and after retirement, medical expenses is guaranteed. This system has 1 year plan and change every year and enforce it. Especially, this system's most good advantage is for medical expense's burden, dying on a job and death, there are good benefits that there weren't before and there are opportunity to enjoy various culture life.

Pine Oil이 白鼠의 血中 脂質代謝 改善 및 體重變化에 미치는 效果

The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of pine oil on the body weight and lipid levels of serum in rats fed high cholesterol diet and high fat diet, Body weight, weight of various organs, and feeding efficiency ratio were measured to study the effect of pine oil on obesty at 4 weeks after an oral administration, Total cholesterol, triglyceride, total lipid, HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol were also analysed to identify the ameliorating effect of pine oil on lipid metabolism in serum of same rats, The results were summerized as follows; 1. The increase in body weight and feeding efficiency ratio induced by choleserol diet was less in pine oil treated rats, Furthermore, decrease in weight of liver, kidney, spleen, testis, and epididymis were observed in pine oil treated rats. 2, Associated with the decrease in body weight, there was a concomitant reduction in serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, and total lipid in rats fed high cholesterol diet and high fat diet. respectively, after an oral administration of pine oil. 3. Serum levels of LDL-cholesterol was significantly decrease after an oral administration of pine oil in rats fed high fat diet. These results suggest that pine oil can ameliorate obesity and lipid metabolism in serum.
