Presently, the history of our country's professional care & education business is relatively short. And that of care & education administration and its policy is also in early stage. Accordingly, I am approaching to get a standardization of care & education administration and its policy. Firstly, I'd like to emphasize that care & education administration and its policy have to keep close relationship and to get a definite standardization of care & education administration and its policy, we need to establish the identity of introduction of care & education. Conclusively, we can expect that when care & education business and introduction of care & education get developed, the ranges and their contents of our country's care & education administration and its policy will be fixed.
대립개념의 증거적 비판논의와 반성적 사고를 중심으로 한 물리 개념변화 모형

According to many previous researches on the students` physics conceptions, in spite of school science learning the students` preconceptions were either not changed or reinforced. Although many researchers argued that the presentation of conflict situations which can not be explained by the students` preconceptions is prerequisite to their conceptual changes, some other researchers argued that such a presentation could be useless. In this study, a model of students` conceptual change in physics, which encourages students to recognize actively the conflicting situations and to control the process of their conceptual changes, was developed. In this model, the critical discussion on rival concepts and the reflective thinking were regarded as two important factors for students` conceptual changes.
Identification and Characterization of Bull Sperm Hyaluronidase Hyal5

During mammalian fertilization, germ cell-specific hyaluronidases, such as sperm adhesion molecule 1 (SPAM1) and hyaluronoglucosaminidase 5 (Hyal5), are important for the dispersal of the cumulus mass. In this study, we demonstrated that bull Hyal5 is a single copy gene on chromosome 4 that is expressed specifically in the testis. In addition,we expressed recombinant bull SPAM1 and Hyal5 in human embryonic kidney 293T cells and showed that these enzymes possessed hyaluronidase activity. We also demonstrated that a polyclonal antibody against bull sperm hyaluronidase inhibits sperm-egg interactions in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) assay. Our results suggested that bull Hyal5may have a critical role in bull fertilization
고등학생의 탐구 사고력 문제 해결 과정에 나타난 유형과 특징

The high school students` problem solving patterns and their features in scientific inquiry, especially on controlling variables and stating hypothesis have been investigated. The 8 problems on controlling variables and stating hypothesis were selected out of the scientific inquiry area in the experimental tryout of Aptitude Assessment for College Education, and had been used to find the patterns and their features. The results of findings are as follows: There were seven patterns in the process of solving problems. Five of seven patterns were found in right answers and four patterns in wrong answers. Two patterns were found in both right and wrong answers. Some students could solve the problems even though they did not understand the elements of the scientific inquiry, controlling variables and stating hypothesis. The false application of physics concepts, misunderstanding about the elements of the scientific inquiry and using unrelated experience and conjectures were the features of students` wrong answers. On the other hand, the right application of physics concepts, understanding and applying the elements right, infering answers from the tables and figures on statements of suggested problems were the features of right answers. The further studies on this kind may helpful to find the higher mental abilities related to scientific inquiry and to develop tools for testing students` scientific inquiry thinking skills.
