Recently, Car Navigation system is changing from simply informing driver’s position to multinational product. Despite these development of functions, yet car navigation interface design has risk factor that undermine driver’s safety. In this context, car navigation system interface design should be more intuitive. Before designing for improvements of intuitiveness, it is necessary to figure out the relationship of car navigation interface factors and intuitiveness. In this study, a connection between visual factors of car navigation interface and intuitiveness (i.e. affordance) is handled.

This study aims at the reform measures of the state-sponsored test for licensing real estate agents. More than ten thousands of real estate agents have passed the test of real estate agents every year but they haven t get confidence from people. Also people say that they didn t have professional ability in the real estate business because the test questions of their job are not proper for their business. These days real estate agents have to be ready for the professional intermediation of real estate. The ability is achieved by their required intellectual powers and exercises. The present law of the brokerage business has the system of a licensed real estate agent to meet the requirements about the expert. So we need to get licensed real estate agents of good quality to satisfy the demands and make them do good brokerages. However, does the present system of licensed real estate agents suit its purpose? First, the system has the way to decide them to be experts according to how much they can excel in memory work about simple and repeated knowledge. Second, many non-professionals have done real estate brokerages. Third, people can take the state-sponsored test for licensing real estate agents without professional education. So there is a limit to be specialists of real estate agent. Some colleges have had the department of real estate. But these days many universities and colleges are newly establishing the department which is related to real estate. The government should back up them to make many experts of real estate. Many colleges have a curriculum which is focused on the subjects of the state-sponsored test for licensing real estate agents. If there is a system for the real estate graduates to take that test, they need to get educated of professional ethics, to master the fundamentals of a trade and to be given various kinds of on-the-job training about real estate.

청소년 상담자가 경험한 친족 성폭력피해자 사례에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구에서는 지역의 청소년상담복지센터 상담자들이 친족 성폭력피해자 사례를 개입할 때 필요한 방안은 무엇이며 향후 기관의 역할은 어떠해야 하는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 청소년상담 복지센터에서 CYS-Net을 활용한 통합지원서비스를 통해 친족 성폭력피해자 사례를 다룬 경험이 있는 상담자들을 대상으로 친족 성폭력피해자 상담 관련 질문지를 실시하고 그 내용을 분석하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 친족 성폭력피해자 사례를 진행하며 어떤 마음이었나, 둘째 상담자나 기관 차원에서 무엇이 필요하고 어떤 부분을 보완해야 하는가이다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 분석방법의 하나인 CQR-M을 사용하였다. 총 42개의 자료에서 나타난 내용을 분석한 결과, 상담자의 대처, 상담자의 심정, 친족 성폭력피해자 상담의 어려운 점, 기관의 대처 및 지원, 기관에서 보완할 점 등 5개 영역 및 21개의 범주를 도출하였다. ‘상담자의 대처’ 영역에서 5개 범주 및 8개 하위범주, ‘상담자의 심정’ 영역에서 5개 범주, ‘친족 성폭력 피해자 상담의 어려운 점’ 영역에서 4개 범주 및 7개 하위범주, ‘기관의 대처 및 지원’ 영역에서 4개범주 및 3개 하위범주 그리고 ‘기관에서 보완할 점’ 영역에서 3개 범주로 나타났다. 도출된 결과를 중심으로 친족 성폭력피해자에 대한 상담자의 적절한 대처방안과 향후 보완되어야 할 점을 논의하였다. The purpose of this paper is to explore the experience of youth counselors who have helped adolescent victims who were sexually assaulted by their own family members. This study surveyed youth counselors who have counseled such victims. This study analyzed 42 data sets by means of CQR-Modified, a qualitative research method and identified 5 domains and 21 categories. The results are as follows: (1) counselors’ reactions were divided into 5 categories and 8 subcategories, (2) counselors’ emotional states were divided into 5 categories, (3) challenges in counseling youths sexually assaulted by family members were divided into 4 categories and 7 subcategories, (4) responses and supports by youth centers were divided into 4 categories and 3 subcategories, and (5) action recommendations for counseling centers to support victims were divided into 3 categories. This study then concluded this paper with summary of the experience of counseling for such victims followed by limitations of our work.

전통가체체험 만족도와 행동의도 간 스토리텔링의 조절효과

연구배경 본 연구는 전통가체체험의 활성화를 위한 목적으로 전통가체체험 만족도가 관광객들의 재방문의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 스토리텔링의 요소 중 어떠한 요소가 조절효과를 가지는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구방법 경주를 방문한 관광객 266명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 제시한 가설을 검증하기 위하여 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 회귀모형에 의한 조절효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 전통가체체험과 행동의도 간 관계에서 스토리텔링의 묘사성은 재방문의도와 구전의도 모두에 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났다. 그리고 스토리텔링의 감성은 구전의도에만 유의미한 조절효과가 나타났다. 결론 전통가체체험 만족도와 행동의도 간 미치는 영향에 대한 스토리텔링의 조절효과에서 교육성, 흥미성, 지역적 고유성은 기각되었고, 묘사성, 감성은 채택되었다. 구체적으로 묘사성은 전통가체체험 하위요인 중 오락적 체험, 교육적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 미적 체험에서 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 나타내었고, 오락적 체험, 일탈적 체험, 미적 체험은 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 감성은 전통가체체험 하위요인 중 교육적 체험, 미적 체험이 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Background To invigorate the traditional Gache experience, this study examines what elements of storytelling have a moderating effect regarding how satisfaction of traditional Gache experience affects tourists' revisit intention and word-of-mouth intention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 266 tourists visiting Gyeongju. To verify the proposed hypotheses, the data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and moderating effect analysis of the regression model was conducted. Result Description of storytelling on the satisfaction of traditional Gache experience and behavioral intention showed significant influence on one's revisit intention and one's word of mouth intention. And the degree of emotion of storytelling showed significant influence only on one's word of mouth intention. Conclusion In the moderating effects of storytelling on the satisfaction of traditional Gache experience and behavioral intention, education, interest, and local singularity were rejected, and description and emotion were adopted. Specifically, in terms of description, entertainment experience, educational experience, escapist experience, and esthetic experience among the sub-factors of traditional Gache experience had significant impact on visitors' revisit intention. And entertainment experience, escapist experience and esthetic experience showed a significant effect on visitors' word-of-mouth intention. Considering emotion, educational experience and esthetic experience among the sub-factors of traditional Gache experience had a significant influence on visitors' word-of-mouth intention.

It is generally assumed that the present form of the eight visions of Zechariah in chapters 1-6 was composed by one author. The article argues against this long-held presumption with its redactional analysis of the text. Based on the hypothesis recognized and developed by Hallaschka, it examines parts of three visions, believed by the author to have been formulated earlier than the other visions. Those visions are Zechariah 1:8-11, 2:1-4(Heb. vv. 5-8), and 5:1-2. In the article, it is argued that the above texts should be differentiated from the other passages in the vision pericope due to their conspicuously distinct feature and messages as a group as well as their chronological priority over other vision passages in Zechariah. In other words, the three texts are linked not only through their contemporaneity and shared linguistic expressions, but also through a common theme which can be envisaged as a picture only when the three reconstructed texts are put together. That theme is the urgency for the construction of the temple: “Since the current peace of the world (the vision on the man among the myrtle tree) enables Jerusalem to be measured (the vision on the man with a measuring line), it is now the time to rebuild the temple (the vision on the flying scroll).” It also reveals the texts` progressive movement toward the temple is blurred in the finalized text due to revisional activities in the following period. The article ends with a suggestion, encouraging more in-depth studies on the vision narrative of Zechariah, particularly from a redaction-critical perspective. For there has been virtually no previous scholarly attempt made on the subject.
