Co(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub> 6H<sub>2</sub>O aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide were used to synthesize cobalt oxide (Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>) particles by precipitation method. The precipitated precursor was calcined at a temperature of 400 to 900°C to obtain cobalt oxide particles having a particle size of 100 to 500 nm. The crystallization process and morphology according to the calcination temperature were examined. The properties of the synthesized powder were evaluated using SEM, EDS and XRD. As a result of XRD diffraction and EDS analysis of the prepared powder, it was confirmed that Co<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub> is synthesized. As a result of heat treatment of the powder to 800℃, it was confirmed that crystal growth of cobalt oxide continues to occur.
질산알루미늄9수화물 전구체와 공업용 펄프를 함침매트릭스로 사용한 알루미나(α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>) 나노입자의 합성

Aluminium oxide(α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>;α-alumina) nanoparticles were synthesized by liquid phase precursor process using Al(NO<sub>3</sub>)<sub>3</sub>·9H<sub>2</sub>O as the aluminium oxide precursor. Industrial pulp was used as an impregnation matrix. The synthesized powders were characterized by XRD and FE-SEM. The particle size of the powders was controlled by heat treatment conditions, such as heating temperature and time. Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> nanoparticles were created when the heat treatment temperature was raised to 1,100℃. XRD diffraction analysis confirmed that the crystalline phase of alumina produced at 1,100℃ was α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. Results from SEM showed that the generated powder consisted of a collection of particles, and that the size of the primary particles of the specimen at 1,100℃ was less than 100 nm. Secondary particles were observed to change their cohesion form as temperatures increased, and the size of the collection decreased.

본 논문은 안전도((EOG), ElectroOculoGram)신호를 이용하여 수면 중 안구운동 추적시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 인간의 안구운동은 궤도, 역학, 외안근(rectus muscle)의 생리적 성질에 기초하여 특정 안구운동을 일으킨다. 이것은 안구의 움직임 상태로부터 인간의 뇌(Brain)를 간접적으로 평가할 수 있다는 뜻이고, 특정 안구운동 결과로부터 인간의 뇌와 신경계에 질병 유무를 진찰 및 검사할 수 있다.

First branchial cleft anomaly is a very rare disease and exhibits various clinical presentations. Therefore, the diagnosis of first branchial cleft anomaly may be difficult; the condition is often misdiagnosed and mismanaged. Accurate diagnosis is very important, because if not diagnosed correctly, patients with first branchial cleft anomaly would be treated with local incision and drainage repeatedly. We report two cases of first branchial cleft anomaly. The first patient visited for recurrent swell and discharge in the infra-auricular area with a history of previous incision and drainage. The other patient showed a cystic mass in the infra-auricular area and all of them were misdiagnosed initially by their treating specialists elsewhere. The objective of this study is to share our experiences of first branchial cleft anomaly, and emphasize its various clinical patterns and the significance of accurate diagnosis.

In this study, the measurement uncertainty of combustion experimental system and experimental parameters for hybrid rocket were evaluated by B type evaluation method. The measurement uncertainty of all experimental parameters was lower than 3%. The highest value of expanded uncertainty was characteristic velocity efficiency with 2.83% and the expanded uncertainty of regression rate which is the design and performance parameter was indicated to 0.03%. These results shown that the reliability of hybrid combustion system was located within allowed limits.

본 논문은 의사표현이 어려운 전신마비환자의 뇌파(EEG)를 이용하여 긍정과 부정을 표현할 수 있는 방법에 대해서 소개한다. 더 나아가 인간의 감정에 따라 긍정과 부정을 민감하게 반응하는 뇌 영역을 분석하였다. 해당영역의 뇌파(EEG)변화를 측정하기 위해 컴퓨터 시스템과 접목시키는 목적도 포항하고 있다. 이를 위해서 미약한 뇌파를 증폭 시키는 전치 증폭기를 구현하였고 인공산물과 뇌파 주파수영역만을 통과시키는 아날로그 전자회로를 구현하였다. 또한 인간의 두뇌피질로부터 측정된 신호는 컴퓨터 시스템에 전송된다. 수신된 신호를 실시간 Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) 신호처리과정을 거쳐 뇌파의 주파수 영역을 분류하게 된다. 이때 분류된 뇌파를 바탕으로 인간의 긍정과 부정을 표현할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.
