중국 중등교사의 교사리더십 인식 분석과교사리더십 발휘 가능성 탐색

연구목적: 본 연구는 중국 중등학교 교사의 교사리더십에 대한 인식 조사를 통해 중국의 교사리더십 발휘 수준을 진단하고 교사리더십 발휘를 위한 정책적 시사점을 탐색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: Katzenmeyer & Moller(2009)의 교사리더십에 관한 학교 실태 조사(TLSS) 질문지를 활용하여 중국 중등교사 253명을 대상으로 교사리더십에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 교사리더십에 대한 전체적인 인식은 대체로 긍정적으로 나타났다. 교사리더십에 대한 구성요인 중 동료 간 협조관계가 가장 높게 나타났고 다음으로 인정감, 전문성 개발, 긍정적 환경, 자율성, 개방적 의사소통, 의사결정에의 참여의 순으로 나타났다. 결론: 동료 간 협조관계와 긍정적 환경 등에 대한 긍정적인 인식은 교사리더십 발휘에 긍정적인 요인으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 다만, 학교관리자가 학교개혁과 발전을 위한 조건으로 공유 리더십(shared leadership)의 필요성을 인식하고 제도적으로 모든 교사들이 적극적으로 리더십을 발휘할 수 있는 학교 여건을 조성해야 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 교사리더십 개발과 발휘를 위한 하나의 방안으로 교사학습공동체 도입이 검토될 수 있다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to check the level of teacher leadership in China and to explore the policy directions for the feasibility of the teacher leadership. Method: The TLSS(Teacher Leadership School Survey) by Katzenmeyer & Moller(2009) was used to explore teachers’ perceptions. The primary data for this study were obtained from 253 secondary teachers in China. Results: The perceptions of the teachers about teacher leadership were somewhat positive(M=3.35). They perceived the collegiality of the seven categories of teacher leadership as the most positive factor. Conclusion: The positive perception of the collegiality and the positive environment would affect the teacher leadership positively. However, school administrators are required to recognize the importance of the shared leadership and set the school conditions for professional leadership. A professional learning community(PLC) could be suggested as a way for the teacher leadership development.

삼베짜기 복원과 삼베마을 탄생을 둘러싼 제 문제

이 논문은 한 산간마을 주민들의 일상이었던 삼베짜기가 무형문화유산의 계승이라는 점에서 주목을 받으면서 삼베문화마을로 거듭나는 과정을 다룬다. 쇠락해 가던 마을을 회생시키기 위해서 마을 여성들은 마을이 가진 문화유산자본을 동원해서 전통을 복원하고 여러 가지 사업비를 끌어들여서 삼베짜기를 활성화시키는데 성공을 했다. 군청이나 중앙부처로부터 지원, 미디어 홍보, 공기업과의 자매결연 등을 통해서 마을활성화사업을 지속해 왔다. 마침내 삼베영농조합법인이 설립되고, 공동생산과 공동분배를 원칙으로 하는 공동체가 탄생했다. 문화의 실천과 문화유산을 통한 정치 사이를 오가면서 삼베공동체는 운영되고 유지되어 왔다. 마을 여성들이 지금까지 경험하지 못한 삼베 공동작업을 통해서 자신감도 얻었고, 실제 소득도 창출했다. 그러나 최근에는 다시 위기를 맞았다. 마을 여성들의 고령화, 삼베 수요의 감소, 조직체 운영의 부담 등으로 삼베공동체는 도전을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이 마을 여성들이 지난 10여 년 동안 실천해온 전통문화의 복원과 산업화을 통한 실험적인 문화적 실천이 그리 단순한 과정이 아니었음을 밝히고 있다. This study focuses on the revival of hemp weaving in a remote village of Korea. The collective weaving project as a revival of traditional cultural heritagehas been successful and the village of Sambe has become famous in the region. This study focuses on this revival process which requires them to renew their spirit of cooperation based on their pride and skill of weaving. Once the cultural practices themselves have been resuscitated, the cultural politics toward the nomination for Sambe Cultural Village and establishment of Sambe Agricultural Cooperatives by receiving project funds and supports from local and central governments and mass media have been pursued. The cultural politics would be easier to navigate in terms of the process of approval, negotiation, persuasion, and even struggling with the outside forces. Howver, the ten years of experiences in reviving the hand weaving practices and navigating the politics in connection with this have led to certain conflict among the cooperative members. There are conflicts between those members who work hard and those who are not particularly serious about the efforts regarding the distribution of the profits from weaving. The most imminent problem in this village among others is lack of successors. At present the village society is on the verge of crisis. Their cultural practices is now on the trial.

설진(舌診)의 임상활용에 관한 연구

ObjectivesThis study was designed to: (1) investigate the clinical feature of tongue diagnosis, (2) make an observation of significant changes in tongue diagnosis according to the patient`s physical condition and laboratory result and (3) identify clinical efficacy of tongue diagnosis. Methods300 patients` tongue diagnosis results were analyzed and the patients were divided to each group according to the physical condition and laboratory result. Then, chi-square test was performed to assess statistical significance between tongue diagnosis results of each group. ResultsAs a result of analyzing the spread of tongue diagnosis according to the patient`s physical condition and laboratory result, 18 groups had statistical significance related to specific tongue color and tongue coating. ConclusionsEven if there would be possible misinterpretations in one-to-one match between the tongue diagnosis and certain diseases, we identified that tongue diagnosis results were changed somewhat related to patient`s physical condition with some tendency and tongue diagnosis could be used for meaningful clinical diagnostic tool. 사회배려대상을 위한 대학입학전형에 관한 연구 : 다문화가정 자녀를 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to grasp the current situation of university admissions for multicultural students and deduce implications. This study focused the admissions for multicultural students of the major 30 universities. Only 24 universities of them had an admissions for multicultural students and they recruted only 0.86% of the total population in university admissions for multicultural students. Departments that were not recruiting students were a lot. And most of the deparments of Medicine and Pharmacy were not included. Except 6 university, not only multicultural students but also another students with a social weak could apply the university admissions for multicultural students. So it was considered that the benefits for multicultural students would be less than intention. It is required the quantitative expansion and the qualitative improvement of the university admissions for multicultural students. Also the government and each university have to make an effort to achieve the purpose of the university admissions for multicultural students. Social efforts and support are needed continously after entering university to ensure that the multicultural students would be an authentic member of this society. 본 연구는 대학교육 기회 균등 실현의 측면에서 사회적 약자를 배려하기 위해 실시되고 있는 다문화가정 자녀 대상 대학입학전형의 운영 실제를 분석하고 그에 따른 정책적 시사점을 탐색하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 국내 주요 29개 대학의 입학전형을 중심으로 분석하였다. 29개 대학 중 23개 대학에서 다문화가정 자녀 대상 대학입학전형을 운영하고 있고, 모집인원은 29개 대학 전체 모집인원 대비 0.88%를 구성하고 있다. 모집학과는 의·약학계열 등 경쟁률 상위 학과를 대상으로 하지 않는 대학이 많았다. 29개 대학 중 6개 대학을 제외한 모든 대학에서는 다문화가정 자녀들이 지원할 수 있는 전형에 다른 사회배려대상도 함께 지원할 수 있도록 함으로써 다문화가정 자녀들의 실질적인 입학기회는 더욱 낮아지는 구조이었다. 본격적인 다문화사회로 진입한 우리 사회의 변화를 반영하여 다문화가정 대상 대학입학전형의 양적 확대와 질적 개선이 요구된다. 정부 차원에서는 정원 외 특별전형 대상에 다문화가정 자녀를 포함하는 방안을 고려해볼 수 있으며, 대학 차원에서는 사회배려대상 대학입학전형에 지원대상별로 모집인원을 할당하고 모집학과에 대한 검토와 개선이 필요하다. 나아가, 다문화가정 자녀가 대학 입학 과정에서의 평등뿐 아니라 대학 입학 이후의 적응, 그리고 사회의 책임 있는 구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 제도적인 지원과 범사회적인 노력이 요구된다.

Objectives : This study was aimed to review the trend of tongue diagnosis studies in Korean Medicine on various aspect and to suggest better studies. Method : We collected papers on tongue diagnosis studies in the internet site ``nanet, riss, dbpia, society`` using the keyword ``tongue diagnosis`` between 2002 and 2012. Then we analyzed them. Results : There were 33 study papers that related in tongue diagnosis between 2002 and 2012. Conclusions : To make a reproducibility and a objectivity of tongue diagnosis, it needs to have a unification of the system. So it is is necessary that having a discussion about the standard of tongue diagnosis.
