        흰쥐에서 기관절제 단단 문합부의 성장에 따른 변화

        Growth of suture line and anastomosis is required for long-term success after the tracheal and bronchial surgery in infant and pediatric patient. We used various suture materials in these cases, but the results were differ. To select the adequate suture material in tracheal surgery, we tried next. Tracheal anastomoses were performed in 150 Sprague Dawley rats, aged 4 to 8 [mean 5.8] weeks and weight 62 to 106[mean 83.6] gram, to compare polydioxanone[PDS] 7-0, polyglactin 910[Vicryl]7-0, and polypropylene [prolene] 8-0 suture materials. In 150 rats, only 29[20%] were lived over 300 days, and the weight was 250 to 320[mean 289.5]gram. Cross sectional area of the anastomoses and two or three tracheal rings below anastomosis site were measured under microscope, and calculated and compared as Hsieh`s equition. Cross-sectional area,anastomosis site/normal site 100, were 89.4 $\pm$ 5.34% in PDS group[n=9], 75.7 $\pm$ 6.06% in Vicrylgroup [n = 10], and 80.8$\pm$ 4.06% in Prolene group[n = 10]. Histopathologic studies were done for all autopsies or put in death around 300 days postoperatively. PDS absorblion was not seen 16 weeks after suture but disappeared over 24 weeks slide. Vicryl absorbtion was noted postoperative 8 to 16 weeks, with marked tissue reaction. Prolene showed least tissue reaction, but the suture material was persisted with regional fibrotic capsule.Causes of death were respiratory failure in 76 cases, tracheal rupture in 22 cases, hemorrhage, biting, starvation and etc. in 23 cases. With the brief review of literatures, we report the results.

        초등교사의 스트레스 대처방식과 소진의 관계에 대한 학생문제행동 지각의 매개효과

        Teachers’ burn-out has been an issue in society and teacher’s stress coping style is suggested as a factor to influence on burn-out. This study hypothesized that teacher’s perception of student’s problematic behavior may mediate the relationship between teacher’s stress coping style and burnout in teachers of elementary school. To investigate the hypotheses, questionnaires of stress coping style, perception of student’s problematic behavior, and burnout were completed by 304 elementary school teachers and analysed using SPSS Macro program and AMOS program. The result showed that problem-focused coping reduced burn-out both directly and indirectly through perception of student’s problematic behavior. Social support seeking and emotional relief coping directly increased burn-out and had no influence on the perception of student’s problematic behavior. Wishful thinking coping had no significant effect on both the perception of student’s problematic behavior and burn-out. The result implies high problem-focused coping and low social support seeking and emotion relief coping of elementary school teachers influence on low burn-out. Plus, this study implies high problem-focused coping influences on low perception of student’s problematic behavior, and thus reduces burn-out.

        창원시 인구의 변화가 주택가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 창원시의 주택 가격 변동에 대한 지역별 인구 및 연령별 인구 이동의 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 특히 창원시의 인구 이동 (창원시 인구 이동 및 인구 유출)과 30 대, 40 대, 50 대, 60 대 및 고령층의 인구가 어떻게 창원시의 주택 가격에 영향을 미치는지 살펴볼 것이다. 2016년 이전에는 창원시 아파트 매매가격 변화율에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것은 창원시 아파트 전세가격 변화율과 창원시 40대 인구변화율인 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 현상은 창원시가 통합한 이후 2016년 이전까지 주택시장이 호황세를 가져 온 시기로, 아파트 매매가격과 아파트 전세가격이 상승한 시기이고, 아파트거래량도 많았으며, 2011년부터 2013년까지 주택건설인허가도 증가한 시기로 미분양은 별로 없었던 시기이다. 이러한 시기에서 창원시 아파트 매매가격에 가장 중요하게 영향을 미치는 것은 창원시 아파트 전세가격이고, 연령별로 40대가 아파트 매매를 선도하는 것으로 파악하였다. 2016년 이후에는 창원시 아파트 매매가격 변화율에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것은 2016년 이전과는 크게 다른 결과가 나온 것으로 파악되었다. 2016년 이후에는 경남의 기반인 제조업과 조선업, 중공업이 쇠퇴해지면서 주택시장도 얼어붙기 시작하였다. 창원시 아파트 전세가격 변화율이 창원시 아파트 매매가격 변화율에 영향을 주었지만, 2016년 이전보다 영향력이 감소하였다. 이러한 영향력 감소는 다른 변수들의 영향력이 커졌다는 것을 의미하는데, 창원시 아파트 거래량 변화율, 회사채수익률 (금리), 창원시 인구변화율, 김해시에서 창원시로 유입 인구변화율, 함안에서 창원시로 유입 인구변화율, 창원시 40대 인구변화율, 창원시 60대 이상 인구변화율의 변수들이 창원시 아파트 매매가격 변화율에 유의한 영향을 주었다. ge on the change of housing price in Changwon City. In particular, we will examine how the population movements(population migration to Changwon City and population outflows) and population in the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and older age groups affect the housing prices in Changwon City. For the purpose of this research, the model is divided into the period before 2016 and the period after 2016, which is the period of structural change. Before 2016 (January 2011 to December 2015), it was found that the rate of change in the rent price of apartments in Changwon City and the rate of change in population in Changwon City were significant influences on the rate of change in the price of apartments in Changwon City. This phenomenon is the period when Changwon City merged and the housing market was in a boom until 2016. It was the period when apartment sales price and apartment rent price were rising and the amount of apartment transaction was also large. The number of unsold units was not so high. In this period, Changwon city apartment prices are the most important factors affecting the price of apartment rent in Changwon city. In 2016 and beyond (from January 2016 to December 2018), it is concluded that the change in the selling price of apartments in Changwon City is significantly different from before 2016. The rate of change in the rent rate of apartments in Changwon City influenced the rate of change in the price of apartments in Changwon City, but the influence was less than before 2016. This change means that the influences of other variables have increased. Changwon City apartment rate, corporate bond rate (interest rate), Changwon city population rate, Changhwang city to Changwon city, Changwon city to Changwon city population, Changwon City, Changwon City, and Changwon City, respectively. The Changwon City population turnover rate was found to have the greatest effect on the change rate of the apartment sale price in Changwon city. And the population turnover was an important variable. The change rate of the influx population from Changwon city to Changwon city was found to increase the Changwon city apartment price change rate. Population change rate of Changwon City in 40s and population change rate in Changwon City in the 60s or older were found to increase the change rate of the apartment sale price in Changwon City. When the population of Changwon City is in their 60s or older, the cost of living is provided by the money provided through downsizing by area, area, and type.
