Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the uterine cervix is a rare and highly aggressive cervical neoplasm. Metastases and recurrences of the tumor are common. Cervical large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas are distinctive cervical carcinomas that are frequently misdiagnosed and have unfavorable prognosis. So prudential care must be considered for proper diagnosis and multimodal treatment may be required for better survival. We experienced one case of large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma accompanied with adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix in 52 year old woman. The uterine cervix covered and infiltrated with adenocarcinoma cells and attached polypoid mass (3.2×2.1 ㎝) composed of large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma cells. The diagnosis was confirmed by immuno-staining using cytokeratin (+), synaptophysin (+), chromogranin (+), neuron-specific enolase (+), CD 56 (+), and vimentin (-). So we report the case with brief review of the literature.
전압 리플 추정을 고려한 단상 PWM 컨버터의 순시치 제어

In this paper, instantaneous controller of a single-phase PWM converter is realized using DSP. The stable PI gain of the input current and the DC link voltage control system is designed. The DC link voltage control system can be designed in continuous-time domain But as for the input current control system, the descretizing effect cannot be ignored so it must be designed in descrete-time domain considering the calculation time. The capacitance estimating algorithm which can be acquired through the ripple voltage is proposed By this algorithm the DC link capacitance can be estimated even under the transient state. Experimental results show the input power factor of 99.1% and the voltage variation rate of±5% according to the load variation.
알츠하이머병 환자의 이상행동심리증상(BPSD)에 대한 한약과 양약의 병용 효과에 대한 연구: 체계적 문헌 고찰

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide clinical evidence to support the use of herbal medicine combined with western medicine for BPSD. Methods: Studies were identified by searching CNKI, Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, SCIENCEON, RISS, KMbase, KISS, OASIS. Literature searches of Chinese, English, and Korean databases were performed. Two authors independently extracted the data and evaluated the quality of each study. Results: The literature search identified 203 articles. Of these, 7 were selected for the analysis. The risk of bias in most studies was unclear. The most frequently used diagnostic tools were the NINCDSADRDA and DSM-Ⅳ. The most commonly used results indicator was NPI. In 6 of the 7 papers, combination treatment (herbal & Western medicine) was statistically significantly more effective than single treatment (Western medicine alone) for BPSD. No significant adverse events were reported. Conclusions: Herbal medicine in combination with Western medicine is more effective for treating BPSD than Western medicine alone. However, the quality of the studies used in this study was uncertain and the sample size was too small. Based on the findings of this study, more high-quality clinical trials are needed to confirm the efficacy of combination treatment.

스마트하이웨이 종방향 방호울타리안전성능 평가를 위한 충돌조건

충돌사고시 스마트하이웨이의 정시성과 안전성의 손상정도를 최소화 하도록 스마트하이웨이의 종방향 방호울타리 충돌조건으로 기존의 충돌조건보다 상당히 상향된 충돌조건이 결정되었다. 충돌조건은 충돌차량, 충돌속도, 충돌각도로 구성된다. 가능한 많은 승용차의 탑승자 안전을 고려할 수 있도록 충돌시 피해가 크게 나타나는 작은 차량을 충돌차량으로 선정 하였다. 가능한 많은 사고 충돌속도를 포함하도록 기존의 충돌속도보다 20% 큰 충돌속도가 결정되었다. 충돌각도는 예상되는 사고 충돌각도를 거의 모두 포함하도록 결정되었다. 기존의 국내 최고성능등급의 종방향 방호울타리에 대하여 다양한 충돌조건을 적용한 시뮬레시션을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석하여 제시된 스마트하이웨이 충돌조건이 탑승자 안전에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 기존의 국내 최고성능등급의 종방향 방호울타리는 제시된 스마트하이웨이 충돌조건을 만족하지 못하였다. 충돌사고시 스마트하이웨이의 정시성과 안전성의 손상정도를 최소화 하기 위해서 새로운 고성능의 종방향 방호울타리가 필요하다고 판단된다. To minimze the degree of damage for the SMART highway`s punctuality and safety after car-barrier collisions, the impact condition for longitudinal barriers of SMART highway was determined to be quite larger than the existing maximum impact condition. The impact condition consists of impact vehicles, impact velocities, and impact angles. To consider the occupant safety of passenger cars as much as possible, a small car with high risk during impact was selected as the impact vehicle for the evaluation of occupant risk. The impact velocity was determined to be 20% larger than the existing maximum impact velocity in order to include accident impact velocities as much as possible. The impact angle was determined to include most of expected accident impact angles. Computer simulations using various impact conditions were conducted for the existing domestic highest-performance medium and roadside barrier. How the suggested impact condition has an effect on the occupant safety was investigated. The existing domestic highest-performance medium and roadside barriers could not satisfy the suggested impact condition. New high-performance longitudinal barriers are required to minimize the degree of damage for the SMART highway`s punctuality and safety after car-barrier collisions.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to review the research trends in the treatment of pharmacopuncture for vascular dementia in Traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We searched for articles in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from January 2000 to August 2020. Results: Among the total 63 articles, 9 articles were selected. All studies were randomized controlled trial studies. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) was most frequently used as diagnostic criteria. Effective rate and Activity of Daily Living (ADL) were most commonly used as outcome measurements. Angelica gigantis Radix (當歸), Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (丹蔘), and Astragali Radix (黃芪) were the most commonly used ingredients in pharmacopuncture. Joksamni (ST36) and Sinsu (BL23) were the most commonly used acupoints for pharmacopuncture treatment. Based on the Risk of Bias (RoB) of these 9 articles, the overall quality of studies was low. Conclusions: Pharmacopuncture could be considered for the treatment of vascular dementia. In the future, various systematic studies on dementia are needed.
