어머니의 적극적 스트레스 대처방식과 어머니 및 유아의 스마트기기 과의존의 관계: 양육스트레 스의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of parenting stress on the relationship between mothers’ active stress coping strategies and smart device overdependence in both mothers and young children. A survey was conducted with 300 mothers who have children aged 3 to 5 years enrolled in kindergartens and daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and the PROCESS macro Model 4 to verify the mediating effects. The main findings are as follows: First, parenting stress fully mediated the effect of mothers’ active stress coping strategies on mothers’ smart device overdependence. Second, parenting stress also fully mediated the effect of mothers’ active stress coping strategies on young children’s smart device overdependence. These results suggest that reducing parenting stress through the use of active stress coping strategies by mothers is crucial in lowering the levels of smart device overdependence in both mothers and their children.
영유아교사의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향에서 조직 내 의사소통과 잡크래프팅의 매개효과

본 연구는 영유아교사의 직무스트레스가 소진에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 관계에서 조직 내 의사소통과 잡크래프팅의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 영유아교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 연구모형의 검증에는 Process Macro의 Model 4를 활용하였다. 매개효과의 통계적 유의성을 검증하기 위해 부트스트래핑 기법을 적용하였다. 연구 결과, 조직 내 의사소통은 직무스트레스와 소진 간의 관계를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로, 조직 내에서의 효과적인 의사소통은 교사들의 심리적 안정감을 증진시키고 업무수행을 향상시켜, 직무스트레스가 소진으로 이어지는 부정적인 영향을 완화하였다. 또한, 잡크래프팅 역시 직무스트레스와 소진 간의 관계를 유의하게 매개하였다. 영유아교사들이 자발적으로 자신의 업무를 재구성하거나 업무에 새로운 의미를 부여할 때, 직무로 인한 스트레스가 감소하고 정서적 탈진 수준도 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 영유아교사의 소진을 완화하기 위해 조직 내 의사소통과 잡크래프팅을 촉진하는 환경 조성이 필요하다는 점을 강조한다. 조직 차원에서 정기적인 피드백 제공, 팀워크 강화 워크숍 운영, 자율성 증진 프로그램 도입 등의 실천 전략은 교사들의 심리적 안정과 회복탄력성을 높이고, 궁극적으로 영유아교육의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있다. This study analyzed the effect of job stress on burnout in early childhood teachers and sought to identify the mediating effects of intra-organizational communication and job crafting in this relationship. To this end, data were collected from early childhood teachers and Model 4 of Process Macro was used to verify the research model. Bootstrapping techniques were applied to verify the statistical significance of the mediating effect. The results of the study showed that intra-organizational communication significantly mediated the relationship between job stress and burnout. Specifically, effective communication within the organization enhanced teachers’ psychological stability and improved work performance, thereby mitigating the negative effects of job stress leading to burnout. In addition, job crafting also significantly mediated the relationship between job stress and burnout. When early childhood teachers voluntarily restructured their work or gave new meaning to their work, job-related stress decreased and emotional exhaustion levels also decreased. These results emphasize the need to create an environment that promotes intra-organizational communication and job crafting to alleviate early childhood teachers’ burnout. At the organizational level, practical strategies such as providing regular feedback, operating workshops to strengthen teamwork, and introducing autonomy promotion programs can increase teachers’ psychological stability and resilience, ultimately contributing to improving the quality of early childhood education.

패션전문점 소비자의 쇼핑성향과 점포평가기준에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study are to investigate the consumer characteristics of fashion specialty store and compare them among different fashion specialty store types. Based on the results, patronage profiles for multi brand shop, maker total shop, mart brand shop, and oulet multi shop are develop, Marketing implications are discussed. Before empirical study, theoretical study was done through reviewing the existing litera-tures and a questionnaire was developed. Data(N=410) were collected via a questionnaire distributed to 469 female consumers who shopped at fashion specialty store in Pusan. The results were as follows ; 1) Factor analysis revealed seven factors of shopping orientations(Brand Conscious, Planning Purchase, Self-confidence in clothing shopping, Economy, Common Style in fashion, Individuality Seeking, and Passive Purchase), and seven factors of store evaluative criteria(Store Atmosphere, Assortment, Quality, Promotion, Price/Information, Sales Personnel, and Convenience). 2)By crosstabulation analysis with $\chi$2-test and multivariate analysis variance with sheff-test, consumer characteristics such as shopping orientations, store evaluative criteria, purchase behavior variables, and demo-graphic variables were significantly different among fashion specialty store types.
