        강점관점과 지역사회네트워크를 기반으로 하는 통합적 사례관리 실천방법의 구조화-개념도 연구법(concept mapping)을 활용하여-

        This study aims to investigate concrete practice methods for strength and regional social network based case management. The social workers practicing strength based case management called Children-in-hope collected statements of specific cases inductively from their social work practice with children and their families. Their statements regarding strength based case management were analyzed statistically. Then the social workers conceptualized each part of practice. The methods of practice were categorized into six areas: working with children and their families, making relationship with children and their families, working with communities, strengthening the team work, strengthening the capacity of case management, and operating flexibly. The core methods of practicing strength based case management were how to treat children and their families, how to make relationship with children and their families, and how to work with communities. The social workers recognized the ability of case management to be most important but thought it was most difficult to develop. This meant social workers experienced the limits of case management. Therefore, education and training are needed to develop the ability of social workers as case managers. In addition, the model for strength based case management for children and their families should be adjusted based on actual practice.

        Predicting Satisfaction with Personal Assistance Services Among Blind or Visually Impaired People in Korea

        The most important services for independent living are ones that individualize services to fit the needs of the individual with disabilities. In Korea, Personal Assistance Services (PAS) for independence of blind and visually impaired people (BVIP) is based upon a foundation of significant cultural specificity of Korea since there are no other services to support independence of BVIP except transportation services. This paper results of satisfaction with PAS among BVIP in Korea in 2009. A telephone survey approach was employed to gather data. Satisfaction was highest among those who were pleased with the assigned hours, enjoyed good relationships with their attendants, received a high number of service hours per week, and were had difficulty performing daily activities. 본 연구는 학대를 받아 미국의 아동보호서비스에 접수된 아동들의 발달궤적을 아동의 또래 관계에 중점을 두고 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 청소년기 아동의 또래관계가 시간이 지남에 따라 어떻게 변화하는지, 또한 주 양육자와의 관계의 질, 아동이 가진 내적·외적 문제행동이 또래 관계의 발달에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 미국의 아동보호서비스를 받고 있는 아동에 대한 전국 확률표본 데이터인 National Survey of Child and Adolescent Well-being (NSCAW)을 사용하였다. 청소년기 아동의 또래관계의 변화를 살펴보고 양육자와의 관계, 문제행 동이 또래관계의 변화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 잠재성장모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 아동의 또래관계는 3년에 걸쳐 향상되는 경향을 보였으며, 초기 양육자와의 관계, 내적문제행동이 초기 또래관계와 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 결과에 바탕한 임상적 함의가 제시되었다.

        당 종류 및 NaCl과 Sucrose 배합비에 따른 계란찜의 겔 형성 효과

        This study investigated the changes in textural characteristics that occurred by adding maltose syrup, dextrin, and sucrose to whole egg gels, by assessing coagulation after cooling. It also examined the optimal NaCl and sucrose concentrations for whole egg gels sensory evaluations, and then studied how the addition of sucrose effected gel formation and textural characteristics under optimal NaCl concentration. The additions of maltose syrup, dextrin, and sucrose, presented some color changes. The greater the addition of maltose syrup or dextrin, the lower the L, a, and b values of the whole egg gel and whole egg liquid, and ultimately the color turned dark bluish green. With increasing additions of sucrose, maltose syrup, and dextrin, the viscosity of the whole egg liquid increased slightly. In terms of the mechanical texture characteristic of the gel, the texture was most elastic with the 0.8% addition of sucrose, and hardness decreased by increasing the ratio of added sucrose. Increasing amounts of maltose syrup resulted in less hardness and SF. And for dextrin, the SF increased up to 2.5 and then decreased, and hardness decreased with increasing amounts of dextrin. Based on sensory evaluations, the 0.8% addition of NaCl was significantly preferred(p<0.05), in terms of salty taste. The overall preference scores indicated that the whole egg gel made with 0.3% sucrose and the optimal NaCl concentration(0.8%) was most preferred, and each sample was significant(p<0.05). Under the optimal 0.8% NaCl concentration increasing the sucrose concentration resulted in a darker egg gel color, in terms the L value. SF, NF, and hardness, which are mechanical texture parameters, were when 0.8% sucrose and the optimal NaCl concentration of 0.8% were added to whole egg liquid, in preparing the whole egg gel.

        건조 찹쌀가루를 이용한 오븐구이 찰떡의 관능적ㆍ물리적 최적화

        To optimize the preparation process for oven-roasted glutinous rice cake, an experiment was derived using a central mixing composite design to determine the optimal conditions. The addition of flour by soaking time as well as sucrose and water, were the independent variables, with the moisture content, color, sensory, and texture properties of the ovenroasted glutinous rice cakes selected as response variables. For the moisture content, color, sensory, and textural properties, we found significant effects for moisture, lightness, redness, hardness, and cohesiveness in the oven-roasted glutinous rice cakes, and water was one of the most influential factors. The optimal mixing conditions for the highest quality oven-roasted glutinous rice cake, in terms of sensory and textural properties, were 266.0 g of water, 25.4 g of sucrose, and 61.5 minutes of soaking time for the glutinous rice flour. The soaking time was in close to the median, whereas the water and sucrose values were slightly above the median.

        타자의 서사, 타자화의 서사, <홍길동전>

        This study attempted to read Honggildong-jeon centering on the view point of other. Between the process of Honggildong, a son who was born outside marriage and raised as other in the noble family overcoming his alterity and his life course after that, there found a noticeable difference. This study called into question the part of Honggildong`s life when he subjugated those people who had been living in Jedo and Uldoguk with justification of his act. Where this kind of perception of other in Honggildong-jeon came from, and how it was related to one in other works those days were explored in this study in consideration of the change of consciousness of world geography in the later Chosun dynasty. This work is significant in that it reflected the enlargement of consciousness of world geography in this period and it opened a new narrative space by imagining other space beyond Chosun. Honggildong-jeon presented a possibility for marginalized people because it sought a new space and tried a new community without being frustrated with the reality where the discrimination due to strict hierarchical social structure could not be taken away. However, this work did not go so far as to raise questions about the social structure itself which continued to produce people as others. It is clearly seen when Honggildong desired to have recognition from a patriarch and a king. Conclusively, Honggildong-jeon was significant in that it criticized the reality of discrimination between legitimate sons and other sons and tried to eagerly seek a solution to this contradiction. But this achievement had some reservation because its efforts for solution of this problem were not wholly free from both the aspiration of success and the tendency to subjugate other people. This kind of limitation could be said to reflect the desire of people of those days who had been oppressed for a long time by Sinocentrism before the nationalistic consciousness emerged.

        한국장애인복지학 연구동향에 관한 분석과 고찰

        이 연구는 장애인복지학의 이론적 패러다임에 따라 한국장애인복지학의 연구동향에 관한 분석을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 장애인복지학의 기술적·이론적 분석을 통해 한국장애인복지학의 변화를 점검하고 향후 지향해야 할 방향성에 대한 논의의 장을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 첫째, 사회복지학이 주 전공인 학회 중 학술진흥재단 등재지나 등재후보지로 등록된 학술지 9종을 대상으로 1979년 부터 2005년에 이르기까지 연구동향에 관한 기술적 분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 장애의 복합성에 기초한 사분모델을 이용하여 한국장애인복지학의 이론적 경향을 분석하였다. 이 연구의 결과 다음과 같이 두 가지를 제언한다. 첫째, 장애 현장의 다양한 이슈와 장애당사자의 욕구 반영, 장애종별 특수성과 장애인복지학 고유의 역사성 등 다양한 주제에 관한 장애 연구가 활성화되어 한국장애인복지학의 이론 구축(theory-building)을 해야 한다. 둘째, 한국의 장애인복지학의 이론적 연구동향은 개인적-관념론이 우세하나 사회적-유물론이 증가하는 경향을 보이며, 이러한 이론적 경향성은 최근 장애인복지 현장 및 학계에서 이루어지고 있는 사회적 모델 및 자립생활 모델에 대한 논의와 맞물리는 것으로 이에 대한 좀 더 밀도 있는 학계 및 현장의 성찰이 필요하다. This paper aimed to analyze articles published in 9 Korean social work journals from 1979 to 2005 regarding the conceptualization of disability and the orientation of disability theories. Trends of disability theories have shifted from the division of the individual model and the social model to four models including individual materialist, individual idealist, social creationist, and social constructionist. As a result of categorizing the articles, it was revealed that the individual idealist position is the most popular and the social creationist position is increasingly popular. To understand disability holistically, the complexity of disability has to be addressed rather than focusing on one model.
