이덕무(李德懋)의 김창협(金昌協)비평 수용 연구 -이규보(李奎報)에 대한 비평을 중심으로-

본고는 李德懋의 비평형성에 있어서 金昌協과의 영향관계를 파악하고자 하는 것이다. 즉 이덕무가 어떤 경로로 김창협의 비평관을 접하게 되었고, 무엇 때문에 김창협을 적극적으로 수용하려 하였는가라는 의문을 구명한 것이다. 이를 위해 李奎報 漢詩에 대한 비평에 한정하여 김창협의 「雜識外篇」 25칙과이덕무의 「李春卿」을 비교분석하였다. 먼저 이덕무가 유독 農巖系 문인들 중 李縡의 문하생들과 교유양상을 보여주는 것은 처가의 영향이라 할 수 있다. 또한 이들 문하생 중 이덕무와 직접적인 교류를 보인 인물은 金鍾厚와 金用謙인데, 특히 김용겸은 이덕무가 김창협의 문풍을 수용하는 과정에 있어 가장 큰영향을 준 인물이었다. 다음으로는 이규보 한시에 대한 비평인 김창협의 「잡지외편」 25칙과 이덕무의 「이춘경」을 비교분석하였다. 이덕무가 김창협의 비평에서 주목한 점은 첫째는 치밀한 비평과 전대 비평에 대한 비판적 수용태도이고, 둘째는 창작 태도와 관련된 작가에게 요구되는 내적수양의 중시였다. 이덕무와 김창협은 주자학을 바탕으로 하면서도 문예영역에서 유연한 자세를 보인다는 측면에서 유사한 면모를 확인하였고, 이를 통해 이덕무의 이러한 비평태도가 김창협과 연계되어 있다는 점 역시 알 수 있었다. 하지만, 창작에 있어서 이덕무는 작가의 내적조건보다 창작태도를 우선시 하였는데, 이는 김창협의 비평을 재해석하려는 태도였다. 따라서 이덕무는 김창협 비평에 대해 모방이 아니라, 무엇보다 그의 비평태도와 학문적 자세에 주목하여 적극적인 수용 자세를 보였고 비평에서도 이에 상응하는 모습을 보인 것이다. This paper aims to grasp the influential relationship with Kim Changhyeop in a development of Lee Deokmu`s literary criticism. In other word, it investigates questions about how Lee Deokmu encounters Kim Changhyeop`s critical perspectives and why he tries to accept it actively. To this end, I verified in which way Lee Deokmu accepted for Kim Changhyeop`s literary criticism and comparatively analyzed Kim`s Number 25 of 「JapJiOePyeon」 and Lee`s 「LeeChunGyeong」. Firstly, Lee Deokmu had associated particularly with disciples of Lee Jae among the line of NongAm because of his wife`s family. This explains in which way Lee Deokmu accepted for Kim`s literary criticism. Among these disciples, Kim Jonghu and Kim Yonggyeom had interacted with Lee Deokmu directly. Especially Kim Yonggyeom had the greatest impact in a process of his reception for the literary spirit of Kim Changhyeop. Secondly, I comparatively analyzed Kim`s Number 25 of 「JapJiOePyeon」 and Lee`s 「LeeChunGyeong」. Lee Deokmu focuses on Kim Changhyeop`s literary criticism in two points. Lee concentrates on Kim`s precise literary criticism and his critical attitude of accepting the criticisms of previous generations. And Lee focuses on his attitude of writing and his emphasis on a inner cultivation. I confirmed that they were similar in their stances, which was flexible toward literature even though it was based on the neo-Confucianism. I also assured that Lee Deokmu`s such attitude toward criticism was closely linked to Kim Changhyeop. However, Lee Deokmu gave his priority to writer`s attitude of writing over his inner condition in creative writing. That is a reinterpretation to Kim Changhyeop` literary criticism. Consequently, it can be said that Lee Deokmu is not a mere imitator but an active accepter of Kim Changhyeop by focusing on his critical and academic attitudes.
재발성 신우신염 환자에서 DMSA SCAN 상 Multiple Cortical Defects ( MCD ) 의 임상적 의의

N/A Objectives: This study was undertaken to evaluate associated underlying disease and follow-up changes of multiple cortical defects(MCD) in recurrent acute pyelonephritis(APN) patients with MCD on DMSA scan. Methods: DMSA scan was performed in 128patients who visited Asan Medical Center with recurrent APN and 80patients showed MCD. Intravenous pyelography(IVP), ultrasound of the kidney(US), voiding cystourethrography(VCUG) were performed to search associated underlying diseases and changes of MCD were studied with follow-up DMSA scan at least 6 months after initial DMSA scan. Results: 1) Underlying diseases were detected in 34patients, including vesicoureteral reflux in 21, renal stone in 4, renal tuberculosis in 3, ureteral stenosis in 3, renal infarction in 1, megaureter in 1, neurogenic bladder in 1, 2) Follow up DMSA scan revealed no changes in 14patients, improvement in 2. Conclusion: The patients with multiple defects on DMSa scan have underlying abnormalities in 42%, so they need more radiologic studies such as VCUG, IVP, US. Multiple defects indicate irreversible damage in most patients.

N/A Objectives: To prevent progression to fatal asthma it is essential to assess the severity of asthma and treat adequetely. But there was no objective index to evaluate the severity of airway inflammation in asthmatic patients, So we evaluated that serum ECP concentration is a objective parameter of airway inflammation in patients with acute severe asthmatic attack. Methods: We measured the parameters of asthamtic severtity(clinical parameter, FEV1, arterial blood gas, peripheral blood eosinophil counts, and serum ECP levels) before and after antiasthmatic treatment in 9patients with acute severe asthmatic attack, And we compared serum ECP concentrations of severe asthmatic patients with those of control patients with mild to moderate severity. Results: 1) The serum ECP levels in patients with acute asthmatic attacks compared to patients with mild to moderate, asthmatic severity were significantly increased. 2) The serum ECP levels and pheriperal blood eosinophil counts 2hours after antiasthmatic treatment were significantly lower than the value before treatment, but the total scores of clinical parameter, FEV1, and scores of arterial blood gases were not significantly different from the basal values, Conclusion: It is suggested that the serum ECP level is a objective parameter as a response to antiasthmatic treatment as well as a severity of airway inflammation in patients with acute asthmatic attack.
국제공동연구 PINC(Program for the Inspection of Nickel Alloy Components) 현황 및 고찰

2002년 미국 Davis Besse 원전에서 원자로 압력용기의 상부헤드 관통관 부위의 손상이 발견되고, 2002년 벨기에 Tihange 2호기 및 2003년 일본 쓰루가 원전의 가압기 노즐에서 균열이 발견되어 세계적으로 니켈합금기기의 일차 수응력 부식균열(PWSCC; primary water stress corrosion cracking)이 원자력안전에 상당히 위협적임을 인식하게 되었다. 이에 따라 2005년부터 4년간 계획으로 미국 NRC를 중심으로 니켈합금기기의 검사에 관한 국제공동연구(PINC; program for the inspection of nickel alloy components, 이하 PINC라 함)를 시작하였고 본 논문에는 2005년부터 수행된 PINC 국제공동연구의 수행현황에 대해서 소개한다. PINC 국제공동연구의 목적은 일차 수응력 부식균열의 형상(morphology)을 규명하고, 일차 수응력 부식균열에 대한 비파괴검사기법을 평가하는 것이다. 이 목적을 위하여 한국에서는 한국원자력안전기술원(Korea Institute of Nuclear Safety, KINS, 이하 KINS라 함)을 주축으로 한국원자력연구원, 성균관대, 원자력발전기술원, 한전KPS, (주)엔스코, (주)UMI, (주)세안, 두산중공업(주)이 참가하였고, PINC 수행 결과는 2009년 상반기에 NUREG 보고서로 발간될 예정이다. 이러한 국제공동연구를 수행함으로써 국내 기계재료분야의 결함 형성 및 분석기술이 선진국 수준임을 과시하고, 국내 비파괴검사 기술을 선진국 수준으로 끌어 올릴 수 있었으며, 이번 기회를 통하여 국내 산학연이 서로 협력하여 니켈합금기기의 건전성평가 기술을 한 단계 상승시킬 수 있었다. After several PWSCCs were found in Bugey(France), Ringhals(Sweden), Tihange(Belgium), Oconee, Arkansas, Crystal Fever, Davis-Basse, VC Summer(U.S.A.), Thuruga(Japan), USNRC and PNNL started the research on PWSCC, that is, PINC project. The aim of this project is to fabricate and obtain representative NDE mock-ups with flaws to simulate tight PWSCC cracks, to identify and quantitatively assess NDE methods for accurately detecting, sizing and characterizing tight cracks such as PWSCC, to document the range of locations and crack morphologies associated with PWSCC and observed responses and to incorporate findings from other ongoing PWSCC research programs, as appropriate. By participating in PINC project, Korean morphology technique about PWSCC and NDE technique have improved and become similar lever with other advanced country. Therefore, the evaluation technique of integrity for nickel alloy component has been improved by cooperation with university, research institute and industries.

N/A Effect of 5-Aminosalicylic acid and sulfasalazine in ulcerative colitis was known to suppress the production of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. However, during the oxygenation of arachidonic acid, superoxide and other oxygen moieties are formed which have been implicated in mediators of intestinal mucosal injury. We study the effect of 5-ASA and sulfasalazine on their ability to scavenge superoxide radical and effect on CuZu-SOD, Mn-SOD and catalase in deoxycholic acid induced injured rat colonic mucosa. The result was as follows. 1) DOC and normal saline group showed significant increase in superoxide radical compared with normal saline only group (p<0.005). 2) The experimental groups which were administered 5-ASA and sulfasalazine showed significant decrease in superoxide radical compared with DOC only treated group (p<0.05, p<0,005). 3) Sulfasalazine treated group shovecl increasc in CuZn-SOD compared with DOC onily treated proup (p<0.05). 4) In Mn-SOD, 5-ASA and sulfasalazine treated group showed signnificant increase than that of DOC only treated group (p<0.05). 5) There was no significant difference in the activity of catalase in each experiimiental group.
