        4차 산업혁명시대의 커피산업동향 분석과 전망

        연구목적: 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 기술적 변화와 커피산업의 빠른 변화를 중심으로 커피산업의 전반적인 시장·경제적 측면을 중심으로 대응방안을 분석 및 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 2018년 9월 1일 ~ 9월 30일 약 1개월간의 연구기간 동안 커피산업 분야에서 교육 및 기업에서 10년 이상 종사하고 있는 전문가 13명을 대상으로 질문지법을 적용 하였다. 분석 내용은 커피산업의 품질적, 기술적, 교육적, 시장·경제적 측면의 키워드를 중심으로 설정하였으며, 심층면담분석방법을 적용하였다. 결론: 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커피 맛의 품질 측면에서는 추출된 커피의 맛의 일관성, 추출의 재현성, 품질의 개성을 더해 스페셜티 커피의 보편화가 가능하다는 결과가 도출 되었다. 특히, 바리스타의 역량에 따라 낮은 품질의 커피와 다양성이 없는 커피의 획일화에 대한 우려가 부정적인 결과로 도출 되었다. 둘째, 커피산업 기술적 측면에서는 무인주문시스템, 로봇카페 등의 One-Stop 서비스 기술이 적용된 영역까지 확대될 것으로 예측되었다. 특히, 고객의 Wearable Smart Interface기술을 적용한 안전성 확보를 통해 개개인의 Data를 구축하여 개별화(Individualized)된 맞춤형 고객서비스 시장의 형성과 스마트팜(Smart Farm)과 스마트 물류시스템 같은 기술로 공정무역이 구축될 수 있으며 지역의 활성화와 홈카페, 욜로(YOLO) 문화를 반영한 소형인공지능머신의 발전이 기대된다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 자동화를 중심으로 커피 바리스타 교육의 부분적인 변화의 필요성이 제기되었다. 특히, 커피에 대한 기본적인이해와 숙련된 실력, 새로운 첨단 기술에 대한 이해와 숙련과정이 필요하다. 커피 음용문화를 중심으로 서비스, 커피의 감성, 소통, 공감 능력에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 가상현실(VR), 증강현실(AR)과 같은 첨단 기술을 적용한 교육이 필요하다. 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards)의 행정·관리·교육 등의 내용이 적용된 인재육성이 필요하다. 넷째, 시장·경제적 측면에서 바리스타들의 사회적 지위 악화, 취업난, 고용지속성의 문제 악화 등의 문제점이 제기되었다. 초기 시장진입 및 유지비용이 비싸 대형자본의 독점화와 시장불균형으로 인한 파생비용이 문제점으로 제기된다. 이러한 문제점은 홈로스터리 카페문화로 빠르게 구축될 것으로 예측된다. Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to analyze and identify countermeasures based on the overall market and economic aspects of the coffee industry, focusing on the technological changes of the 4th industrial revolution and rapid changes in the coffee industry. Methods: This study applied the questionnaire method to 13 experts who have been engaged in education and companies in the coffee industry for more than 10 years during the research period of about 1 month from September 1 to September 30, 2018. The content of the analysis was set around keywords of the quality, technical, educational, market, and economic aspects of the coffee industry, and an in-depth interview analysis method was applied. Conclusion: The conclusion is as follows. First, in terms of the quality of coffee taste, the result was that universality of specialty coffee is possible by adding consistency of taste, reproducibility of extraction, and personality of quality. In particular, depending on the capacity of the barista, concerns about the uniformity of low quality coffee and non-diversity coffee were drawn as negative results. Second, in the technical aspect of the coffee industry, it is expected to expand to areas where one-stop service technologies such as unmanned order systems and robot cafes are applied. Particularly, by securing the safety by applying the wearable Smart Interface technology of the customer, individual data is built to form an individualized customized customer service market and fair trade will be established with technologies such as the smart farm and smart logistics system. It is expected that the development of small-sized artificial intelligence machines that reflect local vitality, home cafes, and Yolo culture will be expected. Third, the need for a partial change in coffee barista education was raised, focusing on automation in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, a basic understanding of coffee, skilled skills, and understanding of new cutting-edge technologies and skills are required. Focusing on the coffee drinking culture, it is necessary to educate about service, coffee sensibility, communication, and empathy. It is necessary to educate students using advanced technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR). It is necessary to cultivate human resources to which the contents of administration, management, and education of the National Competency Standards are applied. Fourth, in terms of market and economy, problems such as deterioration of the social status of baristas, job shortages, and worsening of employment persistence were raised. The initial market entry and maintenance costs are high, and the monopoly of large capital and the cost of derivation due to market imbalance are raised as problems. It is expected that these problems will quickly build into the home-roaster cafe culture.

        실험적으로 유발된 급성 췌장염 견에서 컬러도플러 초음파를 이용한 전방 십이지장 동맥 혈류의 혈역학적 변화에 대한 평가

        For the study of the hemodynamic changes of the cranial pancreaticoduodenal arterial flow(cPDAF) in the dog with acute pancreatitis, acute pancreatitis was experimentally induced in 10 dogs by the injection of oleic acid into the accessory pancreatic duct. The parameters of cPDAF were measured by transcutaneous pulsed-wave Doppler ultrasonography. The hemodynamic changes included resistive indexe(RI), pulsatility index(PI) and maximum velocity (Vmax). Ultrasonographic scans were performed before the induction of pancreatitis and once daily for five days after the induction. The RI, PI and Vmax were increased with day as follows; the RI prior to induction was 0.625$\pm$0.096 (mean$\pm$SD), the PI was 1.117$\pm$0.289 and the Vmax was 0.349$\pm$0.094 m/s. After five days, the RI was 0.727$\pm$0.051 (p<0.0l), the PI was 1.480$\pm$0.284 (p<0.0l) and the Vmax was 0.585:$\pm$0.114 m/s (p<0.00l). These results show that there is some relation between the increase of the RI, PI and Vmax of cPDAF and the progress of acute pancreatitis in dogs. Therefore, the measurements of the hemodynamic changes of cPDAF may be a valuable technique for the evaluation of acute pancreatitis in dogs.

      • 의사들의 호스피스 관리에 대한 임상적인 접근

        Background: Cancer has become the major cause of death in Korea. Doctors who treat terminal cancer come across problems which are too difficult to solve. These problems are related with religious, moral and legal problems. These problems are easy death, patients' or family' s refuse of treatment, practice of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in terminal cancer, definition of death and so forth. In Korea, studies related with terminal cancer patients and the doctors who treat them are very rare and the hospice system for terminal cancer patients is not organized yet. Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify the opinions of doctors who treat terminal cancer about these problems. Materials ðod: This study was performed on 90 doctors working at Chosun university hospital, who are divided in to three parts as staff, residents and interns. We used questionares related with the above problems, composed of 19 items and six general characteristics. We could confirm 75 questionaires. Results &onclusion: For the question "ve terminal cancer patients was announced their diagnosis and prognosis?"hat was most important to doctors was patients' opinions and the second was their family' s. For the question "eatment which could prolong the life of terminal cancer patients who are unnconscious is performed?"doctors showed a negative opinion. About the easy death of terminal cancer patients, more than half the doctors showed agreement. The prohibition of CPR in terminal cancer patients was agreed by 40%. For the question about the definition of death in terminal cancer patients 76.1% doctors agreed it was brain death. 85.7% subjects answered that they felt moral enmity in treatment of terminal cancer patients. In Korea, the programs for these problems are very poor, and the results of this study can affect the formation of systems and laws about the terminal cancer patients and the doctor's treatment. National support for terminal cancer patients and the hospice care system is required.
