The major purpose of this study was to provide a basic model of mobile guide system for visitor's individual learning, self-regulated learning in a museum. System model realized by this study was as follows;1) This system distributed exhibit information to tourists in place of existing audio guides or curators. Using wireless communications, the PDA automatically delivered information about the exhibit. The artistic and visual displays maximized effective and quick transmission of information to the user. 2) It made visiting a museum fun, exciting and entertaining. With the PDA guide the museum visitor can interact with detailed descriptions of exhibits, videos and images. The museum visitor can also play a quiz game, take photos, record voices and send e-mail.
비형식적 교육장소에서의 혼합형 학습 시스템 설계 및 구현

This study's purpose was to develop the blended learning system, that gives the prior and ex post facto learning circumstance for the exhibits, that has the contents as like the information of the exhibits, the learnig experience report for the exhibits.For the purpose, the literature study for the blended learning system was first accomplished. The blended learning system was implemented through the processes of the planning, analysis, design, development, evaluation with the each feedback.The national science museum was selected as the object site. The system's contents was for the 50 exhibits among the national science museum's 4 thousand exhibits. The system's development effects are follows:First, the system gives the blended learning experience for the elementary, middle school students to have the information of the national science museum and it's exhibits before visiting, to have the ex post facto learning or achieve online the assignment after visiting the science museumSecond, the system gives the online opportunity to learn the knowledge of the exhibits through the contents as like the simulation, animation, etc.Third, the system is worth the reference model for another museum, science center to develop a blended learning system.
척수 손상 장애인 대상 장애인용 풀링 케이블 운동기구의 사용성 평가: 개선점 도출을 중심으로

Background: Exercise equipments and assistive devices for the disabled are being developed, but improvements for usability are still needed. The purpose of this study was to improve and utilize the developed exercise equipment and assistance devices by conducting usability test for people with spinal cord injury. Design: Cross-sectional Study. Methods: Scenarios and usability indicators were derived by conducting a preliminary usability test, 5 non-disabled men and women aged 19 or older. In the scenario, a total of 9 tasks were sequentially performed, including 2 tasks of entry and exit, 5 tasks of assistance devices and weight stack adjustment, and 2 tasks of pre exercise and exercise. The usability indicators were task success (success or fail), execution time (sec), safety, and convenience. For safety, 7 questions (Likert scale, 1~5 point) related to safety, stability and hazard were derived, and for convenience, the system usability scale (SUS score) was used (range: 0~100, 50 percentile rank is 68 point). Results: As a result of the usability test of people with spinal cord injury, there was a large variation among subjects in the task of adjusting the position of the pulley and support in the execution time (11.64~25.44 seconds), and one person failed to adjust the pulley. The safety level showed a lower score (score = 3 points) than other items in the item of entrapment or skin pressure, and in the case of SUS, the average score was 64.5 points, which was close to the acceptable level. Conclusion: Through the usability test, it was confirmed that exercise equipment for the disabled needs improvement in operability, pinching, and pressure, and that it is necessary to develop an assistive device that provides unrestrained posture information (biofeedback) to maintain correct posture during exercise.
미국의 장애인을 위한 보조기기 연구 및 개발에 대한 프로젝트 동향 분석 연구: NIDILRR에서 지원한 RERC 중심으로

본 연구는 장기적 관점에서 보조기기 연구 및 개발에 대한 시사점을 찾기 위해 미국의 국립장애자립생활재활연구원에서 지원하는 재활공학연구센터 중심으로 프로젝트를 수행하는 주체, 연구 기간, 지원 금액을조사하였다. 그 결과 101개의 프로젝트가 21개의 대학, 3개의 연구기관, 1개의 의료기관, 1개의 특수학교가주체가 되어 진행하였다. 짧게는 5년간 하나의 주제로 프로젝트를 진행하였고, 길게는 30년간 하나 주제를연속적으로 수행하고 있었다. ‘Mobility focus’는 주로 지체, 뇌병변, 노인을 주요 타깃으로 사회적 참여에 기반을 둔 접근성과 이동에 대한 기술을 중심으로 진행되었다. ‘Communication and/or Cognition focus’는 감각 및 노인을 중심으로 ICT 기반 기술에 대응하여 물리적 접근, 정보 접근 방향성에 대한 연구를 진행하고있다. ‘Rehabilitation therapy and exercise focus’는 치료와 운동에 대한 최신의 기술 적용 방식을 중심으로진행되었다. Vocational, Employment, Workplace focus는 직무 환경에 대한 변화와 보조기기를 통해 직업을장기적으로 영위할 수 있는 방법론을 연구하였다. 이러한 대분류를 중심으로 다채로운 세부 주제들로 연구들이 장기간 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 국내의 보조기기 관련 연구・개발도 대학 중심의 장기간프로젝트를 통해 개발과 실증을 포괄할 수 있는 방향의 전환이 필요할 것으로
