추나의학 용어 표준화 필요성 연구

Objectives: Although chuna medicine has progressed distinguishingly, yet chuna medical terminology hasn't been standardized. So there are a lot of difficulties in translating chuna related book and their meaning cannot be conveyed properly. For this reason, we could say standardization of chuna medical terminology is very essential. Purpose of our study was to develope a standard database of concept terms for chuna medicine, in addition, we considered establishing fundamental principles of chuna medical terminology. Methods: To select standard chuna medical terms, we sorted important chuna medical index words. Then we sorted those words into a group that has same meanings and united to one single term. In the meantime, we extracted index words from 26 domestic and foreign manual technique related books and sorted them out and based on these word, we translated chuna medical terms to Korean terms. In the case of chuna technique terms, we searched chuna text books for term those were wrongly used, and corrected them by suggesting fundamental principles of terminology. Results: 664 chuna words were selected as standard chuna terms and have been translated to English terms. In the process, adscititious words such as anatomical terms and title of books were exempted and selected only important words that could be used as index of chuna terms. In deciding essential elements of chuna technique terms, patient position, contact point, segmental contact point, malposition, procedure method were selected. Conclusions: Correcting chuna medical terms in a sort period could cause confusion, but in long term perspective, in the aspect of conveying the meaning clearly and education purpose, standardizing of chuna medical terminology must be done. From this study, standardization of chuna medical terms were chosen in large category, but further studies must be followed in order to standardize terms of subdivisional categories.

혁신도시 조성의 산업클러스터 구축효과 분석- 충북 혁신도시 조성사례를 중심으로 -

Region rose as the main body of international economy with information-oriented society and deepening globalization, and this requires epoch making changes in paradigm of regional development. This study was conducted on the assumption that Chungbuk Innovation City proceed as the development plan. To predict industry changes in surrounding areas after the development, this study predicted cluster construction effect of BIT innovative cluster, which is the key cluster and the main focused project of Chungcheongbukdo. The result of the analysis showed that the construction effect of innovative cluster has big effect on first extending area by increasing 10.5% in spatial agglomeration. However, this showed insignificant effect on second extending area by only increasing 1.1% in spatial agglomeration. This study conducted improvement analysis of BIT innovative cluster construction effect using statistical approach and used GIS method to show spacial change. Since derived study results can be practically used for policy making when developing Chungbuk Innovation City and planning surrounding areas, this study have provided significant meaning. 지식정보화와 세계화의 진전은 지방이 국제경제의 주체로 부상하는 계기가 되었고, 이는 지역발전 패러다임의 획기적인 전환을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 충북혁신도시가 조성계획대로 진행된다는 가정 하에 충북혁신도시 조성 후 산업활동변화를 예측하기 위해서 충청북도의 주력전략사업이며, 충북혁신도시의 중추적 혁신클러스터라 할 수 있는 BIT혁신클러스터의 구축효과에 대해서 분석하였다. 분석결과 1차 파급지역의 경우 BIT혁신클러스터의 산업집적 효과가 10.5% 상승하여 클러스터 조성효과가 매우 크게 나타 날 것으로 예측 되었다. 반면 2차 파급지역의 경우 1.1%의 산업집적효과가 발생 하여 2차 파급지역에 미치는 영향은 적을 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 클러스터구축효과에 대해서 통계적 접근 방법과 GIS기법 활용을 통해 산업집중지수의 변화를 도출해 충북혁신도시 조성에 필요한 정책수립 및 충북혁신도시 주변지역에서 도시계획수립 시 필요한 자료로 활용 가능한 연구 결과를 도출하였다.

청주 원흥이생태공원 조성과정에서 나타난 거버넌스 의사결정 영향력 변화 분석

최근 새로운 도시관리 시스템으로 대두되고 있는 거버넌스의 정착을 위해서는 지역적 상황과 특색에 적합한 Good-Local거버넌스의 바람직한 모델 및 모형의 마련이 시급한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 거버넌스의 핵심요소인 의사결정 영향력에 대해 이상적 형태와 실제상황을 비교하는 새로운 방법론을 통해 청주시 원흥이 생태공원 조성과정에서 나타난 거버넌스 참여주체 영향력 변화를 분석했다. 분석결과, 원흥이 생태공원 조성에 따른 지역문제 해결을 통해 거버넌스 참여주체의 의사결정 영향력 수준이 점차적으로 향상되었으며, 운영 관리기에 이르러서는 새로운 지역문제에 대해서 협의형성적인 의사결정을 할 수 있는 Good-Local 거버넌스로 발전했음을 알 수 있었다. 향후 본 연구에서 제시된 분석기법을 다양한 거버넌스 사례에 적용 및 분석을 통해 거버넌스 구성의 핵심요소라 할 수 있는 영향력의 수준을 평가하는 일반화된 모형을 구축하여야 할 것이다. To establish governance, which is rising as the new urban management system, it is significant to prepare Good-Local governance model that is proper to regional conditions and characteristics. This study analyzes changes in influence of governance participants appeared during the process in ecological park in Chungju Won-heung, using new methodology comparing ideal form and real condition regarding the influence of decision making, which is the key factor of governance. The result of this study showed that influence in participation of governance decision making improved gradually and this developed as Good-Local governance decision making by developing consultation regarding the new regional issue when it comes to operation and management. For further study, general model needs to be established through applying and analyzing suggested analysis method to various governance cases to evaluate the level of influence, which is the key component.

도시재생 거버넌스 참여주체의 의사결정 영향력 분석

Governance which emerges as the best alternative for solving local community’s problems such as urban decline is based on consensual decision-making and participants’s diversity. This study chose Jungang-dong, Chungju-city to build a model which can measure and evaluate decision making level of governance and analyzed decision making influence of each participant which appeared in the process of urban regeneration project. To do this, this study quantitatively drew the results by deviding decision making influence of each participants in governance into ideal type and practical situation. The results are as follows.; The deference of influence is local government(+109), city council(+61), local expert(-30), researchers(-41), local residents(-99) in practical situation to ideal type. These results mean that the administration has the excessively strong decision making influence. But the rate of concordance about decision making influence between ideal type and practical situation is from 31% to 82% during the nine time meetings. This analysis shows that the governance which appeared at Jungang-dong, Chungju-city in the process of urban regeneration project has been developing the governance which can do consensual making-decision.

Hexapod robot의 시뮬레이션 기반 동역학 및 제어 설계

In order to test a camera stabilizer system mounted on a unmanned vehicle or a mobile robot in the laboratory environment, a hexapod robot that can generate vehicle motion is being developed. Simulation based design procedure has been employed for the development of the hexapod robot system. A virtual model of the hexapod robot has been created using 3D CAD modeler ProE and multibody dynamics program ADAMS. The required motor capacity has been estimated by inverse dynamics analysis of the virtual model to select motors. Motor modeling of the selected motor has been carried out with actual motor test. Transfer function of the motor has been obtained for the virtaul model. Dynamics and control co-simulations using ADAMS and Matlab/Simulink have been carried out to evaluate the control performances. Gain tuning process has been carried out with this virtual model to show the effectiveness of the simulation based design.

A mobile surveillance robot is defined as a surveillance robot system mounted on mobile platform to protect public areas such as airport or harbor from terrorists or invaders. This mobile surveillance robot consists of a camera system, a laser illuminator, a thermal imager and a gun module. In order to obtain the stabled image and targeting, this system requires a stabilizer to compensate disturbance of vehicle motion. In this research, using virtual model which designed through the simulation based design, mobile surveillance robot carried out the simulation of stabilization control and carried out the stabilization control test using fabricated mobile surveillance robot.

정골의학적(Osteopathic) 수기요법 분석 및 경근추나와의 관련성 연구

Objectives: The aim of this study is to analyze the actual investigation and classification of osteopathic manipulation by investigation of the various literature of the inside and outside of the country, and to present the application plan of osteopathy in chuna manual therapy for meridian sinew system. Methods: I referred to the domestic and foreign books about osteopathy and chiropractic. In order to investigate domestic dissertations, I searched 4 Korean medical databases and 4 Korean medical journals of osteopathy. Search terms used were osteopathy, osteopathic, fascia, proprioreceptor, mechanoreceptor, muscle spindle, golgi tendon organ, osteopathic manipulation technics. And I classified all the searched studies into principle and region and etc. In order to investigate foreign dissertations, I search ‘NCBI pubmed`. Search terms used were osteopathy, osteopathic technique, osteopathic manipulative technique. Results: 1. Osteopathy do not regard the systems which compose the human body in individual territory, but regard whole. It is diagnosis, prevention and medicine which treats 2. Osteopathic manipulation techniques are classified into direct techniques, indirect techniques, and compound techniques. 3. Osteopathic manipulation techniques are classified into fascia, muscle, ligament-joint in applied region. 4. I could search clinical cases in domestic and foreign study. I found cases about myofascial release technique(MFR), postisometric relaxation(PIR), proprioceptive neuromuscular fascilitation(PNF), muscle energy technique(MET), joint mobilization in domestic studies, and strain-counterstrain technique (SCS), MET, AK in foreign studies. Conclusions: Osteopathic manipulation techniques can be used in diagnosis and treatment of meridian muscle theory, because osteopathy and the oriental medicine have many similarities in theoretical background. So osteopathic manipulation technique can be useful in orietal medicine treatment techniques.
