N/A The melt-spun amorphous Fe_(77-x)P_13C_4_B_4Al_2Mo_x(x=4∼15) and Fe_(82-x)P_XC_4B_4Al_2Mo_8(x=9∼15) alloys were found to exhibit a large supercooled liquid reglon(ΔT_x) exceeding 40 K before crystallization. The largest ΔT_x for the glassy alloys containing Mo reaches as large as 65 K for the Fe_69P_13C_4B_4Al_2Mo_8 alloy. The corrosion behavior of the amorphous Fe_(77-x)P_13C_4B_4Al_2Mo_x(x=4∼15) and Fe_(82-x)P_xC_4B_4Al_2Mo_8 (x=9∼17) alloys were examined by electrochemical measurements in 9M H_2SO_4 solution at 303 K. The addition of Mo(or P) for replacing some portion of Fe is effeotive in improving the corrosion resistance of the investigated Fe-based glassy alloys. They are spontaneously passivated and have a wide passive region with low passive current density.

N/A This study has investigated the effect of thermal stability and mechanical property of Fe_(80-x)P_(10)C_6B₄Mx(X=2, 4, 6, M=transition metal) amorphous alloys fabricated by the melt-spun process. The glass transition temperature(T_g), crystallization temperature(T_x) and hardness increase with decreasing electron concentration (e/a) from about 7.38 to 7.18. The decrease of e/a implies the increase in the attractive bonding state between the M elements and other constituent element. The decrease in a/e leads to the enhancement of the attractive bonding state among the constituent elements which is favorable for the increase in T_g, T_x and hardness.

In this paper, research was the variation of microstructure and mechanical properties of clad(A4045/A3003) Al alloy sheet by gas tungsten arc welding. Tensile properties of the gas tungsten arc welding joint decreased because of the softened heat affected zone(HAZ). The hardness of HAZ was lower than that of base metal, because relieved the work hardening effect of the welding heat. Hardness distribution of the weld zone with the base metal appears similarly, but the hardness of HAZ decreased remarkably. The microstructure in the weld zone of A4045 clad layer was formed a coarse columner grains of Si-rich. In the case of large weld heat input, the Si of the A4045 were diffused and until A3003 weld zone they decreased the strength.

The present work was aimed to examine the variation of microstructure and mechanical properties by annealing($100{\sim}620^{\circ}C$, $2{\sim}8hr$) in A3003 Al alloy welded pipes. The A3003 Al alloy pipes with 34 mm in external diameter and 1.3 mm in thickness were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle $6.7^{\circ}$ and power input 50 kW. The tensile and yield strength decreased with increasing the annealing temperature remarkably, but elongation increased remarkably. Vickers hardness in welds decreased with increasing the annealing temperature remarkably. The primary intermetallic compound of $Al_{12}(Fe,\;Mn)_2Si$ was precipitated in welds as the same base metal. In a certain experimental condition, the welds line in A3003 alloys disappeared at $450^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr because of the same mechanical property and structure between welds and base metal.

This study involves an experiment using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) to delineate brain activation for execution functional performance. Participates to this experiment of the normal adult (man 4, woman 6) of 10 people, is not inserts the metal all closed phobia and 24.5 year-old average ages which the operating surgeon experience which are not they were. Overlapped in this standard anatomic image and got a brain activation image from level of significance 95%. With functional MRI resultant execution function inside being relation, the prefrontal lobe, anterior cingulate gyrus, parietal lobe, orbitofrontal gyrus, temporal lobe, parietal lobe was activated. The execution function promotes a recovery major role from occupational therapy, understanding about the damage mechanism is important. When confirms the brain active area which accomplishes an execution function brain plasticity develops the cognitive therapeutic method which is effective increases usefully very, will be used. 집행기능은 뇌손상환자의 회복을 촉진시키는데 중요한 역할을 하며, 그 손상 기전에 대한 이해는 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기능적 자기공명 영상 기법을 이용하여 집행기능 수행에 관여하는 대뇌 활성화 영역을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 10명의 정상성인(남자 4, 여자 6)이 실험에 참여하였으며, 모두 폐쇄공포증이 없고 금속을 삽입한 수술의 경험이 없는 평균 나이 24.5 세였다. 기능적 자기공명영상 실험을 위한 과제는 단어-색체 검사 과제를 30초간의 자극제시 시간에 맞게 수정하여 제시한 후, SPM 99 프로그램을 이용하여 영상 재정렬(realignment), 표준화(nomalization)를 실시한 후 시간 순서대로 격자화하고, 각 영상 픽셀의 신호강도의 유의한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 휴지기와 활성기로 나누어 독립표본 t-검정(p<.05)을 실시하여 활성화 영상을 생성시켰다. 이를 표준 해부학적 영상에 중첩시켜 유의수준 95%에서 뇌 활성화 영상을 얻었다. 기능적 자기공명 영상결과 집행기능과 관련 있는 내측 전전두엽, 전 대상회, 두정엽, 시각 전두영역, 측두엽 등에서 활성화 우위를 보였다. 집행기능을 수행하는 뇌 활성화 영역을 확인하면 뇌가소성을 증진시키는 효과적인 인지 치료방법을 개발하는데 매우 유용하게 사용될 것이다.
고주파유도용접된 열교환기용 BAS121합금튜브의 기계적 특성에 미치는 인발조건의 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate the optimum drawing parameter for BAS121 welded tubes. The BAS121 aluminium alloy tubes with 25 mm in external diameter and 1.3 mm in thickness for heat-exchangers were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle $6.5^{\circ}$ and power input 55 kW. With increasing the reduction of area ($13,\;21\%$) by drawing, tensile strength was increased and elongation was decreased. With increasing the reduction of area by drawing, hardness in weld metal increased rapidly, while that of base metal increased slowly. In the specimen with the outer diameter smaller than 22 mm, hardness of weld metal was higher than that of base metal. The optimum drawing parameter of area reduction in BAS121 alloys was estimated about $13\%$ because of the work hardening of welds.
질산가스분위기에서 황산 양극산화 피막처리된 Al6070 합금의 부식특성

The corrosion properties of anodized films on aluminium 6070 alloy in a sulfuric acid have been studied. Comparison to evaluate the anodized A6070 and pure 6070 specimen, corrosion tests in HNO₃ vapor environment of the 20 wt.% were performed up to 72 hours. Characteristics of film formation and surface morphology were examined by optical microscopy, FE-SEM, and EDS. The oxide film anodized in the sulfuric acid solution contained 5 to 10 wt.% of sulfur. In the initial stages of corrosion, anodized specimens exhibited corrosion resistance than the pure specimen. However, the corrosion conditions in 24 hours, corrosion was far more anodized specimen than pure specimen. Therefore, anodized films contained sulfur, nitric acid vapor in the environment is thought to stimulate corrosion.
STS 316L 교정시험편을 이용한 재가열기 튜브의 와전류신호와 초음파 IRIS 신호 특성

본 연구에서는 가공된 오스테나이트계 STS 316L ASME 표준 교정시험편을 이용하여 튜브 두께 감소율과 잔존두께에 대한 와전류 신호와 IRIS 신호특성을 비교하여 리보일러 튜브의 현장 적용성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 두께감소율의 경우 와전류탐상검사는 20%×4 평저공, 10% 외면 그루브, IRIS는 80% 홈, 10% 외면 그루브에서 ±15% 이상의 편차가 발생하였다. 잔존두께의 경우 와전류탐상은 측정치가 모두 허용범위를 만족하였으나, IRIS는 80% 인공홈에서 ±15% 이상의 편차가 발생하였다. 따라서 와전류탐상검사 후 의사지시에 대한 해석, 두께감소율 측정을 위해 IRIS를 수행한다면 신뢰성이 향상될 것으로 판단된다. In this study, a field applicability of reboiler tube was evaluated by comparing ECT signal with IRIS signal about wall loss rate and remaining wall thickness using worked austenite STS 316L ASME standard calibration tube. In the case of wall-loss rate, as a result, tolerance about 20%×4 flat bottom hole and 10% O· D groove(ECT), 80% defect and 10% O·D groove(IRIS) occurred up to ±15%. In the case of remaining wall thickness, ECT was satisfied with the both tolerance, but tolerance about 80% defect occurred up to ±15% in IRIS. Therefore, if the IRIS is performed for interpretation of non-relevant indication and measurement of wall-loss rate after ECT, reliability is supposed to be improved.
