Fe基 非晶質形成에 미치는 半金屬(P, C, B)의 影響

The effects of Metalloids(P, C, B) addition on the amorphous formation range, thermal stability and crystallization behavior of Fe_100-XC_X, Fe_100-XP_X, Fe_100-XB_X, (X=14, 17, 20at%)alloys were investigated by the XRD, SEM, TEM and DSC. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Binary Fe-P and Fe-B alloys were amorphized in the composition range of 17 to 20at%P and 14 to 20at%B by melt spinning. On the other hand, binary Fe-C alloys were not amorphized in the composition range of 14 to 20at%C because of precipitation bcc-Fe and Fe_3C. 2. The value of T_g/T_m was estimated over 0.45 when the content of P is 17at%, 20at% and that of B is 14at%, 17at% and 20at%. In this value(T_g/T_m ≥ 0.45), it was shown that amorphization is possible.
열교환기용 BAS111합금 고주파유도용접관에서 인발조건이 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate the optimum drawing parameter for BAS111 welded tubes. The BAS111 aluminium alloy tubes with 25.4mm in external diameter and 1.5mm in thickness for heat-exchangers were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle 6.8$^{\circ}$ and power input 50㎾. With increasing the reduction of area (1.6, 5.8, 11.5, 14.2, 18.5, 22.5%) by drawing, tensile strength was increased and elongation was decreased. With increasing the reduction of area by drawing, hardness in weld metal increased rapidly, while that of base metal increased slowly. In the specimen with the outer diameter smaller than 22mm, hardness of weld metal was higher than that of base metal. The optimum drawing parameter of area reduction was estimated about 15% because of the work hardening of welds.

과냉각액체구역(${\Delta}T_{x}=T_{x}-T_{g}$)을 갖는 $Fe_{80}P_{10}C_{6}B_{4}$ 조성에 천이금속(Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Co, Ni, Pd, Pt및 Cu)를 첨가하여 이들 원소가 유리화온도($T_{g}$), 결정화온도($T_{x}$) 및 과냉액체구역 (${\Delta}T_{x}$)에 미치는 영향에 \ulcorner여 조사하였다. $Fe_{80}P_{10}C_{6}B_{4}$ 합금의 ${\Delta}T_{x}$ 값은 27K였으나 이 합금에 Hf, Ta 및 Mo을 각각 4at%첨가하면 그 값이 40k 이상으로 증가하였다. 이같은 ${\Delta}T_{x}$ 값의 증가는 유리화온도($T_{g}$의 상승보다 결정화온도($T_{x}$)의 상승폭이 크기 때문이다. $T_{g}$ 및 $T_{x}$는 외각전자밀도(e/a)가 약 7.38에서 7.05로 감소할수록 상승하였다. e/a의 감소는 천이금속과 다른 구성원소(반금속)사이의 상호결합상태를 의미한다. 즉 $T_{g}$ 및 $T_{x}$의 상승은 강한 상호결합력에 기인하는 것으로 사료된다. At the aim of finding a Fehased amorphous alloy with a wide supercooled liquid region (${\Delta}T_{x}=T_{x}-T_{g}$) before crystallization, the changes in glass transition temperatudfI$T_{g}$ and crystallization temperature ($T_{x}$) by the dissolution of additional M elements were examined for the $Fe_{80}P_{10}C_{6}B_{4}$(x~6at%. M= transition metals) amorphous alloys. The ${\Delta}T_{x}$ value is 27K for the Fe,,,P,,,C,,R, alloy and increases to 40K for the addition of M=4at%Hf, 4at%Ta or 4at%Mo. The increase in ${\Delta}T_{x}$ is due to the increase of $T_{x}$ exceeding the degree in the increase in $T_{g}$. The $T_{g}$ and $T_{x}$ increase with decreasing electron concentration (e/a) from about 7 38 to 7.05. The decrease of e/a also implies the increase in the attractive bonding state between the M elements and other constitutent elements. It is therefore said that $T_{g}$ and $T_{x}$ increase kith increasing attractive bonding force.

N/A This study has investigated the effect of thermal stability and mechanical property of Fe_(80-x)P_(10)C_6B₄Mx(X=2, 4, 6, M=transition metal) amorphous alloys fabricated by the melt-spun process. The glass transition temperature(T_g), crystallization temperature(T_x) and hardness increase with decreasing electron concentration (e/a) from about 7.38 to 7.18. The decrease of e/a implies the increase in the attractive bonding state between the M elements and other constituent element. The decrease in a/e leads to the enhancement of the attractive bonding state among the constituent elements which is favorable for the increase in T_g, T_x and hardness.

With the rising demand for urban landmark building structures, freeform architectures have ever increased rapidly. Such architectural freeform represents technological and economic superiority and at the same time, socio-cultural context, functioning as a yardstick to gauge a country’s or a city’s technological, cultural and economic levels. This trend is also witnessed in South Korea as well. One good example is the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. The construction is the largest 3-dimensional irregular architectural form of South Korea, which is currently under multiple controversies before its completion in July 2013. Zaha Hadid, architect who designed the Dongdaemun Design Plaza, was initially called as an architect without an architecture or a paper architect for his presentation of intuitive and informally connected building designs. Hadid had no constructed building structure of her for some time but as she became the first female Pritzker Architectural Prize in 2004 and joined the ranks of global leading architects, she has enjoyed broad popularity for her cultural building structures in the market. And lots of her works have won many international architectural design contests. This study sought to examine the characteristics of internal space of Zaha Hadid’s construction with flexible exterior appearances. N/A The melt-spun amorphous Fe_(77-x)P_13C_4_B_4Al_2Mo_x(x=4∼15) and Fe_(82-x)P_XC_4B_4Al_2Mo_8(x=9∼15) alloys were found to exhibit a large supercooled liquid reglon(ΔT_x) exceeding 40 K before crystallization. The largest ΔT_x for the glassy alloys containing Mo reaches as large as 65 K for the Fe_69P_13C_4B_4Al_2Mo_8 alloy. The corrosion behavior of the amorphous Fe_(77-x)P_13C_4B_4Al_2Mo_x(x=4∼15) and Fe_(82-x)P_xC_4B_4Al_2Mo_8 (x=9∼17) alloys were examined by electrochemical measurements in 9M H_2SO_4 solution at 303 K. The addition of Mo(or P) for replacing some portion of Fe is effeotive in improving the corrosion resistance of the investigated Fe-based glassy alloys. They are spontaneously passivated and have a wide passive region with low passive current density.

Buildings of the de-constructive tendency beyond definite forms are being constructed in countries with economic power, technical skills and open culture because they require social conditions to accommodate those buildings as well as a lot of construction expenses. Frank Gehry and Zaha Hadid can be chosen as the representative architects of de-constructivism series who are currently working hard. Though both of them are architects belonging to the de-constructivism category, their works show different construction due to the differences in architectural philosophy and working ways. Gehry consider Architect as a fine art and enjoy (sculpture) three-dimensional structure work through Rough Model. With increasing demand for landmark atypical buildings, Hadid has been frequently awarded in the recent series of International Competitions and deals with a lot of cultural works. Affected by absolutism, Hadid showed various diagonal lines in her early construction and works based on the theme of dynamics such as lightness, gliding and light contact with the ground etc. Hadid"s Architecture which worked under the theme of dynamic contains a variety of diagonal lines that might cause the viewers to have difficulty on spatial awareness, thus It is known that Hadid"s Architecture has lower efficiency on the Circulation and difficulty on spatial cognition compared to the typical museum. According to the research findings of the previous paper that space understanding of viewers on Frank Gehry Museum consisting of complicated planes is generally better than that of them on a typical museum, the purpose of this study is to find out the Circulation efficiency and spatial cognition of Hadid Museum by explaining the space structure of dynamic Hadid Museum and the difference compared to typical museum.
