유아교사의 다문화감수성과 다문화교육태도 관계 및 다문화교사효능감의 조절효과

이 연구는 유아교사의 다문화 감수성이 다문화 교육태도에 미치는 영향, 유아교사의 다문화교사 효능감의 조절효과를 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울, 경기, 인천지역의 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 교사경력 3년 이상의 교직경력을 가진 197명의 유아교사들이다. 연구 데이타는 유아교사의 다문화감수성, 다문화 교사 효능감, 다문화 교육태도의 설문지를 유아교사에게 적용, 자기보고를 통해 측정하였으며, 수합된 자료는 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석, 주효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 다문화 교육태도에 대한 유아교사의 다문화 감수성과 다문화 교사효능감의 상호작용이 유의하게 나타나, 다문화 감수성과 다문화 교육태도의 관계에서 교사 효능감이 조절효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다문화 교육태도의 하위변인 중 다문화 교사역할과 다문화 교육과정에서 교사의 다문화 감수성과 다문화 교사 효능감의 상호작용효과를 보인 반면, 다문화 환경에서는 상호작용효과를 보이지 않았다. 한편 다문화 교사 효능감이 높은 유아교사는 다문화 감수성으로 인해 다문화 교사역할과 다문화 교육과정태도에 미치는 조절효과가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of early childhood teachers ‘multicultural sensitivity on the multicultural education attitudes and to examine the moderating effects of early childhood teachers'. The subjects of this study were 197 early childhood teachers with teaching experience of more than 3 years experience in early childhood education institutions in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, and Incheon. The research data were measured by the questionnaire of early childhood teacher's multicultural sensitivity, multicultural teacher efficacy, multicultural education attitude. The collected data were subjected to correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and main effect analysis. According to the results of the study, the interaction between the multicultural sensitivity of early childhood teachers and the multicultural teacher's attitude toward multicultural education attitude was significant. This implies that teacher efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between multicultural sensitivity and multicultural education attitude. In addition, among the sub-variables of multicultural education attitude, multicultural teacher role and intercultural teacher's multicultural sensitivity and interaction effect of multicultural teacher efficacy were shown. However, they did not show the interaction effect in the multicultural environment. These results show that the teacher efficacy of the teacher who has a high sense of efficacy of multicultural teacher has a high Moderating effect on the role of multicultural teacher and multicultural curriculum attitude due to multicultural sensitivity.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the start-up has become a new value. As the importance of entrepreneurship education continues to increase in promoting entrepreneurship, it is necessary to have an academic status. The purpose of this study is to establish a theoretical concept of whether to secure the area of entrepreneurship education through holistic approach. The research method was literature research method and content analysis method, and the literature related to domestic and foreign start-up and start-up education was analyzed. The main contents of this study are the concept of start-up and start-up education from a holistic perspective, the components, the system of start-up education, and the educational model. As a result, the concept of balance, linkage and integration pursued by hollistic education was the same as the educational orientation value of entrepreneurship education, and it was analyzed that it could enhance the academic status as entrepreneurship education.In other words, entrepreneurship education showed the possibility of expanding the academic field as a field of pedagogy through a holistic approach that enables the cultivation of creative and convergent talents required by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
