임상연구 : Propofol 정맥마취하 고용량의 Fentanyl 투여 시 Epinephrine 시험용량의 유용성

Background: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of high dose fentanyl on the test dose containing 15μg epinephrine during propofol anesthesia. Methods: One hundred patients with ASA physical status 1 were randomized to receive 2 mg/kg propofol with or without 10μg/kg fentanyl at the induction of anesthesia (n = 50 each). Anesthesia was maintained with propofol 8 mg/kg/h and 67% nitrous oxide in oxygen. Each group of patients were further divided into a test dose group receiving 1.5% lidocaine 3 ml plus epinephrine 15μg or a saline group receiving 3 ml of isotonic saline (n = 25 each). Heart rate (HR) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) were monitored for 4 min after intravenous injection of the study drugs. Results: In the propofol and the propofol-fentanyl group, the intravenous injection of the test dose produced a HR increase ≥ 20 bpm (conventional HR criterion) in 25 and 23 out of the total 25 patients, respectively. Therefore, in the propofol-fentanyl group, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value were 82%, 100%, 100%, and 92.6%. According to the modified HR criterion (HR increase ≥ 10 bpm), all the values were 100%. All patients receiving test dose developed SBP increase ≥ 15 mmHg. Conclusions: Our results indicate that both HR increase ≥ 10 bpm or SBP increase ≥ 15 mmHg are clinically applicable during propofol-nitrous oxide anesthesia with 10μg/kg fentanyl. As functional requirements of automatic office machines like printers, Automatic Tellex Machines(ATMs), copying machines are on a trend for the higher speed and precision, extensive technical advances are being developed and implemented in the industry. Media transport system is a device to convey a sheet of paper in ATMs and printers. The stability of media transport system is a matter of concern as their operating throughput rapidly increases. And defects of belts or rollers in a transport system directly affect the level of stability of the system. Therefore an automatic diagnostic system for predicting various defects is necessary for the stable operation of the media transport system. A simulation based on multi-body dynamics has been done for a feasibility study of a system design for the defect anticipation.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data which is based on physical activity constraints factors for elderly with disabilities. To achieve the goal, paper research was conducted at National Center for biotechnology Information pubmed. This research engine enables to access US National Library of Medicine. Total 82 papers were selected which was related to both Physical Activity for Elderly with disabilities and ICF factors. Sub factors which related with Body functions and structures are Mental Function, Neuromusculoskeletal and movement-related function, Functions of the digestive, metabolic and endocrine systems, Structure related to the genitourinary and reproduce systems, Functions of cardiovascular, haematological, Immunological and respiratory systems and Structure related digestive. Sub factors which related with Activity and participation are Self-care, Mobility, Learning and applying knowledge and Domestic life. Sub factor which related with Environmental factors are Support and relationships and Natural environment and human made changes to environment. In conclusion, regularly physical activity has positive effect on ICF classification system, so there is need to develop and provide physical activity program which considered the types of disabilities.
NAF와 타입 II 최적정규기저를 이용한 $GF(2^n)$ 상의 효율적인 지수승 연산

지수의 signed digit representation을 사용하여 타입 II 최적정규기저에 의해 결정되는 $GF(2^n)$상의 효율적인 지수승 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 signed digit representation은 $GF(2^n)$에서 non-adjacent form(NAF)를 사용한다. 일반적으로 signed digit representation은 정규기저가 주어진 경우 사용하기 어렵다. 이는 정규 원소의 역원연산이 상당한 지연시간을 갖기 때문이다. 반면에 signed digit representation은 다항식 기저를 이용한 체에 쉽게 적용가능하다. 하지만 본 논문의 결과는 타입 II 최적정규기저(optimal normal basis, ONB), 라는 특별한 정규 기저가 지수의 signed digit representation을 이용한 효율적인 지수승 연산에 이용될 수 있음을 보인다. We present an efficient exponentiation algorithm for a finite field $GF(2^n)$ determined by an optimal normal basis of type II using signed digit representation of the exponents. Our signed digit representation uses a non-adjacent form (NAF) for $GF(2^n)$. It is generally believed that a signed digit representation is hard to use when a normal basis is given because the inversion of a normal element requires quite a computational delay. However our result shows that a special normal basis, called an optimal normal basis (ONB) of type II, has a nice property which admits an effective exponentiation using signed digit representations of the exponents.
안양천 등 관내하천의 수질오염분석 및 생태학적 분석에 관한 연구(I)

안양천등 관내하천에 대한 수질오염분석과 중금속 오염도 조사 및 생태학적분석에 대하여 연구하였다. 아울러 안양천 및 그 지류의 환경진단과 함께 하천을 살릴 수 있는 몇가지 제안을 하였다. 안양천 및 지류의 수질오염분석결과는 측정기간에 BOD값이 평균 25.5mg/L으로, 최저 17.0mg/L에서 최고 36.4mg/L으로 환경기준치를 초과하고 있다. 하천퇴적물에 대한 중금속 오염도 분석결과 5개항목 모두 기준치를 초과하여 높게 나타났으며, 특히 아연(Zn)의 농도는 매우 심각한 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과는 Zn>Cu> Pb> As> Cd 순을 나타났다. 생태학적 분석에 있어서는 안양천의 상류에서 하류에 이르기까지 어류는 서식하지 못하고 있으며 하류 일부지역에서 오염이 강한 극소수 어류가 발견되었다. The water pollution problem with which Anyangchun river is confronted has been investigated. Water pollution analysis about Anyangchun river and rivers within the province, investigation of a contamination level of heavy metal and ecological analysis were studies. Also, we suggested a few ways to make rivers survive with Anyang watercourse and its tributaries diagnosed environmentally. The result of water pollution analysis for Anyangchun river and its tributaries during the period of measured BOD was average 25.5mg/L, ranging from minimum 17.0mg/L to maximum 36.4mg/L, which exceeds an environment standard level. According to the analysis result of heavy metal contamination level about the river deposit, all of 5 items exceeded the environment base point. Especially, concentration of Zinc was considered very serious. The result of analysis was proven in the order of Zn, Cu, Pb, As, Cd. In ecological analysis, fish couldn't living from the upper water to the lower one in Anyang river and a small minority of fish were discovered in part of the lower water.
