SnS<sub>2</sub>-linked graphene was synthesized from graphene and SnCl<sub>2</sub> under mild reducing conditions. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy of the SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO samples confirmed the presence of SnS<sub>2</sub> nanoplates that were highly dispersed and well linked onto the thin layered graphene. The SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO was introduced as a working electrode into DSSCs because of its good transparency and electric conductivity. The SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO was mixed with p-25 TiO<sub>2</sub> powders to make an anode electrode of DSSCs. The graphene and SnS<sub>2</sub> exhibited a synergistic effect. Compared to p-25 TiO<sub>2</sub>-double layered DSSC, the SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO-TiO<sub>2</sub>/ TiO<sub>2</sub> double layered anode film enhanced the energy conversion efficiency considerably; the efficiency for the 1.0 wt.% SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO-TiO<sub>2</sub>/TiO<sub>2</sub> -DSSC was approximately 5.47%. A potential energy model for electron transfer among TiO<sub>2</sub>, SnS<sub>2</sub>-rGO-TiO<sub>2</sub>, and dye was suggested on the basis of ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry which showed a good relationship with the photovoltaic efficiency.

CO<sub>2</sub> is one of major greenhouse gases over the past few centuries because of using fossil fuel. Utilization of carbon dioxide is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. Among various approaches, photoreduction is potentially a promising technology. TiO<sub>2</sub> has been studied in various areas. However, there is one of the main disadvantage that band gap is wide. Therefore, recombination of electron-hole pairs is immediately occurred. In order to improve, a peroveskite structured material was also reported as photocatalyst. Although the perovskites are attractive for photocatalysts, the study for photoreduction of CO<sub>2</sub> is at an early stage. The objective of this study is to synthesis ASnO<sub>3</sub> (A = Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) perovskite-structured and test for photoreduction of CO<sub>2</sub>. The prepared materials were characterized using XRD, BET, UV-vis spectroscopy, PL techniques. The photocatalytic performance of ASnO<sub>3</sub> was tested for the reduction of CO<sub>2</sub> with H<sub>2</sub>O.
OF 케이블 진단용 SVM 알고리즘 개발을 위한 절연열화 평가

OF 케이블의 예상 설계 수명인 30년이 도달하면서 고장 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 정확한 진단을 통한 열화 판정으로 장기 운용 OF 케이블을 적기에 진단함으로써 고장을 예방해야 한다. 또한 최적의 진단기준을 제시하여 잔류 수명을 예측하고 적절한 시기에 교체하는 조치가 요구되고 있다. 현재 한국전력공사에서는 OF 케이블을 진단하기 위해서 주기적으로 케이블 유중 가스분석을 실시하여 C2H2, TCG 등 일부 가스만 활용하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 유중 가스분석에서 확인되는 가스는 절연지뿐만 아니라 오일의 열화에 의해서도 발생된다. OF 케이블은 해체점검이 불가하기 때문에 절연지의 수명이 OF 케이블의 수명으로 간주되고 있다. 따라서 절연지를 직접적으로 분석하는 절연지 중합도 평가와 절연유중 퓨란화합물을 분석이 필요하며, 유중 가스분석에서 확인되는 CO, H2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2 가스와 상관관계를 확인할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 절연유중 가스를 분석하기 위해 headspace sampler가 장착된 GC를 사용하였고, 절연지 중합도는 자동점도계를 활용하였으며, 절연유중 퓨란화합물은 HPLC를 이용하여 측정하였다. 또한 OF 케이블의 종합적인 판정을 위하여 국내 OF 케이블 중 15개소를 선정하여 해체점검을 수행하였다. 또한 이렇게 얻어진 결과는 최근 전력설비 이상판정에 도입되고 있는 SVM 기법에 적용하여 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 열화판정을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 절연지 중합도 잔률은 CO와 CO2 농도의 합에 따라 음의 2차 함수 관계로 감소하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 본 연구에서 얻어진 한전 OF 케이블 진단결과를 SVM 기법에 적용함으로써 한전 OF 케이블 진단결과를 기존 일본 동경전력의 SVM에 적용한 진단결과보다 향상되었고, 그 정확도는 약 87.9% 인 것으로 확인되었다. South Korea's OF cable is reaching its expected design life of 30 years, and as a result, the risk of failure is increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to diagnose the long-term operating OF cables through accurate diagnosis at the right time to prevent the failure. Currently, the KEPCO periodically conducts DGA. However, the gas found in DGA is caused by oil deterioration as well as insulation paper. Therefore, the analysis of the degree of polymerization and furan compounds which is an evaluation of insulation paper considered to be the life of OF cables is required. In addition, the results of the evaluation of deterioration of insulation paper need to be checked for correlation with the results of DGA. In this study, DGA carried out through GC, the degree of polymerization was analyzed using an automatic viscometer, and HPLC was used to detect the furan compounds. In addition, the obtained results were applied to the SVM technique, which was recently introduced to determine abnormalities in OF cable. And the results which were accurate and reliable were obtained.
Effective hydrogen productions from ethanol steam reforming on NiV-supported porous SiO2 catalysts

Bimetallic NiV supported on SiO2 catalysts were tested in the steam reforming of ethanol. The catalysts were prepared by the wet impregnation method and all the catalysts had a Ni oxide or NiV oxide loading of 30 wt.-% verse SiO2 weight. The catalysts are characterized by EDX, N2-BET, XRD, TPD with CO and H2O, and TPR with H2. From the analyses of XRD and XPS, it was also possible to estimate the oxidation states and the crystallite sizes of the NiO or metallic Ni in NiV/SiO2 catalysts, which suggested the depressed agglomeration between Ni particles by V promoters. The ESR catalytic tests for hydrogen production were performed in a fixed bed reactor containing 0.4 g catalyst at 650oC and 6,000 h-1 GHSV after H2-pre treatment, with an inlet H2O: EtOH ratio of 3:1. These tests showed that the hydrogen evolution on the Ni8V2/SiO2 catalyst during ESR was significantly improved by the suppressing deposition of carbon, compared to those on the Ni/SiO2 catalyst.
이성분계 복합 전이금속산화물 결정체의 산화-환원 특성 비교

산업화 이후 화석연료의 사용으로 인하여 주요 온실가스인 CO2의 발생량이 증가 하였고, 지구 온난화가 진행됨에 따라 이상기후 및 많은 자연재해가 발생하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 방법이 연구되고 있는 가운데 가장 널리 알려진 것이 CO2 포집 및 저장(CCS)이다. CO2를 효율적으로 분리하기 위한 기술 중 공정 내 별도의 분리설비 없이 NOx의 발생이 없으며 CO2를 분리할 수 있는 메체순환연소 (CLC, chemical looping combustion) 기술이 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 이성분계 복합 전이금속산화물 결정체를 sol-gel 법을 이용하여 합성하 였으며, X-ray diffraction을 통하여 합성된 입자들의 결정을 분석하였다. 또한 열중량분석기(TGA, Thermal gravity analysis)를 이용하여 합성된 입자들의 산화-환원반응 성능을 비교해 보았다.
