The standard for the cost calculation in the field of domestic construction engineering can be largely divided into the construction cost ratio method and the actual cost addition method. However, the standard for calculating the cost of the construction cost ratio method is a trend to switch to the actual cost addition method due to limitations such as not reflecting the characteristics of the construction. Therefore, this study aims to derive implications by investigating and analyzing examples of cost standards in the field of overseas construction engineering, such as the United States, and deriving directions for improvement in domestic cost standards in the future.

신라의 옥대 설화와 그 정치적 의미

신라에는 옥대와 관련한 설화 두 가지가 있다. 중고기 진평왕대 천사옥대와 중대 신문왕대 흑옥대의 기록이다. 이 두 기록은 ‘옥대’라는 모티브를 공유하고 있어서 시기별 일찍부터 주목받았다. 천사옥대는 황룡사의 장육존상, 구층목탑과 함께 신라 삼보 중 하나라 전한다. 황룡사는 진흥왕대부터 전륜성왕의 정치 이념이 반영된 사찰이면서, 신라의 호국을 담당하는 국가사찰의 역할을 하고 있었다. 황룡사의 2보는 중고기 전륜성왕의 이념이 진흥왕 이후에도 유지되고 있었던 측면과 진평왕-선덕왕대 강조되었던 성골이나 석가족 관념과도 관련성을 가진다는 점에서 주목하였다. 천사옥대의 경우 제석신앙과 관련이 있다는 점, 제석신앙은 선덕왕대 강조된다는 점 등으로 보아 신라 삼보의 인식은 선덕왕대에 완성된 것으로 파악하였다. 한편 신문왕대 흑옥대 기록에서 흑옥은 중국의 오행사상과 관련이 있는 것으로 이해하였다. 오행설은 유교에 바탕을 둔 사상으로 신라에는 중고기대부터 유입되기 시작하였다. 특히 주목되는 점은 최초로 중국 통일을 이룩한 진시황이 오행설을 바탕으로 검은색을 주색으로 정했다는 것이다. 신문왕대는 새로운 통일 제국의 위상에 걸맞는 새로운 이념이 필요했을 것이며, 그 결과 오행설의 영향을 받은 ‘흑옥’의 설화가 등장하게 되었다. 옥대는 지배자의 상징으로 이해할 수 있으며 두 옥대의 설화는 중고기와 중대가 연결되는 상징을 내포하면서도, 한편으로 중대 흑옥대는 새로운 정치 사상이 확립되는 과정을 보여준다. In Silla, there are two tales relating to Okdae. These are records of a Cheonsaokdae(天賜玉帶) during King Jinpyeong’s reign in the middle ancient period and of a Heukokdae(黑玉帶) during King Sinmun’s reign in the middle period. These two records were noted early on in each period because they shared the motif of the Okdae. Cheonsaokdae is said to be one of the three treasures of Silla, along with the Jangyukjonsang(丈六尊像) and the Nine-story Wood Pagoda of Hwangnyongsa Temple. Hwangnyongsa Temple reflected the political ideology of Cakravartin(轉輪聖王) from King Jinheung’s reign onward and served as the national temple for protecting Silla. The two treasures of Hwangnyongsa Temple are noteworthy because the ideology of King Jeonryunseong of the middle ancient period was maintained even after King Jinheung and was based on the concepts of Sacred Bone(聖骨) and Seokgajok(釋迦族), which were emphasized from King Jinpyeong to King Seondeok. In the case of Cheonsaokdae, perceptions about Silla’s three treasures appear to have been formed during the reign of King Seondeok, given that it is related to the Jeseok faith(帝釋信仰), which was predominantly practiced during King Seondeok’s reign. Meanwhile, in the records on Heukokdae from King Sinmun’s reign, black jade was considered to be associated with the Five Elements(五行說). The Five Elements theory, based on Confucianism, was introduced in Silla in the middle ancient period. Particularly worth noting is the fact that Qin Shi Huang, who united China for the first time, chose black as the primary color based on the Five Elements theory. During King Sinmun’s reign, a new ideology was required to match the status of the newly unified empire. Consequently, the tale of the “black jade,” influenced by the Five Elements theory, emerged. Okdae can be viewed as a symbol of the ruler, and the tale of the two okdae is symbolic of the connection between the middle ancient period and the middle period, while the heukokdae of the middle period represents the process by which a new political idea was established.

Anemia is present in adult if the hematocrit is less than 41%(hemoglobin <13.5g/dL) in males or 37%(hemoglobin <12g/dL) in females. In taking the history, congenital anemia may be suggested by the patient's personal and family history. Poor diet results in folic acid deficiency and may contribute to iron deficiency. Bleeding should always be considered in iron deficiency. Object : The symptoms of this patient are easy fatigability, dizziness, anorexia and paleness of the face. This women is the patient of iron deficiency anemia, cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension. Medication : Gwibitang(歸脾湯) plus(合) Samultang(四物湯) and feroba are dispensed for 30 days. Result : After 30 days, HCT Hb Iron of the laboratory findings are increased and TIBC of the laboratory findings is decreased.

지능형 경로 탐색 이동 에아전트 모델 설계

In this paper, we design the CORBA-based Mobile Agent Model (CMAM) which has the capability of the efficient work processing in distributed environment through sensing network traffic and searching the optimal path for migration nodes of mobile agent. In case existing mobile agent model is given various works from user, the network overhead and traffic are increased by increasing of execution module size. Also, if it happens a large quantity of traffics due to migration of nodes according to appointment of the passive host(below node) routing schedule by user, it needs much cost for node search time by traffic. Therefore, in this paper, we design a new mobile agent m()del that assures the reliability of agent's migration through dynamic act on the specific situation according to appointment of the active routing schedule and can minimize agent's work processing time through optimal path search. The proposed model assigns routing schedule of the migration nodes actively using an extended MAFFinder. Also, for decreasing overhead of network by agent's size, it separates the existing mobile agent object by mobile agent including only agent calling module and push agent with work executing module based on distributed object type of CORBA. Also, it reduces the required time for round works of mobile agent through the optimal path search of migration nodes. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 트래픽 감지 및 이동 에이전트의 이주 노드들에 대한 최적 경로 탐색을 통해 분산 환경에서의 효율적인 작업 처리 능력을 가진 CORBA 기반의 이동 에이전트 모델(CMAN:CORBA-based Mobile Agent Model)을 설계한다. 기존 이동 에이전트 모델은 사용자로부터 다양한 자임을 부여받게 돨 경우, 실행모듈 크기의 증가로 인해 네트워크 부하 및 트래픽을 가중시키고, 사용자에 의한 수동적인 호스트(이하 노드) 라우팅 스케줄 지정에 따라 노드 이주 수행 시 많은 트래픽이 발생학 경우, 트래픽으로 인한 많은 노드 순회 검색 시간 비용이 소요된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 능동적인 라우팅 스케줄지정에 따라 특정한 상황에 동적으로 대처하여 에이전트의 이주 신뢰성을 보장하고 최적 경로 탐색을 통해 에이전트의 순회 작업 처리 시간을 최소화할 수 있는 새로운 이동 에이전트 모델을 설계한다. 제안된 모델은 확장된 형태의 MAFFinder를 통해 능동적으로 이주 노드들의 라우팅 스케줄을 지정하고, 에이전트 크기로 인한 네트워크 부하를 감소하기 위해 기존의 이동 에이전트 객체를 CORBA의 분산 객체 형태에 기반하여 에이전트 호출 모듈만을 포함한 이동 에이전트와 작업 실행 모듈을 가진 푸시 에이전트로 분리한다. 노한, 이주 노트의 최적 경로 탐색을 통해 이동 에이전트의 순회 작업 처리 시 소요되는 시간을 단축시킨다

Implementation of the Wonhwa system is closely related to the regency of Lady Jiso. On behalf of King Beopheung on his waning years, King Ipjong Galmun died after one year of acting on behalf of the previous king, Lady Jiso practically was in control of power. Lady Jiso was represented the kingship until King Beopheung died and she was in regency on behalf of King Jinheung. At that time, the power of Lady Jiso as the queen had to with the right to the religious service. Wonhwa system had the characteristics of a woman official to assist the women priest and it was likely to take the role of private political organization of Lady Jiso who was in need of securing broad human relationships needed to act on the political arena. However, even if the traditional background of Lady Jiso was able to manipulate in politics, the shamanism ideology was not enough to rule Silla. Consequently, the time of regency by Lady Jiso could be considered as the final stage of shamanistic ceremonial sphere. Wonhwa that was the foundation for Lady Jiso was the cause of conflict between Lady Jiso and the noble class of the time. After the abolition of the Wonhwa system, the change to the National Selection System for Hwarang was the byproduct of compromise between the kingship and the controlling class. Consequently, securing of human foundation through Hwarang was organized as the private foundation of noble class; however, looking into the principle or systematic view, they also had the role of political foundation for the king.

신라사 연구에 사용하는 용어의 문제

한국 고대사 연구는 다양한 방면에서 연구가 진행되었고 이를 바탕으로 양적, 질적으로 괄목할만한 성장을 해 왔다. 그런데 역사상을 설명하는 용어를 사용하는 데에 적절하지 못한 용어를 사용하거나, 용어의 선택에 충분한 고려 없이 새로운 단어를 만들어 사용하고, 더 나아가 많은 연구자들이 이러한 용어들을 무비판적으로 사용하면서 `역사용어화`된 경우가 적지 않다. 이 글은 이러한 점을 주목하고 역사학계에서 무의식적으로, 혹은 무비판적으로 사용하는 몇몇 용어 사용의 예를 들고 그 문제점을 짚어보았다. Studies on ancient Korean history have been carried out in various ways. Based on these studies, there has been remarkable progress in terms of both quantity and quality. However, we can agree that there have been some issues on historical terminologies such as usage of misplaced terms or inconsiderate coinage of new ones. A bigger problem is that these words have been in common use because of unquestioning acceptance. In this article, We point out unconscious and uncritical usages of historical terminologies with some examples.
