컴퓨터 그래픽의 역사가 벌써 40년을 넘었다. 그 동안 컴퓨터그래픽은 꾸준히 발전해 왔고 특히 1990년대 들에서면서 그래픽은 꾸준히 발전해왔고 특히 1990년대 들어서면서 가장 비약적인 발전을 하게 되었다. 영화에서도 이제는 특수효과가 쓰이지 않는 영화가 없을 정도이고 기렇게 부분적으로 쓰이지 않는 영화가 없을 정도이고 그렇게 부분 적으로 쓰이던 컴퓨터 그래픽이 1995년 PIXAR Animation Studio에서 만든 극장용 3D 애니메이션을 시작으로 이제는 영화전체를 점유하게 되었다. 컴퓨터 그래픽에 대한 도전과 연구가 있었기에 지금까지 오게 되었다. 3D Animation 에서 중요한 점은 움직임이 자연스러워야 한다는 것이다. 부자연스러움은 관객이 볼 수 는 없어도 느낄 수는 있기 때문이다. 자연스러운 움직임을 위해서 필요한 것들 중에서 본 논문에서 다루고자 하는 내용과 목적은 3차원 그래픽 사에서의 유기적인 캐릭터의 움직임을 동물해부학에 근거를 두고 비교, 분석하여 3D Animation의 실제제작에 있어서 rigging 부분을 중점적으로 연구하였다. 애니메이션의 준비작업인 character setup 을 하는 애니메이테에게 효과적인 방법을 제시하여 작업 시간을 단축하여 효율을 높일 수 있도록 했다. 이 연구의 목적은 4지 동물중 고양이의 해부학을 통하여 관절을 분류하고 분류된관절의 joint setup 방식을 보편화시키는 것이다. History of computer graphic passed over 40 already. Recently, computer graphic had developed and did the greatest development entering specially the 1990 steadily. Special effect may not be nuemployed movie now in movie and 3D amimation for featured film that computer graphic so used partially makes in PIXAR Animation Studio in 1995 occupied whole movie now by beginning. There was constant upgrade of graphic software that do with development of computer hardware and came so far as there was conduction and research for computer graphic constantly using such tool. Important point is that motion should be naturain 3D Animation. Because affectedness can feel even if spectator does not see. Contents and objective that wish to handle in treatise that see among that need for natural motion of organic character in third dimension graphic be based on animal anatomy and compare and analyze and studied rigging part in 3D Animation`s actuality manufacture in priority. Because presenting effective method to animator who do character setup that is ready work of animation, did so that can shorten session and heighten efficiency. Purpose of this treatise is thing which classify joint through anatomy of a cat among an quadruped so that generalize joint setup way of joint that is classed.
비화공식 예광탄 응용을 위한 Dy3+, La3+ 그리고 Ho3+이 도핑된 MgB4O7의 열 발광 특성 분석

Bullets flying with a light from the back are called “tracers”. Tracers are ignited by the combustion gas of the propellant and emit bright light that allows the shooter to visually trace the flight path. Therefore, tracers mark the firing point for allies to assist shooters to hit target quickly and accurately. Conventional tracers are constructed with a mixture of an oxidizing agent, raw metal, and organic fuel. Upon ignition, the inside of the gun can be easily contaminated by the by-products, which can lead to firearm failure during long-term shooting. Moreover, there is a fire risk such as forest fires due to residual flames at impact site. Therefore, it is necessary to develop non-combustion type luminous material; however, this material must still use the heat generated from the propellant, so-called “thermoluminescence (TL)”. This study aims to compare the TL emission of Dy3+, La3+ and Ho3+ doped MgB4O7 phosphors prepared by solid state reaction. The crystal structures of samples were determined by X-ray diffraction and matched with the standard pattern of MgB4O7. Luminescence of various doses (200 ~ 15,000 Gy) of gamma irradiated Dy3+, La3+ and Ho3+ (at different concentrations of 5, 10, 15 and 20 %) doped MgB4O7 were recorded using a luminance/color meter. The intensity of TL yellowish (CIE x = 0.401 ~ 0.486, y = 0.410 ~ 0.488) emission became stronger as the temperature increased and the total gamma-ray dose increased.
고전압 비휘발성 메모리 Programming Pin ESD 개선방안에 관한 연구

Ths paper presents a method of improving the ESD characteristic of high voltage non-volatile memory (NVM) programming pin in a 130㎚/30V technology. Suggested scheme can provide not only a major current discharge path to protect the internal circuit from ESD damage but also a voltage clamping function to prevent the soft error of programmed data during an ESD event. Resistance value of 120 ㏀ and capacitance value of 6.8㎊ were chosen for maximizing the improvement of voltage characteristic and delay time, while minimizing the area overhead. The proposed scheme has been validated by TCAD simulation and actuality silicone.
