These metals are used for catalystic process, electronic and electrochemical industries, anti-corrosion alloys, dental applications etc. The demand of noble metals continues to grow in a steady manner. Many techniques for separation and recovery of the platinum group metals have been studied. In this paper, batch experiments were carried out to investigate ion exchange characteristics of platinum group metals by commercial anion exchange resins such as IRN 78 and Dowex 1x8. The effects of ionic group of resins, solution temperature, co-ions, and the concentration of nitric acid were investigated.

이 연구는 외이 공명과 외이도 내부 매질 특성이 성대 진동 개시 시간(voice onset time; VOT)에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 목적이 있다. 연구에는 조음기관과 음성 기능에 문제가 없는 여자 5명(speaker)과 외이, 중이를 포함한 청각기관과 청력에 문제가 없는 남자 1명(listener)이 참여하였다. 파열음은 양순음 /p/ /p*//pʰ/, 치경음 /t/ /t*/ /tʰ/, 연구개음 /k/ /k*/ /kʰ/를 사용하였고, 모음 /a/와 연결하여 발성하게 하였다. 연구는 여자 화자가 발화한 파열음을 음장과 외이도 내부에 각각 장착한 마이크로 녹음하여 VOT 변화를 확인하였다. 음장과 외이도 내부 VOT 차이는 대응표본 t-test로 검증하였다. 외이도 내부의 VOT는 모두 단축되었으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 두 음성의 VOT는 치경 격음의 연장(p=.008)과 연구개음 평음의 단축(p=.030)이 유의한 차이로 관찰되었다. 두 음성 사이의 변화는 매질 온도에 의한 전달 속도 변화와 외이공명으로 자음의 잡음 강도가 증강되어 나타난 것으로 판단된다. This study aims to investigate the effect of resonance in the external ear and transfer function by characteristics of medium in the external auditory canal (EAC) affecting the voice onset time (VOT). Five female speakers whose articulators and voice functions are normal, and one male listener with intact auditory system including external and middle ears, and normal hearing ability were participated in the study. We used bilabial consonants /p/, /p<SUP>*</SUP>/, /p<SUP>h</SUP>/, alveolar consonants /t/, /t<SUP>*</SUP>/, /th/, and velar consonants /k/, /k<SUP>*</SUP>/, /Kh/ as plosive sounds, and had participants make sound through vowel /a/. This study identified the VOT change by recording plosive sound with microphone equipped within sound field and inner part of the EAC, respectively. The difference between sound field and the EAC was analyzed by paired t-test. Although the VOT in the EAC was shortened, this was not statistically significant. However, significant differences were observed in two syllables; the VOT of the alveolar aspirated consonant was prolonged (p=.008) and the VOT of the velar plain consonants was shortened (p=.030) in EAC. Changes between the two voices are interpreted as a result of augmented intensity of consonants, which happened because of the change speed of the transmission caused by the temperature of medium, and resonance in the EAC.
