        병원감염관리 질에 대한 인식이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -지각된 위험과 신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the perception on the quality of nosocomial infection control on perceived risk, trust, and the intention to revisit among the medical consumers. Method: 361 patients and their guardians who were hospitalized in women's hospital, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, participated in this study. The data was analyzed using SPSS Statistics 21.0. Results: The perception on the quality of nosocomial infection control had a negative(-) effect on perceived risk, a positive(+) effect on trust, a positive(+) effect on the intention to revisit. The perceived risk had a negative(-) effect on trust, a negative(-) effect on the intention to revisit. The trust had a positive(+) effect on the intention to revisit. The perceived risk was partially mediated by the perception on the quality of nosocomial infection control and the intention to revisit, while the trust was fully mediated by the perception on the quality of nosocomial infection control and the intention to revisit. Thus, it indicated that the perceived risk and trust had dual mediated effects as well as full mediated effects in the relationship between the perception on the quality of nosocomial infection control and the intention to revisit. Conclusions: The nosocomial infection control can be an important factor to contribute to hospital management by attract the loyal medical customers, not just cost-expenditure. The nosocomial infection control can help hospital revenue and customer management strategy. Thus, it will contribute to the effective marketing strategy in the medical field.

        증강현실 기술을 결합한 문화유산콘텐츠의 전시활용

        증강현실은 역사적 건조물이나 유물의 과거 시점의 모습, 환경, 혹은 관련 정보를 현재 실제 환경에 더하 여 보여줄 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 문화유산 전시부분에서 증강현실 기술의 도입은 관람객에게 현실과 같은 현전감 을 제공하고, 문화유산과 실제로 접촉하면서 생길 수 있는 훼손 요소를 줄여준다는 점에서 더욱 활발하게 요구되고 있다. 이러한 장점과 가치를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 현재 국내에 가상현실 기반 문화유산콘텐츠 전시환경은 문 화유산 콘텐츠를 단순히 증강해서 보여주거나 가이드 정도로 사용하는 등 매우 소극적인 행보를 보이고 있다. 국외 의 다양한 성공적인 사례를 분석한 결과 완성도 높은 증강현실을 결합한 문화유산콘텐츠의 전시 시스템을 갖추기 위해서는 문화재에 스토리텔링을 더하는 아이디어와 함께 디스플레이, 센서 등의 기술 여건 개선, 와이파이 구축 등의 제반 시설이 동반되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 국내의 증강현실 기반의 문화유산콘텐츠 개발 역사가 짧고, 전 시사례가 부족하다는 점에서 한계점을 가지나 추후 후속 연구를 통해 우리의 훌륭한 문화유산에 증강현실이 결합된 문화유산콘텐츠 전시사례들이 많이 나오기를 기대한다. Augmented reality makes people feel realistic and reduces the damage to cultural properties that can come into contact with the actual cultural heritage. Augmented reality has the advantage that it can show the past appearance of the historical building or relics, the environment, or related information in addition to the current real environment. Despite these values and advantages, As a result of researches and analyzes of the Augmented Reality contents of the National Museum, ‘palace in my hand', and the Miruksa project In the field of domestic cultural heritage warriors, augmented reality technology has shown a very negative attitude such as simply showing cultural heritage content or using it as a guide. However, various conditions such as display and sensor hardware and technology needed to realize augmented reality more effectively are improving day by day. And If you have various facilities such as the idea of adding storytelling to the exhibits and WiFi building, In the near future, it will be equipped with a display system of cultural heritage contents that combines augmented reality with a more complete one.

        중파 자외선에 노출된 남극 규조 Chaetoceros neogracile와 Stellarima microtrias의 성장과 질산염 흡수량의 변화

        Two isolated Antarctic marine diatoms, Chaetoceros neogracile VanLandingham and Stellarima microtrias (Ehrenberg) Hasle and Sims were examined to show changes of growth and uptake rate of nitrate due to UV-B irradiance. Chlorophyll (chl) a concentration was regarded as the growth index of diatom. The diatoms were treated with UV-B radiation and cultured for 4 days under cool-white fluorescent light without UV-B radiation. Two levels of UV-B exposures were applies: 1 and 6 W $m^{-2}$. Durations of UV-B treatment were 20, 40 and 60 minutes under 6 W $m^{-2}$ and 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 hrs under 1 W $m^{-2}$. The control groups were cultured at the same time without UV-B radiation. The growth rates of two diatoms decreased under 1 and 6 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B irradiances than that of control group. After 4 days, chl a concentrations of C. neogracile were increased more than 4 times from 133 μgo$l^{-1}$ to 632 μgo$l^{-1}$ in control group. However, the concentration of experimental groups under 1 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B were only increased from 139 μgo$l^{-1}$ to 421 μgo$l^{-1}$ during one hour and the chl a concentrations were decreased from 144 μgo$l^{-1}$ to 108 μgo$l^{-1}$ during five hour. Growth of diatom dramatically more decreased under 6 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B than 1 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B. The chl a concentration of experimental groups under 6 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B for one hour was only increased from 111 μgo$l^{-1}$ to 122 μgo$l^{-1}$. In the case of S. microtrias showed also similar pattern to C. neogracile by UV-B radiation. The uptake rates of nitrate by the two strains were decreased abruptly under 6 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B irradiances. When two strains were treated under 1 and 6 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B during one hour, the strains were only continued growth and uptake of nitrate under 1 W $m^{-2}$ UV-B. This experimental evidence shows that exposure to UV-B radiation especially to high irradiance of UV-B decreases diatom survival and causes lower decrease of nutrient concentrations by microalgae in Antarctic water. Furthermore, evidence suggests that microalgal communities confined to near-surface waters in Antarctica will be harmed by increased UV-B radiation, thereby altering the dynamics of Antarctic marine ecosystems.

        인터랙티브 미디어 체험전시의 요소와 관람객 선호도에 관한 연구 -라스코전시관 공룡체험전의 사례중심으로-

        The 'Dinosaur Experience' exhibition at the Lasko exhibition hall hosted by Gwangmyeong city is gaining popularity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements of experience exhibition and interactive media experience exhibition and to grasp the preference of visitors. First, the theoretical review about interactive media and experience exhibition was made through literature data. Next, based on the Strategic Experience Module, we divided the experiential factors according to experiential value. As a result of the study, it was found that the participation rate of the visitors and the experience time were longer in the program containing many experience exhibition elements. Interactive media experience exhibited by many people have more value items. But it is not enough to understand the preference of visitors by the time spent by visitors. This study suggests that interactive media can be utilized for various experience exhibition. 광명시에서 주최한 라스코전시관의 ‘공룡체험전’은 관람객의 호응에 힘입어 전시기간을 연장할 정도로 인기를 얻고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 체험전시와 인터랙티브 미디어 체험전시의 요소를 분석하고 관람객의 선호도를 파악하고자했다. 먼저 문헌자료를 통해 인터랙티브 미디어와 체험전시에 관해 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 다음으로 전략적 체험 모듈을 기반으로 체험요소를 체험가치에 따라 세부항목을 구분했다. 이를 통해 인터랙티브 미디어 체험전시의 요소는 관람객에게 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하였다. 연구결과 체험전시요소를 많이 포함한 프로그램일수록 관람객의 참여율이 더 높고, 체험시간이 더 길다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또, 다수가 함께 체험하는 인터랙티브 미디어 체험전시가 가치항목을 더 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 관람객이 머문 시간만으로 관람객의 선호도를 파악하기에는 부족하다는 점에서 한계점을 가진다. 본 연구는 인터랙티브 미디어가 다양한 체험전시에 활용됨으로서 관람객 스스로가 흥미를 가지고 적극적인 참여를 통해 전시 콘텐츠를 이해하고 즐길 수 있는 환경을 마련하는데 그 시사점이 있다.

        수분변화량에 따른 목재의 균열 현상 가시화 방안

        This research is for the visualization of wooden cracking phenomena in the virtual world. Timber supplies has been traditionally used for buildings in the all over the world. Wood has a characteristic that is more prone to be influenced and distorted under the external environments compared with other materials like as stone and concrete. Many related researches say that moisture content change is a largest impact factor for the distortion and crack of timber supplies. This is the reason why we focus on the relationship between the moisture variations and the wood distortion, especially crack. In this research, it is mathematically explained that the diminutions of tensile strength caused by repeated contraction and expansion according to the moisture variations under the changes of weather. Finally, we suggest a way to visualize it for pine timbers.

        밈 콘텐츠의 커뮤니케이션 분석을 위한 기호학적 접근 - 그레마스의 의미생성모델을 중심으로

        디지털 컨버전스 패러다임의 변화에 따라 미디어 콘텐츠에서의 밈 현상이 빠르게 확산하여 인기를 얻고 있다. 마케팅과 광고업계에서는 밈 현상을 활용하고자 하는 시도가 빈번하게 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 밈은 자체적으로 가지고 있는 의미뿐 아니라 콘텐츠 속에 담겨있는 스토리의 맥락과 사회, 문화적인 측 면에 따라서 본래의 의미와 다른 커뮤니케이션 작용이 일어나게 된다. 이런 이유에서 밈을 단순한 재미 와 흥미를 유발하는 요소로 인식하기보다는 사회, 문화적인 의미가 반영된 밈 활용 콘텐츠에 내포된 메 시지들을 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 밈을 활용한 온라인 광고 콘텐츠를 연구대상으로 의미 작용과 서사 구조를 분석함으로써 커뮤니케이션을 통해 콘텐츠가 전달하고자 하는 메시지를 파악하고자 했다. 연구방법으로는 먼저 문헌 자료를 토대로 밈의 개념과 등장 배경을 파악하고, 온라인 자료조사를 통하여 밈 활용 콘텐츠 사례를 수집하였다. 다음으로 기호학적 접근 방법 중 서사구조에 중점을 두었던 그레마스의 의미생성 모델에 관한 선행연구를 시행하였으며 이를 밈 콘텐츠의 커뮤니케이션 분석에 적용 하였다. 분석 결과 밈은 콘텐츠가 커뮤니케이션을 통해 전달하려는 메시지와 정확한 서사구조로 연결되 어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 대중에게 인기를 얻은 밈 활용 콘텐츠 사례를 통해서 광고의 메 시지가 어떠한 과정으로 대중에게 합리적으로 수용될 수 있는지를 파악해 볼 수 있었다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 나아가 동시대에 공존하는 TV-웹-모바일 미디어들의 역동적인 관계 속 밈 현상에 대한 근본적인 이해를 통해서 미디어 콘텐츠의 한 장르로서 밈의 가능성과 발전 방향을 가늠해볼 수 있다. As the digital convergence paradigm changes, memes in media content spread rapidly and become popular. While the marketing and advertising industry uses memes indiscriminately, there is no research on the memes phenomenon or on contents using memes. Memes have different meanings depending on their social and cultural aspects as well as their meanings. For this reason, it is necessary to examine the social and cultural meanings of meme-using contents, rather than merely identifying them as fun and interesting. In this regard, this study analyzed the semantic action and narrative structure regarding the use of memes. First, the concept and background of memes were identified based on the literature, and the contents of memes were collected through online data research. Next, we consulted a previous study of a semantic generation model by Greimas, which focused on the narrative structure among semiotic approaches, and applied it to the communication analysis of meme content. As a result of this analysis, we were able to confirm that the content is connected with the precise narrative structure with the message to be communicated. This study is meaningful in that it shows that it is possible to grasp how the message of an advertisement can be reasonably accepted by the public through the use of memes using content that has become popular with the public. Furthermore, through a fundamental understanding of the phenomenon of memes in the dynamic TV-web-mobile media relationships coexisting at the same time, memes can be regarded as a genre of media content.

        1998 / 1999 남극 킹조지섬 마리안소만 표층수에 서식하는 미세조류의 계절적 변동

        We investigated seasonal variation of microalgal assemblages, sea water temperature, salinity and suspended solid and the parameters measured daily from January 1998 to October 1999 at a nearshore shallow-water in Marian Cove, Maxwell Bay, King George Island, the Antarctic. Annual mean surface water temperature was -0.30℃ and the highest water temperature was 4.53℃(22 January 1999) and the lowest water temperature was -2.07℃(23 August 1998). Annual mean salinity was 33.38 psu, ranging from 42.80 psu(6 January 1999) to 19.50 psu(6 June 1999). Annual mean suspended solid(SS) during two years was 34.14 ㎎·1^-1, ranging from 60.62 ㎎·1^-1(7 March 1998) to 12.90 ㎎·1^-1(26 December 1998). Chlorophyll α(Chl α) concentrations were measured in order to know seasonal variations of microalgae in the surface seawater. Annual mean of total Chl a concentration was 0.55 ㎍·1^-1, the highest Chl α concentration(12.16 ㎍·1^-1) appeared in 4 October 1998, the lowest Chl α concentration appeared 0.19 ㎍·1^-1. Monthly mean total Chl a concentration was high in October 1998(1.32 ㎍·1^-1) and low in July on 1998(0.28 ㎍·1^-1). Annual mean nano-sized Chl α concentration was 0.40 ㎍·1^-1, monthly mean nano-sized Chl α concentration was high in November 1998(0.90 ㎍·1^-1), and low in July 1999(0.22 ㎍·1^-1). Annual mean micro-sized Chl α concentration was 0.15 ㎍·1^-1, monthly mean micro-sized Chl α concentration was high in October 1998(0.81 ㎍·1^-1), and low July 1998, January, February and September 1999(0.05 ㎍·1^-1). More than 65% of total Chl α was concentrated during spring and summer time between October and March. Microalgal variation appeared to be due to physical factors of seawater in the Antarctic nearshore from 1998 to 1999. The reason why micro-sized Chl α did not increase during austral summer was the bay had been frozen by decrease of water temperature. We think that total microalgal abundance was decreased because the summer microalgal abundance was determined by variation of water temperature during winter season.
