        다니자키 준이치로(谷崎潤一郎)의 페티시즘 고찰

        A study on the fetishism of Junichiro Tanizaki Kang YunmiㆍKim Yongki (Dongguk Univ.) I've discussed in detail about the fetishism of Junichiro Tanizaki in this paper. Foot fetishism to worship the foot is one of the characteristics of the literature of Tanizaki has appeared in many works. In particular, I have to express the beauty of functional foot as there is a title of a work called “foot of Fumiko”. However, Tanizaki literature has been portrayed in the works of a variety of fetishism not only foot fetishism types. “Hair tassel and one” that 1926 has been (1926) announced obsessed with hair, it depicts a hair fetishism feel sexual pleasure. In addition, mucus erotica (Mucophilia) is in the works nose fetishism feel sexual pleasure from the nose (nose erotica · Nasophilia), “devil”, in the “continue 蘿洞 teacher”, “Nikunen”, in the “蘿洞 teacher” it is drawn with. However, previous research until now has been tilted foot fetishism of Tanizaki, a variety of fetishism has not been much research . Therefore this paper, foot fetishism, hair fetishism, nose fetishism, other than the fetishism, tried to discussion by quoting the place that has been depicted in the work is divided into mucus erotica . 다니자키 준이치로(谷崎潤一郎)의 페티시즘 고찰 강윤미ㆍ김용기(동국대) 본고에서는 다나자키 준이치로(谷崎潤一郎)의 페티시즘에 대해서 구체적으로 고찰해 보았다. 다니자키 문학의 특징 중 하나인 발을 숭배하는 풋 페티시즘은 많은 작품에 나타나 있다. 특히 『富美子の足』이란 제목이 있을 정도로 발에서 관능의 미를 표현하고 있다. 그러나 다나자키 문학은 풋 페티시즘뿐만 아니라 다양한 유형의 페티시즘이 작품 속에 그려져 있다. 1926년에 발표된 『一と房の髪』은 머리카락에 집착하여, 성적쾌감을 느끼는 헤어 페티시즘을 묘사하고 있다. 또한 『蘿洞先生』에서는 코에서 성적쾌감을 느끼는 나소필리아 페티시즘(비성애ㆍNasophilia), 『悪魔』, 『続蘿洞先生』에서는 뮤코필리아(점액성애, Mucophilia)가 작품에 산재되어 있다. 그러나 지금까지 선행연구는 다니자키의 풋 페티시즘에 치우친 경향이 있어, 다양한 페티시즘에는 그다지 연구되어 있지 않다. 그러므로 본고에서는 풋 페티시즘, 헤어 페티시즘, 뮤코필리아 페티시즘, 그 이외 나소필리아 페티시즘으로 나누어 작품 속에 묘사된 부분을 인용하며 고찰하였다.

        보중익기탕(補中益氣湯)이 streptozotocin 유발 당뇨병성 위부전마비백서에 미치는 영향

        Objective : Diabetic gastroparesis is a complication that is defined as delayed gastric emptying and upper gastrointestinal symptoms and often occurs in long-standing diabetic patients. Bojungikgi-tang (BJT) is a traditional oriental herbal formula that has long been used for the treatment of digestive disorders. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of BJT on streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic gastroparesis rat model. Methods : Sprague-Dawley (SD) male rats (250-270g) were divided into 13 groups including normal group, STZ- induced diabetic control group, BJT diet (7 various concentrations), and insulin-, glibenclamide-, metformin- treated group were used for the experiments for the comparison. Diabetic gastroparesis was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The water intake, food intake, body weights and fasting blood glucose levels were measured. After 4 weeks the animals were sacrificed and gastrin, leptin, insulin, hemoglobin A1C (HbA1c), lactate, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), bilirubin, creatinine, albumin and lipid levels were evaluated. Results : Intraperitoneal injection of BJT for 4 weeks resulted in increased levels of gastrin in blood and decreased leptin and lactate concentration in STZ-induced diabetic gastroparesis rat model. BJT did not affect insulin, fasting glucose, HbA1c, and lipid levels in STZ-induced diabetic gastroparesis rat model. Conclusion : These results indicated that BJT would have protect effect on diabetic gastroparesis through the improvement effect of gastric motility and fatigue syndrome in STZ-induced diabetic rats. This study shows that BJT might be effective for treatment of diabetes and its complications such as gastroparesis.

        Anti-inflammatory Effects of Ethanol Extract of Korean Medicinal Plants at Hwaak Mountain in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 Macrophages

        Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate candidate materials as anti-inflammatory agent from extracts of Korean medicinal plants in Hwaak mountain. Ligustrum obtusifolium (LO) is a Korea medicinal plants that commonly used for robustness and hemostasis. It has been reported that LO has exhibited anti-ischemic, anti-oxidative, anti- hypolipidemic, anti-tumor and hypoglycemic effects. However, LO has not been previously reported to have an anti- inflammatory effect. Therefore, we have evaluated the anti-inflammatory effects of LO and its underlying molecular mechanisms in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages. Methods : Cell viability was determined by MTT assay in RAW 264.7 macrophages. Nitric Oxide (NO) was measured with Griess reagent and pro-inflammatory cytokines were detected by ELISA in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Protein expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and p65 subunit of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) were determined by Western blot analysis. Results : Among 15 extracts of Korean medicinal plants tested, Ligustrum obtusifolium (LO) showed the inhibition of NO production without cytotoxicity. LO reduced the expression levels of iNOS and COX-2 proteins in LPS-simulated RAW 264.7 macrophages in dose-dependent manner. Consistent with these data, LO inhibited the productions of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β in LPS-simulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Furthermore, LO attenuated the LPS-induced nuclear translocation of p65 NF-κB in RAW 264.7 macrophages involving suppression of NF-κB activation. Conclusions : Taken together, these results suggest that the anti-inflammatory effects of LO is associated with regulation of inflammatory mediators via inhibition of NF-κB activation in LPS-treated RAW 264.7 macrophages.

        3D 충돌 검출 모델의 선정 기준에 관한 연구

        In a good 3D engine, objects interactions are similar to those of real-world. Collision is one of the interactions. It includes whether collision took place or not, where collision took placed, and reaction after collision took place. More precise collision detection needs more time. If there exist required precision, detection time can be controlled by choosing appropriate detection model. Therefore, we need a selection mechanism for the collision detection with respect to required precision and detection time. In this paper, a collision detection model with seven different precision levels is examined. And relationship between detection time and precision is analyzed. Consequently, we propose a selection mechanism for collision detection model. 좋은 3D 엔진이란 객체들의 상호 작용을 실세계와 유사하게 표현하는 물리학 엔진을 말한다. 충돌은 이런 상호작용 중의 하나이며, 충돌 유무 검사와, 충돌 지점, 충돌후의 반응을 다룬다. 대부분의 물리학 엔진과 같이 충돌 검사도 정확하게 검출하려면 많은 시간이 소요된다. 그러나 요구되는 정밀도만 만족하는 모델 사용으로 검출시간을 조절 할 수 있다. 그러므로 요구되는 정밀도와 시간에 따라 충돌 검출 모델을 선정하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 충돌 검출 모델들을 정확도에 따라 7단계로 구분하여 구현하고 실험했다. 이를 통해 시간과 정확도의 연관 관계를 분석하고, 이에 따른 충돌 검출 모델을 선택하기 위한 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

        The Comparative Study of Immunomodulatory Effect by Glycyrrhiza New Varieties and Official Compendia

        Objective : The genus Glycyrrhiza has been used in food and traditional herbal medicine. Glycyrrhiza new varieties Wongam and Sinwongam have been developed by Korea Rural Development Administration and investigated to register on Korean Pharmacopoeia of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. The aim of this study is to investigate the immunomodulatory effect of Wongam and Sinwongam comparing with listed Glycyrrhiza species (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer and G. glabra Linne) for evaluations about pharmacological effect of Glycyrrhiza new varieties. Methods : We studied the immunomodulatory effect of Wongam and Sinwongam compared with G. uralensis and G. glabra using THP-1 cell in vitro model. The cells were treated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) for differentiation and stimulated with lipopolysaccharides (LPS) to induce immune activation. We analyzed and compared the effects Glycyrrhiza new varieties and listed Glycyrrhiza species using nitric oxide (NO) assay, western blot, and reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis. Results : Wongam and Sinwongam showed no cytotoxicity in THP-1 cells. Wongam and Sinwongam, and listed Glycyrrhiza species increased NO production, and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 expression with or without LPS in differentiated THP-1 macrophages. Furthermore, Wongam and Sinwongam and listed Glycyrrhiza species upregulated the mRNA expressions of T helper type 1 (Th 1)-associated cytokines in LPS-stimulated THP-1 macrophages. Conclusion : These results indicated that Wongam and Sinwongam would have effect of enhancing immune response through the increase of NO and COX-2 expression, and activate Th1-associated cytokines. The findings of this study suggest the wide applicability of Glycyrrhiza new varieties.
