        대사증후군에서 경동맥 초음파 검사에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 CIMT에 영향을 미치는 요인, 대사증후군 유병률과 위험요소들이 CIMT에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구로 2012년 6월부터 12월까지 건강검진을 목적으로 건강검진센터에 내원하여 경동맥 초음파를 시행한 279명(남자: 187명, 여자: 92명) 중 심혈관계 질환이 없는 사람을 대상으로 하였다. 피검자의 평균연령은 50.3 ± 12.3세(30 ~ 79세)이었고, 남자 49.5 ± 11.7세, 여자 51.9 ± 13.4세였다. 피검자에 대한 일반적인 건강상태를 확인하기 위해 혈압과 신체계측을 하였고 8시간 금식 후 혈액을 채취하여 공복혈당, 총콜레스테롤, 중성지방 등을 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 t-test, one-way ANOVA, 피어슨 카이제곱검정, 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 CIMT는 여자보다 남자가 유의하게 증가 되었고, 특히 연령이 CIMT에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 전체대상자의 대사증후군 유병률은 30.5%이었고 정상군과 비교하여 대사증후군에서 CIMT가 통계적으로 유의하게높았다. 또한 대사증후군의 대사 이상 및 대사 이상 항목 군집성이 증가 할수록 CIMT에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 심혈관질환 위험인자와 관련이 있는 구성요소를 가진 대사증후군과 CIMT는 양의 상관관계(r=0.378, P<0.01)가 있었고, 대사증후군과 Abnormal CIMT에 대한 다중 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 Abnormal CIMT는 대사증후군과 유의한 관련성을 보였다(Exp(B)=2.725, p<0.05). 이상의 결과는 대사증후군에서 심혈관질환의 효과적인 일차 예방 전략으로 B-mode 초음파를 이용하여 측정된 CIMT가 중요한 역할을 할 것이므로 경동맥 초음파 검사가 적극적으로 권고되어야 한다고 사료된다. The primary goal of this study was to ascertain the primary factors to the affect for the carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT), the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and other risks can possibly influence the carotid artery IMT. All patients data (total specimens: 289, male: 197, female: 92) including the carotid artery ultrasonography examination. The all data were analyzed by the use of SPSS software, version 21.0 (SPSS, Chicago, IL USA), with the descriptive statistics method. The Results of this study was found to be highly increased in the males than the females. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in all of the participants was 30.5 percentages. The carotid artery IMT in the subjects with metabolic syndrome was significantly high in both genders, compared to the rest, who were without metabolic syndrome. The Pearson’s correlation coefficient of metabolic syndrome and CIMT was 0.378(p<0.01). In conclusions, the present study also supports the association between the carotid artery IMT and the metabolic syndromes with cardiovascular risk factors. Usage of B-mode ultrasonography to measure the carotid artery IMT was found to be highly effective in the current analysis.

        VaRTM 공법에 의한 토목용 하이브리드 섬유강화 복합재료의 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구

        A three-dimensional spacer knitted fabric (3D fabric) consisting of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers and polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilaments (used for ground surfaces and pile yarn) with a ratio of 80% and 20% by volume, respectively, was produced in a Raschel machine with two needle bars. A 3D fiber-reinforced plastic (3D FRP), with cylindrical holes of 20 mm and 28 mm diameter was produced by the vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding (VaRTM) method, with a 3D fabric as a reinforcement and an unsaturated polyester resin as a matrix. Milled carbon fiber particles (CP), with a diameter of $100{\mu}m$, were added into the resin as sub-reinforcement. The mechanical properties of the obtained FRPs were investigated. The apparent space fraction of the prepared 3D FRP was estimated to be approximately 47.1% (which should be a light-weight structure) and the reinforcement-to-matrix weight ratio can reach approximately 60% or more. With regard to the tensile properties of the 3D FRP, tensile strength is higher in the wale of the fabric, while elongation is higher in the course. For 3D-CP/FRP produced with 0, 5, and 10 wt% in CP content, increasing the CP content in 3D FRP makes its decomposition temperature higher and increases its storage modulus to 10 times above the higher temperature range compared to glass transition. Flexural properties and abrasion resistance are improved as the CP content in FRPs increases.

        The objective of this work was to study the properties of purification of two liquid phase for exclusion of impurities in each phase. The experiments for process variables were carried out in the temperature range(H_{2}SO_{4} phase: 413{sim}513 K, HI_{x} phase: 353{sim}453 K) and in the N_{2} flow rate range(H_{2}SO_{4}, HI_{x} phase: 50{sim}200 mL/min). As the results, it is appeared that the principles of H_{2}SO_{4} phase purification was due to stripping, evaporation and reverse bunsen reaction and HI_{x} phase purification was due to stripping and reverse bunsen reaction. In purification of H_{2}SO_{4} phase, the concentration rate of H_{2}SO_{4} phase was controled by temperature but the temperature had few effects on yield of H_{2}SO_{4}. In purification of HI_{x} phase, we observed products of side reactions(H_{2}S, S) over 433 K. The purity of HI_{x} phase was increased with increasing N_{2} flow rate because impurites were decreased with increasing conversion of reverse reaction.

        Stainability of nucleolar organizer region with silver solution in human metaphase chromosome was investigated to detect the polymorphism among different individuals and the intensity of silver staining of nucleolar organizer region in interphase cells was investigated to analyze the preferential inhibition of the synthesis of rRNA by actinomycin D in cultures of human peripheral lymphocytes. The results obtained were as followings ; 1. The average number of silver positive nucleolar organizer region in human acrocentric chromosome was varying 6.5-9.2. 2. The amount of silver positive material in the interphase cells decreased with according as dose and treated time of actinomycin D. Results described indicate each individual showed remarkable variation in number of silver positive nucleolar organizer region and actinomycin D inhibited silver positive nucleolar organizer region activity.

        Traditionally, theories that attempt to explain social movement behavior were collective behavior approaches. But the movements of 1960s dramatically challenged these kinds of approaches. That is, resource mobilization theory has recently presented an alternative interpretaion of social movements. This new perspective now occupies a centeral place in social movement theories. Major concerns of this paper are to analyze C. Tilly's mobilization model of social movement which is one of these perspectives and review his theoretical orientations. In order to pursue these concerns, this paper has been divided what follow into five sections:Ⅰ. Preface, Ⅱ. The components of social movements, Ⅲ. Mobilization model, Ⅳ. C. Tilly's theoretical orientations, Ⅴ. Conclusions. Tilly has summed up the findings of his diverse test and more general historical investigations under the rubric of the "mobilization model". The elements of the model are organization, interest, represion, power,opportunity, and collective action. According to the model, the main determainants of a group's mobiliation are its organization, its interest in possible interactions with other contenders, the current opportunity for such interactions, and the group's subjection to repression. The extend of a contender's collective action is a product of its power, its mobilization, and the current opportunities and threats confronting its interests. The dominant parts of the model are mobilizaion, collective action, and opportunity. These three elements have been the focus of Tilly's historical research. In another side, what are Tilly's stheoretical orientations? That will be the general attitude of the analyses to follow: doggedly anti-Durkheimian, resolutely pro-Marxian, but sometimes indulgent to Weber and sometimes reliant on Mill.

      • Polygoum Tinctoria의 색소 성분의 물리화학적 특성

        Indigo, as a blue pigment, has been known as one of the oldest natural dyes. Generally, natural dyes have moderate colors and are enviromentally friendly, but harmful mordants must be used for fixing them and obtaining a full color range no fabric and it is very hard to improve K/S values of the dyeings and mordanting. In this study was investigated physicochemical characterization of polygoum tinctoria dye substance to solve these problem. Calcium hydroxide was added into polygoum tinctoria leaves to precipitate dye substance and it was freezing dried into powder form. It's characterization was investigated to UV/VIS spectrophotometer, TLC and DSC. Indigo and Indirubin was separated from polygoum tinctoria powder for soxhlet extraction. and these structure and characterization were investigated to FT-IR spectrum.
