본 논문에서 2차원 이산여현변환의 계산에 2차원 콘볼루션을 사용한 방법을 제한한다. 이 구조는 컨볼루션이 가지고 있는 규칙성과 간단성으로 디지털 신호처리의 분야에 중요한 역할을 하고 있으므로 하드웨어 구현에 매우 적당한 구조이다.

본 논문에서 우리는 LDPC 부호의 부호화 문제를 고려한다. 특히 재킷 패턴과 순환 치환 행렬을 사용함으로써 리차드슨의 하삼각 행렬과 유사한 간단한 LDPC 부호를 제안한다. 이 부호화 기법은 다양한 부호율을 갖도록 확장할 수 있다. 또한 단순한 행렬 처리에 근거하여 다양한 부호율을 갖는 복잡도가 낮고 간단한 부호기를 설계할 수 있다. In this paper, we consider the encoding scheme of Low Density Parity Check codes. In particular, using the Jacket Pattern and circulant permutation matrices, we propose the simple encoding scheme of Richardson's lower triangular matrix. These encoding scheme can be extended to a flexible code rate. Based on the simple matrix process, also we can design low complex and simple encoders for the flexible code rates.

Ever since the DCT was discovered in 2974, it has attached the attention. Since the DCT approaches the statistically optimal transfrom(KLT) is a signal governed by a Markov process. And, it has been introduced into international standards, such as CCITT recommendation H.2561, JPEG algorithm, and MPEG algorithm. So, many DCT Processors have already been reported. However, it is costly high-priced system. In this paper, we structure of economic DCT processors. This structure used the ROM instead of complex multipliers. In the ROM, the all case generating by two number multiplication was stored. And, the calculation-result was gotten using the address of two lined number. The usefulness of chip also depend on the clock speed, Specially, the DCT processors is used at the sampling rate required in high speed. And, the speed of chip is decided by delay time in worst case. In the DCT operation using matrix, the delay time was an addition composing of sub-multiplication. The solution is to split the mulit-input addition. We used the Kung's theory for the purpose of splitting the input-date. The number of operand was two in this theory, so the adder was simple and could operate in high speed.
