        KBO리그 선수의 FA 자격취득 이전의 연봉 적절성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify whether the salaries of free agent (FA) candidates in the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) were at the appropriate level. The study used data on game performance, indicators, and salary to derive the average marginal revenue production (MRP) of FA candidates before they acquire FA status, and the average salary to compare and analyze the demand monopoly power utilization (MER) by season. In addition, to understand the impact of the salary arbitration eligibility, the study divided the players into two groups: those who are not eligible for salary arbitration in the first three years and those who are eligible, and compared and analyzed the MER values by group. The study collected data on revenue, winning percentage, and performance for the 10 KBO teams in the 2016, 2017, and 2018 seasons, and collected data on performance and salary for FA candidates who have played at least 100 at-bats. The results of the study were as follows. First, FA candidates in the KBO were paid less than their productivity. Second, the availability of salary arbitration eligibility affected the degree of demand monopoly in the labor market for FA candidates before they acquire FA status. Third, players with negative MER values were those who had high team contributions in the past, were franchise stars, or were close to acquiring FA status. The implications of this study were that the productivity of FA candidates before they acquire FA status was validated through modeling. The study proved that the KBO was a demand monopoly market until FA status was acquired. Based on the results of the study, the following policy implications can be drawn. First, prior to acquiring free agency (FA) eligibility, Korean Baseball Organization (KBO) players received lower salaries than their productivity warranted. Second, the presence of eligibility for salary adjustment requests was influenced by the degree of monopolization in the pre-FA player labor market. Third, players with a negative Market Exploitation Ratio (MER) value were found to have either made significant contributions to their former teams, been franchise stars, or were on the brink of free agency eligibility. 이 연구는 한국야구위원회(KBO) 소속 FA자격 취득 이전 선수들에 대한 경기 성적 및 지표와 연봉자료를 수집하고 분석하여 적정수순의 연봉이 책정되었는지를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법은 개별 선수의 한계수익생산과 실제 연봉 자료를 적용하여 시즌별 FA자격 이전 선수들의 평균 한계수익생산(MRP)을 도출하고 평균 연봉을 구하여 시즌별 수요 독점력 활용도(MER)를 적용하였다. 또한 연봉조정신청 자격의 영향을 알아보기 위해 연봉조정신청 자격이 없는 1-3년 차에 해당하는 선수들과 그 외 선수들로 나누어 집단별 수요 독점력 활용도(MER) 값을 비교 분석하였다. KBO리그 2016, 2017, 2018 시즌의 10개 구단의 수익, 승률 및 성적 데이터를 수집하였으며 100타석 이상 소화한 FA자격 취득 이전 선수들의 성적 및 연봉 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국프로야구(KBO) 선수 중 FA자격 취득 이전 선수들은 자신의 생산성보다 적은 임금을 받고 있었다. 둘째, 연봉조정신청 자격의 유무는 FA자격 이전 선수노동시장의 수요 독점 정도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 수요 독점력 활용도(MER) 값이 음의 값을 갖는 선수들은 과거에 팀 공헌도가 높거나 프랜차이즈 스타인 선수 또는 FA자격 직전의 선수들로 나타났다. 이 연구는 FA자격 취득 이전 선수들의 생산성을 모델링을 통해 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 실제 연봉과 비교하여, FA자격 취득 이전까지는 한국프로야구 리그가 수요독점시장의 형태를 보인다는 것을 증명하였다.

      • 箱桁橋斷面의 비틀림抵抗에 관한 硏究

        In this study, torsional constant, shear stress and twist ratio are formularized from the theory of thin-walled box girder section in elevated bridges. The shear stress is examined to upper flange and lower flange and web in box girder section with projection part, and also is examined torsional resisting shear stress and twist ratio when opened rib and closed trough rib are attached as stiffness member for the deck plate of box girder section. The results obtained from this study are summarized as follows: When projection flange part is attached to box girder section, resisting force for torsional moment is almost at burden on box girder section and resisting force for torsional moment can be disregarded in projection flange part. The torsional constant increased almost linearly when the width of box girder is constant and its height is increased. And it is also proved that when the rate of height to width is increased in box girder, the shear stress is decreased rapidly in upper flange and lower flange and web of box girder. The shear stress and twist ratio in box girder with projection flange show almost the same value when opened rib is attached and opened rib is not attached as stiffness member of deck plate in box girder section. The shear stress of projection flange is proved to be a little decresed when closed trough rib is attached. Accordingly, there are opened and closed trough rib as stiffness member of deck plate in bridge, but considering only resisting force for torsional moment, opened rib is almost ineffective.

      • 해양유해조류 조기예측을 위한 고농도 염분조건에서의 유기물 측정에 관한 연구

        최근 해수 내 유기물 및 영양염류의 증가로 인해 유해조류 발생이 빈번하게 일어나고 있으며 이에 따라 양식업 및 레저산업의 피해를 증가시키고 있다 따라서 유해조류 발생 조기예측을 위해서는 해수 내 함유된 유기물 및 영양염류의 측정이 수반되어야 한다. 그러나 해수 내 고농도의 염분은 유기물 분석 결과에 방해요인으로 작용하며 높은 오차율을 발생시켜 정량적인 측정에 어려움을 겪고 있다 따라서 본 연구에서는 해수 내 함유되어 있는 고농도 염분조건에서 유기물 측정에 적합한 실험방법의 적용을 통해 측정결과의 신뢰성을 확보하고 향후 해양모니터링을 통한 계측기의 보정인자 및 원격 감시 시스템 개발에 활용가능 할 것으로 보여진다. With the increase in organic matter and nutrients in seawater recent occurrence of harmful algae have occurred frequently, and thus, thereby increasing the damage leisure industry and aquaculture. Therefore, in order of early prediction of harmful algae occurrence, measurement of nutrients and organic matter contained in the seawater should involve. However, the salt of a high concentration of seawater, acts as an interference factor in the analysis of organic matter, by generating a high error rate, a quantitative measurement is difficult. Therefore, in this study, through the application of the experimental methods suitable for measuring organic material in the salt conditions of high concentration contained in the seawater, to ensure the reliability of the measurement results of the instrument through the marine future monitoring I found that the leverage to the development of the system and calibration factor.

      • 토양미생물을 이용한 유기물질 및 질소, 인 제거

        최근 하수처리 공정의 악취 및 영양염류 동시제거에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 토양미생물을 하수처리시스템에 도입하는 공정이 연구·개발되고 있다. 이러한 토양미생물을 이용한 하·폐수 처리공정은 영양염류 제거능 및 제거기전의 검증이 미흡하여, 독립적인 실규모 영양염류 제거공정에 대한 적용사례가 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 다양한 형태로 토양미생물을 이용한 영양염류 제거 공정을 개발하여 공정의 처리성능 및 안정성을 검증하고 영양염류 제거 기전을 밝혀 토양미생물을 이용한 영양염류 제거공정의 실용화 및 과학적인 관리방법의 초석을 마련하고자 하였다. 토양미생물의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 최적 형태의 공정을 개발하고자 네 종류의 비교대상 공정을 운전하였고, 운전기간 중 각 단위공정의 특성파악을 위한 Track study를 실시하였다. 실험결과 토양미생물을 이용한 영양염류 제거 공정은 안정된 처리성능을 보장하였으며, 비교대상 공정 중 체류시간과 영양염류 제거 효율을 고려할 때 혐기조를 전단부에 도입한 변형 간헐폭기 공정이 가장 우수한 공정으로 판단되었다. 또한 공정의 인 제거 효율을 향상시키기 위해서는 원활한 탈질반응이 필수적인 것으로 나타났다. Various types of BNR(biological nutrient removal) processes are designed and under construction in Korea. The one using soil microorganisms of the many modifications of BNR has become an interesting subject among researchers, because this process system has exhibited higher removal of nitrogen and phosphorus. Nevertheless, nutrients removal mechanisms of BNR process using soil microorganisms are not clearly verified yet. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the optimum BNR process using soil microorganisms, to clarify the mechanisms of BNR using soil microorganisms, and to present BNR characteristics of the process. The four types of BNR processes were operated and track studies done. The results of this study are summarized as following: -The performance of modified intermittently aerating process was shown better than other types of BNR processes in this study. -The BNR process using soil microorganisms ensured high efficiency in organics and nutrients removal. -The denitrification turned out to be an important factor in phosphorus removal of the BNR process.

      • 강상판 U형 trough rib 응력거동에 관한 연구

        Closed U shape trough rib is widely used because it is strong in stiffness as stiffener of deck plate, uniformly in distribution of loading, and light in weight of member in steel box girder bridge. It also prevented rust because of its perfectly closed section. Welding distortion becomes little since welding process is reduced in elevated bridge and long span of the steel box girder bridge with the closed U shape trough rib. Torsional moment occurs in cross section of steel box girder badge. Resistance and shearing stress of torsion are compared and examined in steel hox girder when opened rib and closed U shape thought rib are attached at the steel deck plate respectively. The test specimen which is the closed U shape trough rib is manufactured as full scale model and carried out by static bending test and fatigue test. The stress behavior is examined on cross section of the close U shape trough rib from the static bending test and the fatigue test. The stress of closed U shape trough rib is obtained from 3 dimensional stress analysis by finite element method. The results obtained from this study are as follows: The torsion is almost burdened on the steel box girder when the opened rib and the closed U shape trough rib are attached at the box girder respectively. The torsinal resistance of closed U shape trough rib is larger than that of opened rib when opened rib and L1 shape trough rib are attached to deck plate in the steel box girder respectively. The shear lag by shearing distortion occurs not only corner of the U shape trough rib in the static bending test and the fatigue test, but also in the 3 dimensional stress analysis by the finite element method. Accordingly, it is necessary to take the counterplan fur the shear lag in case the closed U shape trough rib is used as the stiffener of hox girder.
