        경남지역 치과의원 의료폐기물 관리실태

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to prevent health problems and environmental contamination resulting from inappropriate management of dental wastes and to provide reference data for revision and supplementation of dental clinic waste management guidelines. Methods: From 640 total of dental clinics registered in 16 cities and counties in Gyeongsangnam-do, 100 (60 in Changwon (Masan, Changwon), 29 in Gimhae, and 11 in Jinju) were included in this study. From July 2010 to September 2010, investigators visited the 100 dental clinics and conducted survey interviews using a structured survey questionnaire regarding disposal methods for liquid wastes (suction pump, spittoon container waste, used liquid disinfectants, and X-ray developer), and disposal methods for solid waste (suction pump, spittoon container waste, and general medical waste). Results: All the 100 dental clinics were found to treat liquid waste from suction pumps and spittoon containers in the same manner as general waste water. Nineteen percent of the clinics treated solid waste that was not filtered through the filter of a suction pump as general waste. Fifty or more percent of the clinics treated solid waste in spittoon containers as general waste. Seventy percent of the clinics used disinfectant solution, although most of them treated used disinfectants in the same manner as general waste water. Some clinics treated used X-ray developer and X-ray fixer in the same manner as general waste water. In most of the clinics, used drapes were washed within the clinic. Conclusions: It was found that waste water and dental wastes at some dental clinics were treated in inappropriately. Thus, in conclusion, the development of guidelines regarding proper management of liquid and solid dental waste at dental clinics is required, and hygiene and environmental training for workers at dental clinics is necessary.

      • Amine group의 pK_(b)에 따른 Sulfenamide 유도체의 특성연구

        For the sulfenamide derivatives(R ₁-S-N=R₂), which consist of the identical heterocyclic group(R ₁ ; benzothiazole) and various alkyl group(R₂), the electrical propertie, and corrosion and curing rate of the sulfenamides are investigated. According to the type of substituent, the base dissociation constant(pK _(b)s ; 6.2(OBTS), 4.2(TBBS)), 4.2(TBBS and 3.7(CBTS)) of the sulfenamide derivatives are different one another. The reduction half-potentials(E _(1/2)s) of sulfenamide (-S-N= bond) are -1.84V(OBTS), -2.08V(TBBS), and -2.14V(CBTS). As the pK_ (b) values are succesively decreased, the potentials are shift to more negative value. Accordingly, the less pK_ (b) values are, the more difficult the electrochemical dissociation of the sulfenamide derivatives are. The diffusion currents(i_(d)s) are increased to 13.0㎂ (OBTS), 13.5㎂ (TBBS), and 15.0㎂ (CBTS), as the pK_(b)s of the sulfenamide derivatives are decreased. The corrosion rates are 5.95 mpy(OBTS), 10.06 mpy(TBBS), and 14.64 mpy(CBTS) , Which show that the less pk_(b) values are, the faster corrosion rates are. The curing times are decreased to 4.4 min(OBTS), 4.4 min(TBBS), and 3.7 min(CBTS), that is, the less pk_(b) values are, the faster curing rates are.

      • NR/NBR 블렌드 컴파운드의 물리적 특성

        Various mechanical properties of natural rubber/butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber (NR/NBR) blend compounds were investigated. A typical NBR having 34% of acrylonitrile was selected in the study. The NBR content in the blend was varied from 0 to 100 phr. Mooney viscosity increased linearly but stress relaxation time and green tack decreased with increasing NBR content. Tensile modulus, heat build-up and rate of crack propagation increased while strain at break, rebound and rate of wear decreased as the NBR content was increased. Tensile stress at break stayed constant up to about 60 phr of NBR and thereafter increased with increasing NBR content. Based on tan a peak, the glass transition temperature of NR and NBR were found to be -55°C and -10°C respectively. In the case of NR/NBR blend compounds, two distinct transition points were observed and each transition temperature was found to be independent of NBR level indicating an incompatible characteristics of NR/NBR blend system.

In such economic crisis, the Conservative Party won the general election and Margaret Thatcher, the party head, asserted neo-conservatism and economic liberalism, strengthening her own ideology. In this era of rapid change, the arts had to adopt to the rules of market while existing donation programs were either missed or thoroughly reformed. Art and history museums showed more and more market characteristics, because of their dependence on donation from companies. Fu11-time artists also introduced unconventional and innovative theme and material to their artworks to adopt to the market trend at that time. “yBa" could be a very suitable example among those. Those new trend artists built their own style of expression, of never found among conventional artists, and this identity was worth of global attention. Their art represented u.K., and contributed British art to become the center of the world. u.K. society has admitted culture diversities and had social atmosphere respecting minor groups. Her art scenes shows various art genres because she has culture respecting artist' s characteristics regardless of race, sex, age, and social class. Graffiti art has made unique manners in many u.K. cities along with Hip-hop culture since 1980’ s. Graffiti art, which was regarded as symbol of the slum, has changed its meaning into social criticism and resistance, being cheered by young artists. Banksy(Robert Banks) is definitely the top among graffiti artists. He is also renowned with his odd behavior, while unrevealing his appearance and identity. As his popularity increasing, People can easily hear the news that banksy sold his works to celebrities in high costs. Attention for Graffiti art is increasing as Banksy and his works are famous. This master' s thesis covered messages of his art works like vested rights, consumerism, and anti-war. This will be helpful to analyze value of his works as well as understand their popular characteristics. He mostly worked on criticism against mainstream of the society, and they appear as police, military, and politicians. 1n his artworks, they appear to be during an illegal activity that cannot be admitted in the society. Banksy criticizes their duplex acts through his expression. Banksy brings up a question regarding the meaning of consumption in the current society. It is true that people are exposed to tremendous advertisement in this society, and this leads to meaningless consumption while attracted to ad. Banksy cri디cizes media that implants biased thinking to people and tries to persuade people to be free from it, and moreover to examine themselves through his artworks. Media, represented with television, shall be rejected from the current society in that it is the main culprit of making people dim• witted on criticism against consumption. Also, he symbolizes people’s thoughtless consumption with a shopping cart, which needs to be deprived of along with television. War is a repeating theme in Banksy’s artworks and he criticizes its uselessness. His art works, especially, can be seen in pickets for anti-war movements in u.K. He did not limited his stage to u.K. and also visited Palestine. He drew on the Wall of Separation with his wish for peace. His works do not criticizes war, but give comfort to those who live among the war. This way, Banksy wanted to share the responsibility for war with everγone , and hopes for salvation of mankind from war through his art works.         갯벌 미생물 유래 단백질 분해 효소제의 급여가 산란계의 산란 생산성, 영양소 소화율 및 혈청내 총 단백질 함량에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 산란계 사료내 갯벌 미생물 유래 단백질 분해 효소제를 첨가하였을 때 계란 품질, 영양소 소화율 및 혈청 내 총 단백질 함량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 사양 시험은 29주령 ISA brown 갈색계 252수를 공시하였고, 사양 시험은 8주간 실시하였다. 옥수수-대두박 위주의 기초 사료구(CON; basal diet), 단백질 분해 효소제 0.05, 0.10% 첨가구(PRO1; PRO2)로 처리구당 7반복, 반복당 12수씩 완전임의 배치하였다. 전체 사양 시험 기간 동안, 산란율은 처리구간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 난황고의 변화량은 PRO1 처리구가 CON 처리구와 비교하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 난중의 변화량은 PRO2 처리구가 CON과 PRO1 처리구와 비교하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 난각 품질, 난황색, haugh unit 및 난황 계수에서는 처리구간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 건물 소화율에서는 CON과 PRO2 처리구가 PRO1 처리구와 비교하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났고(P<0.05), 질소 소화율에서는 PRO2 처리구가 CON 처리구와 비교하여 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 혈청내 총 단백질 함량에서는 처리구간에 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다(P>0.05). 결론적으로, 산란계 사료내 갯벌 미생물 유래 단백질 분해 효소제의 첨가는 난황고, 난중 및 영양소 소화율을 개선시켰다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of coastal mud-flat bacteria origin protease supplementation on laying performance, nutrient digestibility and total protein concentration of serum in laying hens. A total of 252 laying hens were randomly allocated into three treatments with seven replications for eight weeks. Dietary treatments included 1) CON (basal diet), 2) PRO1 (basal diet + 0.05% protease) and 3) PRO2 (basal diet + 0.1% protease). During the entire experimental period, hen-day egg production was not affected by treatments (P>0.05). Difference of yolk height was increased in PRO1 treatment compared with CON treatment (P<0.05). Difference of egg weight was increased in PRO2 treatment compared with CON and PRO1 treatments (P<0.05). Shell quality, yolk color unit, haugh unit and egg yolk index were not affected by treatments (P>0.05). DM digestibility was improved in CON and PRO2 treatments compared with PRO1 treatment (P<0.05). N digestibility was improved in PRO2 treatment compared with CON treatment (P<0.05). Total protein concentration in serum were not affected by treatments (P>0.05). In conclusion, mud flat bacteria origin protease was effective for improving egg weight, yolk height and nutrient digestibility in laying hens.

        한국인의 문화적 자기관과 감정표현불능증의 관계: 세대에 의해 조절된 정서표현양가성 및 정서억제 연속매개과정 모형

        The traditional Korean society has been classified as an Eastern collectivist culture, but in the flow of globalization and digitalization along with the post-Cold War era of the 1970s, Western individualistic culture and values quickly permeated the Korean younger generation. Since rapid changes occurred within a short period of time, there may be differences in cultural self-construal between generations living in the same era. Due to this, psychological problems related to emotional expression and suppression may appear differently depending on generations. Therefore, in the current study, 1,000 Korean adult men and women from their 20s to 60s were investigated for their level of independent and interdependent self-construal, alexithymia, ambivalence over emotional expression(AEE) and emotional suppression(ES). Then the relationship between the variables(self-construal and alexithymia,) and the mediating process of AEE and ES were examined. The generation of participants were divided into the industrialization cohort (birth year < 1970) and the digitalization cohort (birth year starting from 1970). Using the PROCESS macro(Hayes, 2022), we tested a serial mediation model of AEE and ES between the relative independent self-construal(RIS) and alexithymia. The results indicate that the level of alexithymia increases by the serial increase of AEE and ES when RIS decreases. Next, we examined a moderation effect of generatione on the mediation process of AEE and ES, and found that generation moderates the relationship between ES and alexithymia. That is, the effect of ES on alexithymia is significant for the digitalization cohort, while it is not significant for the industrialization cohort. The current results imply that emotion regulation strategies of Koreans have been differently developed according to prevailing cultural values in each generation, and that the negative influence of emotion suppression could be different according to the cultural background of each generation.

      • 천연고무의 가교밀도 측정법 비교연구

        천연고무의 가교밀도 측정법을 일정한 반응온도에서 반응시간를 변화시키면서 8가지의 방법을 이용하여 연구하였다. 팽윤법은 극대 가교밀도를 나타내는 반응시간과 과가황에 의한 반전(reversion)을 보여주므로 적정 반응시간을 결정하는 데는 효과적이지만 이를위하여 시간이 많이 소요되는 단점이 있다. 유변학적인 방법은 팽윤법과 동일한 적정 반응시간을 보이고, 팽윤법 보다 짧은 시간에 적정 반응시간을 결정할 수 있지만 과가황에의한 반전은 보여주지 않는 단점이 있다. 반발탄성, 인장강도, 300% 모듈러스, 압축변형, 경도및 신율은 요구 물성을 설계하는 데는 효과적이지만 적정 반응시간을 설정하는 데는 적절하지 않음을 보여준다. Cross-linking density of natural rubber was studied as a function of cure time at isothermal cure temperature. Swelling method was effective in determining optimum cure time because it showed optimum cure time for maximum cross-linking density and, the reversion caused by over-cure. But it took too much time. Rheology method showed the same optimum cure time as like the swelling method, and it took shorter time to determine the time. But it did not show the reversion. Rebound, Tensile strenght, 300% modulus, compression set, hardness, elongation test were effective in designing the needed physlcal properties, but they were not adequate in determining the optimum cure time.
