      • 대학PR과 이미지에 대한 탐색적 분석 : 동신대학교 사례연구

        본 연구는 대학의 PR과 이미지의 관계를 동신대학교의 사례로 살펴보고, 향후 PR활동의 기초로서 대학의 이미지를 탐색적으로 고찰하였다. 즉, 지역의 실무종사자들을 대상으로 동신대의 이미지를 분석하고, 동신대의 이미지와 선호도, 추천의도의 관계를 알아본 후, 동신대의 이미지, 선호도 및 추천의도와 동신대 졸업생에 대한 인식의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구결과, 동신대학교 이미지는 '발전성', '신뢰성', '지역성' 요인이 추출되었다. 이들 중 발전성과 지역성은 선호도에 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 신뢰성은 선호도에 영향을 미치고 있지 않았다. 또한 발전성은 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으나, 신뢰성과 지역성은 유의하지 않았다. 동신대학교 졸업생에 대한 인식은 '조직적응성', '성실패기성', '전문창의성'의 3개 요인이 추출되었는데, 응답자들이 조직적응성을 높게 인식한 반면, 전문창의성은 매우 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 PR전략에 있어서 지역적 성격보다는 미래지향적이고 전문적인 이미지를 심을 필요가 있고, 무엇보다 긍정적인 방향에서의 인지도 제고가 시급하며 입학과 관련해서는 전문창의성을 강조하는 것이 더 효과적이라는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the relationship between public relations and image of university through the case of Dongshin university as the base of public relations activity, Empirical data were collected from 79 respondents(they are practitioners of local companies around GwangJu) through the survey. The major findings of the study show three factors of image about Dongshin university: 'development', 'credibility', 'locality'. Two factors of image, 'development' and 'locality', have influence on university preference but 'credibility' has not influence on it. Additionally, 'development' factor has influence on recommend intention to university but 'credibility' and 'locality' have not significant to it. The perception of Dongshin university graduates presented three factors of 'adaptability to group', 'vigor-sincerity', 'professional-originality'. The respondents recognized higher mean value of factor 'adaptability to group' than mean value of 'vigor-sincerity' and 'professional-originality'. But, mean value of 'professional-originality' factor is lowest among these factors. The study shows that future-oriented and specialized image is very important in strategies of public relations for Dongshin university. And, most of all, it is needed that positive awareness about Dongshin university in the local society.

      • 동신대학교 캠퍼스 시설배치의 성장과 전개

        There are many college in born and university in rapid extention in a short time, after 1980s, in Korea, and the structure of the school and department should be lack in the goal of ideal environment as a campus. The campus of the new college to be accomplished by incremental process, in special, have an undefined goal of the structure and character of the school, and it is difficult to escape from the uncertainity of the structure, and cause a missing goal of campus planning and decision-making. In order to trace the undefined process, this article are analyses the campus planning and the construction process of Dongshin University in Naju city, as a case study, its result can be used to get final campus environment. In this article, we can see the process and decision-making by incremental planning and building, and a proposal for remaking of Dongshin University master planning are supplemented.

      • 학부개편에 부응한 동신대학교 교육시설의 평가와 재구성 배치 연구

        In recent, many university in Korea are confront with changing shift from department system to school one. This change can be a recomposition motives of educational fercilities in a university, because its change is a software of education. The change from the department to school system initiate lecture type and student number in a lecture and laboratory education and research, and can be a big motive to recomposition of educational fercilities. In this article, it discussed in case of Dongshin University, and extension of lecture room, laboratory typology, growth of campus according to new structure of the university in terms of the school system, This case study is very useful to optimise space in a university, and it can be apply to another university depend on the situation.

      • 코로나19로 인한 대학생의 대학생활적응과 산림치유 프로그램을 통한 심리적 효과검증

        The purpose of this study was to confirm the emotional changes of University students due to COVID-19 and to verify the psychological stability effect of University students through forest healing programs. In May 2023, a forest healing program was conducted for 27 University students aged 18 to 24 and data was collected through a group survey. The stress scale (PPS), University life adaptation test (SACQ), and mood condition test paper (K-POMS-B) were used for data analysis, and technical statistics, frequency analysis, and Wilcoxson sign ranking verification (Wilcoxo signedrankst) were used using the SPSSWIN 27.0 program. As a result, the higher the grade, the higher the stress against COVID-19, and the lower the adaptation to University life. In particular, in terms of college life adaptation, differences in individual-emotional adaptation were remarkable, and differences between first and fourth graders were high. The psychological changes before and after participation in the forest healing program were found to be significant in tension, depression, anger, vitality, fatigue, and confusion. Students' low adaptation to University life, whose University days were intertwined with the COVID-19 era, has been confirmed, and the need for emotional support for University students who are about to enter society is considered.

      • 大學 캠퍼스의 社會的 意味에 따른 類型分析

        The intent of this study is to investigate the history and typology of campus from a particular point of view-the relationship of campus to its context. As a logical ground for this study, the ideal roles of a modern university are defined, which include the social role. Five types of campuses from various periods and their formal implications are identified, stressing the degree of interaction the campus had with the outside world. This analytic approach is to understand the underlying ideas of a campus layout and the trends of its development. It also enables us to discover new dimensions of campus planning and design, that may be highly relevant to the recent and future needs of the campus planning process.

      • 대학생의 감정표현 불능증과 신체화 증상의 관계: 긍정 정서와 부정 정서의 매개효과

        본 연구는 대학생의 감정표현 불능증이 신체화 증상에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이 과정에서 긍정 정서와 부정 정서의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 전국의 대학생 495명(남학생 158명, 여학생 337명)을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 조사 도구로는 한국판 감정표현 불능증 척도(TAS-20), 간이정신진단검사(SCL-90-R), 정적정서 부적정서 척도(PANAS)를 사용하였다. 상관분석을 통해 감정표현 불능증과 신체화 증상, 긍정 정서 및 부정 정서 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 병렬 다중매개모형을 활용하여 감정표현 불능증과 신체화 증상의 관계에서 긍정 정서와 부정 정서의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 상관분석 결과, 감정표현 불능증과 신체화 증상은 부정 정서와 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 긍정 정서와는 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 병렬 다중매개모형 분석 결과, 감정표현 불능증은 신체화 증상에 직접적으로 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 부정 정서를 매개로 신체화 증상에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 감정표현 불능증과 신체화 증상의 관계에서 긍정 정서의 매개효과는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 감정표현 불능증으로 인해 부정적인 정서를 더 많이 경험하게 되고, 그로 인해 신체화 증상이 심해질 수 있음을 보여준다. 대학생의 신체화 증상을 줄이기 위한 심리적 개입에서는 감정을 인식하고 표현하는 능력을 길러주는 것이 중요하며, 긍정적인 정서를 증가시키는 것보다는 부정적인 정서를 줄이거나 효과적으로 조절하도록 도와줄 필요가 있다. This study aimed to examine the impact of alexithymia on somatization symptoms and to verify the mediating effects of positive and negative emotion in this process. An online survey was conducted with 495 college students (158 male and 337 female) across the country, and the survey tools were the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20), the Symptom Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R), and the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS). Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among alexithymia, somatization symptoms, positive emotions. The mediating effects of positive and negative emotions on the relationship between alexithymia and somatization symptoms were verified using a parallel multiple mediation model. The correlation analysis revealed that alexithymia and somatization symptoms were significantly positively correlated with negative emotions and significantly negatively correlated with positive emotions. The results of the parallel multiple mediation model showed that alexithymia had a significant positive direct effect on somatization symptoms, as well as a significant indirect effect mediated by negative emotions. The mediating effect of positive emotions in the relationship between alexithymia and somatization symptoms was not significant. These findings showed that alexithymia leads to increased experiences of negative emotions, which in turn may exacerbate somatization symptoms. In psychological interventions to reduce somatization symptoms in undergraduate students, it is important to improve the ability to recognize and express emotions and to help reduce or effectively regulate negative emotions rather than increase positive emotions.

      • 대인ㆍ대내인간 통합적 의사소통 프로그램 개발

        연구는 대인, 대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 선행연구와 임상경험을 토대로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 구성된 프로그램의 효과는 동신대학교 남·여 대학생 30명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분한 후, 총 24시간(6X4)의 프로그램을 실시하여 사전-사후간의 차이를 비교, 검증하였다. 측정도구는 문제해결에 대한 자기평가검사와 자아존중감검사를 사용하였는데, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인간·대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 지각된 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 유의수준 .001에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 유의수준 .001에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 대인간·대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램은 문제해결능력과 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있다고 할 수 있다. This study has a goal to develop of the Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program. The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program based on preceding research and clinical experience was developed. The subject of this study were 30 Dongsin university students. They divided into experimental group and control group, and then experienced 24 hours program. to examine the effects of Measurement instruments were Problem Solving Inventory and Self-Esteem Inventory. The results are as follow: 1) The results of The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program at a problem solving ability is revealed on significant difference(p<.001). 2) The results of The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program at increasing of self-esteem is revealed on significant difference(p<.001). For that reason The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program is effective to problem solving ability and increasing of self-esteem.

      • 남녀 대학생들의 흡연에 관한 조사 연구

        This survey was carried out to lead the college students to understanding the harmfulness and unhealthiness of smoking. For this 394 college students(201 boys and 194 girls) at D University were asked about their smoking, and the results are as follows : 1. 57.8% of the 201 boys and 4.7% of the 191 girls were somokers. Boys are at absolutely high smoking rate compared to girls. 2. The students in natural science showed higher percentage of smoking(81.8%) than those in other study area. The students who has no religion showed higher smoking rate(67.1%) than those who has religion. And urban students showed higher rate (72.3%) than rural ones. 3. In relation to their parent's job, the students whose parent have no hob showed higher smoking rate(78.9%) and those whose parent are smokers showed higher percentage of smoking (77.4%). 4. 46.7% of the smoking students began to smoke just before or after their entrance to college, 32.8% of them answered that their first motive of smoking was just their curiousity for smoking, and 29.2% of them smoke more than 10 pieces of cigarette a day. 5. 65% of the students answered they smoke wherever they want, 20.7% said they surely feel better after smoking, and 42% said they inhale smoke when they smoke. 6. Only 69.1% among the smokers thought that nicotine, tar, and carbon monxide in cigarettes are harmful to health. 7. The fact that smoking is harmful to health has believed on 72.7% among the smokers only. 8. 43.4% of the smokers thought that smoking has in influence on their human relationship.

      • 인사제도에 있어서의 절차공정성에 관한 연구

        Super enterprises are extending in unlimited competition times of globalization caused by W.T.O. emerging. In domestic conditions, our society is suffering from structure reorganization of enterprises under International Monetary Fund bailout program. We should get the clearness of the agreement of the three parts (workers, employers, government). In this study, employees' perception of justice criteria, employees' job satisfaction and employees' commitment degrees are investigated. So the employees' job satisfaction and employees' commitment degrees will be cleared and according to social balance, family satisfaction, and acceptance attitude in these procedures, we will see what kind of differences they demonstrate. We can summarize the results of the empirical analysis of this study as following ; First, the procedural justice is important to acquire justice as a method resulted from the improvement of our social injustice complying with the introduction of new personnel system and extended practice. Second, we absolutely get rid of decision makers' prejudice in personnel policy and external pressure and support to manage them fairly. Third, job satisfaction and employees' commitment are increasingly affected by the employees' perception of justice in evaluating their effort, performance, and ability by their enterprises. As a result of this research, this study is to be more useful to introduce effective personnel system within an enterprise. Further research should investigate system and promotion of wages.

      • 洪水流出 豫測을 위한 流達時間 算定

        This research had analyzed by the comparative method time of flood concentration, an empirical formula. Many model applied to flood forecast warning system and estimate flood discharge for flood discharge prediction, were developed and presented for calculate method of flood runoff. These are rejected from practical in spite of rationally good method. Taking these point into account, Kerbys'empirical formula has the greatest result when S = H/L = 0.333 (dimensi-onless) is applied to the empirical formula, like Kirpich, Rziha, Kerb formula. applying empirical formula presented on river facilities criteria, design criteria to estimating time of concentration, research must take a more catious attitude, and it may be improved by developing time of concentration estimating formula.
