        의과 대학생의 심리적 특성과 학업 성취도와의 관계

        연구목적 : 의과대학생들의 심리적 특성을 조사하여 이러한 특성과 학업 성취도와의 관계를 알아보고, 더 나아가 그들의 학업 성취도를 예견할 수 있는 요인을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 의과대학 의학과 1, 2, 3학년에 재학중인 학생 489명을 대상으로, 이전 유급 횟수, 여러 가지 심리적 특성들을 자기 보고형 설문지로 조사하였고, 이를 학기말 성적과 비교, 의과 대학생의 심리적 특성과 학업 성취도의 관계를 조사하였다. 결 과 : 1) 유급 경험자는 34.3%, 편입 경험자는 6.7%였다. 유급 경험 횟수는 1회부터 6회까지였다. 2) 이전 유급 경험은, 성적(G.P.A), 수행 불안, 자기 효능감과 각각 유의한 부적 상관을 나타낸 반면에, 시험 불안과는 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 이전 유급 경험은, 우울, 자기 불일치, 상태 불안등과 유의한 상관을 보이지 않았다. 3) 학업 성취도는 성별 및 자기 효능감 양자 모두와 각각 유의한 정적 상관을 나타낸 데 비해, 우울, 자기 불일치, 시험 불안, 상태 불안등과는 유의한 부적인 상관을 보였다. 4) 나이, 성, 편입경험, 유급, 우울, 자기불일치, 시험 불안, 상태 불안, 수행불안, 자기 효능감 등은 학업 성취도의 10.86%를 설명하였다. Objective : Several psychological characteristics of medical students were investigated, the relationship between these characteristics and academic achievement was identified, and futhermore some significant predictors of their academic achievement were explored. Method : Subjects were a total of 489 medical students, 1st, 2nd, 3rd year in Chosun university as of in 1998. We administered self-report questionnaires including age, sex, grade failure, and transfer experience. And Beck Depression Inventory, Achievement Self-Discrepancy Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory(state), Test Anxiety Scale, and the Inventory of Performance Anxiety were handed out to them on April 1998. After the semester, we examined the academic achievement according to grade point average. Person's correlations were calculated to explore the relationships between grade failure and other psychological variables, as well as the relationships between academic achievement and other psychological variables. The amount that academic achievement was explained by the psychological variables was obtained using multiple regression analysis. Result : 1) In 489 students, grade failure was 168(34.3%), non-failure was 321(65.7%), and transfer was 33(6.7%). 2) While G.P.A., performance anxiety, and self-efficacy, respectively, were negatively correlated with the failure, test anxiety was positively correlated with the grade failure. There were no statistically significant correlations between grade failure and depression, self-discrepancy, or state anxiety. 3) Academic achievement was positively correlated with both gender and self-efficacy, whereas it was negatively correlated with depression, self-discrepancy, test anxiety, and state anxiety, respectively. Female students were better than males in academic achievement. 4) The amount that age, gender, grade failure, transfer, depression, self-discrepancy, test anxiety, state anxiety, performance anxiety, and self-efficacy accounted for academic achievement was 10.86% totally. Conclusion : Gender, grade failure, and depression in medical students affected their academic achievement significantly.

        정신건강의학과 치료 과거력이 없는 외상후 스트레스 장애 환자에서 나이와 손상 심각도가 중증 불안에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is classified as an anxiety disorder. PTSD occurrence is known to be increased in middle-aged and older people, female, and individuals with a previous history of psychiatric disorders, lower education levels, low socioeconomic status, and severely injured patients. Anxiety symptoms are also related to later development of PTSD. In this study, we investigate the influences of injury severity and sociodemographic factors on severe anxiety in PTSD patients with no previous history of psychiatric disorders. Methods : Forty-one PTSD patients without previous history of psychiatric disorders were recruited from the psychiatric clinic at Chosun University Hospital. Subjects underwent psychiatric and physical examinations including the Injury Severity Score (ISS), Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), and Korean-Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (K-WAIS). We defined severe anxiety as a BAI scores of 30 or more. Logistic regression analyses and multi-step model selection were applied to identify predictive factors for severe anxiety. Results : In univariate analysis, age, ISS, and socioeconomic status were found to be significant factors. Through multivariate logistic regression analyses and a stepwise model selection, we found the combination of age and ISS to be the best-fitted model for affecting severe anxiety in PTSD patients without a previous history of psychiatric disorders. Conclusion : Our findings suggest that the combination of age and ISS could develop severe anxiety in PTSD patients with no previous history of psychiatric disorders.

        전월세시장 구조변화 분석에 관한 연구

        국가적으로 전세난이 심화되어 사회문제로 대두되어 본 연구는 우리나라 주택 전월세 시장 구조변화와 정부의 정책에 대해, 임차인, 임대인, 공인중개인 등 시장참여자 의견을 분석하고자 한다. 전월세 시장 특성 분석을 위해 지역 및 거주 유형별로 약 2,000여명의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 임차인, 임대인의 의식변화와 차이를 진단하였고, 임대인, 임차인, 전문가 대상의 조사를 통해 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 주택 전세시장 및 주거 안정화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 기대효과로는 정책 수요자 및 공급자, 중개인에 대한 의겸 수렴과 반영을 통해 정책에 대한 신뢰도 및 효용도를 제고할 수 있고, 전월세 시장의 주거 안정화를 위한 정책 제안을 할 수 있다. This paper analyzes characteristics and changing phenomenon of Chonsei & monthly rental real estate market based on a survey of participants. The frequency analysis, mean analysis, and cross-table analysis was utilized for this study, and a survey for 2,000 rental market participants was accomplished. The survey result of tenants and land-owners regarding the Chonsei market stability indicates the expansion of public housing supply is needed together with lowering of mortgage related restrictions. The major conclusions include that the expansion of public housing and rental supports for low-income families are needed, due to the population structural change and an aging society. In addition, survey result suggests the tenants require the expansion of public housing supply for the residence stability.

        주택 전월세시장 패러다임변화와 정책 제언

        전세수급 불균형 및 그에 따른 전세가격 상승, 임대인의 월세 선호로 전세 비중이 줄고 보증부 월세 비중이 급격히 늘어나는 등 주택 임대차시장 패러다임의 일대 변화가 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 2014년 12월 임차인(일반임차인, LH임대주택 임차인), 임대인, 공인중개인 등 시장참가자를 지역, 거주 유형별로 1,150여 명의 설문조사 결과를 시행하였다. 설문조사 분석결과 시장참여자 모두 전세에서 월세로의 구조변화가 더욱 심화될 것으로 전망했으며 전세가격 상승 이유는 임차인, 임대인, 중개인 모두 집주인의 월세 선호와 전세물량 부족을 응답하였다. 주거안정 및 전세가격 안정을 위한 대책으로는 임차인, 임대인, 중개인 모두 공공임대주택 공급 확대를 최우선으로 꼽았으며, 이 외에 민간임대주택 활성화, 전세금 대출제도 확대, 임대료 보조지원 등을 지목하였다. 고소득층의 전월세시장에 대해 공공이 지나친 개입하기 보다는 시장의 자율성에 맡기는 것이 바람직하며 저소득층에 대해서는 시장원리에 맡기기보다는 장기공공임대주택의 공급확대를 통하여 중장기적으로 전월세 시장을 안정을 기하는 방안이 요구된다. Recently, there has been changing the housing rental market paradigm structure which has been increased the ratios of partly monthly rental ratios, because of increasing chonsei's price, the preference of monthly rental and the rack of chonsei's supply amount. This study had done a survey of 1,400 people for private and public rental residents by region and housing types during Dec. 2014. According to the result of survey, Market participant prospect strongly to change chonsei to monthly rental market structure and the reason of rising of chonsei's price is the preference of householder's monthly rental because of decreasing interest rate and the rack of chonsei's supply amount. The housing policy's proposal of the stability of low income class's housing and jense's price strongly recommended the expansion of public rental housing supply and the activation of private rental housing, the expansion of chonsei loan, housing boucher etx. The rental market policy for high income class have desired to market autonomy than public side's intervention, on the other hands, the rental market policy for low income class have strongly need to the public side's intervention such as the contiuneous long-term rental housing supply.

        주택 전월세시장 구조변화와 대응

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVE This paper analyzes current structural changing phenomenon of Chonsei & monthly rental real estate market. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The t-test, durbin-watson verification, and multiple regression analysis was utilized for this study, and a survey for 2,000 rental market participants was accomplished. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The empirical analysis suggests the decisive factor of the Chonsei market is the housing price variation. The survey result of tenants and land-owners regarding the Chonsei market stability indicates the expansion of public housing supply is needed together with lowering of mortgage related restrictions. 2. RESULTS The major conclusions include that the expansion of public housing and rental supports for low-income families are needed, due to the population structural change and an aging society. In addition, housing price variation which is the decisive factor of the Chonsei market and the survey result suggests the tenants require the expansion of public housing supply for the residence stability.

      • 외상후 정신과적 장애와 뇌척수액이 Catecholamine 농도 측정에 대한 연구

        Cerebrospinal catecholamine metabolites from 23 post - traumatic psychiatric patients and 6 control subjects were assayed with high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical detection. The subjects are 12 patients with organic delusional syndrome, 4 patients with organic affective syndrome, 4 patients with organic personality disorder, 1 patient with organic amnestic syndrome and 2 patients with post - traumatic stress disorder. At the date of sampling after 2 weeks of drug withdrawal, the patients' psychiatric symptoms were evaluated and measured with a few psychiatric rating scales including Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS). CSF sample was taken between 8 and 9 o' clock in the morning and stored at -70℃ until assay. The author hoped to find out relation between each of the catecholamine metabolites and specific psychiatric symptom(s) noted in patients group after head injury. Because psychiatric symptoms in these patients can be the prototype of a specific psychopathology of the other psychiatric illness. The results are as below. 1) Mean CSF level of HVA, and DOPAC was 39.43ng / ㎖, 169.76ng / ㎖ and 5.97ng / ㎖ respectively. The MHPG level higher than that of normal control significantly (P<0.001). 2) GAS score which can represent the severity of general psychiatric symptoms did not tell any difference in the level of CSF catecholamine metabolites. 3) The HVA level was increased in patients with the symptom of emotional withdrawal, conceptual disorganization mannerism and depressive mood, motor retardation, unusual thought content, blunted affect, disorientation. The patient with the symptom either of hypochondriasis or tension showed significantly lower HVA level. 4) The MHPG level was increased in all patients except either with hostility, or blunted affect, disorientation. 5) The patients with the symptom of either suicide idea or insomnia showed no difference in metabolite level. 6) The patients who had thought disorder showed increased level of HVA(P<0.05) and MHPG compared to the patients with affective symptom. All above findings were discussed with literature review and implication of clinical purpose and future research was considered.
