성장촉진용 항생제(Avoparcin, Nosiheptide, Enramycin)가 육계의 생산성에 미치는 영향

In order to study performance enhancing effects of supplementary antibiotics (avoparcin, nosiheptide and enramycin), two feeding trials were conducted. In Experiment 1, 1, 040 male Arbor Acres were reared in floor pens for 6 wk. Chicks were assigned to one of the following four treatments: Basal diet(B), B+avoparcin 10 ppm, B+nosiheptide 2.5 ppm and B+enramycin 5 ppm. Each treatment had five replications of 52 chicks each. In Experiment 2, two antibiotics (avoparcin and enramycin) were compared in $2{\times}2$ (antibiotics$\times$sex) factorial design. One thousand broiler chicks were reared in floor pens for 6 wk. Each of the 4 treatments had five replications of 50 chicks each. The results of Experiment 1 showed that antibiotic treatments (enramycin, avoparcin and nosiheptide) significantly(P <0.05) improved weight gain. Feed/gain ratio of avoparcin treatment and enramycin treatment tended to he lower than the control but they were not statistically significant. Dressing percentages were high in avoparcin and enramycin treatments compared to the control and nosiheptide treatment. The number of E. coli and Cl. perfringens in ileum and cecal contents were decreased by antibiotic treatments. Moisture contents in excreta of the birds were not significantly affected by the treatments. Leg abnormality and mortality were not significaniy different among treatments. In Experiment 2, weight gain was significantly (P<0.01) different between sexes, but not between antibiotic treatments. Significant effects of antibiotics (P<0.01), sex (P<0.01) and interaction (P<0.05) were shown in feed in take. Feed/gain ratio of avoparcin treatment was significantly (P<0.01) lower than that of enramycin treatment. leg abnormality and mortality were not significantly different among treatments but those in male broiler tended to be higher than in female broilers. It was concluded that nonsystemic antibiotics supplemented to the broiler diets suppress undesirable microorganisms and improve broiler performace in general and avoparcin was most effective in improving feed/gain ratio.
탄소섬유시트와 비좌굴 가새를 이용한 저층 필로티 구조물의 보-기둥 연결부의 횡방향 보강효과에 관한 실험적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 일정 축하중과 반복횡하중 하에서 탄소섬유시트와 비좌굴 가새로 보강된 보-기둥 시험체의 횡방향 거동 평가를 통하여 사용된 보강 방법의 구조적 성능을 검증하는 것이다. 세 개의 시험체를 비보강, 탄소섬유보강, 탄소섬유와 비좌굴 가새 보강 방법을 각각 적용하여 제작하였다. 변위에 따른 최대, 최소하중은 하중-변위 관계를 분석함으로써 평가되어지며, 하중과 강성의 관계는 비교구간의 유효강성 분석에 의해 평가된다. 실험의 수행 결과, 보강을 하지 않은 시험체에 비하여 보강을 적용한 시험체는 최대허용하중과 유효강성, 철근 항복 시 재하 횡하중, 변위연성비 등에서 상대적으로 우수한 성능을 보였다. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the structural capacities of beam-column specimens retrofitted with CFRP sheet and BRB (Buckling-Restrained Brace) under sustained axial and cyclic lateral loads. Three specimens were made using different retrofitting methods : non-retrofitted, retrofitted with CFRP sheets only, and retrofitted with both CFRP sheet and BRB systems. Lateral load resistant capacities were evaluated based on the load-displacement relations. From the results, the maximum lateral forces of the FRP sheet retrofitted and both the FRP and BRB retrofitted specimens showed approximately 34% and 138% improvement, respectively, compared with the non-retrofitted specimen.

The purpose of this study aims to examine flexural behavior of beam-column specimen retrofitted by CFRP sheet and BRE (Buckling-Restrained Brace) under constant axial and cyclic lateral loads. Three specimens were made with different retrofitting methods: CFRP sheets only and CFRP sheet and BRB systems. Load and displacement capacity was evaluated by comparing load-displacement relations. Lateral load resistant capacities were estimated in terms of the effective stiffness.
나노 금속잉크의 미세 액적 토출을 이용한 마이크로 패터닝

Inkjet printing is a non-contact and direct writing associated with a computer. In the industrial field, there have been many efforts to utilize the inkjet printing as a new way of manufacturing, especially for electronic devices. For the application of inkjet printing to electronic field, one of the key factors is exact realization of designed images into printed patterns. In this work, micro patterning for conducting line has been studied using the piezoelectric print head and silver nano ink. Dimensions of printed images have been predicted in terms of print resolution and diameter of a single dot. The predicted and the measured values showed consistent results. Using the results, the design capability for industrial inkjet printing could be achieved.
Polycarbonate/Metal Salt 막의 산소분리특성에 미치는 비용매와 금속염 농도의 영향

Polycarbonate(PC) membranes for oxygen enrichment from air were prepared by the wet phase inversion method. In order to improve oxygen separation performances of the PC membrane, the effect of the added ethanol(nonsolvent) and CuCl₂(metal salt) concentration in the casting solution on morphology, oxygen permeability ami O₂/N₂ separation factor of the membrane was studied. In addition, tensile strength and elongation at break of the membrane were investigated. An asymmetric membrane with a dense top layer and a porous sublayer was obtained. The thickness of the dense top layer decreased with increasing amount of nonsolvent additive. Compared with pure PC membrane without additive(metal salt), the oxygen permeability and O₂/N₂ separation factor of the PC/CuCl₂ membrane arc significantly improved. The oxygen permeability and O₂/N₂ separation factor is 5.25×10??㎤(STP)·㎝/㎠·sec·㎝Hg and 4.5, respectively. This improvement might be due to good interaction between metal salt and oxygen.<br/> <br/>

In the literatural study on the Bi-Suk, the following result were obtained. 1. The main component of Bi-Suk is As₂O₃. As sublimated in high temperature, Bi-Suk is purified easily and we call the sublimate Bi-sang. The climate of Bi-Suk is warm or hot, toxicant, and the flavor is bitter, and sour. 2. The Efficancy of Bi-Suk is removing the cold expectoration and slough, treatment malaria. 3. Parmacologically, Bi-Suk has toxic effect to plasma, paralyze or enlarge the capillary, and necrotize the epithelial tissue. Recently Bi-Suk is used to treat tuberculosis, chronic bronchitis, dermatopathy. But in the process of treatment it has toxic effect. Bi-Suk is operative in treating cervical cancer, breast cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, esophageal cancer, rectal cancer, and cystic cancer. 4. The side effect of Bi-Suk is diarrhea, hematuria, dizziness, headache, syncope, coma, tremor, weakness, and somtimes lethal. To detoxicate the arseniasis we can apply cold water or Gam-Cho(甘草) water and spur at Dae-Jand-Soo(大腸兪), So-Jang-Soo(小腸兪), Chun-Choo(天樞), Ki-Hae(氣海), Kwan-Won(關元), Jok-Sam-Li(足三里), and irrigate stomach, and apply fluid. 5. To eliminate Bi-Suk we can use some herb that has detoxicating effact such as Gam-Cho(甘草), Nok-Doo(綠豆), and must use fire.
잉크젯 인쇄 기술을 이용한 인쇄회로기판용 나노구리배선 개발

Study that form micro pattern by direct ink jet printing method is getting attention recently. Direct ink jet printing spout fine droplet including nano metal particle by force or air pressure. There is reason which ink jet printing method is profitable especially in a various micro-patterning technology. It can embody patterns directly without complex process such as mask manufacture or screen-printing for existent lithography. In this study, research of a technology that ejects fine droplet form of Pico liter and forms metal micro pattern was carried with inkjet head of piezoelectricity drive system. Droplet established pattern while ejecting consecutively and move on the surface at the fixed speed. Patterns formed in ink are mixed with organic solvent and polymer that act as binder. So added thermal hardening process after evaporate organic solvent at isothermal after printing. I executed high frequency special quality estimation of CPW transmission line to confirm electrical property of manufactured circuit board. We tried a large area printing to confirm application possibility of an ink jet technology.
