Yating Zhang,Thi Minh Hoang Do,Yancai Hu 국제이네비해양경제학회 2021 International Journal of e-Navigation and Maritime Vol.16 No.1
This paper seeks to enable the port of Shandong Peninsula to better handle the relationship between competition and cooperation and thus achieve common development. Based on an analysis of the current development of Shandong Peninsula ports, the paper proposes a port competition and cooperation strategy based on a Bertrand game. According to the game model, an income matrix of Qingdao Port and Rizhao Port, Yantai Port and Weihai Port is established and an analysis the income of each port under different strategic combinations is conducted to determine the strategy that is most conducive to the development of the ports. At the same time, we consider the instability of cooperation and establish a certain cooperation mechanism. Finally, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed port development strategy for Shandong Peninsula.

Exploration of highly effi cient non-noble metal oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalysts is essential for the widespreadindustrial utilization of fuel cells. Herein, we demonstrated a hierarchical porous catalyst (denoted as Fe-NC-Gs) using asimple stirring and one-step pyrolysis method. ZIF-8-derived N-doped carbon framework loaded on graphene oxide, on whichFe 3 O 4 and FeS nanoparticles are uniformly dispersed. In the composite nanostructure, a high surface area (470.58 m 2 g −1 )and hierarchical porous structure were observed. The obtained Fe-NC-G-2 exhibits superior ORR properties. The half-wavepotential (E 1/2 ) and the limiting current density in alkaline media were up to 0.85 V and − 5.39 mA cm −2 , respectively, comparableto the commercially available Pt/C. The four-electron-dominated process was exhibited in the ORR catalysis. It alsomanifests a better methanol tolerance and electrochemical stability during the chronoamperometry measurement in 0.1 MKOH. These results suggest that the proposed strategy provides a new pathway to construct effi cient electrocatalysts for ORR.

Underwater optical instruments are commonly plagued by biofouling. As one of the most useful antifoulingstrategies, electrochemical chlorination is able to prevent biofouling efficiently, but the limited activityand selectivity in chlorine evolution reaction (CER) restrict its practical applications. To address thisproblem, we focus on the optimization of CER performance of cobalt-based catalysts. In this work, weprepared Co(OH)2 with different forms, morphologies, and intercalations. By adopting linear sweepvoltammetry and electrochemical active surface area analysis, it is demonstrated that the a-Co(OH)2exhibits better CER performance than b-Co(OH)2 does, and the manipulation of a-Co(OH)2 morphologycan help to further enhance CER performance. Meanwhile, the intercalation of a-Co(OH)2 plays a minorrole in the CER. Furthermore, based on the screened synthetic condition, the optimized a-Co(OH)2 wasapplied for practical antifouling examination, and its excellent antifouling ability was verified by theinvestigation on bacteria attachment and glass transmittance. The findings in this work not only enrichour understanding on the effects of synthetic conditions on CER performance of cobalt-based catalysts, but also provide useful insights into the development of electrochemical antifouling strategies.
Image Stitching with Robust Principal Component Analysis
Wei Tao,Zhang Yongxin,Yuan Yating,Ji Xinsheng 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.9 No.12
An image stitching algorithm based on the robustness of principal component analysis (RPCA) is proposed in an effort to suppress the influence of noise in the image stitching quality. This algorithm represents high dimensional feature data by utilizing a lower dimensional linear subspace, and converts the image stitching problem into a principal component matrix matching problem. Through the use of a low rank matrix, the extraction of salient image characteristics is recovered and the noise interference is reduced during the enhancement process. Together, with the advantages of the RPCA algorithm, the algorithm improves the PSNR of the image while maintaining its strong matching ability. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme is able to significantly inhibit the noise and improve the stitching quality in comparison to the other existing stitching methods.
Highly Efficient Photocatalysts Based on Lamellar-Shaped Bi2S3 Grown on TiO2 Monolith
Kaidi Li,Fangfang Zhang,Huiming Wang,Yalan Zhou,Lixin Zhao,Jimin Du,Yating Gao,Weimin Wang,강대준 성균관대학교(자연과학캠퍼스) 성균나노과학기술원 2018 NANO Vol.13 No.09
Here, the lamellar-shaped Bi2S3 grown on a porous TiO2 monolith was obtained by a two-step method including a sol–gel route and hydrothermal treatment. The photocatalytic activity of the as-synthesized Bi2S3/TiO2 composites was evaluated for photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) dye in aqueous solution under the visible-light irradiation. Based on our experimental results, 5% (molar ratio of Bi2S3 to TiO2) Bi2S3/TiO2 photocatalysts exhibited a maximum photodegradation rate of MB up to 96.9% under visible-light irradiation for 120 min. Our findings indicated that the lamellar-shaped Bi2S3 can extend the light absorption up to visible areas, and porous TiO2 can provide enhanced specific surface area and more mass transfer pathway to enhance the photodegradation efficiency. Furthermore, porous TiO2 can accept the electrons from the Bi2S3 conduction band due to the relatively positive electrode potential to impede the photoproduced electron and hole combination to result in advanced photocatalytic performance.

Background As a multisystemic autoimmune illness, the basic mechanisms behind the pathophysiology of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remain poorly understood. Objective We aimed to investigate the possible significance of SLE’s DNA methylation and gain further insight into potential SLE-related biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Methods We used whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) method to analyze DNA methylation in 4 SLE patients and 4 healthy people. Results 702 differentially methylated regions (DMRs) were identified, and 480 DMR-associated genes were annotated. We found the majority of the DMR-associated elements were enriched in repeat and gene bodies. The top 10 hub genes identified were LCK, FYB, PTK2B, LYN, CTNNB1, MAPK1, GNAQ, PRKCA, ABL1, and CD247. Compared to the control group, LCK and PTK2B had considerably decreased levels of mRNA expression in the SLE group. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve suggested that LCK and PTK2B may be potential candidate biomarkers to predict SLE. Conclusions Our study improved comprehension of the DNA methylation patterns of SLE and identified potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for SLE.

In typical methods for accessing Internet or intranet in mobile wireless environment, users can access to fixed networks without multi-relay based on Broad Band access networks. Especially in some special applications, messages from source users can only arrive at destination terminals by multi-relay among several mobile users because wireless network is infrastructural, which is so called Ad hoc networks. There are many up-to-date research results in table driven routing and on-demand routing for ad hoc mobile networks are proposed in this paper. In the mentioned two kinds of routing protocols, DSR and DSDV, this paper not only introduces the contents of the routing protocol, but also points out their advantages and drawbacks, and evaluates these protocols based on a given set of parameters such as deliverance, end-to-end-delay, meanhop and load. This paper also evaluates some drawbacks of above routing protocols. Finally, the authors suggest the research direction in routing for ad hoc mobile wireless networks in the future

Purpose This study aimed to investigate the factors associated with chemoresistance to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) followed by radical hysterectomy (RH) and construct a nomogram to predict the chemoresistance in patients with locally advanced cervical squamous carcinoma (LACSC). Materials and Methods This retrospective study included 516 patients with International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (2003) stage IB2 and IIA2 cervical cancer treated with NACT and RH between 2007 and 2017. Clinicopathologic data were collected, and patients were assigned to training (n=381) and validation (n=135) sets. Univariate and multivariate analyses were performed to analyze factors associated with chemoresistance to NACT. A nomogram was built using the multivariate logistic regression analysis results. We evaluated the discriminative ability and accuracy of the model using a concordance index and a calibration curve. The predictive probability of chemoresistance to NACT was defined as > 34%. Results Multivariate analysis confirmed menopausal status, clinical tumor diameter, serum squamous cell carcinoma antigen level, and parametrial invasion on magnetic resonance imaging before treatment as independent prognostic factors associated with chemoresistance to NACT. The concordance indices of the nomogram for training and validation sets were 0.861 (95% confidence interval [CI], 0.822 to 0.900) and 0.807 (95% CI, 0.807 to 0.888), respectively. Calibration plots revealed a good fit between the model-predicted probabilities and actual probabilities (Hosmer-Lemeshow test, p=0.597). Furthermore, grouping based on the nomogram was associated with progression-free survival. Conclusion We developed a nomogram for predicting chemoresistance in LACSC patients treated with RH. This nomogram can help physicians make clinical decisions regarding primary management and postoperative follow-up of the patients.
