Nowadays many battery-based systems like electric vehicle have appeared. As a result efficient battery management becomes important. In this paper, state-of-charge (SOC) estimation of a Concode lead acid battery is discussed. The SOC estimation problem plays an important role in battery management system(BMS). In this paper, an SOC table is established by many charge and discharge experiments. This table can be used to development advanced SOC estimation algorithms.
Identification of Glycosylation Sites and Profiling of Glycans from Antibody Drugs

Antibody has been extensively investigated and developed as new drugs for many diseases, In-depth biological and structural analyses are needed for developing antibody drugs compared to small molecule drugs. Therefore, wide investigation of antibody with liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) have gained attention for the needs due to its sensitivity. Profiling of N-linked glycans and glycosylation site analysis are one of the major parts among the antibody physico-chemical characterization. In present works, glycan profiling is performed through deglycosylation, labeling and purification with Waters RapiFluor-MS N-glycan kit, then UPLC-FLR analysis gives more profiling results compared to conventional 2-AB method. A total of forty-one N-glycan was identified and a total of sixteen N-glycan were relatively quantified within 1% RSD for commercial antibody drugs. Glycosylation sites are easily identified with glycopeptides analysis and PNGase F treatment. Both LC-MS based analytical methods improved understanding of the antibody drugs and will be applicable to non-commercial antibodies or other biological drugs including biosimilars.

A liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric (LC-MS/MS) multi-residue method for simultaneous quantification and identification of 37 anthelmintic veterinary drug residues (including benzimidazoles, macrocyclic lactones, and flukicides, levamisole, pyrantel and niclosamide) in milk has been developed and validated. For sample preparation, we used a simple modification of the QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) method, which was initially developed for analysis of pesticide residues. Anthelmintic residues were extracted into acetonitrile:methanol (9:1, v/v) using sodium chloride to induce liquid-liquid partitioning followed by dispersive solid phase extraction for cleanup. The extract was concentrated into dimethyl sulphoxide, which was used as a keeper to ensure that analytes remain in solution. Using rapid polarity switching in electrospray ionization, a single injection was capable of detecting both positively and negatively charged ions within a 15 min run time. The Limit of detection (LOD) and the Limit of quantification (LOQ) method ranged from 0.1 ng/g to 4.4 ng/g and from 0.3 ng/g to 14.6 ng/g, respectively. Validation of the developed method was based on international guidelines. Average recoveries ranged from 70% to 120%, except for 54.7% at 0.5× MRL (rafoxanide) and 69.0% at 0.5× MRL (closantel). The coefficient of variation for the described method was less than 15% over the range of concentrations studied. The result of the method was verified successfully by participation in a proficiency study for analysis of anthelmintic drugs.
The characterization of N-glycosylation for the biotherapeutic drugs

The N-glycan profile of a biologics, especially therapeutic antibody is commonly defined as a critical quality attribute (CQA) in bioprocess development. Fc glycosylation is reported to be important in the antibody-dependnet cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and for complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) functions through modulating the binding to Fcy receptors and C1q respectively. Removal of core fucose can also increase the ADCC. Therefore the analysis of N-glycan is very important and critical in the function of therapeutic antibodies. Recently, most of the analytical techniques in N-glycan analysis are using PNGase and Fluorescent labeling such as 2-AB. Resultant released glycans are analysed in the HPLC coupled with fluorescent detector and Mass. As the methods take 2~3 day to get the results it cannot be good ones in bioprocess development of therapeutic antibodies that they are requiring rapid analysis. Here, we tested an N-glycan labeling method that could provide rapid and enhanced fluorescence response/Mass sensitivity in the detection of N-glycan. Furthermore, this method has simplicity and high throughput capacity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate deeply the educational function of basket ball club in high school. To achieve the purpose of this study, the managerial system of basketball club, the relations with school members, and educational function were examined through the ethnographic case study. From this investigation, the educational function were various such as the temporary escape from exam hell, accomplishment obtained from the outside of classroom experience, new meeting spot surpassing individualism, the experience of cooperative life and communal sense, the prevention and check of juvenile crimes.

The vein of Galen aneurysm is a rare vascular malformation but it can be detected by using conventional ultrasonography and diagnosed by using power Doppler ultrasonography. The prognosis of the vein of Galen aneurysm depends on congestive heart failure caused by cerebral shunt. Embolization at proper times can provide good outcome. We report a case of spontaneous delivery at 41 weeks of gestation by a 35-year-old woman presenting with a fetal vein of Galen aneurysm is described. The vein of Galen aneurysm was prenatally diagnosed by power Doppler ultrasonography and treated postnatally by embolization. This case is a report of successful prenatal diagnosis and postnatal management of the vein of Galen aneurysm.
