PS 필름에 접종된 S. Typhimurium, E. coli 0157:H7, L. monocytogenes를 저해시킬 때 헬륨을 사용한 플라즈마 처리의 경우에는 S. Typhimurium이,헬륨과 산소를 동시에 사용한 플라즈마 처리의 경우에는 L. monocytogenes가 가장 많이 저해되었다. E coli 0157:H7과 L. monocytogenes는 헬륨과 산소를 함께 사용하여 풀라즈마 처리하였을 때 헬륨만 사용하였을 때보다 더 큰 저해를 보였다. 헬륨과 산소를 함께 사용한 비열 폴라즈마 처리는 L. monocytogenes가 소시지 케이싱이나 훈제연어에 감염되었 을 때보다 PS 필름에 감염되었을 때 L. monocytogenes를 더 효과적으로 저해시켜 감염된 재료에 따라 다른 저해 효과를 보여 주었다. 비열 폴라즈마 처리에 사용된 가스의 종류와 미생물이 감염된 재료는 그 처리의 항균 효과에 대한 평가에서 중요하게 고려되어야 할 것이다. 헬륨과 산소를 사용한 비열 플라즈마 처리는 공정 후 포장재에 감염된 L. monocytogenes를 효과적으로 저해할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The effects of nonthermal plasma treatments against Salmonella Typhimurium, Escherichia coli 0157:H7, and Listeria monocytogenes living on polystyrene (PS), sausage casings, and smoked salmon were investigated. Inoculated PS, casings, and salmon were treated with nonthermal plasma generated with helium (5 L/min) or with both helium (5 L/min) and oxygen (100 mL/min) at 60 Hz and 30 kVxm for 2, 5, or 10 min. S. Typhimurium exhibited the highest sensitivity to the helium-used treatment. The greatest reduction (3.9±0.8 log CFU/㎠) was observed with L. monocytogenes on PS after the treatment with the mixed gas for 5 min. The treatment with the mixed gas inhibited L. monocytogenes on casings and salmon by 0.5±0.3 log CFU/cm: and 1.0±0.3 log CFU g, respectively. Different treatment times did not result in different reductions of L. monocytogenes on both casings and salmon. The types of treatment gas and material of contamination need to be considered for evaluating the antimicrobial effects of nonthermal plasma treatments.
반복하중을 받는 볼트 접합된 외부 보-기둥 접합부의 성능

This paper persents an experimental investigation on the cyclic behavior of steel assemblages with fixed, semi-rigid and flexible connections. The studies consisted of subjecting three connection assemblages to an increasing level of large cyclic rotations until failure occurred. The main objectives of the experimental studies were to directly compare performance of connections. The result of this study show that semi-rigid connection was developed about 38% of rigid connection for initial rotational stiffness, and simple connection about 4.3%. Also, the hysteretic energy dissipation capabilities of the connections were determined, and the mechanism of failure was identified. Test observations show that the stiffness of weld connection is not fully rigidity, whereas for angle connection, it is not ignorable.
볼트 접합된 반강접 보-기둥 죠인트에 대한 Component Method의 적용

Beam-to-column joint transfer reactions from the beam to the column. When subjected to shear forces and in-plane bending moment, they deform, particularly in rotation. In other words, the primary distortion of a steel beam-to-column joint is its rotational deformation (θ), caused by the in-plane bending moment (M). Therefore, the joint behavior is substantially represented through M-θ, which is the most important input data for the analysis and design of semi-rigid frames. The study of the M-θ behavior of steel beam-to-column joints has increased dramatically. Several approaches to create nonlinear M-θ curves for various connection types have been used. In fact, even though simplified methods have been already developed for evaluating the rotational behavior of connections with angles, these models refer only to the behavior of the connection rather than to the joint as a whole, excluding the significant influence of the column components. The case of bolted connections with angles becomes even more complex than others. In this paper, a mechanical model to predict their M-θ curve is presented. To achieve this goal, the component method described in Annex J of Eurocode 3 (CEN, 1997) is used. Also, in order to verify the reliability of the component method, experimental test on bolted semi-rigid beam-to-column connection was conducted.

Prenatal ultarsound represents an accurate and reliable method for the detection of intrauterine anomalies, especially urinary tract anomalies. Hydronephrosis is the most common congenital condition detected by prenatal ultrasound. Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis allows a good condition and therapeutic assessment of the patients prior to serious impairment of renal function so that in most cases the urological surgeon can opt for a parenchymal conserving procedure. The authors have experienced a case of congenital ureteropelvic obstruction with hydronephrosis diagnosed at 32 weeks of pregnancy and report our experience with a brief review of literature.

Nowadays there are going to be performed various researches about the operation and management of container terminals. By these researches, problems that arise in operation of container terminals are examined and solved. However the analysis of a port loading equipments actually wastes many time and much money. In these cases, the simulator is the most efficient means among related researches. Therefore this paper studied on a simulator for intelligent port handing equipments. The simulator divided loading courses into five steps and each step made in a module. The virtual port has many 3D objects and objects move each other independently. In this environment, the more 3D objects have, the more the simulator slows by dropping FPS. This problem is solved by the maintenance technique of many objects. Because It took many objects of a container box and guaranteed better FPS.

In recent, the CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) composite has been widely used because it has light-weight and high mechanical strength. Therefore, CFRP composite is applied to variable industrial areas such as aerospace, automobiles, sporting goods, ships and so on. Generally, CFRP composite has been used in the industrial field by mechanical cutting processes. In this research, the CFRP composite specimen are laminated by 64plies with orientation angles such as 0°, 45°, 90° and [0°/±45°/90°]4S. The results are analyzed with cutting force and cutting surface.

The advent of the era of ubiquitous computing is attempting to change toward u-Campus. u-Campus requires various ubiquitous computing and network technologies. In this paper, we propose a new facility management service that uses RFID system instead id bar code system. This system can provide the information of facilities by means of radio recognition in real-time, and can support the function of security by carrying in or carrying out management. Using the proposed service in this paper, we expect to able to reduce the manpower, the time, the cost as compared with the existing system.
