      • 퍼지논리 제어기의 비선형성의 정량적 해석

        In this paper,the nonlinear I/O characteristic of suzzy logic controller is analyzed by using cell concept. Sources of the conlinearity inafuzzy logic controller include thefuzzification, the fuzzy reasoning and the defuzzification. A closed form expression for the defuzzified output is derived in case of a fuzzy logic controller with two inputs, traingular memberships, MacVicar-Whelan type linguistic rules, and direct fuzzy reasoning. As a result, it is shown that fuzzy logic linguistic rules, an direct fuzzy reasoning. As a result, it is shown that fuzzy logic controller is a nonlinear controller. Also its nonlinearity is analyzed with respect to the conventional PID control and the sliding mode control.

        The pyrolysis of dry lithiun salt of fumaraldehyde tosylhydrazone which was prepared by reacting fumaraldehyde and tosylhydrazine was studied. The products of therm a decomposition, acetylene, ethytlene and unidentified gaseous substances, were separated by GC to learn the ratio of the products which was variable according to the reaction conditions. The investigaton of the path route to form acetylene, ethylene and unidentified compounds remains for further work to learn the mechanism of tetrahedrane formation.

        Aromatic aldehyde react with allylamine in the presence of tetracarbonylhydridoferrate to give its corresponding propylamine in good yields. Effects of reaction conditions such as temperature and molar(ferrate/aromatic aldehyde/allylamine) on the reaction has been examined.

        단백질 간의 상호작용에 대한 연구는 생물학적 프로세스를 이해하기 위해 중요한 부분이다. 이 논문의 목적은 생물학적 내용을 담고 있는 연구논문으로부터 단백질간의 상호작용을 추출하는 확장성을 가진 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 제안하는데 있다. 단백질 간의 상호작용에 대한 정보는 주로 생명과학 관련 연구논문에 존재하지만 컴퓨터로 자동으로 처리하여 상호작용에 관한 정보를 추출할 수 있기 위해서는 텍스트 마이닝 기술이 적용되어야 한다. 바이오 텍스트 마이닝에서 대두되고 있는 중요한 쟁점은 대용량의 연구논문에서 필요한 정보를 어떻게 효율적으로 정확하게 추출할 것인가에 대한 내용이다. 또한, 관심이 있는 단백질의 종류나 상호작용에 대한 관련성을 나타내는 문장내 패턴의 다양성을 수용하기 위하여 시스템의 확장성을 높이는 것도 소프트웨어 공학적인 측면에서 중요한 이슈이다. The research for protein-protein interactions remains an important part to understand the biological process. This paper suggests a text mining technique with extensibility, which extracts the protein-protein interaction from the biological research papers. There is much information related to the protein-protein interactions in plentiful biological research papers, we need the text-mining technique to extract the protein-protein interaction information automatically and rapidly. The main issue in bio-textming lays how to extract the necessary information efficiently and correctly. In addition, it is a significant issue to accommodate the concerned kinds of proteins and the diversity patterns in sentences with the relevance about protein-protein interactions in order to increase system extendibility in aspect of software engineering.

      • NMR에 依한 trans-2-Butene-dial dioxime의 立體構造에 關한 硏究

        The structure of trans-2-butene-dial dioxime was investigated by means of NMR spectroscopy. Its conformer was found to have the planar structure conjugated with the double-bonds from the vicinal spin-spin coupling constants. The configurations of two oxime group were investigated from the solvent effects and assigned as the perfect symmetric structures, mixture of "syn-syn" and "anti-anti" forms.

        송이 (Tricholoma matsutake) 자실체의 화학성분

        송이(Tricholoma matsutake) 자실체의 메탄올(methanol, MeOH) 추출물로부터 4개의 화합물을 분리하였으며, 기기분석 결과 adcnosinc (9-β-D-ribofuranosyladenine)을 비롯하여, methyl trans-cinnamate, ergosterol (ergosta-5, 7, 22-triene-3β-ol) 및 ergosta-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one으로 각각 동정하였다. One alkaloid derivatives, one amide and two steroids were isolated from the fruit bodies of Tricholoma matsutake. The structures were determinded as adenosine, methyl trans-cinnamate, ergosterol and ergosta-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one, respectively, on the basis of spectroscopic data.

      • 유연구조 퍼지추론 및 비퍼지화

        In this paper, we suggest a new approach having the flexibility to the problem of fuzzy inference and defuzzification. For fuzzy inference, we observe the fact that it consists of three parts; the determination of firing level of each rule, the determination of degree of coupling between antecedent and consequent of a rule, and the aggregation of all rules. So we soften the paradigm of Mamdani's fuzzy inference model by using S-OWA operators. Also, for defuzzification, we introduced a combinability function to help to more intelligently guide the difuzzification process. And then, we treat it as a kind of clustering problem and apply the basic idea used in the mountain clustering method. The proposed method includes Mamdani's fuzzy inference model and center of gravity method as a special case, and it has the flexibility.

      • NMR 스펙트라에 依한α, β-不飽和 히드라존 類의 形態 및 配列에 關한 硏究

        In order to investigate the conformations and configurations of N-N and N-C single bond of α·β-unsaturated hydrazones, i, e acetaldehyde phenylhydrazone, acetaldehyde methylhydrazone, cinnamic aldehyde methlhydrazone and cinnamic aldehyde phenylhydrazone were synthesized. The raction of αβ-unsaturated hydrazones, whose structures were determined by the anisotropic effect of benzene as N-H π-complex and spin-spin coupling constants of each proton. Both the experimental results and calculations showed that N-phenyl group in the molecule does not almost give the anisotropic effect to each proton.

      • 다중모델기법을 이용한 비선형시스템의 퍼지모델링

        In this paper, a new approach to modeling of nonlinear systems using fuzzy theory is presented. To express the various and complex behavior of nonlinear system, we combine multiple model method with hierachical prioritized structure, and the mountain clustering technique is used in partitioning of system. TSK rule structure is adopted to form the fuzzy rules, and Back propagation algorithm is used for learning parameters in consequent parts of the rules. Also we soften the paradigm of Mamdani's inference mechanism by using Yager's S-OWA operators. Computer simulations are performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

      • 휴대폰용 FBAR Duplexer에 내장되는 위상천이기에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 WCDM용 Duplexer의 소형화를 위한 집적화된 1×lmm^(2)이하 크기의 RF Phase Shifter를 설계 하고 제작 평가하였다. 제안된 Phase Shifter는 PCB상에서 긴 마이크로스트립 라인 대신에 실리콘 기판 상에 집중 수동 소자인 high-Q 인덕터와 MIM 커패시터로 구현되었다. 제작된 Phase Shifter를 측정한 결과 삽입손실은 0.37 dB를 얻었고, 입력 VSWR은 15.69 dB를 얻었으며, 위상은 81˚를 얻었다. 크기도 0.8×O.9㎟ 로 제작되어 Phase Shifter의 소형화의 가능성을 보였다. In this paper, we have designed, and evaluated the integrated RF phase shifter to reduce the chip size below 1×1mm^(2) for WCDMA duplexer application. Instead of the large transmission lines on the PCB, the proposed phase shifter was used small-sized lumped elements, such as integrated high-Q inductor and MIM capacitors on silicon substrates. In the measurement results of the fabricated phase shifters, the insertion loss was 0.37dB and input VSWR was 15.68dB, the phase was 81˚. Also, the final chip size was 0.8×0.9㎟, which clearly showed the feasibility of the miniaturized RF LC phase shifter.
