        교양체육수업을 통한 여가 사회화 과정으로써의 “즐거움 찾기”에 대한 사례연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 대학교 교양체육수업이 사회로 진출하는 학습자들에게 체육을 통한 교육의 마지막 장으로써 그 의의가 있다. 대학교의 교육 목표 성취에 가치 있는 역할을 담당할 수 있는 계기적 요소로 교육체계의 유지를 건전화하기 위함이다. 대학에서 교양체육수업을 통해 체화된 과정들이 사회인으로 살아가면서 평생스포츠 개념을 배움으로써 움직임을 통해 즐거움을 찾는 자세를 확립하는 계기로 삼는데 교육적 의의가 있다. 수업은 강의와 실습의 경험에서 체육 또는 스포츠를 자신의 삶에서 교육적으로 어떤 자세로 수용하며 받아들이고 관리하는가? 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이 연구는 2016년 9월 1일부터 12월26일까지 연구참여자 3명을 교양체육수업을 함께하며 참여관찰 및 심층면담을 진행하였다. 구체적으로 말해서, 연구참여자들이 교양체육이론수업과 스포츠 활동에 참가함으로써 움직임의 수용자세 및 체육활동의 변화는 다음과 같다. 결론: 교양체육수업활동의 제한요소로 자기시간의 방해요소와 체육활동에 대한 걸림돌을 찾게 되었다. 자신에게 체육교양을 통한 즐거움을 찾는 노력이 필요함을 깨닫게 되었고 사회 진출 후 의 삶의 질을 추구하는데 가장 적극적으로 체육활동이 중요함을 수용하게 되었다. 교양체육수업의 교육적 의미는 다음과 같이 해석하게 되었다. 자신에게 여유시간 찾아 휴식과 여가를 즐기는 것이 왜중요한지를 알게 되었으며, 여가를 바르게 사용하기 위해서는 준비하고, 계획과 실행을 통하여 삶의 질 향상을 몸으로 배우며 익히는 것도 학습되어야 한다는 것으로 깨달았다. 또한, 교양체육수업 실기에서 학습자들은 사회진출 시 사회생활에 있어서의 적극적이고 긍정적인태도를 익히고 있었다. Pupose: The purpose of meaningful as the last chapter of physical education education for the students who are entering the society. This is to revitalize the maintenance of the education system as a momentary factor that can play a valuable role in achieving the university's educational goals. There is an educational significance in that the society members who are trained through liberal arts and physical education classes in college learn from the concept of lifelong sport and use it as an opportunity to establish their attitude of seeking pleasure through movement. Does the class accept and manage the physical and or sports in their lectures and practical experience in an educational manner in their lives? Methods: This study is. conducted between September 1, 2016 and December 26, 2016, and participated in observation and in - depth interviews with three participants in physical education class Conclusion: Specifically, participants participated in theoretical classes and sports activities in the liberal arts and physical education, and their attitudes and attitudes toward physical activities were as follows. As a limiting factor of the activities of physical education in liberal arts, I found obstacles to self - time and obstacles to physical activities. I realized that I needed an effort to find pleasure through physical education and I accepted that physical activity was the most active in pursuing the quality of life after entering the society. The educational meaning of the liberal arts class was interpreted as follows. I learned why it is important for me to find time for myself and enjoy leisure time and rest. In order to use leisure properly, I realized that learning and learning to improve my quality of life through planning and execution should be learned too. In addition, learners were acquainted with positive and positive attitudes in social life when they were entering into the social education class.

        중학생의 레크리에이션수업참가가 신체활동의 즐거움과 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to analyze how many students feel happy and how they are satisfied with their school life after attending recreational class. The research subjects are the 1st grade students(319 total) attending the B Middle School at B city in Gyonggi Province. The results of this study were as following: First, the pleasure of physical activities and school life satisfaction are improved after recreational class which showed a significant difference. Cooperation and creativeness of the students were improved by the pleasure of physical activities. With a view to school life satisfaction, it was shown that students were satisfied with student-teacher relationship, learning activities and school events. Second, it is shown that the pleasure of physical activities and school life satisfaction have a positive correlation. The higher the pleasure of physical activities students have, the more school life satisfaction students get. Lastly, the pleasure of physical activities has a significant influence on school life satisfaction. Among the factors of the pleasure of physical activities, it showed that students get satisfaction with friend relationships, student-teacher relationship, learning activities and school events as they achieve a higher level of cooperation. Also, it showed that students are satisfied with the learning activities and rules as they are more interested in staying healthy and aesthetic experience.

        초등학생의 태권도 수련에 따른 신체적 즐거움 및 정서반응의 관계

        The purpose of this research is to offer basic data, which can generate incessant focus and attention on Taekwondo (TKD) as an appropriate educational program for elementary students, as it inquires into the positive impact of their TKD learning level on the pleasure of physical activities and mental development. The responders of the survey insist of 350 elementary students, including each 100 students who are training TKD in Y, K, and STKD gyms located in the Incheon. Only 320 response papers were used for the analysis as it excluded 45 answers, which is suspicious to be duplicated or insincere. Lastly, the pleasure of physical activities are found to influence only the reactive sentiments to general stimulus, fear, society and attack excluding the ones to affection and misdemeanor. More association among the factors of physical activities’ pleasure results in higher reactive sentiments to general stimulus, and less fun generates more reaction to fear. Less creativity, higher confidence and higher level of teamwork enhance the level of reactive sentiment to creativity, and higher creativity results in higher reactive sentiment to attack

        가상현실(VR) 스포츠실을 활용한 초등학교 티볼 수업이 신체활동 즐거움에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to confirm the efficiency of virtual reality(VR) subjects in physical education by analyzing the effects of T-ball class with VR on pleasure in physical activity of elementary school students. Participants were selected from 189 students in 6th grade, 2 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do, and data from 180 valid samples were analyzed, excluding faithless respondents and absentees. After the pre-test, the trial group accompanied a T-ball lesson using VR over a total of five times, and the control group conducted T-ball lessons in the outdoor play area. After the experimental treatments were completed, a post-test was conducted. The independent variables in this research were test, group, and gender, and the dependent variables are pleasure in physical activity. The collected data was analyzed by performing a 3-way(2x2x2) ANOVA using the SPSS 23.0. As a result of data analysis, the T-Ball class using VR had a positive effect on confidence factor[F (1,176)=20.23, p<.000], cooperation factor[F (1,176)=11.439, p<.001], and creativity factor[F (1,176)=23.221, p<.000]. These results are thought to have prejudiced the environmental characteristics of the VR sports room, such as function of controlling difficulty, presenting information and data via the screen, 3D-based educational environment, and communication. In the future research, it is needed to improve and distribute various VR sports subjects and conduct research on other grades. 본 연구의 목적은 가상현실(VR) 스포츠실을 활용한 초등학교 티볼 수업이 신체활동 즐거움에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하여 체육수업 안에서 가상현실 콘텐츠의 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구의 대상은 가상현실 스포츠실이 도입 되어 있는 경기도 소재 2개 초등학교 6학년 189명으로 선정하였고, 불성실한 응답자와 결시자를 제외한 유효표본 180명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 사전 검사를 실시한 후 총 다섯 차시에 걸쳐, 실험집단은 가상현실(VR) 스포츠실을 활용한 티볼 수업을, 통제집단은 전통적인 체육수업 방식으로 티볼 수업을 실시하였다. 실험 처치 후 두 집단 모두 사후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 독립변인은 테스트, 수업방식, 성별이고, 종속변인은 신체활동 즐거움이다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 3way(2x2x2) ANOVA를 실시하여 분석하였다. 데이터 분석결과, 가상현실(VR) 스포츠실을 활용한 티볼 수업은 초등학생의 자신감[F(1,176)=20.23, p<.000], 협동심[F(1,176)=11.439, p<.001], 그리고 창의적 요인[F(1,176)=23.221, p<.000]에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과는 조절 가능한 난이도, 스크린을 통한 정보와 자료제시, 3D 형식의 입체적 수업환경, 원활한 의사소통 등 가상현실 스포츠실의 환경적 특성이 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 다양한 가상현실 스포츠 콘텐츠를 개발 및 보급하고 다양한 학년을 대상으로 하는 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다.

        스포츠교육모형을 적용한 축구수업이 신체활동의 즐거움 및 대인관계성향에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업이 신체활동의 즐거움 및 대인관계성향에 미치는 영향을 알아봄으로써 심리·사회학적인 관점에서의 분석과 교육적인 가치를 모색해 보는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 중학교 1학년 4개 학급 132명을 대상으로 선정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 남·여 학급의 단위별로 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 실험집단 66명과 기능중심 수업모형을 적용한 통제집단 66명으로 분류하였다. 연구절차는 실험처지 전 사전검사를 실시하였으며, 실험집단에는 스포츠교육모형을 적용하였고, 통제집단에는 기능중심 수업모형을 적용하여 주3회 18차시의 수업을 실시한 후 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 사전·사후 검사를 통해 나타난 결과는 SPSS WIN-15.0을 이용하여 t검증 및 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 분석되었고, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업은 신체활동의 즐거움(자신감, 재미, 건강유지 및 미적체험, 협동심, 창의성)의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠교육모형을 적용한 체육수업은 대인관계성향 중 타인지향성과 규범지향성의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 기능중심 수업모형은 개인지향성의 향상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to find out the educational value of the P.E. class with Sports Education Model and to analyze it in a socio-psychological viewpoint. Participants(132 first graders of D middle school) were divided into two groups: one with Sports Education Model embedded class as an experimental group and the other with function-oriented model. As the instruments of measurement, this study made use of (i) ``Checklists for Pleasure of Physical Activities`` and (ii) the modified checklists based on the ``The Development of the Directivity of Personal Relationship`` and ``An Experiential Approach - The Development of the Measurement of the Directivity of Personal Relationship``. After the execution of a pre-test, the experimental group was treated with Sports Education Model and the control group with Function-Oriented Model three times a week(18 periods in total), then both group took the post-tests to analyze and compare the results of the pre and post tests. Through the whole procedure, we reached the conclusion as following: First, it is found that the Sports Education Model embedded classes have meaningful influence on students` affective domain during the P. E. Classes. Second, Sports Education Model embedded class affects greatly on promoting an inclination of personal relationship especially on other-directedness and norm consciousness, while the classes based on function-oriented model have effect on self-directedness. Based on this study, Sports Education Model embedded P.E. class makes it possible for the teachers to manage more exciting P.E. classes. Furthermore, both direct and indirect experiences that students have got during the class seems to foster the consideration on others and observation of rules.

        신체활동 즐거움이 체육수업의 내적동기, 재미 및 몰입에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted in order to investigate the effects of middle school students’ physical activity pleasure on inner motives of PE class, interest and immersion. Subjects of the study were middle school students, and for data collection 660 samples in total were collected through a convenience sampling method and 641 copies of data were employed for final analysis. Collected data was analyzed through frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 and the following results were obtained: First, if all the factors of physical activity pleasure are high, interest and efforts which are inner motives are high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, interest, and self-confidence is high, competence which is a inner motive is high. And while creativity and cooperation mind of physical activity pleasure increase tension which is an inner motive, interest of physical activity pleasure reduces the tension factor which is an inner motive. Second, if all the factors of physical activity pleasure are high, a sense of achievement which is an interest factor, and physical and mental health maintenance is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, self-confidence is high, cultivation of sociability which is an interest factor is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity and cooperation mind is high, easiness of the class which is an interest factor increases and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, freedom of the class which is an interest factor increases. In addition, if every factor of physical activity pleasure is high, immersion in content of PE class which is immersion factor is high, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, cooperation mind, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, challenge spirit and control ability which are immersion factors are high and class behavior and awareness match well with each other, and if physical activity pleasure of creativity, interest, self-confidence, health maintenance and aesthetic experience is high, autotelic experience which is an immersion factor increases. Third, if all the factors of inner motives of middle school students are high, cultivation of sociality and easiness of the class are high which are interest factors of PE class, and if inner motives of competence, interest, and efforts are high, a sense of achievement which is an interest factor, and physical and mental health maintenance increases, and if inner motives of interest and tension are high, freedom of the class which is an interest factor of PE class increases. Besides, if all the factors of the inner motive are high, immersion in content of PE class which is its immersion factor, challenge spirit, control ability, class behavior and awareness match well, and if inner motives of competence, interest, and efforts are high, autotelic experience increases, which is an immersion factor of PE class.

        한국과 일본 초등학생들의 체육교과 선호도가 체육수업내용, 운동기능, 운동환경, 운동의 즐거움 요인에 미치는 영향 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical education preferences on physical education classes content, motor skill, exercise environment, and pleasure derived from physical activity factors in Korea and Japan elementary students. The results of this study are as followed. Firstly, with regard to physical education classes content preferences of comparison between nation·sex, the like group of Korean and Japanese has significantly high preference than that of the neither and dislike group in gymnastics, track & field, swim and ball game. Comparison between like group, Japanese male and Female students showed significantly high than that of the korean male and female students in gymnastics, track & field, swim. Secondly, with regard to motor skill of comparison between nation·sex, the Korean group higher than that of the Japanese group in ‘mat rolling back’, ‘wall upside down’ and twirl hula hoop’, and the Japanese group has higher than that of the Korean group in ‘can do’ of ‘iron bar kick up’, ‘soccer ball lifting’, and ‘25m swim’. Third, with regard to exercise environment of comparison between nation·sex, the like group of Korean and Japanese has higher than that of the neither and dislike group in ‘exercise confidence’, ‘thank you teacher’, and ‘low grade sports play’. But the dislike and neither group has higher than that of the like group in ‘exercise useless work’, and ‘exercise shame’. Lastly, with regard to pleasure derived from physical activity factors of comparison between nation·sex, the like group of Korean and Japanese has significantly higher than that of the neither and dislike group in factor 1, factor 2 and factor 3.

        중학생의 신체활동 즐거움과 몰입의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of physical activity pleasure on the flow of middle school students analysis of the intermediating effect of intrinsic motivation. Subjects of the study were middle school students, and for data collection 250 samples in total were collected through a convenience sampling method and 220 copies of data were employed for final analysis. The data which is collected led and PASW 18.0 it executed with afterwords it got a technical statistics, a search VIP analysis and the multiple ear analysis in middle of court rank and a same conclusion. First, confidence and originality of the junior high school student, when the coordinated auricle it is high, agreement of absorption and study conduct and ceremony, the challenge and control feeling could improve to about own objective experience and physical education study contents. Second, fun of the junior high school student, competent, when the effort improves, agreement of absorption and study conduct and ceremony, the challenge and control feeling could agree to about own objective experience and physical education study contents. Third, physical activity of the junior high school student there is a complete mediation effect between being related of joyful this immersion and inner motive.

        대학생 여가스포츠 인식과 삶의 질에 관한 연구

        Purpose How do you view physical activity as a grassroots role that creates a quality of life as an end, not a means, among human movements in modern society by establishing a relationship with the actual quality of life through the understanding of leisure sports?The purpose of the study is to provide basic data of. Methods The study's data began on March 2, 2023, and the 15-week class was held. The primary data were collected based on the conversations that took place in the class, collected, and analyzed by referring to related literature. Result The derived research results are presented as follows. College students' perception of leisure sports is that leisure sports are perceived as a regulatory and economic burden. In the physical activities of college students as leisure sports, they are aware of motivation, goal consciousness, social thinking, and their position. Conclusion As a leisure sport, it is necessary to comprehensively utilize physical activities that can be easily acquired in daily life through the combination of fun, pleasure, and happiness that have been disconnected from memory recall in elementary, middle, and high school. 연구목적 여가스포츠의 이해 통해 실질적인 삶의 질과의 관계를 정립하여 현대사회의 인간의 움직임중 수단이 아닌 목적으로써 신체활동이 삶의 질을 만들어나가는 풀뿌리 역할로써 어떻게 바라 보는가?의 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법 연구의 자료는 2023년 3월 2일 1학기 개강하여 15주 수업을 진행하며 수업에서 이루어지는 내용을 자기기입 관찰노트 면담을 통한 자료를 수집, 수업상황에서 일어나는 대화 내용을 기준으로 일차자료를 수집하여 내용을 정리한 후대학생들의 여가인식을 대, 중 분류하여 수집, 관련문헌을 참고하여 분석하였다. 결과 도출된 연구결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 대학생의 여가스포츠 인식은 여가스포츠는 규정적이고 경제적인 부담감으로 인식하고 있다. 대학생들의 여가스포츠로써의 신체활동에서 동기애, 목표의식, 사회적 사고의 신장, 자신의 위치를 파악하고 있다. 결론 여가스포츠로써 신체활동은 초, 중, 고등학교시절 기억소환과 단절된 재미, 즐거움, 행복의 합체를 통해 대학생들의 여가스포츠의 올바른 인식을 계기로 일상에서 손쉽게 획득할 수 있는 신체활동을 포괄적으로 활용하는 것이 필요하다.

        여행 활동과 건강과의 관계 분석: 연간 여행참여 일수가 정신건강 및 인지된 신체건강에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 여행활동 참여와 건강과의 관계를 분석하고자 설계되었다. 지금까지 건강은 주로 여행의 동기적 측면에서 주로 다루어졌는데, 결과적 측면에서 여행활동 참여가 건강에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석한 결과는 매우 제한적으로 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 선행 문헌 연구의 검토를 통해 여행활동이 정신건강 및 신체건강에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 가설하에, 여행 참여정도와 정신건강, 신체건강과의 관계를 270명의 표본을 통한 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 또한 추가분석으로 주제별 여행 참여정도가 정신건강 및 신체건강에 미치는 영향 효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과 연간 총여행일수는 정신건강 및 인지된 신체건강에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정신건강에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 주제별 여행 참여일수와는 유의한 관계가 도출되지는 못했다. 연구결과의 분석을 통한 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study was designed to investigate the relationships between travel and health. Until now, health has been dealt as a category of the travel motivations(push factor), however, the consequence of travel participation on enhancing and/or maintaining health has been rarely undertaken research. Building a hypothesis of the impact of travel on person's psychological well-being and physical health from literature review, this study analyzed the relationship between the level of travel participation and psychological well-being and physical health. via questionnaire survey with 270 samples. As results, person's annual travel days(for pleasure) has statistically significant impact(+) on both psychological-wellbeing and perceived physical health, and it has more impact on psychological well-being than perceived physical health. However, the annual travel days of each travel theme has no impact on psychological well-being and perceived physical health. From the results, theoretical and practical implications were suggested.
