        키워드 분석을 통한 정보윤리 연구 동향 탐색

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data for future information ethics education by exploring trends in information ethics and information and communication ethics in the last 10 years (2010~2019) using academic data provided by KCI. Through the Academic Research Information Service (RISS), 116 titles of 'information ethics' and 35 cases of 'information and communication ethics' were obtained as title search keywords. Additionally, 112 papers were selected as final analysis papers by deleting duplicate papers. The research method used TF (Term Frequency), DF(Document Frequency) and TF-IDF(Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency) were used for keyword analysis and topic modeling was used. As a result, the most used keywords were research(240), information(209), education(153), ethics(151), and information ethics(138). And text network analysis showed that learning-model, cyber-space, and information ethics educationcontents were the closest words. Topic modeling was derived from topics 1 and 5 in terms of humanity and culture in the moral aspect, information and communication ethics education in topic 2, ethical awareness on the Internet in topic 3, behavior and practical aspects in topic 4. This study discussed the implications of Korea's information ethics education based on these analysis results.

        인공 지능 시대의 정보 윤리학: 플로리디의 '새로운' 윤리학

        Luciano Floridi shows that established theories of ethics, such as utilitarianism and deontology, cannot respond to new issues such as artificial evil, which happens in an era of artificial intelligence, and proposes that his ethics of information can do effectively. Floridi argues that his ethics of information is effective to find out new issues through the method of (levels of) abstraction and proposes ethical principles, in which metaphysical entropy should be prevented or removed and information entities should be flourished. Florid's ethics of information is a patient-oriented, ontocentirc macroethics, which is differentiated from established theories of ethics. The purpose of this discussion paper is to examine critically whether Floridi's ethics of information is morally justifiable. I doubt that Floridi's theory of ethics is morally justifiable in that his theory is not only vulnerable to the critique of moral relativism, but also is hard to escape from the problem of the naturalistic fallacy. In order to respond to these critiques, I recommend that Floridi's theory of information should include a concept of morality which can effectively support his theory from a normative perspective, that his theory should argue which level of abstraction is appropriate to his theory of ethics, and that his theory should try to explicate how his theory can relate to established theories of ethics. I argue that if Flordi's theory of ethics is supplemented through these recommendations, it could be an appropriate ethics of information in an era of artificial intelligence. 플로리디는 인공지능 시대의 정보 사회에서 나타나는 인공적 해악과 같은 새로운 윤리적 문제들이 기존의 윤리학을 통해 적절하게 대응될 수 없다는 것을 보이고, 이에 대한 대안으로 자신의 정보 철학에 토대를 둔 정보 윤리학을 제시한다. 플로리디의 정보 윤리학은 기존의 철학과 윤리학에서 포착되기 어려운 윤리적 문제와 존재들을 추상화 방법론을 통해 효과적으로 포착할 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 형이상학적 엔트로피를 줄이고 정보 환경과 정보 유기체의 번영을 도모해야 한다는 정보 윤리의 원칙을 제시한다. 이러한 플로리디의 정보 윤리학은 기존의 윤리학과 차별되는 피동자와 존재 중심적인 거시 윤리학이다. 본 토론 논문의 목적은 이렇게 제시된 플로리디의 윤리학이 이 시대에 적합한 정보 윤리학인지를 비판적으로 검토하고자 한다. 특히 플로리디의 정보 윤리학이 인공지능 시대의 ‘새로운’ 윤리학이 될 수 있을지를 검토하고, 이러한 목표를 위해 보완할 점을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문은 플로리디의 정보 윤리학이 제시하는 인식론적 방법과 논의가 사실과 가치를 구분하지 못해 야기되는 자연주의적 오류로 인해 도덕적 차원에서는 정당화될 수 있을지 의심스러울 뿐만 아니라, 상대주의적 비판에도 취약하다고 분석한다. 본 논문은, 이러한 한계를 보완하기 위해 플로리디의 정보 윤리학은 이론의 토대가 되는 도덕성 또는 규범성 개념에 대한 설명을 보충해야 할 뿐만 아니라, 정보 윤리학이 작동하는 추상화 층위를 도덕적으로 정당화할 필요가 있으며, 정보 윤리학이 기존 윤리학을 대체하거나 포괄하기보다는 기존 윤리학과의 협력적 관계 설정을 통해 체계화할 필요가 있다고 주장한다.

      • 가치명료화 수업 모형을 활용한 중등 정보 교과서의 사이버 윤리 단원 수업 지도자 제안

        In the age of knowledge informatization, we have benefited a lot, but the dysfunctions have occurred. The lack of ethical awareness among teenagers is a typical dysfunction. In order to solve this problem, information ethics education has been strengthened in the information curriculum, but the effect is still insufficient. Therefore, this study proposed a teaching-learning plan for the cyber ethics unit by utilizing the value-clarification model, which is a teaching model effectively used in ethics subjects. For the plan, this study randomly collected six middle school information textbooks to analyze the composition of middle school information textbooks. Next, each of the six steps of the value clarification model instruction process was analyzed in detail. Then, based on the detailed stages, the “Information Ethics – Cyber Ethics” section of middle school information textbooks was compared and analyzed using a binary scale. According to these results, we identified the shortcomings in cyber ethics lessons with information textbooks and focused on them. The teaching and learning plan proposed in this study will enable information teachers to teach information ethics suitable for the composition of textbooks. In addition, students will become subjects of class by doing subjective activities in class, which will be an effective information ethics class. Ultimately, information ethics of adolescents can be effectively cultivated and this can help solve social problems caused by lack of information ethics.

        정보시스템 요원의 정보윤리 실천의도에 영향을 미치는 요인간 관계연구

        The growing concern about business ethics has been accompanied by an increase in empirical research seeking to discover the determinants of ethical/unethical behavior. This extensive result of empirical research suffers from a general inconsistency of focus and structure. Whereas a well-conceived theoretical framework could provide a very useful device for guiding research efforts, at present few such frameworks have been applied in the area of information ethics. The study apply the theory of planned behavior and two path of TAM (technology acceptance model) to the explanation of behavioral intention to perform the information ethics of IS personnel. The ability of the theory of planned behavior to predict ethical/unethical behavior is an empirical question that has yet to be explored. At present there is a striking lack of understanding of what factors influence decision making when information ethics are at issue in Korea. Under this theoretical background the research model is built. Using four scenario (privacy, accuracy, property, accessibility) with the dilemmas about information ethics, the study explores factors affecting the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics of IS personnel. Data are gathered from company located in Seoul and Kyunggido. Among these data, 157 respondent are used finally. Structural equation modelling using maximum-likelihood estimation(LISREL, 8.2) for the ten hypotheses reveal that the traditional forms of the theory of planed behavior and TAM fit the data adequately with the exception of a nonsignificant path(link) from subjective norm/organizational ethical climate to behavioral intention and attitude toward the behavior to perform the information ethics. The specific results of empirical research are as follows. Those two factors like attitude toward the behavior, perceived behavioral control have direct effects on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics, while those two factors like behavioral belief structures, control belief structures have indirect effects on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics through attitude toward the behavior, perceived behavioral control, respectively. Especially, behavioral belief structures have a direct effect(this is one path of TAM) as well as an indirect effect through attitude toward the behavior on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics. The direct effect of subjective nordorganizational ethical climate on the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics is not significant, while the direct effect of normative belief structures on the subjective norm/organizational ethical climate is significant. The direct effect of control belief structures on the attitude toward the behavior is significant(this is one path of TAM). Therefore, the addition of these two paths of TAM improves the overall model fit as compared with the model fit of the theory of planned behavior. Ego strength shows quasi-moderating effect between the perceived behavioral control and the behavioral intention to perform the information ethics. Last, Implications for research and practice are discussed, and the limitations of research and directions of future research are suggested.

        예비유아교사의 정보역량과 정보윤리의식의 관계 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 정보역량과 정보윤리에 대한 의식 수준을 살펴보고, 정보역량과 정보윤리의식의 관계를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 수도권에 소재한 대학의 예비유아교사 331명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구는 한국정보화진흥원(2018)에서 개발한 정보역량에 관한 항목과 Mason(1986)이 제시한 정보윤리 및 윤리행동 기본 원리를 토대로 김민선, 백승익(2004)이 개발한 사이버 윤리지수 평가 도구를 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 문항의 적절성을 확인하고자 예비조사를 실시하였으며 본조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 정보역량과 정보윤리의식의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 Pearson의 적률 상관 계수를 산출하였다. 또한, 정보역량의 하위 요소 중 어떤 요소가 예비유아교사의 정보윤리의식에 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 정보역량과 정보윤리의식 수준은 비교적 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 정보역량과 정보윤리지수는 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 정보역량은 정보윤리의식 전체에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 정보역량 하위요소의 상대력 영향력에 있어서는 PC 및 모바일 활용능력이 가장 크게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 예비유아교사의 바람직한 정보교육을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the level of information ability and ethics among pre-service early childhood teachers and compare the relationships. A survey was conducted among 331 early childhood education students in metropolitan areas. A questionnaire was composited based on information skills scales from NIA(National Information Society Agency, 2018) and cyber ethics index (Kim & Baek, 2004), which modifies Majon’s(2986) information ethical issues. The reliability was checked on a pre-test and the main survey was analyzed by calculating means and standard deviations of information ability and perceived information ethics. In addition, a Pearson-R correlation was estimated and multiple regression analysis applied in order to understand which information ability components were best to predict the perceived information ethics among pre-service early childhood teachers. Results were as followed. First, levels of information ability and perceived ethics among pre-service teachers were comparatively high. Second, there was a positive correlation between information ability and perceived ethics. Third, information ability has a significant effect on perceived ethics, especially PC and mobile ability shows the strongest effect on perceived ethics. The results will provide fundamental information for desirable information education of pre-service teachers

        정보교과의 정보윤리 교육내용에 대한 고찰

        본 연구는 “정보교과의 정보윤리에서는 어떤 내용을 가르쳐야 하는 것인가?”에 대 한 대답으로서 ‘정보윤리 이론 및 철학’ 탐색을 통해 그 방향성을 정립하고, ‘정보교과 교육과정 및 해외 교육과정’ 분석을 통해 그 구체적인 내용을 고찰하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 먼저, Disclosive Ethics 이론을 기반으로 현재의 주류 정보윤리 이론 의 한계점을 살펴보고, 정보기술의 중요성을 기반으로 한 정보윤리 교육의 관점을 견 지할 필요가 있음을 주장하였다. 다음으로, 정보윤리 교육내용의 탐색을 위해서는 협 의의 정보윤리, 사이버윤리, 컴퓨터윤리로 이루어진 내용 영역의 분석틀을 기반으로 하여 개정된 정보교과 교육과정의 문제점을 살펴보고, 해외 교육과정 및 Disclosive Ethics 이론을 기반으로 새로운 정보윤리 교육 내용을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the philosophy and items of contents as an answer of What is the major contents of Information Ethics in Informatics Education . In order to find out this, Based on the Disclosive Ethics Theory(DET), It analyzed philosophy of Information Ethics in Informatics and argued the significance of Information technology in Information Ethics. Then, Based on the scope of Information Ethics consisting of Information Ethics in a narrow sense, Cyber Ethics, and Computer Ethics, it analyzed the problems of Informatics s Information Ethics and proposed the contents of Information Ethics appropriate to Informatics Education based on analysis of IT curriculums of Japan and USA and DET.

        조직의 정보윤리실천이 구성원의 정보보안 인식과 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        연구는 새로운 경영환경에 대처하여 조직이 수행하는 정보윤리실천이 조직구성원의 개인적 차원의 인식에 어떻게 작용하고 구체적인 행동으로 정보보안에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증적으로 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 정보윤리실천 요소들을 추출하여 조직 구성원들의 정보보안인지를 통해 정보보안행동으로 이어지며, 정보보안에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 정보윤리의 실천에 관한 개념적, 실증적 연구들을 살펴보고 기존의 윤리경영활동과 정보보안 관리활동을 토대로 조직의 정보윤리의 실천 요소들을 정의하였고 그 요소들을 추출하였다. 본 연구에서는 조직에서의 정보윤리실천을 기업(조직)에 위임된 고객의 정보나 기업의 정보를 운영함에 있어 각종 정보가 부당하게 유출, 오용, 변조되는 것을 방지 하고 정보시스템을 정상적으로 운영되는 것을 방해하는 요인들을 차단하기 위한 기업 차원의 인적, 조직적(제도적), 기술적 차원의 구체적인 제반 행위이라 정의하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 조직의 정보윤리의 실천이 조직구성원 개인의 정보보안인식에 영향을 미치고 정보보안인식이 정보보안행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 조직구성원들의 정보보안행동을 유도하기 위해서는 조직구성원들의 정보보안인식의 제고가 선행되며 이를 위해 조직차원에서의 정보윤리의 실천이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 조직의 정보윤리 개념을 정립하고 조직구성원의 개인적 차원의 정보보안인식과 행동에 대한 직접적 영향을 실증적으로 증명함으로써 조직의 정보윤리체계 확립에 판단 근거를 제시할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 나아가 조직의 정보보안을 위한 보다 효과적인 투자 및 의사결정에 기여할 것으로 보인다. Most of the companies utilize information technology to strengthen their competitive advantages. Information technology system and security has become very important for companies, as loss of information can damage the growth of the organizations. However, most companies adapt only to technological elements. It as been evident that their efforts to deal with individual information security issues are insufficient. The fundamental problem of information security is based on human`s will and behavior. It is more important to establish effective policies and motivate members to follow them rather develop technical part of the information security to protect the information and systems of the organization. Unfortunately, effectiveness of the information security systems that are used by most of companies has not been proved and individual level of information security behavior and awareness was not considered in these systems. This study is based on the proposition which changes the organizational members`s awareness are essential to conduct information security under new management environment. The research aims to empirically verify the influences of information ethics of an organization on their recognition and action on an individual level. The results are presented through the security awareness and behavior of organizational members by obtaining and defining the elements of information ethics. The research defines "information ethics" in an organization as human. Systematic and technological activities in a corporate level prevent private and organizational information from being disclosed, misused, and altered, preventing factors that may disrupt the functionality of an information system. Research has proved that the information ethics of an organization has an influence on information security awareness and behavior. Therefore, information security behavior is required to protect information of an organization and whilst maintaining the information ethics on an organizational level. This research can convince organizations to establish the information ethics by defining the organizational information ethics, presenting a direct influence of information security awareness and behavior of individual members of the organization within the outcomes of the information security system. In addition, the research would further contribute towards an effective investment and decision-making for organizations on information security.

        정보 윤리적 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 문화적 속성들에 관한 연구: 아시아와 유럽적 가치를 중심으로

        The purpose of this paper is to explore how national and organizational diversities have effects on an individual’s information ethical decision makings. More importantly, this research investigates the impact of cultural difference on individual’s information ethical decision makings in the context of specific circumstances. To examine the relationship between users’ cultural backgrounds and their decision making related with information ethical situations, this study applied two specific scenarios which represent national and organizational cultural settings. Based on extensive open-ended paper-based interviews from 84 information system users, this study found out that users’ decision making on information ethical situation is influenced significantly from their nationality as well as organizational policies. In addition, this study also uncovered out that users’ decision makings regarding information privacy invading situation are varies based on users nationality. While most of European respondents value more on individual information, Korean users yield their personal privacy to an organizational benefits. According to our research results, organizations have more influence on Koreans’ decision making in information ethics comparing with Europeans. In other words, the foreign information system users, especially European, put more value on their privacy and individual information than on the organization’s protocol. Therefore, this research provides evidences that cultural background plays a significant role on affecting information ethical decision making and users’ information ethical decision are differentiated by their ethical standards as well as cultural differences. When users make information ethical decision, Koreans consider their organizations as well as organizational culture as a priority; however, Europeans consider their personal ethical standards more than organization’s situation. Since there is no research empirically examined the role of cultural differences on information ethics, this study has significant contributions on both of academia and industries as an first empirical research on cultural background and information ethics. Frist, this study represented the direction of reflecting Korean and Asian perspective regarding studies of information ethics instead of focusing on Western. Second, it helps managers to understand information ethic policy and make a rational decisions based on understandings on cultural difference. It also provide opportunities of emphasizing the importance of recognizing the information ethics and considering cultural difference on information ethic recognition and global information society.

      • Building Bridges: Eurocentric to Intercultural Information Ethics

        Misguided use, manipulation, misappropriation, disruption and mismanagement of Information deeply affects the infosphere as well as the social and moral fabric of a society. Information ethics is an attempt to bring the creation, organization, dissemination, and use of information within the ambit of ethical standards and moral codes. The diverse and inherently pluralistic nature of societies however puts forth an additional demand on us - to come up with an intercultural information ethics. An intercultural ethics which is other-centric, context sensitive and workable without being homogenizing, patronizing and colonizing. An endeavor in that direction has already been made by proponents of intercultural information ethics like: Charles M. Ess, Fay Sudweeks, Rafael Capurro, Pak-Hang Wong, Soraj Hongladarom et al. In our paper, we propose that the kind of ethical pluralism being sought in the domain of information ethics can be attained by having a reappraisal of the current methodological strategies, by casting a critical relook at the Eurocentric ethical model. This paper analyses the current framework of Intercultural Information Ethics. And in an endeavour to move towards an all-encompassing, other-centric, workable, intercultural, harmonious and compassionate model of 'Pluralistic Information Ethics', it proposes the Indian / Asian philosophical method of 'Samvāda' to the current inventory which includes methods like: 'parrhesia/free speech' and 'interpretive phronēsis.

        플로리디(Luciano Floridi) 정보 윤리학의 위치와 성격- 과도기로서의 공존 윤리 -

        Luciano Floridi claims that “standard ethics” cannot adequately respond to ethical problems arising from the advent of the Artificial Intelligence era, namely the informational turn. To overcome this limitation, he suggests a new “non-standard ethics” which he calls the ethics of information. Some scholars claim that Floridi’s suggested ethics does not deviate from the standard anthropocentric ethics. Other scholars claim that Floridi’s ethics attempts to be de-anthropocentrized, but it is not fully theoretically completed. This controversy over Floridi’s ethics of information prevents them from entering productive discussions and from appreciating its values. Therefore, it must be firstly explored where Floridi’s ethics is located and what characteristics its location has. This paper tries to answer these questions by interpreting Floridi’s ethics as transitional from anthropocentric to de-anthropocentric. It means that Floridi’s position is logically oriented towards de-anthropocentrism as an ideal theory, but it is still practically anthropocentric as a non-ideal theory. Furthermore, this paper analyzes that Floridi’s ethics is based on the value of co-existence but it is only hierarchical with little basis heading to the de-anthropocentric. In order to overcome this limitation, this paper suggests that an argument of equal co-existence should be added to Florid’s discussion of co-existence. The positional clarification and the complementary addition in Floridi’s ethics of information will contribute to an effective and rich understanding of informational ethics. 플로리디(Luciano Floridi)는 인공지능 시대가 도래하면서 발생하는 윤리 문제들에 기존 윤리학이 적절하게 대응할 수 없음을 지적하며, 인공지능 시대에 걸맞은 ‘새로운’ 윤리학으로 “탈(脫)-인간 중심”(de-anthropocentric) 정보 윤리학(ethics of information)을 제안한다. 그러나 많은 학자들은 플로리디의 이러한 시도가 여전히 인간 중심적(anthropocentric)이라고 비판하거나, 또는 기존 윤리학이 구축해온 질서를 탈피하려는 그의 탈-인간 중심 시도가 성공하지 못했다고 비판한다. 플로리디의 정보 윤리학이 인공지능 시대에 기여할 수 있는 이론적 가치와 실천적 의미가 지대함에도 불구하고, 인간 중심적인 논의와 탈-인간 중심적인 논의 사이 어디에 위치하는가에 대한 논란은 이러한 가치와 의미에 주목하지 못하게 한다. 따라서 플로리디 정보 윤리학의 위치와 성격에 대한 논의가 우선으로 다루어질 필요가 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 플로리디의 정보 윤리학이 탈-인간 중심 윤리를 지향하면서도 실천적으로는 인간 중심 논의로부터 시작하는 과도기에 위치한 공존(co-existence) 윤리임을 주장하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 플로리디 정보 윤리학이 과도기 윤리에 위치함을 규명하고, 과도기 윤리로서의 정보 윤리학이 지향하는 윤리적 가치는 공존에 해당한다고 분석한다. 그런데 본 논문의 분석에 따르면, 플로리디 논의에 나타나는 공존 방식은 탈-인간 중심 윤리로 나아가는 과도기 윤리로서 불충분하다. 왜냐하면, 정보 세계(infosphere)의 윤리 가치에 대한 플로리디의 논의는 인간 중심적인 방식의 공존인 위계 공존만을 설명할 뿐, 탈-인간 중심 윤리로 나아가는 이행 동력과 이행 절차를 제시하지 못하기 때문이다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 본 논문은 동등 공존 방식을 보완책으로 제시한다. 본 논문은 플로리디 정보 윤리학의 위치와 성격에 대한 규명과 보완을 통해 정보 윤리학의 풍성한 이론적 가치와 실천적 의미를 효과적으로 이해하는 토대 마련에 기여하고자 한다.
