miRNA의 발현이 피부 노화에 미치는 연구 및 이를 조절하는 신규 고기능성 소재 개발과 제품화

본 연구는 피부세포 내 마이크로RNA(microRNA) 및 신호전달기전 규명을 활용한 화장품소재 및 화장품 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 특히 피부노화 관련 생체 유래 마이크로RNA 발굴 및 규명, 마이크로RNA와 피부노화와의 상관관계 연구, 피부노화 조절 마이크로RNA 조절물질 및 마이크로RNA 소재 개발을 실시하고, 이를 활용한 미래 유망 화장품 제품화를 실시하였다. 본 구두발표를 통해 이에 대한 전반적인 내용을 공유하고자 한다.

교통약자를 위한 특별교통수단의 운영효율성 평가

Since “The Mobility Enhancement for the Mobility Impaired Act” was enacted in 2005, the government has actively increased the number of special vehicles for the transportation vulnerable, and the nationwide average reached more than 100% of the statutory number of special vehicles by the end of 2016. While the government's policy has focused primarily on quantitative growth, it is now necessary to concentrate more on efficient operations in services. Furthermore, since most of the operating costs of special transportation services (STS) are covered by municipal budgets, a comprehensive evaluation of operations efficiency becomes imperative for the sustainability of the services. In addition, the necessity for relative evaluation has also increased because the STS in each region are monopolistically operated. This study used DEA to evaluate the comprehensive and relative efficiency of the operations of the STS in Korea for the first time. This research also proposed a new variable affecting the efficiency of the STS, and statistically analyzed its significance. The results of this study are expected to help policy makers and the management of STS and contribute to the improvement in operations efficiency. 교통약자의 이동편의 증진법이 2005년에 제정된 이후, 정부는 교통약자를 위한 특별 차량의 수를 적극적으로 증가시켰고, 2016년 말에는 전국 평균으로 법정 차량 수의 100% 이상을 달성하였다. 그동안 정부의 정책이 각 지방자치단체에 적용된 법정 차량 수를 충족시키기 위한 양적 성장에 주로 집중되었다면, 이제는 서비스의 효율적인 운영에 좀 더 집중할 필요가 있다. 더욱이 특별교통수단의 운영 비용이 대부분 지방 예산에 의해 충당되고 있어 서비스의 지속가능성을 위한 통합적인 운영 효율성 평가가 중요하게 되었고, 각 지역의 특별교통수단이 독점적 형태로 운영되고 있기 때문에 지역 별로 운행되고 있는 특별교통수단의 상대적 평가의 필요성 또한 증가하였다. 따라서, 본 연구는 자료포락분석(Data Envelopment Analysis)을 사용하여 특별교통수단의 운영에 관한 통합적이고, 상대적인 효율성 평가를 국내 최초로 실시하였다. 또한, 특별교통수단의 효율성에 영향을 미치는 변수를 새롭게 제안하여 이들의 유의성을 통계적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 향후 특별교통수단에 대한 정책 수립 및 관리자의 운영에 도움을 제공하고, 운영 효율성의 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

장애인을 위한 수요응답형 교통서비스의 효율성과 생산성 변화 분석

The demand for Demand-Responsive Transit (DRT) services has increased for persons with disabilities and/or elderly people. Despite the importance and uniqueness of the DRT services, little work has been done for this area. The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the operating efficiencies and productivity changes of DRT services. The results indicate that the variations of the efficiency scores are getting smaller among DRT operators over several years, while those of input and output variables become bigger. Another interesting finding is that DRT service providers achieved increases in productivity by improvements in efficiency, not by technological progress. 장애인이나 노년층을 위한 수요응답형 교통서비스에 대한 수요는 꾸준히 증가해왔다. 수요응답형 교통서비스의 중요성과 고유한 특성에도 불구하고, 이 분야에 대한연구는 많지 않다. 본 논문의 목적은 국내 수요응답형 교통서비스의 운영 효율성과 생산성 변화를 평가하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 투입 변수와 산출 변수의 변동폭이 분석 기간에 걸쳐 점차 증가하는 반면, 수요응답형 교통서비스 운영자의 효율성 변동 폭은 분석 기간에 걸쳐 점차 줄어듬을 보여준다. 또 다른 흥미로운 점은 해당 분석 기간 동안 국내 수요응답형 교통서비스 운영자들의 생산성이 기술적인 진보보다는 효율성 증가에 의해 향상되었다는 것이다.

In the age of knowledge informatization, we have benefited a lot, but the dysfunctions have occurred. The lack of ethical awareness among teenagers is a typical dysfunction. In order to solve this problem, information ethics education has been strengthened in the information curriculum, but the effect is still insufficient. Therefore, this study proposed a teaching-learning plan for the cyber ethics unit by utilizing the value-clarification model, which is a teaching model effectively used in ethics subjects. For the plan, this study randomly collected six middle school information textbooks to analyze the composition of middle school information textbooks. Next, each of the six steps of the value clarification model instruction process was analyzed in detail. Then, based on the detailed stages, the “Information Ethics – Cyber Ethics” section of middle school information textbooks was compared and analyzed using a binary scale. According to these results, we identified the shortcomings in cyber ethics lessons with information textbooks and focused on them. The teaching and learning plan proposed in this study will enable information teachers to teach information ethics suitable for the composition of textbooks. In addition, students will become subjects of class by doing subjective activities in class, which will be an effective information ethics class. Ultimately, information ethics of adolescents can be effectively cultivated and this can help solve social problems caused by lack of information ethics.

노약자나 장애인 등 교통약자를 위한 수요응답형 교통서비스에 대한 수요는 지속적으로 증가해왔다. 수요응답형 교통서비스 운영자들은 높은 운영비에도 불구하고 요금이 법률로 규제되어있는 탓에 운영에 있어서 높은 효율성을 확보할 필요가있다. 수요응답형 교통서비스에 대한 포괄적인 효율성 평가가 필수적임에도 불구하고, 이 분야에 대한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구의 목적은 수요응답형 교통서비스의 운영 효율성에 영향을 주는 변수를 파악하고, 수요응답형 교통서비스의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 수요응답형 교통서비스 운영자의 효율성을 분석하고 운영 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 발굴하기 위한 새로운 체계를 제시한다. 본 연구 결과는 최소예약시간, 최대예약시간, 운영경험이 운영효율성에 영향을 미침을 보여준다. 그러나, 선행연구 결과와는 달리 오너쉽의 형태는 운영 효율성에 영향을 주지 않았다. 본 연구는 정책입안자와 서비스 운영자가 효율적인 경영전략을 수립하기 위한 가이드라인을 제시한다. The demand for demand-responsive transit (DRT) services has continuously increased for vulnerable transport users such as the elderly and disabled. DRT operators must maximize efficiency because their fares are regulated by law despite their high operating costs. Although a comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of DRT services is imperative, little work has been done in this area. The main objective of this research is to identify the variables that significantly affect the operational efficiency of DRT service providers and propose ways to improve the competitiveness of DRT services. This study presents a new approach to analyzing the efficiency of DRT operators and investigating the determinants of their efficiency. The results indicate the significant impacts of minimum reservation time, maximum reservation time, and operational experience on efficiency. Unlike previous studies, however, ownership type does not significantly affect efficiency. This study presents guidance for policy makers and managers who want to develop transparent management strategies.

신제품 설계 및 품질 개선 측면에서 본 무상보증기간 중 항만시설장비 고장 분석

우리나라에서 항만은 수출입 화물의 99.7% 이상을 처리하는 국가 핵심 물류거점이다. 특히 항만시설장비는 컨테이너터미널의 운영에 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구는 고장 전파에 의한 고장이 상대적으로 적은 장비 운용 초기인 무상 보증기간동안 항만시설장비에서 발생한 실제 고장 데이터를 최초로 분석하였다. 또한, 항만시설장비 중 트랜스퍼크레인이나 컨테이너크레인이 아닌 스프린터캐리어의 고장 데이터를 국내에서 처음으로 다루었다. 본 논문에서는 장비 고장 실제 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 그 결과를 정비 업무 경력자들의 기존 인식뿐 아니라 선행 연구 결과와 비교하고 그 차이의 원인을 설명하였다. 본 연구는 무상보증기간에 순수하게 장비 자체의 이유로 발생한 고장만을 분석함으로써, 그 결과를 장비 품질개선과 신제품 설계에 활용할 수 있으며, 컨테이너터미널의 운영에 적용하여 생산성과 효율성을 높이는데 기여할 수 있다. Ports are national key logistics bases that process more than 99.7% of import and export freights in South Korea. Port facility equipment is particularly an essential element for operating container terminals. This research newly analyzes the actual failure data collected from port facility equipment during the warranty period, an initial operating period with relatively few failures due to failure propagation, In addition, this study deals with the failure data of sprinter carrier, rather than transfer crane or container crane, for the first time in South Korea. This research statistically analyzes actual failure data, compares its results with those of a literature survey and a preliminary interview with experienced mechanics, and explains the reasons for their differences. By analyzing only the failures caused by the equipment itself during the warranty period, this paper provides useful results that can be used for quality improvements and new product design and applied to operations of container terminals to improve their productivity and efficiency.

스트립 바이너리에서 저자 식별에 관한 연구

최근 익명성이 보장되는 네트워크와 인터넷이 생기며 이를 이용한 악성코드가 증가하고 있다. 이를 막기 위한 방안 중 하나로 코드의 저자를 밝혀내는 연구인 코드 저자 식별이 있다. 이에 관해 최근 연구들은 소스 코드와 바이너리에서 높은 정확도로 저자를 식별해낼 수 있다는 것을 밝혀냈다. 하지만 스트립 바이너리와 관련해서는 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 연구에 사용되는 방법을 스트립 바이너리에 적용하여 실험을 진행하여 그 결과가 좋지 않음을 보였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 스트립 바이너리에서 저자 식별이 어려운 이유를 분석하였다.

발마사지가 여성의 비만 예방에 미치는 효과

It has been recognized that Korean women have the best interest on diet even though they score the lowest Body Mass Index (BMI) and the rate of their weight loss trial is the highest in the world. And the side effect of this phenomenon becomes a social issue in these days. The study presented here was conducted to develop novel desirable diet methods, particularly, involving with the certified foot massage, that could be used for the prevention of obesity in Korean women that have regular body weight. Ten normal weight women with age 20-40's were selected among the trainees and clients in the Korea Foot Manager Association (Koyang Branch) through random sampling. And experiments were repeated 10 times, 50 min session and 2-3 times a week. As a result, the group which just laid on the bed without doing anything did not have any changes in average of weight, body fat mass, fat free mass, BMI and edema index. The group which laid on the bed after covering lavender blending oil onto 10cm up on their knees reduced the average of weight, body fat mass, fat free mass, BMI and edema index; however, there was no statistical significance. The group that received the certified foot massage reduced the average of weight, body fat mass, fat free mass, BMI and edema index and the average changes of weight, BMI and edema index were statistically significant(P<0.05). These results showed that foot massage prevented the obesity of regular weight women and that especially it was effective in dissolution of edema obesity and weight loss. Three elements flow; vein massage, foot reflexology stimulation and meridian pathways improved the body that is not good into the healthy body. And healthy body itself let the unnecessary body fat to secrete. It may be interesting in examining the effect of the certified foot massage on the dissolution of obesity in Korean women that have high degree obesity in the future.
