        인지갈등 해소 지연이 중학생의 과학 개념변화에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the delayed resolution of cognitive conflict on middle school students` conceptual change in learning the concept of the action and reaction with cognitive conflict strategy. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to the time in which teacher tried to resolve cognitive conflict: instant resolution group, 2-day delay resolution group, and 7-day delay resolution group. Pretest, just before test, posttest, and delayed posttest were examined to measure the degree of conceptual change. Delay resolution groups` students answered the questionnaire asking what they had done to resolve cognitive conflict during the period which had been delayed resolution of cognitive conflict. The results of this study were as follows. First, instant resolution group showed significantly more scientific conceptual change than delay resolution groups. Secondly, most of delay resolution groups` students who tried to resolve cognitive conflict interacted with their peers. Also, delayed resolution of cognitive conflict was not helpful to resolve cognitive conflict. Thirdly, in delay resolution groups, we found the tendency that students who spent more than 30 minutes trying to resolve cognitive conflict altered their preconceptions into scientific concepts more easily than the others did. According to the results of this study, instant resolution of cognitive conflict is more effective on scientific conceptual change than delayed resolution of cognitive conflict.

      • 부모의 갈등해결행동이 아동의 우울, 불안, 공격성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 부모의 갈등해결행동이 아동의 심리적 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 초등학교 6학년 466명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 부모의 갈등해결정도와 갈등해결행동은 아동의 우울, 불안, 공격성과 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 특히, 부부문제를 해결하기 위해 자녀를 끌어들이는 자녀개입과 부부간의 비협력적 태도는 아동의 우울 및 불안을 유발시키고 있었으며, 부모의 갈등이 해결될 기미를 보이지 않는 교착행동이나 부모의 신체적 공격행동은 아동의 공격성에 영향을 주고 있었다. 부모의 갈등해결행동 중 자녀개입은 아동의 심리적 적응에 부정적 영향을 미치는 가장 강력한 변인으로 나타났다. 반면, 부모가 갈등이 있더라도 갈등을 자녀 앞에서 외현적으로 드러내지 않는 회피 행동은 아동의 우울, 불안 같은 내면화 문제를 증가시키지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The sample subjects were 466 students from 12 classes of 6th grade in two elementary schools. Children completed the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale(CPIC: Grych et al., 1992), the Conflicts and Problem-Solving Scale(CPS: Kerig, 1996), Revises Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale(RCMAS: Reynolds & Richmond, 1978), Children's Depression Inventory(CDI: Kovacs, 1981), Aggression Questionnaire(AQ: Buss & Perry, 1992). The date were analyzed by using statistical techniques such as Cronbach α, t-test, Pearson's Correlation and Regression of the SPSS program. The major results are as follows. First, According to the degree of interparental conflict resolution, there were significant differences in children's psychological adjustment. The more unsatisfactory the interparental conflict resolution were perceived, the higher depression, anxiety, aggression children reported. Second, the interparental conflict resolution behavior was correlated with children's psychological adjustment. Child Involvement and Collaboration influenced children's depression. Children's anxiety was associated with Child Involvement, Collaboration, Stalemate. Children's aggression such as hostility and anger was related to Child Involvement, Stalemate, Physical/ Verbal aggression. Third, Depending on interparental conflict resolution behavior, the gender differences were found in children's depression and anxiety but not in children's aggression. Boys' depression was influenced by the Child Involvement and Collaboration of interparental conflict resolution behaviors, whereas, boys' anxiety was ascribe to Child Involvement and Verbal Aggression. For girls, Stalemate and Collaboration of interparental conflict resolution behaviors were powerful predictor of both depression and anxiety. There were not gender differences in boys' and girls' aggression which were influendced by Child Involvement. Forth, The degree of interparental conflict resolution was found as a significant predictor of the children's depression. The interparental conflict resolution behavior was an important predictor of children's aggression. The children's anxiety was correlated with both the degree of interparental conflict resolution and the interparental conflict resolution behavior. In conclusion, the interparental conflict resolution had effect on children's psychological adjustment. Especially, Child Involvement of interparental conflict resolution behaviors was the strongest predictor of children's psychological adjustment. Stalemate and Collaboration were also powerful variables predicting children's psychological adjustment. These results state the importance of constructive resolution in marital conflict. Finally, future research were discussed.

        走向冲突解决的四层模式

        This paper aims to lay down the foundations upon which stands an unprecedented and unparalleled four-tiered model of conflict resolution, which is bound to be a seismic shift in the remit of mediation. The foregoing model of conflict resolution rests upon four pillars. The first pillar has been coined the social dynamics of conflict resolution. The second pillar has been dubbed the cultural dynamics of conflict resolution. The third pillar has been baptized the legal dynamics of conflict resolution. Finally, the fourth pillar has been called the cross-border and cross-cultural dynamics of conflict resolution. The overriding goal of this paper is to carve out a functional conflict resolution framework amenable to assuage the yawning chasm between law and the underlying social reality of/in a given jurisdiction. To cater to that, this paper endeavours to cast a new light on the polymath Professor Niklas Luhmann´s ground-breaking academic work with a view to support my central claim that social sub-systems (ranging from culture, society, religion, political ideology, economy, philosophy, and law) have permanently interacted with each other throughout the vast swathes of history (and) for a long-winded time. Following on the heels of such assertion, the sweeping objective underpinning this paper is to set forth a full-fledged and comprehensive model of conflict resolution that parses mediation in four perspectives with a view to yield both a sought-after long-term harmony-equilibrium and a wealth procedural maximization across jurisdictions.

        외식 프랜차이즈 본부의 갈등해결행동이 절차와 행동의 질 및 해지의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - In recent years, research has been conducted on the conflict resolution strategies of the franchise headquarters and the franchisees, but there is a lack of research on the factors of conflict due to the intrinsic structure, such as interdependence or hierarchical relationship, and behavioral analysis to reduce the conflict. In this study, we analyze the relationship between satisfaction and trust formed in the process and result of the business, and the result of action to dissolution intention. Research design, data, methodology - For these purposes, the author developed the proposed model and several hypotheses. In this model, conflict resolution strategies consist of five dimensions such as avoiding, forcing, cooperating, obliging, and compromising strategy. And, this model proposed that onflict resolution strategies are antecedents of procedure quality, behaviour quality and dissolution intention are consequences of conflict resolution strategies. The data were collected from April 1 to April 15, 2013. Because this study examined franchise industries from the franchisee perspective, we contacted franchisee store owner and managers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Interviewers trained contacted a total of 483 franchisees, and 400 franchisees responded. Out of 400 respondents, 2 respondents were deleted due to missing information. Thus, a total of 398 franchisee were used for this study. he data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and Amos 23.0 statistical program. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, franchisor conflict resolution activities have significant effects on procedure quality. Second, procedure quality has a significant effect on behavior quality. Finally, behavior quality has a significant effect on dissolution intention. Conclusions - In this study, we investigated the relationship between conflict resolution behavior, procedural quality, behavior quality and dissolution intention. As a result, the franchisers should strive to resolve conflicts not only in solving simple problems with franchisees, but also in a longer term perspective. We also found that the procedural aspects of resolving conflicts should not be ignored. If the trust and satisfaction of each other increase during the process of resolving the conflict, it will positively affect the satisfaction and trust in resolving the conflict. This is also because it serves to lower the intention of termination. However, there is a limitation that it is targeted only to the restaurant franchise, and it is necessary to study the conflict resolution behavior depending on the type of conflict.

      • 갈등해결 프로그램이 초등학교 고학년 아동의 갈등해결방식 및 사회성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of a study was to examine the effects of interpersonal conflict resolution program on the conflict resolution method and sociabilities of an elementary school seniors. The subjects of this study were 34 fifth grade students who were selected randomly based on their classes. The one class(n=17) was assigned as experimental group and the other class(n=17) was assigned as control group. The experiment group students participated in the interpersonal conflict resolution program. After treatment, the interpersonal conflict resolution test and sociabilities test were administered for both group. The data were analysed by t-test for independent group. The results were as follows; First, the interpersonal conflict resolution program had the effects on intensify conflict of the interpersonal conflict resolution methods of elementary school seniors, but not mitigate conflict. Second, the interpersonal conflict resolution program had the effects on the sociabilities, especially diligence and respect for law. 본 연구는 대인간 갈등해결 프로그램이 초등학교 고학년의 대인간 갈등해결 방식 및 사회성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충남에 소재한 S초등학교 5학년 2개 반 각 17명씩을 실험집단과 통제 집단으로 구성하였다. 실험집단에는 기존의 대인간 갈등해결 프로그램을 초등학교 고학년 학생의 수준에 맞게 재구성한 대인간 갈등해결 프로그램을 학교재량시간을 활용하여 주 1회씩 12회기를 실험집단에 처치하였다. 통제 집단에는 아무런 처치를 하고 사후검사 결과를 비교하였다. 이상의 연구에서 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인간 갈등해결 프로그램은 대인간 갈등 완화에는 효과가 없었으나 대인간 갈등격화 감소에는 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 대인간 갈등해결 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년의 사회성에 긍정적 효과가 있었다. 특히, 근면성과 자주성 향상에 효과가 있었다.

        공공갈등 해결방식에 대한 인식 : 갈등의 민주주의 기여도와의 관련성을 중심으로

        본 연구는 시민들은 공공갈등 순기능에 대한 인식과 공공갈등 해결에 있어 선호도는 어떻게 연계되어 있으며 이러한 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 단국대학교 분쟁해결연구센터의 2010년과 2020년 시민의 갈등 인식 설문조사를 통해 갈등의 기능과 갈등해결 선호방식의 연계성에 대해 알아보았다. 2010년은 갈등의 기능에 대한 평가가 갈등 인식에 중요하게 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 2020년은 갈등 기능에 대한 평가와 함께 정부 역할에 대한 평가가 중요했다. 특히, 2010년과 2020년에 대한 분석에서 모두 정부신뢰가 갈등 인식에 중요하게 영향을 미치고 있었는데 정부에 대한 신뢰가 높을수록 정부에 의한 해결보다는 당사자 간 해결을 선호한다는 점을 발견할 수 있었다. 두 분석을 통해 상대적으로 2020년 시민들의 갈등 인식에 다양한 변수가 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 향후 시민들의 갈등 인식을 파악하기 위해서는 복합적·통합적 접근이 필요하며 좀 더 다양한 분석과 함께 연계성을 통한 분석이 필요하다. The purpose of the study aims at examining how citizens perceptions on positive function of public conflicts and their preferences in resolving public conflicts are connected, and what factors influence these perceptions. The reason the study attempts to focus on the recognition of the positive function of public conflict and preference for resolution method is that two factors are treated as important areas in public conflict management above all else. To this end, the study investigated citizens perception of conflict through a conflict perception survey conducted by 000000 from 2008 to 2020. Likewise, the study examines the connection between the function of conflict and preferred method of conflict resolution with the results of the 2010 and the 2020 survey. The results showed that the evaluation of the function of conflict was an important factor influencing the perception of conflict in the 2010 survey. However, it found that the evaluation of the role of government along with the evaluation of the conflict function had a significant influence on the perception of conflict in the 2020 survey. In particular, in both 2010 and 2020 analyses, the study found that trust in the government had a significant impact on the perception of conflict. In addition, it showed that the higher the trust in the government, the people preferred the resolution between the parties to the resolution by the government. It can be expected that if trust in the government is high, conflict resolution through government intervention would be preferred, but this was not the case. Citizens link the trust of the government with an environment in which the parties can play a role, rather than as a method of resolving conflicts. The study showed that more various variables had an influence on the citizens perception of conflict in 2020. It is expected that this trend will become stronger. This is because citizens are more seriously aware of conflict than in the past and evaluate that conflict resolution will become increasingly difficult. But, the study could see the complicated conflict perception of citizens who positively evaluated the role of the government in conflict resolution. In the future, it was found that a complex and integrated approach is needed to understand the conflict perception of citizens. Also, it is necessary to analyze through connection with a more diverse analysis.

        임신기 아버지의 갈등해석 마인드셋이 부부관계 질에 미치는 영향에서 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine conflict resolution strategies’ and work-family conflicts’ mediating effects in the associations between conflict mindsets and quality of marital relationships among fathers in pregnancy. A self-reported survey was answered by 504 fathers in pregnancy who participated in prenatal education program in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and correlational analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were conducted to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, the mediating path from a learning mindset to quality of marital relationships through positive conflict resolution strategies was found to be significant. Second, the dual mediation paths from a learning mindset to quality of marital relationships through positive conflict resolution and work-family conflicts were significant. Third, the dual mediation paths from a judgemental mindset to quality of marital relationships though negative conflict resolution strategies and work-family conflict were also significant. These results suggest that there is a need to change individuals’ cognitive mindsets in order to increase quality of marital relationships and to reduce work-family conflicts. 본 연구는 임신기 아버지의 갈등해석 마인드셋이 부부관계 질에 미치는 영향에서 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울·경기지역의 임신기 아버지 504명이고, 자료분석을 위해 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습적 마인드셋이 긍정적 갈등해결전략을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 매개경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습적 마인드셋이 긍정적 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 이중매개경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 평가적 마인드셋이 부정적 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈 등을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 이중매개경로 또한 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 임신기 부부 관계 질을 높이고 일-가정갈등을 줄이기 위해서는 갈등에 대한 개인의 인지적 마인드셋을 수정해야할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

        평화적 갈등해결 기제로서의 선거: 선거를 통한 생활갈등의 해결 모색

        Korea is becoming a “society with daily life conflicts” as conflicts began to intrude on the activities of daily living. This article starts with a basic awareness that elections can be effective means for conflict resolution in the era of daily life conflicts. The purpose is to understand the implications and role of an election, and its utilization as a conflict-resolution mechanism, in order to explore ways to more effectively resolve daily life conflicts. For this research, first, diverse existing conflict-resolution mechanisms are reviewed and analyzed, within which the status of an ‘election’ as a conflict-resolution mechanism was examined, followed by a case examination of each type of mechanism. Then, an election’s potential as a conflict-solving mechanism is analyzed, focusing on frequently occurring recent cases. Finally, the resultant implications from the analysis of utilizing an election as a conflict-solving mechanism have been classified and summarized. 갈등이 일상의 ‘생활세계’로까지 확산되면서 한국 사회가 “생활갈등사회”가 되고 있다. 이 글은 ‘선거’가 생활갈등의 시대에 유효한 갈등해결 수단이 될 수 있다는 기본적인 문제의식에서 출발한다. 그리고 이 글은 선거를 통해 효과적인 생활갈등을 해결할 수 있는 갈등해결 기제로서 선거의 역할과 활용을 위한 함의를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해서 이 글은 기존의 다양한 갈등해결 방식들을 수렴하여 유형화하고, 그 속에서 갈등해결 기제로서 ‘선거’의 위상을 검토한다. 다음으로 갈등해결 방식에 따른 유형별 사례들을 검토한다. 이어서 갈등해결 기제로서 선거의 활용 가능성을 최근 빈발하고 있는 생활갈등 사례를 중심으로 분석하고 있다. 마지막으로 이러한 분석을 통해 갈등해결 기제로서 선거를 활용하기 위한 함의를 정리했다.

        조직구성원의 가치성향과 갈등상황에 따른 갈등처리방식의 차이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of 1 is study is twofold: one is to investigate the relationship between individualism-collectivism orientation and conflict resolution modes: the other is to see if individuals change their conflict resolution modes according to the conflict contexts: conflict with in-group colleagues, conflict with out-group members, and conflict with supervisors. The major findings obtained from a statistical analysis are as follows; (1) individuals high on individualism score tend to use more dominating strategy, while individuals high on collectivism score tend to use more obliging strategy. However, there is no difference in integrating, compromising and avoiding strategy according to ndividualism-collectivism orientation. (2) individuals high on individualism scale tend to maintain consistently their conflict resolution modes even in different conflict situations, although individuals showing high collectivism tend to use more obliging and avoiding strategy when faced with supervisors than when faced with colleagues. (3) individuals high on both individualism and collectivism scores tend to use actively all kinds of conflict resolution modes. In contrast, individuals low on both individualism and collectivism scores tend to use less any strategy of conflict resolution. And individuals high on both individualism and collectivism scores tend to shift easily their conflict resolution modes according to conflict situations.

        노자 사상으로 본 한국 다문화사회의 갈등 원인과 대안

        The study focuses on proposing Laozi’s philosophy to understand the causes of conflicts in Korean society and presents a solution centered around the role of a leader and the qualities required for conflict resolution in multicultural settings. 1. Understanding the Causes of Conflicts: The study examines the causes and types of conflicts in Korean society. By drawing on the ideas of daodejing, it aims to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of conflicts, including conflicts in Korean society as a whole and conflicts within multicultural societies. 2. The Role of a Leader in Multicultural Conflict Resolution: From a philosophical standpoint, the study analyzes the required social spirit to solve the conflicts arising in multicultural societies. It suggests that the resolution of conflicts in a multicultural society necessitates the presence of a leader at the forefront. 3. Ideal Leadership Model: By delving into Laozi’s teachings, particularly concepts like the ‘saint’ and ‘goodness,’ the study examines the qualities and attitudes that political and administrative executives, working to address and solve these conflicts, should possess. Laozi’s teachings are presented as a model for conflict resolution. 본 연구는 사회문화의 근간이 되는 철학적 관점에서 다문화사회의 갈등의 원인을파악하고 해결 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 한국 사회의 갈등의 원인과 종류를 살펴본 후 도덕경속에 나타난 노자의 사상을 통해 한국 사회의 전반적갈등이나 다문화사회의 갈등과 같은 갈등들의 발생 원인에 대해 이해하였다. 둘째, 기존의 철학적 관점에서의 다문화사회 문제해결 방법을 사회 전체가 가져야 할 정신이 무엇인지를 통해 분석하였다면, 본 연구에서는 다문화사회의 갈등에 대한 문제해결을 하기 위한 중심에는 리더가 필요하다고 제시하였다. 셋째, 갈등해결사 모델로도덕경 속에서 이상적 리더쉽으로 제시된 ‘聖人’과 ‘善’의 의미 분석을 통해 문제해결을 위해 일하는 정치나 행정의 집행자들이 가져야 할 태도 및 정신을 제시하였다.
