        안경광학과 학생의 의사소통 교육요구도

        Purpose: The study attempted to examine communication-related educational needs by identifying the importance of communication and communication skills among ophthalmic optics students. Methods: The study analyzed data from 169 optometry students who responded to an online survey during a two-month period starting from April 2021. The survey consisted of 49 questions regarding interpretation skills, role performance, self-presentation skills, goal-setting skills, and message competence, including the sub-competencies of communication importance and communication skills. Priorities for communication-related educational needs were identified via the IPA matrix and Borich analysis. Results: Regarding communication importance and communication skills, role performance and message competence, were the highest at 3.96 and 3.89, respectively. The communication importance and communication skills of students who perceived their communication skills to be excellent were high. The results of the IPX matrix found that communication-related educational needs were the greatest for role performance and message competence. The Borich needs assessment ranked role performance as number 1, with a score of 3.58. Conclusions: The communication education most necessary to optometry students was role performance. Results from this study may be used to inform communication education, to optimize the communication skills and educational needs of optometry students. 목적: 안경광학과 학생들의 의사소통 중요도와 의사소통능력을 파악하여 의사소통 교육요구도를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2021년 4월부터 2개월간 온라인 설문조사에 응답한 안경광학과 학생 169명의 자료를 분석하였다. 의사소 통 중요도와 의사소통능력의 하위역량인 해석능력, 역할수행능력, 자기제시능력, 목표설정능력, 메시지전환능력 49 문항을 설문 조사하였다. 의사소통 교육요구도는 IPA matrix와 Borich 분석으로 의사소통 교육의 우선순위를 확인하였다. 결과: 의사소통 중요도와 의사소통능력은 역할수행능력과 메시지전환능력이 각 3.96점, 3.89점으로 가장 높 았다. 본인이 지각하는 의사소통능력이 우수한 학생의 의사소통 중요도와 의사소통능력이 높았다. IPA matrix 결과, 역할 수행능력, 메시지 전환능력에 대한 의사소통 교육요구도가 가장 높았다. Borich 요구도는 3.58로 역할수행능력이 1 순위로 나타났다. 결론: 안경광학과 학생들에게 우선적으로 필요한 의사소통 교육은 역할수행능력이었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 안경광학과 학생들의 의사소통능력과 교육요구도가 반영된 의사소통 교육의 기초자료로 활용하기를 기대한다.

      • 대학생들의 의사소통에 따른 자기관리능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생들이 의사소통능력에 따른 자기관리능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대해 알아보고 앞 으로의 교육과정개발과 취업과 연계할 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 이러한 연구목적을 바탕 으로 수립한 구체적인 연구문제는 첫째, 대학생들의 의사소통능력은 어떠한가? 둘째, 대학생들의 자기관리 능력은 어떠한가? 셋째, 대학생들의 의사소통능력에 따라 자기관리능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가?를 알아 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구가설을 수립하고 기술통계, 상관관계, 회귀분석 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이러한 연구문제를 검증하고자 경기도에 있는 사회복지과 재학생을 대상으로 2015년 10월 10일부터 10월 19일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째. 일반적 사항에 따른 의사소통능력과 자기관리능력에서 성별 의사소통과 자기관리능력에 대하여 살펴보면 자기관리능력의 경우에 남자 3.92점, 여자 3.63점으로 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타나 유의 한 차이를 보였다. 학력별 의사소통과 자기관리능력을 살펴본 결과에서는 3년제가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 자기관리능력에서도 학년이 높을수록 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 둘째, 대학생들의 의사소통과 자 기관리능력은 어떠한가에서는 기술통계분석에서 의사소통능력과 자기관리능력을 살펴본 결과 자기관리능력 보다 의사소통능력이 낮게 나타났으며, 자기관리 능력이 의사소통보다 평균이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생들의 의사소통능력과 자기관리능력에는 어떠한 상관관계가 있는가를 알아본 결과 자기관리능력, 의 사소통능력 대부분 정적인 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들이 의사소통능력에 따른 자기관리능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to determine what is the effect on the ability to self-management and communication skills development aimed at pre-university social workers, and serve as a basis for preemployment programs for social workers. Establishing specific research problems based on this research. First, what about communication skills of pre-university social worker? Second, what about self-care and social workers develop skills of pre-college students? Third, depending on the communication skills of pre-university How does the social worker to evaluate the impact on self-management and development skills? Establish a hypothesis for this purpose, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, regression model. To verify these research questions were surveyed from October 2015 until May 10, October 19 targeting social welfare section Students in Gyeonggi Province. The collected data were analyzed by using the SPSS 20.0 were obtained the following results. first. General information on the communication skills and self-management skills to look for in accordance with the gender communication and self-management skills in the case of a man self-management skills shown by 3.92 points and 3.63 points women were higher than men women showed significant differences. The doctor by education and communication were the high points was the result of examining the self-management appeared to be relatively high capacity three-year, two grades higher in self-management skills. Third, whether there is any correlation between communication skills and self-care physicians the ability of college students know the result of the preliminary social workers self-management skills, communication skills, most physicians were significantly correlated static. University of Social Workers preliminary results of this study will be the basis to develop a program that can jeunjin self-management skills and development of the communication skills.

        바람직한 화법 교육의 방향

        This paper aims to define the concept of oral communication skills and the components constituting such skills; and to suggest the optimal contents and methods of educating oral communication skills by illustrating the status quo and the problems in teaching them. This paper suggests to define the oral communication skills as “the skills relating to listening as a receptive component and speaking as a productive component of spoken language based on communicative competence, and effective methods and/or processes of nonverbal language accompanying such listening and speaking skills”. Oral communication skills have been taught in the elementary, secondary, college-level education as well as in adult continuing education programs. It is argued here that it is imperative that the education comprehensively relate to grammatical competence, socio-linguistic competence, discourse competence and stategic competence, and that effective education calls for development and dissemination of efficient programs, thorough revision of the standardized educational model of oral communication skills, publication of oral communication guidelines, and establishment counseling centers to enhance oral communication skills. 없음

        기술적 의사소통능력의 하위요소 추출과 체제모형 구축

        The purpose of this study was to extract of Sub-elements of technologicalcommunication skills and to construct of a system model. In order to achieve the goal ofthe study, it was carried out in two steps: (1)Extraction sub-elements and definitions oftechnological communication skills, (2)Development of a system model of technologicalcommunication skills. Obtained conclusions by the process of this research were as follows. First, sub-elements of the technological communication skills were extracted and theywere images, sketches, flowcharts, drawings, prototyping, symbols·tables·graphs andpresentations. Second, using the 'technological communication tools' based on the"collaborative activities in online and offline', technological communication skills weredefined as communication skills to be raised through the process of 'Idea through theCommunication', 'Realization through the Communication', 'Wrap up through theCommunication'. Third, technological communication skills were described as the system,in which 'Idea through the Communication(images, sketches, flowcharts)', 'Realizationthrough the Communication(design, prototyping)', 'Wrap up through theCommunication(symbol·table·graph, presentation)' were collaboratively activated. Fourth,checking tool for the technological communication skills was developed, based on checkingtool for the existing communication skills and system model for technologicalcommunication skills. And it was improved by the expert validity test. 이 연구의 목적은 학습자의 의사소통능력을 향상시키기 위한 도구로서 사용될 기술적 의사소통능력의 하위요소 추출과 체제모형 구축에 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 기술적 의사소통능력 하위요소 추출 및 정의, 기술적 의사소통능력 체제 모형구축의 두 가지 단계로 진행하였다. 기술적 의사소통능력 하위요소 추출 및 정의 단계에서는, 기술적 의사소통능력과관련된 요소를 포함하고 있는 기존의 설계과정 모형을 분석, 비교하고, 기술적 의사소통능력 하위요소를 추출하여 전문가 검증하였다. 다음으로 ‘기술적 의사소통능력’과 그 하위요소에 대한 정의를 하였다. 기술적 의사소통능력 체제 모형 구축 단계에서는, 기술적 의사소통능력 하위요소와 관련 문헌에 대한 연구를 통해 기술적 의사소통능력 체제 모형을 구축하여 전문가 검증하였다. 이러한 연구과정을 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술적 의사소통능력의 하위요소는 이미지, 스케치, 순서도, 설계도, 원형제작, 기호·표·그래프, 프레젠테이션이 추출되었다. 둘째, 기술적 의사소통능력을 ‘온라인·오프라인을 아우르는 협업 활동’을 기반으로, ‘기술적 의사소통 도구’를 사용하여,‘교류를 통한 구상, 교류를 통한 구현, 교류를 통한 마무리’의 과정을 통해 길러지는의사소통능력으로 정의하였다. 셋째, 기술적 의사소통능력은 교류를 통한 구상(이미지, 스케치, 순서도), 교류를 통한 구현(설계도, 원형제작), 교류를 통한 마무리(기호·표·그래프, 프레젠테이션)의 모든 과정이 협업을 기반으로 체제를 구성하고 있다. 넷째, 기존 의사소통능력 검사도구와 기술적 의사소통능력 체제모형을 기반으로 기술적 의사소통능력 검사 도구를 개발하고, 전문가 타당도 조사를 통해 개선하였다.

        외식업 종사자의 소통에 관한 고객과 종사자의 인식 차이: 소통능력과 공감능력의 인식과 소통만족에 관하여

        This study explored the impact of perceiving communication and empathy skills of workers in the food service industry on communication satisfaction. This study surveyed 715 customers and workers. First, the result showed that the higher the people thought communication skills of worker were, the higher they felt satisfaction on communication in restaurants for both customers and workers. Workers perceived their communication kills better than customers did. Second, the higher the people thought empathy skills of worker were, the higher they were satisfied on communication in restaurants for both customers and workers. Workers perceived their empathy kills better than customers did. Lastly, multiple regression analysis results showed that communication and empathy skills independently had the impact on communication satisfaction for customers. But only communication skills had the impact on satisfaction amongst workers. Maybe the impact of empathy skill was included with that of communication skills. This indicated that there existed the perceptual difference between customers and laborers about communication satisfaction. 이 연구는 외식산업 종사자의 소통과 공감능력에 대한 고객과 종사자의 인식이 소통만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이 연구를 위해 715명의 고객과 종사자를 대상으로 외식산업 종사자의 소통능력, 공감능력과 소통만족에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 고객과 종사자 모두가 외식산업 종사자의 소통능력을 높게 인식할수록 소통만족이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 종사자는 고객보다 종사자의 소통능력을 더 높게 평가하고 있다. 둘째, 고객과 종사자 모두 외식산업 종사자의 공감능력을 높게 인식할수록 소통만족이 높게 나타났으며, 종사자는 고객보다 종사자의 공감능력을 더 높게 인식한다. 셋째, 소통만족에 대한 고객과 종사자 두 집단 간의 차이에서, 종사자는 고객보다 소통만족을 더 높게 인식했다. 마지막으로 다중회귀 분석 결과를 보면, 고객의 경우는 종사자의 소통능력과 공감능력에 대한 인식이 모두 소통만족에 영향을 미쳤으며, 종사자의 경우 종사자의 소통능력에 대한 인식만 소통만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 공감능력 인식의 영향이 소통능력 인식에 함께 포함되었기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 이 연구는 외식산업 매장의 소통 차원에서 고객과 종사자의 인식 차이를 분석하여 향후 이 간극을 좁혀야 할 필요와 방향을 확인하였다는 데 의미가 있다.

        직무만족에 미치는 의사소통 능력 : 사회교환이론을 활용한 상사신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로

        Good communication is an essential tool t that enables a person to lead a basic life as well as daily life, and in achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels of an organization. Social exchange theory is a sociological and psychological theory that studies the social behavior in the interaction of two parties that implement and it is a dominant theoretical paradigm used to explain workplace relationships. Social exchange theory is one of the most important theoretical frameworks for analyzing employer-employee relationships and employees’ commitment. The trust relationship between subordinates and supervisors increases job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The relationship between subordinates and supervisors in work life is one of the most important aspects of communication. Supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate not only affects the work performance but also the adaptation of the subordinates to work life. In this study, based on social exchange theory, the impact of communication skills on job satisfaction was analyzed for those who work for general companies located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In particular, the structural influence relationship was analyzed among communication skills, Supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate and job satisfaction variables by confirming the mediating effects of supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate. As a result of the analysis, in the relationship between communication skills and supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate, it was found that open communication and active listening among the five factors of communication skills had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate. In the relationship between communication skills and job satisfaction, empathy, open communication and active listening among the five factors of communication skills had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. In addition, among the five factors of communication skills, the effect of open communication on job satisfaction was mediated by supervisor’s trust perceived by subordinate. Communication with colleagues and subordinates in the workplace is easy, but communication with supervisors is much more difficult and important. Since we do not work alone at work, the performance of work is maximized when communication skills are harmonized based on competency and passion. Reducing work-related errors by active listening and freely asking questions about ambiguous parts in all communication in the workplace will lead to trust from the supervisor, and job satisfaction. And it will ultimately increase work efficiency and productivity.

        U대학의 NCS 기반 < 의사소통능력 > 연구

        NCS is the knowledge required to perform the job in industry, technology, literacy, such as the contents of one country will organize the industrial sector, level. It plays a positive role in the level of talent that the industry needs based on job analysis. NCS-based curriculum that is being applied to the curriculum of the college as part of the current ``specialized college training projects`` should address the mismatch between industry and university training and train talented people with job skills. Therefore, improving the competitiveness of college credit and are expected to be a key tool for realizing the vision of social competence center. In this study, NCS-based job through the <communication skills> Course operational practices of a field of competence based <communication skills> proposes to move the direction of the class. NCS-based <communication skills> should be the emphasis is applied to learners understand the nature of communication they need in carrying out the work at the workplace. Based on the actual situation and work closely practice classes also considering job performance evaluation method of NCS should proceed. Therefore, NCS-based <communication skills> the basic vocational skills assessment (communication skills sector), NCS-based self-introduction, career based learning modules requires a supplement to interview skills. In addition, these points are based on criteria that reflect their performing NCS-based <communication skills> the development of teaching and learning guidelines are needed.

        표준화환자와의 의사소통기술 훈련이나 선택과목 '의사소통기술' 이수가 임상수행평가 성적에 영향을 미쳤는가?

        Purpose: Communication skills are considered as one of the essential requirements in medical education, and the training often involves exercising medical interviews with standardized patients(SP) or role play. This study investigated the helpfulness of the communication skills training programs for students' performance on the clinical performance examination (CPX). Methods: Fourth-year students who have taken one of two communication skills programs(exercising communication skills with SP or elective communication skill course with role play) completed a questionnaire on their evaluation of the helpfulness of communication skills programs immediately after finishing the CPX. Then, the programs were objectively assessed by comparing all fourth-year students' CPX scores between program participants and non-participants. Results: About 70% of participants answered that the programs were helpful to perform clinical clerkship and CPX. However, there was no difference in either the total CPX score or 2 categorical scores(integrated clinical encounter, communication and interpersonal skill) between program participants and non-participants. Conclusion: Although the students felt that the communication skills programs were helpful to their clinical activities, this study failed to find objective evidence of any effect of the programs on the CPX results. Communication skills training should be continued during clinical clerkship to maintain or enhance the skills, and it is necessary to introduce more effective methods for precise evaluation of students' communication skills.

      • 창조적 인간관계를 위한 대화의 능력에 관한 연구

        As human communication can not be properly achieved without exchanging words, it would be difficult to maintain decent human relationships without conversation. Also, as it would be impossible to gain or deliver knowledge without communication, it would not be possible to achieve creation and succession of development. Especially, in order to maintain successful life in present information era, we need communication skills for creative human relationships. To form creative human relations in such a situation, it is meaningful to examine essence, rule, structure and principle of communication. Conversation is the principle of making the other person understand and is a driving force behind creative human relationships. A good communicator is not born but is groomed by education and training. One can not display communication skills just based on basic principles of communication. To acquire excellent communication skills, one needs to make intentional efforts based on basic principle. Communication skill is a result of continual practice and efforts. I believe that continual practice based on contents proposed through research regarding communication skills for creative human relationships will improve one`s communication skills and have positive effect on creative human relationships.

        Levels of the Willingness to Communicate and Communication Skills of University Students

        This study determines the students’ levels of willingness and preparedness to communicate, and its relationships. It attempts to determine whether there are relationships between the willingness to communicate and communication skills. The study conducted a survey using the Willingness to Communicate (WTC) and communication skills instruments. A total of 121 students who enrolled in critical thinking and communication skills classes participated in the study. At the beginning of the semester, a communication skill survey was conducted, and the WTC survey was conducted at the 8th week of the semester with the students’ permission. The data was collected online and analyzed using SPSS 27. According to the data analysis, students have low levels of communication skills and willingness to communicate. It also showed that communication skills are correlated with the willingness to communicate. The study revealed that when people have willingness to communicate, their communication skills can be improved. Willingness to communicate could be improved by classroom practice since it is in the emotional category, and students should be encouraged before they practice their communication skills. When people are willing to communicate, they can start interacting with others, and communication skills are needed for smooth interaction. Therefore, communication classes must include programs and activities that encourage students’ emotional needs, motives, and attitudes. When designing the lesson, an instructor should examine students' characteristics before the class begins. Instructional design and instructional purposes should be based on the students' characteristics.
