        상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램이 지적장애 중학생의 동료와의 갈등해결기술 수행 및 갈등해결전략 사용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a situation-based conflict resolution program on the performance of conflict resolution of the middle school students with intellectual disabilities. The participants in this study were 24 students with intellectual disabilities in 4 middle schools. A group of 12 students with intellectual disabilities that had participated in a situation-based conflict resolution program was compared with the other group of 12 students with intellectual disabilities who had not participated in the program. A pretest-posttest control-group experimental design was used. The program was carried out with 15 sessions, 2-3 times a week in a social skill class. The program includes as follows: the training of conflict resolution skill including a problem solving strategy, anger management, peer mediation in peer conflict situation; offering positive self-esteem activities; instructing of communication skills. In this study, the conflict resolution skill video scale and the conflict strategy constructiveness scale were used to measure the students' performance of conflict resolution skills and conflict resolution strategies. The video scale included 4 peer-conflict situations: peers‘ verbal teasing; peers’ physical bullies; isolating in class activities; peers’ unreasonable requests. Data was collected through a structured interview of the confliction resolution skill process immediately followed after the presentation of each situation. Students' responses were classified on the strategy constructiveness scale. The differences in the scores of the performance of conflict resolution skills and using conflict resolution strategies between two groups were analyzed by independent samples t-test method. The results were as follows: First, the experimental group displayed significantly higher scores of the performance of conflict resolution skills than the control group. Second, the experimental group displayed significantly higher scores of the performance of positive conflict resolution strategies than the control group. The results were discussed in terms of the importance of enhancing conflict resolution capacities of adolescents with intellectual disabilities in inclusive settings who will transit to high schools and adulthood. 본 연구는 중학교 특수학급 지적장애 학생을 대상으로 상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램을 개발하여 실행한 후 지적장애 학생의 동료와의 ‘갈등해결기술 수행’과 ‘갈등해결전략 사용’에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울·경기지역 4개교 중학교 특수학급 지적장애 학생 24명(실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명)을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 갈등해결기술 사전 점수와 학교를 고려하여 구성된 12명의 실험집단 학생들에게 15회기의 상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램을 실시하였다. 두 집단의 사전 사후 점수 차이에 대한 독립표본 t검정 결과는 첫째, 상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생들의 갈등해결기술 수행 점수는 통제집단 학생들의 갈등해결기술 수행 점수에 비해 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생들의 갈등해결전략 사용 점수는 통제집단 학생들의 갈등해결전략 사용 점수에 비해 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 상황중심 갈등해결 프로그램이 중학교 특수학급 지적장애 학생의 동료와의 갈등해결기술 수행과 갈등해결전략 사용에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구는 통합교육 현장의 지적장애 중학생을 대상으로 상황별 갈등해결 교수가 희박한 현 시점에서, 학생들 사이의 갈등상황을 중심으로 갈등해결을 지도하고, 그 결과를 갈등상황 동영상을 통해 학생들의 갈등해결기술 수행과 갈등해결전략 사용을 평가한 첫 실험연구라는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 지적장애 중학생의 통합 증진과 고등학교와 성인기로의 성공적 전환에 갈등해결 능력 증진의 중요성이 논의되었다.

        자기자비와 관계만족에서 갈등대처행동의 매개: 자기효과와 상대방효과 분석

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate a role of self-compassion in conflict resolution strategies among dating couples. Further, we examined conflict resolution strategies as mechanisms to explain in the relationship between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. Method: Two hundred forty two dating couples were recruited. Actor and Partner Independence Model(APIM) was used to examine actor and partner effects of self-compassion on relationship satisfaction as well as conflict resolution strategies. The total of 4 APIMs, two positive conflict resolution strategies(i.e., positive emotional reactions, active coping) and two negative conflict resolution strategies(i.e., negative emotional reactions and hostility, avoidance) were analyzed. Positive conflict resolution strategies had only actor effect in the link between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. That is, self-compassionate men and women were more likely to use positive conflict resolution strategies and, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. Both actor and partner effects were found in the negative conflict resolution strategy models. In terms of actor effect self-compassionate men and women were less likely to use negative conflict resolution strategies and that, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. In terms of partner effects we found that women's negative emotional reactions and hostility mediated the link between women's self-compassion and their male partners' relationship satisfaction. Men's avoidance mediated the link between men's self-compassion and their female partners’ relationship satisfaction.

        미혼커플의 자기자비가 관계만족에 미치는 영향: 자기-상대방 상호의존성 모델을 적용한 적응적 갈등해결전략의 매개효과 분석

        본 연구는 자기자비가 관계만족에 미치는 영향을 적응적 갈등해결전략이 매개하는지 확인하기 위해, 자기-상대방 상호의존모형(Actor-Partner Interdependence Model; Kenny, 1996)을 사용하여 검증하였다. 총 115쌍의 20-30대 커플을 대상으로, 자기자비 수준이 적응적 갈등해결전략 및 관계만족과 관련이 있는지를 확인하였다. 연구결과, 남성의 자기자비는 남성의 적응적 갈등해결전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면에, 여성의 자기자비는 남녀 모두의 적응적 갈등해결전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 남성의 적응적 갈등해결전략은 남녀 모두의 관계만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면에, 여성의 적응적 갈등해결전략은 여성 자신의 관계만족에만영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 남성의 적응적 갈등해결전략은 남녀 모두의 자기자비와 남녀 모두의 관계만족 사이를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성의 적응적 갈등해결전략은 자신의 자기자비와 관계만족을 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담 실제에 대한 시사점과 추후연구를 위한 제언을 논하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine possible mediating effects of adaptive conflict resolution strategies on the relationship between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction using Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(Kenny, 1996). For the purpose, Researchers investigated the relationship among self-compassion levels, relationship satisfactions and adaptive conflict resolution strategies of 115 couples. Results are as followed. While the male self-compassion showed positive effects on men``s adaptive conflict resolution strategies, the female self-compassion showed positive effects on both men and women``s adaptive conflict resolution strategies. The male adaptive conflict resolution strategies also showed positive effects on both men and women``s relationship satisfaction, while the female adaptive conflict resolution strategies showed positive effects only on men``s relationship satisfaction. Finally, the male adaptive conflict resolution strategies fully mediated both men and women``s self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. On th other hand, the female adaptive conflict resolution strategies showed the full mediation between women``s self-compassion and women``s relationship satisfaction. Based on the research, implications for the counseling practice and suggestions for the future studies were discussed.

        임신기 아버지의 갈등해석 마인드셋이 부부관계 질에 미치는 영향에서 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine conflict resolution strategies’ and work-family conflicts’ mediating effects in the associations between conflict mindsets and quality of marital relationships among fathers in pregnancy. A self-reported survey was answered by 504 fathers in pregnancy who participated in prenatal education program in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and correlational analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were conducted to analyze the data. The results were as follows: First, the mediating path from a learning mindset to quality of marital relationships through positive conflict resolution strategies was found to be significant. Second, the dual mediation paths from a learning mindset to quality of marital relationships through positive conflict resolution and work-family conflicts were significant. Third, the dual mediation paths from a judgemental mindset to quality of marital relationships though negative conflict resolution strategies and work-family conflict were also significant. These results suggest that there is a need to change individuals’ cognitive mindsets in order to increase quality of marital relationships and to reduce work-family conflicts. 본 연구는 임신기 아버지의 갈등해석 마인드셋이 부부관계 질에 미치는 영향에서 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 서울·경기지역의 임신기 아버지 504명이고, 자료분석을 위해 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습적 마인드셋이 긍정적 갈등해결전략을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 매개경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습적 마인드셋이 긍정적 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈등을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 이중매개경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 셋째, 평가적 마인드셋이 부정적 갈등해결전략과 일-가정갈 등을 통해서 부부관계 질로 가는 이중매개경로 또한 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 임신기 부부 관계 질을 높이고 일-가정갈등을 줄이기 위해서는 갈등에 대한 개인의 인지적 마인드셋을 수정해야할 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

        학령후기 아동이 지각한 모애착과 또래 간 갈등해결전략의 관계: 거부민감성의 매개효과

        This study was intended to examine a potential mediation of rejection sensitivity between attachment to mother and peer conflict resolution strategies in late school-aged children and potential gender differences in these mediated relationships. Research participants were 454 5th or 6th graders in elementary schools in Seoul. The results are as follows: First, in rejection sensitivity, boys showed higher levels of rejection depression than girls. In the peer conflict resolution strategies, boys used the governance strategies more while girls using the compromise-cooperation strategies more. Second, child’s attachment to mother had significant positive correlations with the compromise-cooperation, avoidance, and yielding peer conflict resolution strategies. Third, rejection sensitivity mediated partly between attachment to mother and compromise-cooperation strategies. Fourth, partial mediation of rejection sensitivity was found both in boys and girls but the proportion of mediation was bigger in girls than boys. These results may contribute to better understanding of the factors affecting peer conflict resolution strategies in the school-aged children. Also, the results can provide useful tips for clinicians and teachers who want to intervene with children with peer relationships problems.

        갈등해결중심 학교폭력 예방프로그램이 초등 통합학급 학생들의 갈등해결전략 사용과 학교폭력에 대한 태도 및 장애학생 수용태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 학교생활에서 일어나는 크고 작은 또래 간 갈등상황을 해결하여 학교폭력을 예방할 수 있도록 초등학생의 수준을 고려한 학교폭력 예방교육 프로그램을 실시하여 통합학급 학생들의 갈등해결전략 사용과 학교폭력에 대한 태도 및 장애학생 수용태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 경기도 S초등학교 5학년 통합학급 학생들이며, 중재는 학교 교육과정 내 창의적 체험활동 수업시간에 실험집단이 속한 통합학급의 교실에서 주 2회기씩 총 16회기 실시되었다. 연구결과, 실험집단의 비장애학생들은 갈등해결전략 사용과 학교폭력에 대한 태도 및 장애학생 수용태도에 있어 통제집단과 비교하여 유의하게 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 또한 실험집단의 장애학생도 통제집단의 장애학생에 비해 갈등해결전략 사용과 학교폭력에 대한 태도에서 사전·사후검사 결과 차이에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 최근 전사회적인 문제로 대두된 학교폭력 예방을 위한 노력을 적극적으로 반영하면서 그동안 배제되어왔던 장애학생까지 포함한 통합학급 학생들을 위한 갈등해결 및 학교폭력 예방프로그램 교육의 필요성에 대한 논의와 본 연구의 제한점 및 교육현장과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of a conflict resolution-oriented school violence prevention program, which was designed for inclusive elementary school students, on their use of conflict resolution strategies and their attitudes toward school violence and students with disabilities. For this purpose, 50 students in two 5th-grade inclusive classes of S elementary school participated in this study as experimental and control groups, respectively. A special education teacher as a researcher applied the program for students in the experimental group during 16-session. Independent sample t-tests were conducted to see if there were any significant differences in use of conflict resolution strategies and attitudes toward school violence and students with disabilities of students without disabilities between the two groups. The scores of the two variables of students with disabilities in two groups were analyzed using descriptive statistics respectively. The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, students without disabilities in the experimental group showed positive changes in the use of conflict resolution strategies and attitudes toward students with disabilities as well as school violence compared with those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Second, students with disabilities in the experimental group showed positive changes in the use of conflict resolution strategies and attitudes toward school violence compared with those in the control group, including all sub-domains of the strategies. The above findings suggest that the conflict resolution-oriented school violence prevention program can have positive effects on the use of conflict resolution strategies and attitudes toward school violence of students with and without disabilities in inclusive elementary classes. In addition, this program was effective in improving attitudes toward students with disabilities of students without disabilities.

        외식 프랜차이즈 본부의 갈등해결행동이 절차와 행동의 질 및 해지의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose - In recent years, research has been conducted on the conflict resolution strategies of the franchise headquarters and the franchisees, but there is a lack of research on the factors of conflict due to the intrinsic structure, such as interdependence or hierarchical relationship, and behavioral analysis to reduce the conflict. In this study, we analyze the relationship between satisfaction and trust formed in the process and result of the business, and the result of action to dissolution intention. Research design, data, methodology - For these purposes, the author developed the proposed model and several hypotheses. In this model, conflict resolution strategies consist of five dimensions such as avoiding, forcing, cooperating, obliging, and compromising strategy. And, this model proposed that onflict resolution strategies are antecedents of procedure quality, behaviour quality and dissolution intention are consequences of conflict resolution strategies. The data were collected from April 1 to April 15, 2013. Because this study examined franchise industries from the franchisee perspective, we contacted franchisee store owner and managers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Interviewers trained contacted a total of 483 franchisees, and 400 franchisees responded. Out of 400 respondents, 2 respondents were deleted due to missing information. Thus, a total of 398 franchisee were used for this study. he data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 24.0 and Amos 23.0 statistical program. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, franchisor conflict resolution activities have significant effects on procedure quality. Second, procedure quality has a significant effect on behavior quality. Finally, behavior quality has a significant effect on dissolution intention. Conclusions - In this study, we investigated the relationship between conflict resolution behavior, procedural quality, behavior quality and dissolution intention. As a result, the franchisers should strive to resolve conflicts not only in solving simple problems with franchisees, but also in a longer term perspective. We also found that the procedural aspects of resolving conflicts should not be ignored. If the trust and satisfaction of each other increase during the process of resolving the conflict, it will positively affect the satisfaction and trust in resolving the conflict. This is also because it serves to lower the intention of termination. However, there is a limitation that it is targeted only to the restaurant franchise, and it is necessary to study the conflict resolution behavior depending on the type of conflict.

        초기 청소년의 공감과 친구관계에서 갈등해결전략의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of conflict resolution strategies on the relation between empathy and friendship of the early adolescents. The subjects were 370 students of the 5th grade and 6th grade in an elementary school. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 program. The main results of this study were as follows. Firstly, empathy has a significant static effect on conflict resolution strategies. Secondly, conflict resolution strategies as a significant static effect on friendship. Thirdly, the results revealed that the relation between empathy and friendship of early adolescent was fully mediated by conflict resolution strategies. This result implied that conflict resolution strategies is a variable that can be influenced by empathy, thereby proposing a possibility of an indirect developmental path for friendship through empathy and conflict resolution strategies. 본 연구는 초기 청소년의 공감과 갈등해결전략, 친구관계 간의 구조적 관계를 확인하여 공감과 친구관계 사이에서 갈등해결전략이 매개효과를 나타내는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 성남시에 소재한 S초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 370명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 초기 청소년의 공감은 갈등해결전략에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초기 청소년의 갈등해결전략은 친구관계에 직접 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초기 청소년의 공감과 친구관계의 사이에서 갈등해결전략이 매개역할을 하는가에 대한 분석결과에서는 갈등해결전략이 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 공감이 친구관계에 직접적으로 영향을 주기보다는 갈등해결전략을 통할 때 친구관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미하는 것으로, 초기 청소년의 친구관계를 향상시키기 위해서는 효율적인 갈등해결전략을 사용하도록 지원하는 것이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

        갈등해결전략이 관계학습과 성과에 미치는 영향

        갈등에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고, 갈등해결을 통한 관계학습의 관점에서 조직적(interorganizational)으로 접근한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 갈등해결 매커니즘을 통해, 유통경로 구성원들이 어떻게 관계학습을 구축할 수 있는지, 그리고 이것들이 경로관계의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고 있다. 이와 같은 목적으로 국내 유통업체의 협력업체 영업담당자 490명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 갈등해결에 있어 협력행동은 관계학습의 세 가지 과정인 정보공유, 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억 모두를 강화한 반면, 회피행동은 정보공유만 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억은 유통경로의 성과인 효과성과 효율성을 강화시킨 반면, 정보공유는 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다. Early conflict research in channel and organization area have focused on the definition of conflict construct, its cause, consequence and identified conflict resolution management. Recent studies about conflict, however, have explored new assumption of complexity, a multidimensional conflict construct, contextual conflict management strategies, positive and negative conflict/consequence, and the conflict resolution strategy. Although many literatures exists on channel conflict resolution, little research has been done about relationship learning and performance from conflict resolution perspective. This study explores how channel members can achieve a relationship learning, as a conflict resolution mechanism, which enhance co-created value in marketing channel relationship. Therefore we propose that conflict resolution strategies(collaborating behavior and avoiding behavior) influence channel performance(effectiveness and efficiency) through relationship learning processes(learning via information exchange, joint interpretation and coordination, relationship-specific knowledge memory), in view of buyer-seller relationship. The research model is shown at 〈figure 1〉. A total of twelve hypotheses were established through prior studies dealing with conflict and relationship marketing theory. Then we drove conceptual research model. For the purpose of empirical testing, we managed to obtain the list of suppliers of 24 retailers from 5 retailer formats, such as department store, discount store, convenience store, TV home-shopping and internet shopping mall. They were asked to respond to the survey via face-to-face interview conducted by a professional research company. During the one month period of June 2009, we were able to collect data form 490 suppliers. The respondent were restricted to direct dealing authorities and manager with at least three months of dealing experience with retailers. Structural equation modeling on the basis of the results of survey were done to analyze. As a result, eight among twelve hypotheses were supported. The analysis result indicated that collaborating behavior had positive effect on three forms of relationship learning, but avoiding behavior has negative effect on only information exchange. Joint interpretation and coordination, relationship-specific knowledge memory had positive effect on relationship performances, but information exchange had no effect on performances. The results support our basic thesis that the use of conflict resolution strategies have different effect on developing relationship learning, which leads to channel performances. In particular, collaborating behavior is positively related to relationship learning, and avoidance behavior is negatively related to information exchange. Relationship learning is partially contributed to channel performance.

        대학생들의 자기은폐와 갈등해결전략의 관계에서 정서표현양가성의 매개효과

        This study examined the relationship between self-concealment and conflict resolution strategies in 178 college students and tried to determine whether ambivalence over expressing emotion has a mediating effect in these relationships. First, self-concealing was positively correlated with ambivalence over expressing emotion, and each sub-factor of self-concealing and each sub-factor of ambivalence over expressing emotion were all positively correlated. In addition, self-concealing and conflict resolution strategies were also correlated, which was positively correlated with avoidance and concession strategies, and negatively correlated with compromise and cooperation. Ambivalence over expressing emotion was also correlated with conflict resolution strategies, which were positively correlated with avoidance and concession strategies, and negatively correlated with compromise and control strategies. In the relationship between self-concealing and conflict resolution strategies, ambivalence over expressing emotion was found to have a complete mediating effect. In other words, when a person with self-concealing characteristics suffers a conflict within an interpersonal relationship, he may take a method to resolve the conflict, but if he thinks about expressing his emotions to others and falls into ambivalent conflict, he may not take measures to resolve the conflict.
