        기(氣)의 기본 원리와 활용 및 정신신경 면역학적 효과

        서양에서는 물질문명이 발달함에 따라 인간성상실과 정신의 피폐 등으로 인하여, 이를 보완하고 치료하는 움직임의 하나로 동양의 정신문명에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 동양사상에서 중요한 개념은 기(氣)이다. 이에 기에 대한 다양한 성질과 원리들을 알아보고, 밝혀진 과학적 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 기본적으로 음과 양으로 크게 나눌 수 있으며 만유(萬有)를 구성하는 기본적인 인자(因子)이다. 기는 크게 네 가지 법칙으로 존재하게 되는데 음과 양이 만나면 빛이 생기고, 기는 파장으로 존재하여 파장이 같으면 서로 통한다. 기는 물체의 운동과 변화에 관련되어 있으며, 상생, 상극의 원리가 존재한다. 우리의 말 속이나 일상에는 기에 대한 개념이 숨어 있으며, 이를 활용하고 있다. 이를 더 강화시키는 법은 기수련이나 호흡수련 등의 방법을 통하여 기를 운용하는 것이며, 마음 수양의 한 방법으로서 오래전부터 행하여져 온 것이다. 또한 기수련은 스스로의 건강을 유지시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 남에게 기를 전달해 주어 치병(治病)할 수 있는 능력이 생긴다. 서양에서도 현대의학의 보조요법으로서 에너지를 운용하여 환자에게 도움을 주는 방법들이 고안되고 있으며 과학적으로 그 효과나 기전을 연구하고 있다. 최근, 마음과 몸의 관계를 과학적으로 규명하려는 정신신경면역학의 등장으로 기수련과 기시술의 정신면역학적인 효과와 기전 연구가 가속화되고 있다. 정신신경면역학적 연구에서, 기수련이나 기시술이 정신적 안정을 유도하는 동시에 신체적으로 호르몬계나 면역계에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 동양과 서양의 문명이 한데 어우러지는 새로운 패러다임이 생성되고, 각 나라의 전통요법들이 학문화되고 실질적인 임상에 서서히 적용되고 있는 시점에 몸과 마음에 대한 막연한 상관관계들이 과학적으로 밝혀지는 지금, 본 논문은 그 근본이라고 할 수 있는 기에 대한 이해와 응용방법 등을 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. As many problems of western civilizations have been come out recently, eastern spiritual civilizations have been getting into spotlight. There is concept of Qi at the core of restoration. The concept of Qi is probably the most important and core philosophy which influence and prosper the Eastern history religions and cultures. In this paper, we introduce the basic mechanisms, regulation, and psychoneuroimmunological effects of Qi. Qi can be divided into Yin and Yang and it is basic element of cosmos. The cosmos is moving or changing by the power of Qi. There are four cosmic rule of Qi; first, when Yin and Yang meet together, the fire (light) occurs; second, everything has her Qi and its own wave. The same waves of Qi communicate with each other.; third, matter follows where Qi is moving and changing.; forth, there are two interaction of Qi: help each other and antipathy to each other. Qi-training and other breathing exercise are used to increase the Qi(life energy) and keep them living healthy. In general, Qi used in Qi-training can be divided into internal-Qi, used to strengthen the energy of practitioner, and external Qi, used to physically influence other people by radiation Qi (Qi-therapy). According to the psychoneuroimmunological point of view, it is suggested that Qi-training and Qi-therapy induced the psychological, physiological and immunological stabilization, simultaneously. In this paper, we introduce the basic mechanisms, regulation and psychoneuroimmunological effects of Qi.

        사상의학(四象醫學)에서 기(氣)는 어떤 의미를 가지는가?

        1. Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the kinds & meaninings of Qi in Lee Je-Ma's writings. 2. Methods We analyzed Lee Je-Ma's writings which contain the related contents of Qi's kinds & meanings 3. Results and Conclusions 1) There are distinctive Qi features of $sorrow{\cdot}anger{\cdot}joy{\cdot}pleasure$(哀怒僖樂) which are different from one of seven mode emotions(七情) in ${\ulcorner}$Gyukchigo(格致藁)${\lrcorner}$. 2) When $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(臟氣) is the base of the human's Qi, $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi(性${\cdot}$情氣) is managing. And $Lung{\cdot}Spleen{\cdot}Liver{\cdot}Kidneys's$ Qi(肺脾肝腎氣) is the representative concept resulted by the complex operation of $Water{\cdot}grain's$ Qi(水穀之氣) and $Nature{\cdot}emotion's$ Qi. Each Qi stands for its protensity as follows ; Lung's Qi for extrorse propensity of Yang(Z), Spleen's Qi for upward propensity of Yang(陽), Liver's Qi for introrse propensity of Eum(陰), Kidneys's Qi for downward propensity of Eum(陰). 3) Jang's Qi is more important than medicine's Qi and medicine's Qi has a limitation about recovering jang's Qi. So that it is very important to take care of one's mind. 4) Controling mind Qi is controling Nature & emotion's Qi. Thus controling mind Qi si the best plan for jang's Qi and controling with medicine's Qi is the next policy. 5) Qi influences all aspect of personality, disease, application of medicines and ordinary symptoms. So that Qi is the kernel of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine.

        PDCA 모형에 기초한 QI활동 평가틀 개발 및 사례분석

        Purpose: This study was conducted to develop an evaluation framework for QI activity in medical institutions and to analyze QI activity cases by applying the developed evaluation framework. Method: A four-phase process was employed to develop the evaluation framework, and a descriptive survey was used for the QI case study. Data were collected in April, 2010 by examining 157 QI activity cases presented at conferences and published in Journal of Korean Society of Quality Assurance in Health Care over the past three years. Developed QI activity evaluation instruments were used for data collection. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 for Windows program. Result: A QI Activity Evaluation Framework was developed. This framework consisted of 45 items. The department with the highest level of QI participation was the nursing department. The most frequent QI activity theme was patient safety. QI activity levels in Korean medical institutions are relatively equalized without significant differences according to institution characteristics. Conclusions: From the quality aspect of QI activity, more systematic and scientific approaches are required to upgrade QI activity. This study could provide methodological guidelines for QI activity and be useful in setting goals and directions for QI activity in medical institutions in Korea.

        조선후기산문(朝鮮後期散文)에서의 기(奇) -이용휴산문(李用休散文)을 중심으로-

        18세기에 이르러 특히 산문에서 사용된 奇의 개념과 범주는 그 이전 시기에 비해 훨씬 다양하고 중의적인 양상을 보인다. 이는 明末淸初중국 산문에 대한 세부적 논의가 그 배경이 되었다. 이에 따라 이 시기에 나타난 奇는 문학비평에서 전시대에 비해 상당한 빈도수를 보이고 더 폭넓은 의미를 내포하게 되었다. 奇는 의미의 다양성으로 인해 함께 사용하는 글자에 따라 의미를 달리하는 경우가 많으며, 함께 사용하는 글자를 강조하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 奇의 구체적함의는 마땅히 실제 작품의 문맥에 따라 살펴보아야 한다. 이에 奇로 대변될 수있는 작가들의 실제 작품을 통해 奇를 유추할 수 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 18세의 문단의 흐름을 읽어낼 수가 있을 것이다. 兪晩柱(1755~1788)와 丁若鏞(1762~1836)은 18세기 문인들 중 기이한 작가로 李用休(1708~1782)를 꼽았다. 그렇다면 유만주와 정약용이 이용휴의 글에 대해 奇하다고 평한 것은 이용휴의 실제 작품에서 어떠한 부분을 말하는 것인가? 또한 그가 추구한 奇는 무엇인가? 이러한 의미를 분명히 한다면, 18세기 奇의 함의에 보다 근접할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 奇의 기본 함의와 특징을 밝히고, 18세기 문인들의 奇에 대한 인식을 거론하며, 奇다운 면모를 보이는 이용휴의 실제작품을 통해서 당대 산문에서 奇의 함의를 밝히고자 하였다. 이용휴는 ‘奇’가 가진 중의적 함의를 실제 글쓰기에서 가장 효과적으로 활용하고 있다. 그가 보여준 奇는 우선 특이한 발상으로 주제구현에 있어서 독특성을 보이고 있다. 그러나 서술에 있어서는 기존 古文과 다르지 않는 평이한 면모를 보인다. 이는 앞선 주제 구현방식과 서로 이질적인 측면으로 드러나 그의 奇다운 면모를 더욱 부각시키는데 활용하고 있다. 따라서 이용휴의 奇는 서술방식에서 기존 글쓰기를 충실히 따르지만, 주제구현방식에 있어 독특한 발상과 連用되면서 읽는 이들로 하여금 順易한 가독성을 통해 個別되는 이미지를 형상 및 확장하게 끔 한다. 이러한 면모는 당시 독자와 평자들에게 가장 奇다운 면모로 인식되었을 것이며, 평자에 따라 긍정적·부정적 인식을 보인다. This paper attempts to analyze the implication, category and historical significance of Qi which was used as a critical concept in literature theory of the late Joseon Dynasty. The concept and category of Qi in the prose of the eighteenth century have more various and ambiguous aspects than those of the earlier period. This is a result of discussions about Chinese prose in the late Ming Dynasty and in the early Qing Dynasty. Therefore, compared to the ealier period, Qi in this period is frequently shown and contains broader meanings in a literary criticism. Due to the diversity of Qi`s meaning, it is often the case that Qi has different meanings depending on the context. In many cases, the texts are often emphasized. Therefore the specific meaning of Qi should be examined in the context of the actual work. Accordingly, Qi can be understood through writers` actual works, which provides the possibility of comprehending the discussions of literary circles in the eighteenth century. Yu Man Ju and Jeong Yak Yong explain Lee Yong Hyu as an eccentric writer among writers of 18th century. But what are the aspects of Lee Yong Hyu`s works that lead Yu and Jeong to argue that Lee`s writings are eccentric? And what is the Qi that he pursues? If this is clarified, it would be possible to have a closer approach to the meaning of Qi in the eighteenth century. For this purpose, this paper has the following order for analysis. First, it tries to understand the basic significance and characteristics of Qi. Second, it discusses the perceptions of Qi among writers in the eighteenth century. Third, it attempts to investigate the meaning of Qi in prose through Lee`s actual works. Lee Yong Hyu utilizes the ambiguous implication of Qi in a most effective way. Lee Yong Hyu`s Qi shows a uniqueness in expressing the theme due to his eccentric ideas. However, the description shows that there is not a large difference compared to the existing earlier writings. This plays an interesting role in revealing the eccentric aspect of his writings. Although Lee Yong Hyu`s Qi follows the existing writing style in its description, the uniqueness in expressing the theme helps readers to visualize and enlarge unique images through an easy readability. Readers and critics at the time probably evaluated this aspect as the most eccentric one, and there were positive and negative evaluations depending on critics.

        QI부서근무자들의 의료기관인증제관련 인식이 직무스트레스 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 QI부서 근무자들의 의료기관인증제관련 인식이 직무스트레스 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구기간은 2016년 6월1일부터 2016년 6월15일까지 이루어졌으며, 조사대상자는 의료기관 인증평가에 참여한 경험이 있는 QI부서 근무자 154명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하였고 영역별분석은 평균과 표준편차, t-test와 ANOVA, 다중회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과에서 의료기관인증제에 대한 QI부서 근무자들의 인식은 5점 만점에 3.35점, 직무스트레스는 3.66점, 이직의도는 3.32점으로 나타났으며, 일반적 특성에 따른 의료기관인증제에 대한 인식도는 성별, 연령, QI부서 근무기간, 직위, 직무 만족도에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스는 직위에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 이직의도는 연령, QI부서 근무기간, 직위, 직무만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 의료기관인증제에 대한 인식과 직무 스트레스간의 관계는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보인 반면 이직의도는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 따라서 조사대상자의 의료기관인증제 관련 인식이 높을수록 직무스트레스는 높아지고, 이직의도는 감소하였으나 직위와 연령이 낮은 군과 QI부서 근무기간이 10년이상인 군, 직무만족도가 낮은 군일수록 이직의도에서 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 QI부서 일부 근무자들의 이직의도를 낮추고, 직무 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 업무 부담감을 줄이고 다양한 지원을 위한 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine, among quality improvement (QI) department employees, the effects of perception of the healthcare accreditation on job stress and to identify factors affecting turnover intention. Research data was collected between 1 June and 15 June 2016. The sample included QI department employees who had participated in a healthcare accreditation survey. The collected data were analyzed to obtain frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation results, which were assessed by using Student"s t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The scores for QI employees" perceptions of the healthcare accreditation, job stress, and turnover intention were 3.35, 3.66, and 3.32 of the perception by general characteristics. There were significant differences between scores according to gender, age, QI department section, position, and job satisfaction. In addition, job stress and turnover intention scores showed significant differences according to position, age, QI department section, and job satisfaction. A positive correlation was observed between healthcare perception and job stress, while turnover intention was negatively correlated with healthcare perception. The results indicate that the perception of healthcare accreditation positively affects job stress; in contrast, it decreases the number of people intending to change departments. Among the sample of lower level workers, the younger age workers who were employed for more than 10 years expressed lower satisfaction with their job, which indicates that they are affected by their notion of healthcare accreditation more than by other factors. Thus, in order to lessen work stress and employees" thoughts of leaving the department, the QI department should be encouraged to lessen job stress and provide various supports to the employees.

        대순사상에서의 기론(氣論) 연구 : 상제관과 천지공사론을 중심으로

        The Qi(氣) concept in the Orient is the important concept which forms the world-view and thinking structure of the Oriental. The idea of Qi unfolds two ways. The first is the cosmogony that is the theory explaining the creation and change of universe through the change of Qi. The second is the preservation theory that think human body is full of Qi and we can be the immortal by raising Qi inside human body. The canon of Daesoonjinrihoe(大巡眞理會), Jeon-gyung(典經) also says about Qi many times especially in the doctrines about the object of belief and Cheonjigongsalon(天地公事論). This paper is willing to systematize the discussion of Qi in Daesoon(大巡) thought through researching Sangjeguan (上帝觀) and Cheonjigongsalon. The object of religious faith in Daesoonjinrihoe is Gucheon(九天)- yeungwon(應元)-noisung(雷聲)-bohwa(普化)-cheonjon(天尊)-gangsung(姜聖)-sangje(上帝) and Won(元) concept in the explanation of this divinity is deeply related to Wonqi(元氣) thought of the Oriental traditional Qi idea. And the theory of Qi(Qilon, 氣論) in Sangjeguan is related to electricity and the idea that the supreme God governs all things by electricity is the very original interpretation only found in Daesoon thought. The Qilon in Cheonjigongsalon is based on the Qilon of traditional thought that sees Qi is the element of all things and all thing are formed by the change of Qi. And the unique feature of the Qilon is saying that the supreme God, Cheungsan(甑山) operates Qi of universe and arouses the change of Qi. That is to say, God Cheungsan saved the world and all living beings by eliminating and giving and changing and moving and gathering and combining Qi. The characteristics of Qilon in Cheonjigongsalon is that the transcendental existence having human body has the control of the change of Qi in the universe. In conclusion, Qilon of Dasesoon thought tells that Gucheon-Sangje Chengsan governs all things by electricity and he fixed the old world and opened the new world like paradise by conducting the change of Qi.

        일반촬영실의 환자대기건수에 대한 원인별 분석

        영상의학과에서 검사한 환자들의 불편사항을 사전설문조사를 통해 개선사항을 조사하고 팀원과 Brain-storming을 실시하여 가장 많은 답변인 촬영대기시간단축을 주제로 선정하여 QI활동을 효율적으로 수행할수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 2006년 9월부터 2007년 11월까지 세부원인 분류에 따라 각 항목별로 3개 월간 QI 실행전과 후의 환자건수를 비교하였다. 환자건수는 환자 한 명 당 촬영한 검사 한 건으로 하였으며 QI실행 후는 QI실행 전 대기건수를 QI팀 회의를 걸쳐 1개월간 개선방안을 모색한 후 개선방안에 따라 시행 하면서 같은 방법으로 1개월간 측정하여 QI활동 전후의 차이를 각각 백분율로 비교하였다. 1. 재촬영원인에 대한 QI활동 전·후 환자촬영 대기건수 비교하였을 때 3.9%의 감소효과 2. 안내부족 원인에 대한 QI활동 전·후 환자촬영 대기건수 비교하였을 때 1.1%의 감소효과 3. 처방착오입력 원인에 대한 QI활동 전·후 환자촬영 대기건수 비교하였을 때 1.1%의 감소효과 4. 응급환자, 통증이 심한 환자, 몸이 불편한 환자 등의 원인에 대한 QI활동 전․후 환자촬영 대기건수 비교하였을 때 12.0%의 감소효과 5. 외래와 병동환자의 촬영중복시간 원인에 대한 QI활동 전·후 환자촬영 대기건수 비교하였을 때 4.7%의 감소효과 환자의 촬영대기건수를 단축하기 위해서는 많은 요인들이 존재한다. 이 요인들을 QI를 통해 영상의학과의 많은 문제점을 찾아내 수정하고 개선하는 것이 QI의 첫걸음이며 영상의학과 QI팀이 결성되어 QI활동을 실행하는 이유라고 할 수 있다. A questionaire survey was conducted for patients who had been examined at the Department of Radiology to investigate the items that need to be improved. Brainstorming was also conducted by team members to suggest the tactics that can efficiently perform the QI activity by selecting the most frequently answered topics for the reduction of waiting time of x-ray examination. From September 2006 to November 2007, number of patients before and after conducting QI was compared for 3 months by each category differentiated by types of detailed causes. A patient case was set as one shooting for one patient. After conducting QI, the waiting cases before conducting QI were evaluated for the method of improvement for 3 month through the QI team discussion and conducted by following the improvement method for the next 1 month and the waiting cases were measured and the difference before and after the QI activity was compared in percentage. 1. When patient waiting cases were compared before and after conducting QI activity against the causes of repetition, it resulted in 3.9% of reduction effect. 2. When patient waiting cases were compared before and after conducting QI activity against the causes for the lack of guiding, it resulted in 1.1% of reduction effect. 3. When patient waiting cases were compared before and after conducting QI activity against the causes of miss-inputting prescription, it resulted in 1.1% of reduction effect. 4. When patient waiting cases were compared before and after conducting QI activity against the causes for emergency patients, patients with acute pain and discomfort patients, it resulted in 12.0% of reduction effect. 5. When patient waiting cases were compared before and after conducting QI activity against the causes for shooting overlapping of outpatients and hospitalized patients, it resulted in 4.7% of reduction effect. There are many factors to reduce the patient waiting cases in radiography. The first step is for radiology department to find these factors through QI, to improve them, which is the reason why the QI team is organized to perform the QI activities.

        의료기관 QI 담당자의 목표추구몰입에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this research is to provide the data base for the activation of Quality Improvement operation through investigating the status of Quality Improvement operation, and finding out factors influencing on the goal-orientation of QI performers in the medical centers of more than one hundred beds where are practicing Quality Improvement operation. In order to reach the purpose, document study was carried out grounded on the proceeding researches and formulated statistical data in relation with the status of Quality Improvement performers, and proof study was carried out through questionnaire survey. The subjects of the survey were the Quality Improvement performers working in seventy three medical centers in Pusan-Gyeongnam, Daegu-Gyeongbuk, and Ulsan. Among eighty three Quality Improvement performers, fifty, five were questionnaire surveyed, on the result of which Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made, using statistical program. The the results of the proof analysis on this research are as follows. First, in the factors influencing the devoting to goal pursuit of QI performers, organization-goal contribution(0.44) had significant positive effects, while organization conflict(-0.25) had significant negative effects. In other words, the higher the organization-goal contribution was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, while the less the organization conflict was, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Second, in the aspect of goal performance types of QI performers, the process-centered type showed high level of the devoting to goal pursuit, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). Third, in the aspect of QI performance degree, the higher the devoting to goal pursuit was, the higher the QI performance degree was, which was statistically significant.(p<0.05). In addition, the performers who perceived their workplaces organic structure showed much higher QI performance degree, which statistically significant.(p<0.05). Generalizing the results of this research, it is possible to offer a few suggestions as follows. First, as the competition among the medical centers is more severe recently owing to medical center evaluation system, medical centers are practicing various Quality Improvement operation in all of medical services such as clinical performance and management performance, to reach the purpose of both cost-cutting and medical quality improvement. Thus in order to practice Quality Improvement operation more efficiently in medical centers, it is essential to nuke use of problem-solving methods and statistical members. This as the willingness of chief executives and positive attitude and recognition of organization members. This requires the installation of divisions in charge and disposition of persons in charge, not to speak of persistent training of Quality Improvement. Second, the divisions in charge of QI carry out Quality Improvement operation at the medical center level, and take the role of generalizing and adjusting QI performances of various departments. Owing to this role, the division in charge of QI is considered indispensable organization in the QI operation of medical centers along with medical QI committee, while it contributes to the government's goal of reducing quality level gaps among medical centers. Therefore it is necessary for government and QI organizations to give institutional support and resources for the sake of QI operation of medical centers, besides to supply systematic trainning and informations to the divisions and persons in charge of QI. Third, it is certain that disposition of persons in charge should be determined in view of the scale and the scope of QI operation in medical centers.

        肺의 氣機에 대한 硏究 : 동의보감중 마황이 포함된 처방을 중심으로

        To investigate ascending-descending-floating-depositing of lung-qi system, 1 studied many prescriptions which include Ephedra herba, which has quality of making people sweat and evaporate out. After I compared many prescriptions in Korean Encyclopedia Medica(Tong-ui-bo-gam) to study how Ephedra herba is applied to many kinds of diseases, I came to the following conclusions ; When external vicious qi penetrates into human body, it enters first into skin and then lung. Ephedra herba breaks through choked symptom of lung-qi and makes lung-qi spread out, so it can cure pains such as headache, lumbago and hypochondrium. Spreading lung-qi and descending qi, a way of breaking through choked symptom, blows off stasis, and clears away impure thing, and makes good moisture, qi and blood spread through body. Liver-qi and lung-qi control each other. When one ascends, the other descends. Their relative functions promote and control the qi-system. Lung-qi cures the symptom of inner fever which cumulates in meridian. When diseases of eye, ear, nose and throat occur, Ephedra herba lets lung-qi work out, and controls lung-qi and cures diseases. Ephedra herba cures skin diseases and carbuncle which occur when the vicious qi exists between the external layer and deep layer of skin, by scattering the cumulated qi and breaking through vicious qi. Scattering and descending of lung-qi means that lung-qi spreads up and makes sweats come out by opening skin pores, and that spreads down and clears vicious qi by urination. It plays an important role on curing cough, jaundice, beriberi, and dropsy. Comprehensively, scattering and descending of lung-qi play an important role on curing external and internal sickness. Recently, it is reported that by scattering lung-qi, Ephedra herba has a good effect on curing low blood pressure, scleroderma, enuresis, dermatitis, menorrhalgia, leucorrhea, drooping of uterus, acute and subacute nephritis, perception loss, and impotence. From now on, 1 think that more studies are needed to set high rate of curing various diseases and incurable diseases by controling lung-qi. Key word : lung-qi system, Ephedra herba, Tong-ui-bo-gam

        黃元御의 六經 氣化學說에 관한 硏究

        Objective: 黃元御가 쓴 『傷寒懸解』, 『傷寒說意』, 『四聖心源』에 나오는 六經의 氣化學說과 관련된 내용을 통하여, 그가 『傷寒論』의 六經病을 해석한 구체적인 방법에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. Method: 『傷寒懸解』, 『傷寒說意』, 『四聖心源』에 나오는 六經의 氣化學說과 관련된 내용을 발췌하여, 氣化學說의 관점에서 공통적인 原理를 찾고, 또한 각각의 六經病이 가지고 있는 특징적인 내용을 정리하였다. Result: 黃元御는 『傷寒論』의 六經病을 해석함에 있어서 ‘六氣’로 총괄해서 설명하였는데, 그 핵심적인 내용은 첫째, 六氣의 司氣와 從化의 규칙을 살핌에 있어 인체 ‘陽氣의 盛衰’를 중요시했다. 둘째, ‘中氣’를 중요시하였으며, 太陰 脾臟은 生死의 관건이 된다고 보았다. 셋째, 中氣의 衰弱으로 인한 ‘土濕·水寒·木鬱’의 病理觀을 제시하였다. 넷째, 치료에 있어 扶陽抑陰할 것을 강조하면서 滋陰瀉火法의 폐단을 지적하였다. Conclusion: 黃元御는 『傷寒論』의 六經病을 해석함에 있어 인체의 ‘陽氣’와 ‘中氣’를 강조하면서 한의학의 핵심 이론인 ‘五運六氣’와 ‘氣化學說’을 바탕으로 설명하였는데, 이러한 개념을 바탕으로 『傷寒論』을 공부한다면 張仲景이 말하고자 한 핵심적인 내용을 종합적으로 이해하는 데 많은 도움을 받을 수 있을 것이다. Objectives : Huangyuanyu’s interpretation of the six channel diseases of the Shanghanlun were examined based on contents on the six channel qi metabolism theory in his works, Shanghanxuanjie, Shanghanshuoyi, and Sishengxinyuan. Methods : Contents related to the six channel qi metabolism theory in the Shanghanxuanjie, Shanghanshuoyi, and Sishengxinyuan were extracted and examined to identify a fundamental principle from the perspective of the six channel qi metabolism theory. Characteristics of each of the six channel diseases were organized. Results : Huang’s understanding of the six channel diseases in the Shanghanlun could be summarized by the six channel. Its features could be explained as following. First, in examining the principles of the controlling qi[司氣] and constitutionally influenced transformation[從化], the rise and fall of the body’s yang qi was emphasized. Second, center qi[中氣] was considered important, the taiyin Spleen being the key to life and death. Third, the pathology of ‘earth dampness/water cold/wood stagnation’ due to weakness of the center qi was suggested. Fourth, the principle of boosting-yang- suppressing-yin was emphasized in treatment, with criticism of the nurturing-yin- extinguishing-fire method. Conclusions : In understanding the six channel diseases in the Shanghanlun, Huangyuanyu focused on the body’s yang qi and center qi based on key theories such as the ‘five circuits and six qi’ and ‘six channel qi metabolism’ theories. His perspective could be helpful in understanding Zhangzhongjing’s work more comprehensively.
